Howard started the show talking about his opening theme song and Rob Zombie. Howard said he was just talking to Rob last week. He said he's been busy out on tour lately. Howard said there's more money in touring for him than there is in directing movies. Howard said he's in Europe a lot.
Howard welcomed George Takei to the show since he's going to be in all week. George said that it's very cold there this morning. It was only 31 degrees this morning. Howard reminded George that he's the announcer and not the weather man.
Howard said that there are only 8 live shows left there so they had to have him in before they left. George said he was happy to be there for the last few shows.
Howard said he was reading that George has bedbugs in his building. George said he wakes up every morning and he's been eaten alive. He told Howard about how he's being bitten and how they've had the exterminator in on Tuesday morning to get rid of them. Howard asked if he's sleeping in the bed with the bedbugs. Georges said they are. Howard said he heard about this and he's wondering why he's there. George said he thinks that they got them from theater seats. Howard said he stays in hotels a lot too.
George told Howard that they had dogs come in and sniff and they found the bugs in the bedroom and some other areas but not the whole apartment. He said they're going to come and do the cleaning on Tuesday so they'll get rid of them. Howard said he's worried that they'll bring them in there. George said that he won't be bringing them there. He said that they haven't gotten the bugs anywhere else in the apartment so far so he's thinking that it's not going to make it there.
Howard said he's wondering why he's waiting until tomorrow. George said he's heard that they're the best so that's why they're waiting for him. Howard said he wouldn't wait if he was him.
George said that this guy tells them that they have a guarantee of 6-9 months of no bedbugs. If not then they have to come in and do it again. Howard said they have to have the dogs smell for them and if they give them the clear then they're okay.
George said that Brad doesn't even get bitten. They've been living with it for 2 weeks and he hasn't gotten bitten. Howard said he thinks that he'll get bitten eventually. George didn't think so.
Howard said they almost didn't have George come in this morning. He said that they weren't sure if they wanted to risk having the bedbugs in there. Howard said he told Tim to have a dog come in and sniff George every morning. He said it might be insulting but who cares? He said that they weren't able to get a hold of the guy last night so they couldn't make it happen.
Howard said most people would keep quiet about the whole thing but not George. He said that George is bragging about it. Howard said George is so excited about the whole thing. George showed Howard the bites he has on him. Howard asked why he's putting up with it. Robin said he's infested.
Howard took a call from Joey Boots who said that they have to get George out of there and fumigate immediately. Joey said that Howard is going to be itching later and he'll be freaking out. Joey said he knows other people who have had them and they have brought them to other places. Joey asked George if he's ever heard of a hotel and maybe going there instead of staying at the apartment. George said maybe he should leave right now.
George said maybe he should leave. Joey said he thinks he should. Howard said he asked Tim to get a dog to smell him and no one ever got back to him. Joey said that he has to get him out of there. Howard said he's not going to do that to George though. He said everyone loves him. Joey told him that he has to get him out of there. There's no doubt that he has them on him.
George said that the dogs didn't find him anywhere so he doesn't have them on his clothes. Joey said maybe they're up his rectum.
Joey asked if Howard had any McCartney tickets for him. Howard said he gave them out last week. He said he got a note from a fan who was saying he has a relative who is dying and he'd love to get the ticket but he has none to give away. He said he had 4 pair to give away and that was it.
Howard said that he's taking his wife and daughter and her friend. Robin is taking Ralph. Fred gave his tickets to his wife and daughter. Howard said that they just don't have anything for Joey. Joey said that if anyone wants a date with him then they can contact him through is web site JoeyBoots.com.
Mariann from Brooklyn called in and said that the bedbugs are awful and they have to get rid of their mattress and wrap it in plastic or the garbage men won't take it. She said that George should have moved out of there immediately. George said they've been putting up with this for 2 weeks.
Another caller said that Howard isn't going to do the show if they get bedbugs in there. Howard said that George could be transplanting them in there as they speak. George said he can just about assure them that he's not. He said they've put the clothes through the dryer so they think that they're okay.
Howard asked why they weren't able to get a beagle in there. Gary said he spoke to Tim last night and he never heard back. He said that Tim was the one who knows where the dogs are. He said he spoke to him and asked him to call. He said he never heard back.
George said that he'd leave and call in if he wanted. Howard said he didn't want him to do that. Robin said it's probably too late. She said he's been rolling around in the green room already. Robin said he's like Typhoid Mary in there. George laughed and said that he's like Typhoid George.
Howard said that he has a dog come in every month to check for bedbugs. He also told George about how they had them there and they had to have them exterminated there. George said that the exterminator is saying that they'll be clear of them for 6-9 months. Howard said that they've had the dogs come through there a bunch of times too and they're clear of the bugs for now. George said he'd let them sniff him if he wanted. Howard told Benjy to sniff him.
Howard said that they have to bring back the DDT. He said the ban on DDT was all a bunch of bullshit. He said that they did a film recently and the guy who did the movie drank DDT in the movie. Howard said it's an epidemic with the bedbugs and they have to bring the stuff back. He said there is no need for the ban. He said it was the fucking hippies that got it banned. He said he never did like the hippies. He said they're a bunch of phonies. Howard said they were at all of the rallies for the Vietnam War and all they were doing was getting laid.
George said that some of them were sincere against the war. George said he could have been considered a hippie back then. Howard said George was an actor, not a hippie. Howard said that the hippies are the ones who got rid of DDT. Howard said there were people who were activists and then there were the hippies. Howard and George spent a minute talking about the difference. Howard told George he had better not have brought bedbugs in there. He said he's already itching.

Howard said that when you see what George Bush did lying about weapons of mass destruction then you'll see how great this site is. Howard said that the Arab countries want us to invade Iran and get rid of their nuclear program. They're scared shitless over there. Howard said that they're doing this all in private over there though. Robin said they can't say some of this stuff out loud because their citizens would freak out and start blowing things up.
Howard said he still thinks that Al Gore won the election against Bush. He said they've uncovered some voting fraud upstate there in New York. He said they have people who have voted 20 times there. Howard said that this WikiLeaks is showing all of this stuff and people are freaking out about it.
Howard said that Wesley Snipes is going to jail for 3 years for not paying his taxes and this Charlie Rangle gets away with it. Howard said the guy is going to have benefits and a pension because all of the government officials suck each other's dicks. He said ''no offense George'' as he was ranting about that.
Robin said she's glad that Howard is finally coming around with this. Howard talked more about this Arab and Iran thing and spent a short time on that. Howard said they need a transparent government so we can see every document. Howard said secrets don't do us any good. Robin said that they make bills 400 pages long so no one has any idea what the laws are. Howard said he can't even make it through a movie script. He said he had two to read this weekend and he wasn't able to make it through them.
Howard said that this group is the same group that's letting Charlie Rangle get away with what he did. Howard said that this WikiLeaks guy is taking on a bunch of different governments. Howard said that their next big target is the banking institutions. Robin said they'll finally find out what's happening to their money.
Howard said he'd like to know how to get away with not paying his taxes like Charlie Rangle. Howard said they can't tell him that he doesn't have to pay his taxes.
Howard said when Terminator came out he was recorded screaming and yelling and he found it kind of despicable. Howard said he really ripped into this guy and he thought that he was a bit of a douche bag but that seems to be okay with people in this country. Howard said that Michael Vick is a douche bag for what he did with the dogs and everyone is okay with it once the guy is on the field.
Howard said Nils Loftgren wrote an article about Michael Vick and he couldn't agree more with the guy. He read the letter that Nils wrote about Vick. Nils was saying that it's just not right to make the guy a hero to the kids out here. Nils wrote about what they do to these dogs that they have fighting and how they kill them and torture them. Howard said that Nils was writing about how they shouldn't have given him a second chance in the NFL. Nils went on and on about how wrong it was for them to do that. Howard read most of the letter.
Howard said that was the Michael Vick story. He got back to Christian Bale and said that he was reading about how he sounds like a complete maniac but he's a great actor. Howard said he saw some of the stuff he's been in and he has been very good. George said that he was good even as a child.
Howard said he was reading some quotes from Bale in an interview he did and he sounds insane and very arrogant. George said he should be an actor and not do these interviews. Howard said that he was very arrogant and saying that he only does interviews so people will go see his movies. Howard said they all know that's why he does them.
Howard was reading that Bale stayed in character the whole time he was on the set of The Fighter movie and he also stayed in character while he was yelling at the guy on the set of Terminator. Howard said he was reading about how he stays in that American voice just so he stays in character. He said the guy is out of his mind. He said that if you're really angry then you don't stay in character. Howard said the guy is just a weirdo.
Howard said that Bale is talking to this reporter about how he only does the interviews to get people to see his movies. George said he really should just stay quiet and let his acting speak for itself.
Howard said Christian Bale is really good in The Fighter. He said that the movie is based on a true story and it has Mark Wahlberg and Amy Adams in it. Howard said Christian Bale is so good in it though that he should win an Oscar for that performance.
Howard said he was watching that movie ''Splice'' a few weeks ago and he figured that he was the only one who liked it. Then he read that Stephen King put out his list of favorite movies of the year and that was one of them. Howard said he really liked that movie. He said he saw that ''Green Zone'' was on the list too. He said he didn't like that one so much. Howard and George talked about The Social Network movie since they both liked that one.
Robin asked if George can green light a movie. George said he can't... yet. He said there are some great scripts coming in though. He said he has one script about an elderly gay couple and the problems they have. He said they had some interesting names attached to that one. He said they were straight actors too but he would have had love scenes with them. He said that the script was wonderful but they weren't able to get the funding.
Howard said he would love to play an Asian, gay, senior. He said he could play to George's character. George said he'd come up to Howard's belly button if they did that.
Howard said that George must get frustrated with the roles he gets. He doesn't get considered for a lot f stuff. George said that his first role was very fulfilling for him. He told Robin and Howard about that role and then Howard asked if he thinks that he got pigeon holed into the parts he played. George said that he doesn't think so. He said he had some interesting things he did in the Star Trek movies.
Howard asked if he's ever done any Japanese films. George said he hasn't but he's done many other films in other countries. He told Howard about some of those roles and some of the roles that he missed out on too. He said he missed out on a role in a Steve McQueen movie and the actor who got the role actually won an Oscar for that. He said that was kind of frustrating to him.
Robin said that there aren't a lot of roles for someone like George. She said that Howard isn't taking that into account. Howard said he and George should do a remake of Dirty Dancing and he and George can play the Patrick Swayze and Jennifer Grey roles.
Howard said that he got some movie scripts over the weekend and he read 87 pages of one and gave up. He said there were about another 30 and he wasn't able to get through it. He said it was okay and kind of cute but he's not about cute. George asked if he could have had a role in it. Howard said he probably could have. Howard said they had to take a break and get a beagle in there to sniff George.
Howard had George do an announce as they were going to break. George read some stuff about William Shatner and how he'd love to see him in a gay movie. They went to break after that.
Howard came back and said that they had no time to waste with only 8 shows left. He said that they're all heroes there. He said that they'll be walking off into the sunset. He said ''Farewell friends...'' and sang along with the Bowie song. It sounded like he had no plans on staying there after the 8 live shows.
Howard said that they have George Takei sitting in all week. They also have Wilson Phillips coming in today to perform.
Howard said they did some checking around about the bedbugs thing. Howard said he feels itchy as hell since George showed up. He said he knows that the bugs can come with you. George said they don't jump from place to place. He said you carry them with you. Howard said they got a hold of the sniffing beagle guy and he said that he can be there by 9. Howard said that they can put the clothes over there to have the dog sniff them. He said the guy said they can't sniff them while he's got them on. George said Howard always finds a way to get people undressed in there.
Howard said that George can take off his sweater and they'll have the dog smell that. Howard said they'll do that around 9 and they'll do that all week long. Gary said he's going to order the dog right now.
Howard said Benjy is eating the salad that he just dropped out in the hall. Benjy said that he did drop some but he threw some of it out. He said he may have gotten some stuff from the floor in there. Howard said that's so gross.
Gary said that the dog people are telling him that they may not get there until 9:30 or 10. Howard said that's fine. He said he still thinks it will be interesting to have it done. He said he doesn't get why George would put up with bedbugs for 2 weeks. Robin said there's no way she would have done that. She said she'd be calling everyone to get them in there. George said they called people but they weren't able to get this guy in there. He said it never occurred to him that they could stay in a hotel.
Steve said that he heard that he got some of the questions ahead of time. Will said that he did have a friend who was familiar with the IQ tests. He said he asked the friend if he could help him out with that. She called him back and she told him how he can study. He said that she told him to Google the name of the test and he did look into it but it wasn't the whole test. He said that he did get some information about it from some people there who had taken the test before. He said he never saw the actual questions. He said he just saw what the format of the test was.
Scott DePace said he thinks that his score is in jeopardy there. Howard asked if he saw the questions. Will said he did not. He said you can Google WAIS IQ test and you can see exactly what he saw.
Steve Langford said that their source is claiming that he was given assistance by a professor who gave him help. Will said that he was not given the test ahead of time. He said that his friend works for a university and she just told him what the format was.
Benjy Googled the test and said that he thinks Will is being honest. He said the test is very well protected. Howard told him to spit out his food because he was in the middle of eating. Benjy said that he wasn't able to find the WAIS test but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Benjy said that the test format is out there but he's not sure what Steve is saying.
Steve asked if his assistance was on the verbal part of the test. Will said it was the whole test, not just one part. Steve said they have two sources who say he got some help on this test. Steve said they say that he had assistance from a professor.
Steve said one of the sources overheard a discussion about how to find copies of the test in order to allegedly help Will. Will said that he asked his friend about the format of the test. That's all he did. He said that he had a lot of anxiety about the test. Fred said he was looking it up and there are practice tests out there.
Steve said that one of their sources says that this is cheating. Howard gave that a couple of ''Wow!'' comments. Steve said that one of the sources is saying that they were there during this discussion. Fred said that he's throwing out a lot of wild accusations and not answering to them. Steve said that they're not wild.
Howard said he believes Will and if someone is going to call him a cheater they should go on record. Steve said that both sources are concerned about the ethical problems in this. He said if someone assisted him then there are some ethical questions there.
Will said that he's kind of upset that Gary wouldn't ask him about this off the air. Howard said that wouldn't be any good. Gary said that they brought it to Howard and this is the way Howard wanted to do it. Howard said that there's no reason to do it off the air.
Steve said that they have sources who say they knew that Will would win the IQ test because he cheated. Fred said he's not sure what cheating means. There are practice tests out there and if that's what he was doing then is it cheating? Howard said that if you know what kind of questions there are then he's not sure either. He said that if he cheated then he should have gotten a 180 IQ. Howard said they do say that if you take the test and then take it a year later you'll test about the same. Steve said that you can't take it in the same 6 months or you'll test higher.
Steve said that this professor may have helped Will. Howard asked if that's what happened. Will said that this person told him about the format of the test. That person didn't give him a copy of the test or anything like that.
Will said that he wasn't given the answers. He said even if they had then he wouldn't have been able to cheat. He said that if he had memorized the whole test then he would have gotten an even higher score. Steve said they were told that this help was on the verbal part of the test and he did score high in the verbal part of the test. Fred asked if they saw Will's test results. Steve said that they did give them out on the air but Fred said they didn't give that information out on the air.
George said he felt like he was sitting in on the McCarthy hearings. Will said that Steve is accusing him of cheating and he didn't cheat. Steve said he's been very careful not to say he did. He said that he's just questioning the results based on what he's been told.
Will said that there are people there who talked about the test after they took it so he may have scored higher based on that. He said he didn't cheat. Howard said he doesn't see any hard evidence that he cheated. DePace said maybe Gary should give him his money back on the bets. Gary said Scott is a douche. Howard said Scott took a test online too. Scott said that test had nothing to do with the test they actually took. Howard said he thinks that Will has a clean bill of health based on what he's heard. Robin said she feels for him because this is the way Steve spoke to her after her marathon run.
Fred said he would have done just what Will did to find out what's on the test. He said it's not cheating to find out what kind of format the test is. Robin and Howard seemed to agree with that. Howard said he would have done the same thing.
Howard asked George if he knows what his IQ is. George said he doesn't know but he'd be willing to take the test. Howard said they'll have to get him in on the next round.
Howard had Lisa G come in with her news preview. Howard said he heard that she's the voice of some New York Running Club. Lisa didn't know they were still using her voice for that. Howard said he hates those people. Howard said they had some audio of her doing the voice and she says ''I'm New York City's Lisa G...'' for the NY Racquet Club. Howard said she's like the Empire State Building or something announcing who she is. Howard said he doesn't want to hear her whole life story when she's doing something like that.
Howard asked Lisa if she got paid well for that. Lisa said it was a long time ago and she doesn't remember.
Ralph called in and said that he gets that Will would educate himself on the test but he was saying that he had that professor ''pull the test'' and that's just not right. He said that knowing the exact test is kind of having the inside information. Howard said that you don't know all of the questions though. Ralph said there is some grey area there because he did have some inside information. Howard didn't think that he did anything wrong. Ralph said he's not sure, it sounded fishy to him. Howard said it was a little fish but nothing all that bad.
Wheels called in and said that they were honoring Oprah at that Kennedy Center Honors thing. Howard said they had Paul McCartney being honored too. He said they had a picture of McCartney with Oprah and some other people. Howard said he feels he's in the same category as Oprah. Wheels said that Howard hasn't done anything either. Howard said that's what he said, he's in the same category as Oprah.
Howard read about the people who were honored and he didn't recognize some of the names. Howard said he knows that Oprah is beloved and all but why is she getting this honor? Howard said he just doesn't get it. He said they didn't even explain it in this article he was reading. Howard said that if they're going to honor someone they should do Phil Donahue. Oprah ripped off his whole show. Howard said Phil developed that whole thing. He said that she just stole the whole thing from him. Robin said she did it better. Howard said maybe she did but she did steal the whole format from Phil.
Howard had Lisa get to her news preview. Lisa said they have some updates on Gary's book tour. He's going to be on the Jimmy Fallon show tonight. She said they'll be behind the scenes with him today.
Lisa said that Scott the Engineer adopted a dog after one of their dogs died. She said that Jon Hein also got a dog. They're trying to house train the dog and it's very tough.
Lisa said they spoke to Marty, the guy Howard credits with saving him in high school. She said that Marty said that they saved each other in school back then. She also said that he runs a business where he helps people stop smoking. Howard thanked Lisa for that and let her go after that. He said he has to watch what he says or they'll contact everyone he mentions on the show.
Howard said he had the audio of Scott telling Evan to slow it down. Scott told ''Easy, easy Evan...'' and then Howard says ''Don't tell him to slow down.'' Howard said that Scott is all about taking it easy. He did an impression of Scott and goofed on him for a minute. Robin said his explanation was that he didn't want him to get anything wrong.
Howard had a clip of a reporter on CNN having a coughing attack on the air. Howard played that clip where the reporter clears her throat and then starts coughing. She tries to talk but keeps coughing. She had to walk off.
Howard had a clip of a British broadcaster saying ''cunt'' and then breaking down and coughing. Howard played that clip and the guy was trying not to cough as he was reading his stuff. He was holding it back and sounded like he was going to throw up from holding them back.
Howard said he had a question for everyone there. He said he had a clip from a porno where they had a woman forced to orgasm. Howard said they talked about that on the show and the woman almost passed out when they were making her orgasm. Howard played some of that audio and said that it sounded like she was speaking in tongues in that clip. Howard said that she was so out of it that it wasn't clear what she was saying. He played more of that audio and got some laughs out of the guys.
Howard said that they heard from the woman who was in the clip and she wants to come on the show. Howard asked for everyone's vote. Everyone was all for having her in. Benjy said that the clip wasn't all that wild to him but she might have an interesting story. He said that based on the clip he wouldn't have her in. He said her voice was fun though. Fred played some clips of Benjy that were kind of similar to that woman's.
Howard said he thinks that he should have her on the show. He played her clip again and had George trying to imitate that. George did some screaming and speaking in tongues that wasn't too far off. Howard replayed the woman's clip again and told George he did a good job. They had to go to break after that.
Howard came back and asked George to do an announce to get them back into the show. George read one about how Scott the Engineer is worried about Howard retiring and he should be used to sitting around doing nothing so he shouldn't worry about it. Robin said he isn't used to not getting paid to sit around doing nothing though.
Howard said that they only have 4 shows left next week and they're done. Howard said it was all over the news that he was going to leave and go to Apple. He said he's been tight lipped about what he's doing because he doesn't know what he's doing. He said he's talking to a lot of companies and doesn't have anything yet.
Howard had audio of a news report about the Apple rumors. Howard played that and they were talking about how he could possibly be going to Apple to do some kind of iTunes thing. Howard said that 3 years and $600 million would be great. He said that rumors have been swirling lately but he doesn't have anything yet. Howard said it's been torture for everyone there so far. Robin said that it's not for her. She said she doesn't care.
Howard said he does want to continue working and he would like to stay there at Sirius. Howard said that they came there 5 years ago with 600,000 subscribers and now they have over 20 million. Howard said it's grown from 600,000 to over 20 million. He said he'd have to walk away if his deal wasn't good enough or if everyone else's deal wasn't good enough. Howard said he doesn't want to jump to any conclusions and he has nothing bad to say about anyone there. Howard said he might have to leave if they have bedbugs there though.
Howard said that he has to decide where he should go to grow the most and be the most successful. He said he has to think about what would be the most successful and what the future of radio is. George said he has a lot of people there. He said they have great talents there.
Howard said part of the reason he would like to keep working is because he has such a great team of people. He said he has told them that if he does another 5 years then he's probably going to be done after that. He said that he'll be in his 60s by then. He said that's old to him. George said that 60 is the new ''young.'' Howard said he doesn't want to be working at George's age. He said that he has to get his staff to leave over the next 5 years so the only one left will be him. He said that if his plan goes as planned he'll be the only one there by the end of that 5 years.
Robin said Howard shouldn't worry about the other people there. It's up to them to worry. Howard said she's right. Howard said he shouldn't worry about that. Howard said they have had people there for 30 years of steady employment and he should be able to leave with a clear conscience. Robin said he could do that now. He's provided so much for so long already. Howard said that Walt Sabo told him that he could leave with no guilt. Robin said he's right.
Howard said that he doesn't have a deal but there are some contenders out there. He said that he won't sign anything unless it's the right deal for him and for everyone else. He said that things could end after the 8 live shows are done. He said he doesn't know at this point.
Howard talked about Derek Jeter and how he made a deal to stay with the Yankees. Howard said the guy is doing just fine and you can't fault him for kicking some tires and trying to find out how much he's worth. Howard said he's had a good career so far and he's going to stick it out with the Yankees. Howard said there's nothing wrong with him checking to see what his worth is out there though.
Howard said there are companies making tons of money off of people and you have to test the waters to find out what you're worth. Howard said that you never know how long your job is going to last. Howard said he has to participate and find out what he's worth. Howard said that's what Jeter was doing and he can't fault the guy for that.
The group came in and Howard introduced them to George Takei. Carnie said she thinks that George is the best. George said that he's amongst the best there. Howard told the girls that he has bedbugs. Howard said they have dogs coming in to sniff him today.
The girls asked if he can spread the bedbugs. Howard said of course he could. Howard said they don't know if he has any on him right now but he could. Howard said it's an epidemic because they have to get DDT back. Carnie didn't know what that was. Howard said that the stuff wasn't dangerous. He said they had a doctor drink the stuff in this documentary and it didn't hurt him. Howard said that Chynna's dad probably tried to get rid of that stuff. Howard said they have to bring it back to get rid of Malaria and bedbugs.
Howard said that the girls were at the top of their game and then they self destructed. The girls said they all went out and had babies. Wendy had 4, Chynna had 3 and Carnie had 2. Howard asked how they gave birth and how their vaginas are. The girls said they are all doing fine and their vaginas are fine.
Howard said that he heard that Chynna and Billy Baldwin had split up a bunch of times. She said that they had and they had gone to therapy and eventually worked it out. They got their friendship back and that's what worked. They went for walks on the beach and things like that to get the romance back. Carnie said that she and Rob lost their romance after the kids but they worked things out and they're fine.
Howard said it must be tough to be married to a famous guy like Billy. Chynna said that he's not tempted by other women but she didn't like the way he was treating her. She said that she made him change and it worked. She said that he really did change the way he spoke to her. Howard said he commends him for that. He said he doesn't believe that most guys can change unless they're in therapy. Chynna said that he actually was in therapy. Howard said he has learned to be a better father and husband by going to therapy.
Howard talked to Carnie about her drinking problems and how she's worked those out. She's been sober for 6 years now. The girls were wondering why they were so far from him. Howard said it's because they're going to sing. They wanted to be closer. Carnie said she loves Howard's eyes. She wanted to see them.
Howard asked them if they're upset about getting older. Chynna said that she doesn't like it and she has done Botox but she has found other ways to do it botanically. Carnie said that it's tough getting older.
Howard asked the girls if they think that getting older and having the kids makes it tough to have romance. Chynna said that they got into a rut of not communicating and they had to get that back. She said she never had anything like that going on between her and her father.
Howard asked Chynna if she's in touch with Mackenzie. She said they're taking some time off from that. She said they both understand that too. Chynna said that she's met people who haven't spoken to their siblings for years. Howard asked if the other girls think that Mackenzie should have kept her mouth shut. Chynna said that she thinks that it was kind of selfish to bring it out publicly. They spent a couple of minutes talking about that. Chynna said she felt that it was more about selling books than anything. She said she's a great woman but she may be a bit misguided. Chynna said she was in a dire financial situation so she may have done it because of that.
Chynna said that she was in a band at the time her sister's book came out and it was all very tough for her. She said she had to take a break from everything. Jon said that George had no problem coming right out and talking about the bedbugs. He said that Howard started to itch as soon as it came up. Gary said they found out about it last night and Will wasn't sure what to do. They came up with the dog idea but it doesn't seem like George was that knowledgeable about it. He just seemed to think that it was just a few bites and he had to get rid of them eventually.
Jon asked what they thought of George's forced orgasm. Benjy said that was a good one. Jon asked if he could do one. Benjy said he's kind of a method actor. He did a little bit of one bit it was pretty tame. Gary said that was as good as the shittiest Sybian ride ever.
Gary said he knows that Brad is the big Howard Stern Fan and he's surprised that he didn't know how paranoid Howard would be about the bedbugs. Jon said you'd think that he would have acted differently if he had known how Howard would react. Benjy said maybe George's age comes into it and it's not that big of a deal to him.
Jon asked Benjy why he was eating salad off the floor. Benjy said it spilled and he wanted to clean it up quickly. He said he didn't want anyone making a huge deal out of that. He said he put it back into the salad thing and threw out what looked dirty and ate the rest. Jon said he heard that he just went at it and didn't throw anything out. Jon said he has a source who saw him at the floor stuff. Benjy said he just ate the carpet off the floor.
Gary said he knew that Jason was working on getting the umpire from Citi Field to get on the phone after he threw his pitch. It's the same kind of thing where everyone gets goofed on there and you just have to roll with it.
Jon said that this is a pretty strong accusation for Will. He said once it's out there he's already tarnished. He said that it could be kind of hurtful. Benjy said that if the friend did something wrong then they had an obligation to tell Will they were doing something wrong. He said he thinks that what Will did wasn't wrong. He said if he was cheating he doesn't think that Will was aware of it.
Jon said that it sounds like what the source is saying is that Will got answers from the test. Steve was in so he said he had to go to his list and figure it out. He said he knows that Will thinks that he knows who his sources are. Will said he knows exactly who it is. Steve didn't believe it. Will insisted that he knows. Steve said they can talk about it off the air.
Jason said that Steve is taking someone's word for this and he doesn't have any documents showing that Will cheated. Benjy said he thinks that Steve is bullshitting about this whole thing. Will said that he thinks there's an innocent person in this and that person might be getting into trouble about this whole thing. Steve said they're not revealing where this person works because they don't want anyone getting into trouble.
Steve said they wanted to explore this and figure out if Will was lying or not. He said that they have two very credible sources on this story. He said that one source says that Will knew some of the questions ahead of time. Anther source says that they overheard someone talking about Will trying to get copies of the test so he could cheat. Steve said the person used the word ''cheat.'' Will said he never saw the test. He said that they're making an assumption on something they heard. He said he was never handed anything physical.
Jason asked Steve if his source is saying that Will was handed something. Steve said that they are reporting... and the guys cut him off. They wanted to know if he was handed something. Steve said the claims were that he was given information, essential information, that would allow him to cheat on the test. He said they know what that information is. Steve said they have some information there about what happened.
Steve said that Jason knows about journalism and he must know about anonymous sources. Jason and Steve went back and forth on that for a minute.
Jason told Gary that he's kind of a hypocrite in all of this too. He said that Gary is using the same excuse that DePace used with him. Gary said he and Scott had a conversation about the recording in the studio thing. He said this isn't the same thing. Gary said he had to take it to Howard because there were ramifications with this.
Steve and Jason got back to arguing again and went back and forth arguing over this whole thing. Steve said he wants to be very careful about this whole thing and that's why they did things they way they did.
Will sounded kind of upset with Gary too. Gary said he can't not tell Howard about this stuff. Jason said that Will was being accused of this on the air instead of off the air. He said that they don't even know if these two people exist. Gary said that Howard thought it was an interesting thing to bring up on the air. He said that's why they did it the way they did.
Benjy asked Steve about his sources and why they're taking the word of someone who is giving them information second hand. Steve said the sources are legitimate and he's sure about that.
Will said he thinks that the source is making an assumption about what they may have heard and that's what's going on there. Jon asked Steve if he thinks that Will isn't coming clean there. Steve said he thinks they have to look into it more. Will asked him why. He said he didn't want to take this test to begin with. Will said he wanted to be a team player and now he has to live with HR issues and a news department to investigate his life. He said that he just wants to go back and do his job. Gary said that they can't handle this lightly.
Benjy asked Will if he's worried about his friend getting in trouble if he didn't do anything wrong. Will said he's not sure what the rules are for their profession and he's not sure if that would get them in trouble or not.
Will said that he ran into Lisa G after the test and she heard that she had met someone who knew this professor friend of his. He said he knew that this was coming eventually. He said he never saw or heard any questions. All he discussed was the format of the test. He said that he heard more about the questions on the test in their office. He said he's not cheating when he hears people talking about the test in the office.
Steve said that these people could have gone public and gotten this person into trouble but they called them instead.
The guys said that Will's reputation is damaged now because there are two people who won't go on record and talk about this. Jason said that Steve is the one who says that if your mother says she loves you, check your sources. Steve said they did check their sources.
Steve said that Jason is the one who used to do the Page 69 stuff and make it up. Jason said that Steve used to go and check his sources, off the air, to make sure they were true. In this case he didn't do that. Steve said that he had to do that with the Page 69 stuff because they admitted that they made some stuff up.
Steve said they did ask Will some questions on the air and they were kind of tame. Benjy asked why they didn't do it off the air. Steve said it was a big deal that they had to discuss with many people.
Gary asked Steve if Will had denied it, would he have done the story. Steve said he had to think about it but said he probably would.
Jon took a call from a guy who asked how long Will has been there. They said he's been there for 10 years. The caller asked if they've ever questioned him before about anything like this. Gary said they hadn't and this whole thing didn't come about because they believed it. He said that they just wanted to let Will defend himself.
The caller said that it sounds like they're accusing him of cheating. Jason said that's the way it came off to him too.
Benjy asked how a person who knows something second hand can be a source. Steve said that the way this stuff came about made it clear that they had a story there.
Scott DePace came in and asked if this source says Will did better on the test because of this. Steve said yes. DePace wanted his money back from Gary after that. Gary said he bet on the results, not the way they got there. Steve said that one source was there while this conversation was going on.
Ralph called in and said that he had a few things about Murray-Gate here. He said that Jason is wrong comparing it to what Gary and DePace had. He also said that they're making too big of a deal about this. He said that Will denied it and that's it. He said Howard has the final say in all of this and Will should be mad at Howard if he's mad at anyone.
Ralph said his question is to Will or Steve. He asked about this person who allegedly gave Will the information. Will said that the person may have looked at the test and told him there was no good way to study for it. Ralph said that he does think that this person may have had an unfair advantage knowing this person that he knew. Gary said that he doesn't know what kind of heads up he got though. Gary said that he heard that he may have been given some of the questions or the vocabulary. Will said that it wasn't rocket science stuff.
Ralph said he walked into the test not knowing anything about it. He said that if Will walked in knowing something then he had an advantage. Jon said that Jason didn't do the best and he was in the same position. He said if you just tell someone what the test format is, you don't have an advantage. Ralph said if you know what to expect then you do have an advantage.
Gary said that anyone who took the test in the second round had an unfair advantage because they revealed what it was after the first round.
Jason said that if this person had told Will everything on the test then what would he have done. Will said he wouldn't even put that person in that position. He said he doesn't want anyone getting fired. He said this whole thing is a fucking nightmare that he just wants to go away.
Gary said that he doesn't think that anyone is going to lose their job over this. He said that Will has kept secrets that the staff has told him over the years. He said he hasn't revealed any of that stuff. He's not going to lose his job over this.
Benjy asked everyone if they ever cheated on tests in school. Almost everyone said they had. Benjy said he never did and Will said that he wanted to plead the fifth on that.
Ralph said this was a good lesson about getting your facts straight. He said once you put it out there you can't turn back. Ralph said he doesn't think that Ralph knowingly cheated but he may have had an advantage.
The guys asked if there is a story here. Steve said that he does have a story. He hasn't written it yet. Gary said that he'd like to know what he's going to run. Steve said he'll have to do a wrap up of everything that's been said. He's not sure exactly how it will be wrapped up but it might include Will's very convincing denials. They had to go to break a short time later. s
Jon asked Gary if he thinks Will is mad at him. Gary said that he knows how he feels and he hopes he won't hold it against him.
Jon said that he wanted to move on to some other stuff like Wilson Phillips coming in. Gary and Jon talked about some of the stuff they discussed today and how they performed a couple of songs live in there. Gary said that it was weird that he's seen the originals perform ''California Dreamin'' and then their daughter perform it. He said that maybe if they stick around another 5 years they'll get to see Chynna's kids perform the song.
Jon and Gary talked about Chynna being born again. They spent a minute on that and also about how the band had broken up and got back together.
Jon took a call from a guy who said that he loves Gary but he should feel guilty for cheating the fans for booking Wilson Phillips. Gary said that he doesn't get to pick who the guests are. He said he just brings what they're offered to Howard. He said Howard is the final word when it comes to that. He said he thought they were good today too. The caller said he thought they sounded horrible. He said he likes that he's open minded but he thought they sounded horrible. He said they could have achieved that kind of sound with any high school singing group. Gary said he liked it and thought they did a good job with their songs.
Jon asked Gary if he knew that they were working with ''New York City's Lisa G.'' Gary said that he did not know that. He was referring to that NY Racquet Club message system that Lisa's voice was on. Gary said that it is a weird way to introduce yourself in something like that. Benjy was thinking that she might have been in the middle of that lawsuit with the other Lisa G at the time and that's why she had to say it was ''New York's Lisa G.'' They had to end the show a short time later.
Howard started the show talking about how much they had to do today. He also introduced George Takei who was sitting in all this week. George said this is the second morning on the second to the last week there at Sirius.
Howard took a call from a guy who said that he's driving in and getting pissed. He said it occurred to him that if he was treated like a super star he'd get more respect there. He asked if Howard feels that he's not getting the respect he deserves from Sirius. George said he's not feeling that. Howard said the guy was asking him, not George. Howard said no one thought he was addressing George other than George. George said he feels welcomed there in New York from being on this show.
Howard said he's very excited that George is working for Nickelodeon now. He's going to be on ''Supah Ninjas'' next year.
Howard said in his career he feels that he will never get the respect of someone like Oprah Winfrey. Howard said if you analyze both careers his popularity and what he's accomplished... he'd have to say that they're on par with one another. Howard said that this caller's connection was horrible. The guy asked him to keep him on. Howard said he'd try to work through it.
Howard said he saw that Oprah was being honored by the Kennedy Center and he figured it was a pay off of sorts. He said that they honor people who were just in ''The Color Purple'' instead of the person who wrote it. He said he and Oprah have both done a lot in their careers. He said that he thinks that he is being disrespected. He said he's done a lot with his career and some of it's considered kind of gross and disgusting. He said that people have been outraged over what he's done so that's why some people look down on him. He said he gets why people think that way about the outrageous things he's done. Howard said he wanted to be wild and be outrageous. Howard said to expand the boundaries he had to do that. Now he's considered gross or just dismissed.
Howard said he is more important than Oprah and he deserves that Kennedy Center honors. Howard said he's not sure what he's going to do in his future. He said he hopes that they realize what he's done for this company. He said what he's done there, with the help from everyone on his team, is make the company huge.
Howard interrupted and said he has to talk about Benjy and how he ate his salad off the floor yesterday. He said he'll get to that later.
Howard said they helped turn this company into over 20 million subscribers. He said that's pretty amazing. He said they turned it from a non-business into a business. That's no easy feat. Howard said they were a catalyst with the fans.
Howard said he was so dissesd yesterday by this company. He said he got an article from Richard Bosch and the company hasn't even gotten back to them after they asked why this article came out. Howard said he's never even heard of this guy David Frear. He said he sounds like a complete idiot. Howard read the article and said that this guy can suck his dick. He said the article says he's going to have to take a pay cut. Howard said he's not going to take a pay cut. He said even if he was going to take a pay cut he doesn't have to broadcast it and humiliate him.
Howard said he's not sure what business it is of anyone what he gets paid. He said this guy who is supposedly the CFO doesn't have to be broadcasting this stuff. Howard said the guy is a putz and it's unbelievable the amount of assholes he meets in this business. Howard said that he has no problem leaving this company after the 16th.
Howard read through the article and they talk about how his last show could be the 16th and then he has 2 weeks off after that before his contract ends. Howard said this guy should just say he has no idea if he's going to sign or not. Howard said he has no idea who this guy, David Frear, is. He said that the guy says that he'd have to sign on for less money if he does stay there. Howard said the guy is a shithead. He said he doesn't have to say that in an article.
Howard said that the guy says he might have other offers including one from Apple. Robin said this is a guy who is trying to prove that he's more important than he really is. Howard read more of the article where they talk about Howard's options and how he doesn't have as many with Sirius and XM since they're one company now.
Howard said that this guy David got paid $3.3 million last year and he got that money because of him. Howard said the company wouldn't even exist now without Howard Stern. Howard said he's not going to take a pay cut. Howard said he'd rather not work there than take a pay cut. Howard said this guy knows nothing about it and he's never even heard the guy's name before. Howard said that he's not even in the loop as far as he knows.
Howard said the caller asked about why he's so embarrassed by the industry. Howard said he gets why he's not beloved and Oprah is. He said people will say he's coarse and all of that but the company he helped build from 600,000 subscribers to 20 million doesn't have to diss him in this article. Howard said that the guy doesn't have to say that in public and humiliate him like that. He doesn't get it. Howard said he didn't do anything to this guy David Frear. Howard said when satellite is irrelevant the only winner is going to be the people who have the content. Howard said that he's a jewel in his arsenal to stay in business. He said he should be celebrated and he should be asking him to stay with him. Howard said the guy made $3.3 million because of Howard Stern.
Howard said this was like a punch in the face to him last night. He said that this guy had no business talking about him like this. He said he should just say that he hopes Howard Stern will sign with them again. He said he's just a puppet and Mel is working him like one. Howard said that this wasn't fair to him and saying he has to take a pay cut is an insult. Howard said that's like saying he hasn't been performing.
Howard said that they say 60 percent of the listeners are listening to his channels. That's 60 percent of the 20 million. Howard said he wants this guy David to stop by his show so he can say hello. He said he has a few words for him. He wants him to tell him to his face why he's not worth the money.
Howard asked George about his bedbugs and if he was sniffed. He wasn't so Gary said that they'd be there in about 20 minutes. George said that he was very covered up last night so he didn't get bitten in bed. Howard said he wears one of those space outfits.
The caller said he was sorry for calling this guy David Frear a cock sucker. Howard said that the guy is probably a nice guy but he doesn't think that he deserves the $3.3 million. He said he signed a new contract in 2008 from what he was reading. Howard said he'd like to know how many listeners that guy brought in. Howard said he didn't even know they had a CFO. Howard said Mel does it all anyway so he's probably just a puppet there. Howard said Mel pulls all of the strings there. He said you can't spend 10 cents without it ending up on Mel's desk.
Howard said he just wants a little respect there. He said that he's done more than he needed to for the company. He said he more than paid for his salary. Howard said he worries about the business and Mel knows that. Howard said Mel could turn over those two channels and he doesn't have to worry. Howard said Mel gave him mornings at K-Rock and he took care of the rest of the day even after the morning show.
Howard said he's not sure what's going to be. He said he still doesn't have an answer about what's going to happen. He said he's still working things out and he was up late last night trying to figure it out. He said he was up late trying to figure this out and then he gets this email about this article. Howard said he doesn't need to read stuff like that. It makes him wonder what he's doing there.
Howard said he'd like them to keep the illusion going that he's like Elvis there. Howard said they spent all of this money building up this company and this guy is dissing the content. He doesn't get it. He said he'd like to know what his plan is because he doesn't understand it. Howard said it's a completely contradictory message to what they're trying to get out there.
Howard said this is his humiliation. He said he's not going to take a pay cut. He said this is actually making him think that he wants more money. He said he may have to talk to his agent about that.
Howard said he's not even sure he wants to go to the McCartney concert now. He said it's a celebration about their 20 millionth subscriber and this is the way they're treating him.
Howard took a call from a guy who said that he doesn't usually sign up for things like Sirius and Howard is the only reason he signed up. He said that they've raised their rates and if they're taking shit away he's not sure how that's going to work.
Howard said if he was willing to take a pay cut they don't have to make it public. Howard said they could keep it under wraps. The caller asked how this guy Frear got a raise. Howard said he's going to have to look into that. He said Mel usually doesn't let anyone speak. He said that he has everyone on a short leash usually.
The caller asked if Howard's agent, Don, is dealing with Mel up there. Howard said he has to deal with Mel. He said it would be a waste of time for him to deal with anyone else up there. Howard said he needs someone who is on his team to deal with.
The caller pointed out some of the stuff that Frear said about the NFL and things like that. Howard said that the NFL isn't exclusive content either. He said that his show is.
The caller told George that he liked the part he played in Adventureland. He said that he liked that Ricardio character. Howard did an impression of what he figured George sounded like in that. It was just George's voice. George said he can use different voices. He demonstrated some of them but they were all very similar. Fred threw in his Little Lupe impression too. Howard said he's like Christian Bale and loses himself in his parts.
Howard took another call from King of All Blacks who asked why they get mad at him personally. Howard said there's such jealousy out there and he gets it all the time. Howard said the day he signed with this company the employees and management were thrilled. He said everyone was lining the halls applauding and thanking him. He said they were getting their asses kicked until he signed on with them. Howard said they were thrilled and a miracle occurred. He said they became viable when he got there. Howard said they went from 600,000 to millions. He said they're at 20 million and growing now. Howard said they get resentful about him getting attention. He said that they wonder who he thinks he is and things like that. This is just human nature. Howard said he was just too successful.
Howard said they applauded and thanked him when he started there. He said that Jesus did all of these miracles and they ended up hanging him from the cross. It's all jealousy. Howard said he'd like to see Jesus get 20 million subscribers over there. King was laughing.
King said that this is like Howard married a girl who was nothing and then she starts thinking that she's more important than him.
Howard took another call from Mark in Boston who said that they've been fucking him for so long. He said that he should just say he doesn't need them anymore. Howard said he doesn't need a lesson. He said he did nothing but dedicate himself to this job. Mark said they could fuck him harder if they wanted. Howard said it's just confusing to him.
Another caller said that he doesn't deny the fact that he brought in millions of subscribers but not 20 million. Howard said there were 600,000 subscribers there when he started. He said they had to sell radios and subscriptions. Howard said this enabled Sirius to gobble up XM. That got them another 8 million subscribers. Howard said it allowed them to merge and not pay salaries they were paying to two companies. Howard said that this 20 million is because of him. He said that the reason they're successful is because for the millions he brought over. The caller said that they sell subscriptions with new car sales too though. Howard said that when old fans of the show get a new car they get to hear the show again and maybe they subscribe. They need the content to get new listeners. Howard said that this is one of the reasons people stay or subscribe.
Dominic Barbara called in and said that they should look at history. He said that if Howard leaves they'll find themselves in trouble. Dominic said that a CFO should be worried about the stock prices. Howard said it was good to hear from Dominic. Robin said she owes him a call too.
Howard said he was surprised to read that story. He said he's trying to figure out the future and he reads that. Howard said it was a weird statement. Robin said it's like walking in on your wife talking about how she hates having sex with you.
Howard said the only ones in the loop about him staying there are between Mel, Don and him. Howard said he's sure that this guy Frear hasn't been consulted.

Gary came in and told Howard about Bubba's club down there. He said they stopped by Bubba's gym that's like a full gym but just for the guys on the show. They have a boxing ring, a basketball court and more. He said he's not sure if he owns the gym space but he knows he owns the equipment.
Howard said Bubba was in financial stress a few years ago and he's wondering why he needs an extravagant gym like that. Gary said he's not sure but he's always got deals going on. He even admits that he's a wheeler and dealer.
Gary said Bubba has that club going too and he claims he's made half his money back. Then they go to the broadcast center in the dark and he's walking him around with his iPhone flashlight. The studio is 8,000 square feet and the ceilings are 26 feet high. He said that Bubba was talking about all of the stuff he can do there. Gary said Bubba told him about the stage they're going to have there and the shower they have in the studio. Gary said the shower doubles as a money blower for doing that on the show. They have TV screens all over the place too.
Gary said they dug a hole for a beach and a pond there at the studio. They'll have the Bubbagon and other things for fighting and stuff like that. Gary said that Bubba was telling him about the deals he was working for all of this stuff too. He said Bubba is really happy about all of this stuff.
Robin said she heard he's building a new house down there too. Gary said he's got a lot of stuff going on. He has a plane that he uses but he doesn't own it. He said that he just rents it and Bubba thinks it's not that expensive. Howard said that an 8,000 foot studio is very big. He's not sure he needs that much. Gary said he can't imagine the heating and cooling bill for something like that.
Gary said he went to Tootsies down there and he heard that the air conditioning bill is like $32,000 a month. Howard said that's what he'd imagine about Bubba's broadcast center. He said that's going to have some high costs to maintain.
Gary told Howard some other stuff about what Bubba was up to down there. He said Bubba loves to tell him what it costs to do stuff down there and how they can do it much cheaper there than in New York. Howard said he's right about that but he's still shelling out a lot of money for that stuff.
Howard said that the bedbug sniffing dog was there. He asked George if he was ready to be sniffed. George said that was fine. He realized he shouldn't have said anything. Howard said that they don't want to be infested by George. Howard said that Ronnie was wondering about the dog and if it had to sign a release. Howard wondered how the dog would sign a release. He said the guys should have told him that the dog had to sign one.
Ronnie came in and said he was just joking around. He said that he asked Gary if he had a release for him to sign.
Howard asked Ronnie about Benjy dropping his salad on the floor and then eating it. Ronnie said he saw him drop it, pick it up and eat it. Benjy said he did pick it up but he threw some of it out. He said he was on his way back to the show and he dropped some of it on the floor. He said he had to pick it up before someone got upset with him for making a mess. He threw it back in his bowl and then threw some of it out. He said he picked it out and then threw it away. He ate what was left.
Ronnie said that he should have said to him that he had to go back on the air and asked him to get someone to get him another salad. Howard said he might want to consider not eating off the carpet there.
Howard and Robin wondered what Benjy is up to if he's eating salad there off the floor. What is he doing at home. Benjy jokingly yelled out that he eats feces.
Howard said that this is gross and he can't be eating off the floor. Ronnie said that there was some hard boiled egg in there too so he was putting it on top of that. Robin said that he touched the rest of the salad with the dirty salad. Benjy said he's sure that their food has feces in it too. Howard said he's not doing this to attack him. He said it's not healthy to do what he's doing. Howard cut his mic off but Benjy had more to say.
Howard said Benjy is disgusting. George said that he has to think about how gross the sidewalks are there in New York and how people there are walking on that carpet after walking on the sidewalks.
Howard had George go over to a corner to strip down. George didn't seem to mind doing that. Richard Christy was prepared to get naked with George if he was uncomfortable. George said he was fine. Howard said he could see the bites all over George from the bedbugs. He said he loves George.
Howard had George put his clothes on the chair over there. George didn't want to put them on the dirty floor. George said his feet aren't very pretty because he had foot surgery that didn't go well. He said his right foot is very deformed. He said about 30 years ago he was given a pair of running shoes and he had surgery after that and it didn't work. Howard took a look and said it didn't look that bad. Then he said it did look fucked up.
George said the running shoes he got were too small for him and he tried to wear them. He said he did a 10K run and that night he got the most horrific cramp and his muscle on the right side was cramped up. He had to be taken to the hospital and they put him in an iron rack that sent electrical currents through is muscles. He said they relaxed the muscles and his foot remained in that position so they had to do surgery. He said that opened up his foot and it went back after a 3 year period. Howard took another look and it was still messed up. Howard said that he had no idea. Howard asked about his belly too. George said he had intercerception when he was one or two. He said they had to do surgery on his belly too.
Howard asked George how his feet are both fucked up if it was just one foot that had the problem from the sneakers. George said ''I don't know.'' Howard asked if he can run now. George said that he can't run. He said he walks.
Howard had Gary bring in the dog and the people who were there to help. They were from Quest Pest Control. The dog went over to the clothes and sniffed them. The woman, Christie, who was the owner of the dog told Howard what they'd be doing. She had the dog, a beagle, go over to the clothes and sniff them. The dog went through them and the owner told her what to do. The dog sniffed through his clothes and gave the all clear on the clothes.
Howard asked the guy, David, if George could bring the bedbugs in there any day. He said he could. He said that he could run his clothes through the dryer before he comes in and that might kill them. The woman said that the dog has a lot of hours of training.
Howard asked if this is an epidemic. David said that they're actually resistant to DDT. Howard said he thinks that DDT would kill them. He told Robin to listen to him. He said he knows what he's talking about.
Howard asked David what it costs to get into a business like this. David said the dogs are about $11,500. He said his dog is booked up all day long going around sniffing. He said a few years ago they were in the city like once a week. Now they're there almost every day. Howard asked how they know that they're legitimate. David told Howard about this certification they have and that's how you know that they're legitimate. He said the regulations haven't caught up with the problem yet.
Howard asked if they could have the dog sniff George's chair just in case. David said he'd do the whole studio. Howard had Christie have the dog sniff the chair. The dog went over and sniffed. She didn't find anything there.
George asked David about how they had no problem in October and then came back in November and they had the bugs there. He asked how they could have gotten it. Howard said that George is in hotels all the time. George said they weren't in one from the time they were in California to the time they got back. Howard said they can migrate too. David said they can migrate and they can be in other parts of the building. Howard said DDT is the answer but David had said that doesn't work. Howard said it will work and they have to bring it back.
David said that if it wasn't for DDT then they wouldn't be there right now. He said that it does work for getting rid of malaria. George said that he heard that there were other people there in their building that are having bedbug treatments. Howard said that's probably how they got them.
Howard thanked David and Christie for coming in with their dog Ellie. Howard wrapped up and gave them a plug for Quest Pest Control and you can find them at BedBugDetectives.com.
Howard was still talking about George's feet and how messed up they were. Howard said that's not from bad sneakers. He said that can't be from those sneakers. George said he got that cramp that night and after the surgery went bad he had problems with his feet. He said it was about 5 years after the surgery that the left foot went bad. Howard said they're the most photogenic feet he's ever seen. George took a look and said that he does look like an alien creature. George said he'd like to run again but he just can't. Howard said he heard he has a spiked tail in his pants too. George said he tucks that under. He said he had to go to break a short time later.
Howard came back and said that Big Foot thing was disgusting. He had George do a read as they were coming back too. Then he had Lisa G come in with her news preview.
Lisa came in and said that they have a story about Gary Dell'Abate getting stumped on Jimmy Fallon playing a music trivia game. Howard said he heard he did a nice job. Howard said AJ Benza sent him a note saying that he's looking very handsome on his book tour too.
Lisa said that Quest Love told her about some of the songs they played for Gary in the game. Howard said Jimmy Fallon is a nice guy and he didn't ask Gary to pitch or anything like that. Gary said their producer said they do a nice show and they wouldn't have any balls or bats or anything like that.
Howard played some audio clips from Fallon's show and they played him on with the Hong Kong Fooey theme with lyrics about Baba Booey. Howard said it would have been so funny if they had asked him to pitch.
Gary said he was in a cab recently and Jimmy Kimmel's show is shown in some cabs. He said that his neighbor saw his pitch in cabs in Chicago and DC. He said that clip is all over the country in taxi cabs.
Howard played more of the Jimmy Fallon audio and said that he's going to do the same thing as Gary and do too many appearances. In the clip Jimmy was asking Gary about his book tour and Gary said it's going on too long for Howard. Jimmy brought up the Today show appearance Gary made and how he had been mistaken for the Chilean Miner who was in the green room with him.
Howard played another clip where Jimmy talked to Gary about his music knowledge and had him play a game where he had to guess what song the Roots were playing for him. Gary had some trouble guessing the first one but he did get the second one. Howard said they were playing it live too so that makes it harder to get. Howard said it wasn't very fair to Gary.
Lisa got back to her news preview and said that Shuli was on the red carpet at an event last night and Billy Crystal was there. He didn't stop by to say hello but Robin Williams did. He told Shuli to say hello to Howard. Howard said he'd like him to come back on the show because the first interview didn't go very well. He thinks that it would go well now. Robin said they were all young back then so maybe it would go better.
Howard said that he has little Lupe and Dave Lampert coming in next week. He said that's the thing he wants to get on before they end things there. Howard said he'd like to go out with a bang. Howard said that Lupe has always been there but they have to get Dave in there.
Howard had Fred play some audio of Lupe, Dave and his mom to create the scene in there if they were all together. Howard said he could have George Takei join in too. Fred didn't have him on the same page but he did have one clip of George doing that forced orgasm clip from yesterday. He played all of those clips together. Howard had Fred play all of that and then a cow. Fred said he couldn't make that happen.
Lisa said that Shuli got an interview with someone from Law and Order who gave Benjy some advice on what to do about getting cast in a crime show that shoots in New York. Howard started to ask Benjy about that but then realized he didn't care.
Lisa said that Eric the Midget is still saying he's done with the show for good and he's not going to call in anymore. Howard said he doesn't believe that and he thinks that he will be back. He'll want something and he will call into the show. Robin said he may hold out for another 6 shows. Howard said he'll be back. He said that Eric is very attracted to his show.
Lisa said that Eric is also trying to prove that he's still alive because there was a rumor that he was dead. He's going to shoot a ''proof of life'' video to prove it.

Gary said that he's been talking to some people but he's waiting to see what Howard does. He said it's hard to tell what to do when you don't know what Howard is doing. Gary said he doesn't know what he's going to be doing for sure in 5 years.
Jon and Gary asked what JD is going to be doing in 5 years. JD said he'll be 35 in 5 years. Gary said he'll be 55. He asked JD if he'd like to save more money than he has so far. JD said he has tried but that's sort of stopped lately. He said he has less in savings than he did earlier this year. JD said he would like to figure things out ''I dunno.'' He said he could go back and work in a video store in Florida if he has to. Gary said he doesn't really want to do that. JD said he immediately goes to the worst case thinking. Benjy said that there aren't even any video stores anymore. JD said now he's going to have that on his mind. Benjy told him to get a job as a photo developer.
JD said he thinks about what he's going to do and it's the worst case all the time. He said he thinks about working at a video store or something... ''I dunno.''
Gary asked Jon if he plans on staying in the entertainment business. Jon said he would like to but if he has to, he'll go back to working in the private sector. Jon said that some people there haven't had any other jobs. Gary said he hasn't really had any other jobs. He said everything has been in the entertainment business so he's not trained to do anything else.
Jon took a call from a guy who said that the jobs they get in the future will never be as good as what they have now. He said that people like Ralph and Brandano are going to have the toughest time. He said Ralph will probably take care of Howard like a lame dog. He said Howard won't drop him. The guy said that Ralph was lucky enough to get that job he has and he turned it into a full time job.
Jon said that Ralph and Howard are close friends so they'll stay in touch even if Howard retires. Benjy said that Ralph was an employee who became a friend and it wasn't the other way around. The caller said he was a Superfan first though. Gary said you can say that about a lot of the guys on the show. The caller said that they've had great jobs for a long time and they will never have a job as satisfying as this one. Gary said he's probably right.
The caller thinks that JD will get a job based on his on air persona. Jon said it may help but he has to be able to do whatever job he gets. The caller said he thinks that JD is a good worker and Benjy may not have that easy of a time since he shows up late. Benjy said he's only showed up late twice. Benjy asked if he's doing okay now. Gary said that he's doing okay but he can't brag about it until it's been a couple of years of not being late. He told him to go a year without being late and then ask him.
The caller said that his life is going to suck when they go off the air. He said he is depressed just thinking about it. The guy asked if Gary could hire him to follow him on the book tour and he'll continue to sell it for him. Gary said that he's done with the book tour after two more signing's. The caller wanted to keep carrying the torch for him. Gary said he doesn't know if he can afford him after the new year. The caller said he comes cheap.
Jon took a call from a guy who said he hopes Howard retires so Ralph gets screwed. He said that he has made comments today and last week about people and it's gotten under his skin. Gary said that the guy who called last week was fucking with Ralph so Ralph fought back. Jon said that maybe Ralph has things in mind for his future. He said they don't know what his plans are.
The caller said that Ralph is awesome on the radio but he is a prick. He said he'd like to see him struggle. Ralph called in after that and said that everyone struggles. Gary said that guy wanted him to struggle. Ralph said he elicits that from people for some reason.
Ralph said he didn't want to get into the whole Howard thing. He said that Howard has been very supportive over the years. He said there are times when it doesn't seem so supportive but overall he is.
Jon asked Ralph if he gets why Howard is worried about him. Ralph said that he thinks Howard is just saying that this is it. He's either going to sign on for 3 or 4 more years and then retire or he'll retire now. He said that he could have retired this year easily. Ralph said that he thinks Howard is going to re-sign and he'll have some work. If he doesn't then he'll find some other work to do. He said he used to do film work and he never knew where work was coming from. He said it's a different mind set.
Ralph said that Howard doesn't pay him, Howard TV pays him. He said that he does have a job and some people may not think that it is a job. He said that he spends more time doing the work than people think he does. He said those clothes don't just magically appear on the show. He said he's Howard's stylist and he has to go out shopping.
Gary said that he was starting to formulate a play this year but then Howard said he wanted to keep working. He said he couldn't imagine not being there for the end of the show. He said that he may get another offer before the next contract is up but he's not sure. He said if he got an offer to do something that he couldn't turn down then he'd have to leave.
Jon asked Ronnie if he has a plan. Ronnie said that Howard doesn't bother him about that. Ronnie said that Howard basically told him he'll still be working for him. He said he has to keep working. He said that he can't just pass it on to someone else.
Gary asked Ronnie if he could retire in 5 years. Ronnie said he could but he doesn't want to. Gary asked if Scott can retire in 5 years. Ronnie said he doesn't think so based on the way Scott cries all the time.
Jon asked Ronnie how he responded when he heard Ralph saying that Howard doesn't support him. Ronnie said he gets how he was feeling at the time. He said that's Ralph's business and he probably felt like he was getting put down.
Ralph said that could be part of it. Ronnie said he thinks that he felt he was being dissed. Ralph said Howard is a good friend and it's weird with the show and all of that. He said it can get to you when he makes you out to look like an asshole. Ronnie said that Howard always comes through in the end. He said that he treats him like shit sometimes but in the end he's there for him.
Benjy asked Ralph what was up with Howard saying he never tells him anything about what he's up to. Ralph said he's not sure about that. He said they do talk so he's not sure what was up with that.
Jon asked Ronnie about the people who were saying that he really thought that the dog needed to sign a release. Ronnie said he didn't want to get yelled at for not getting a signature. He said that they have kids up there and they have to have the mother sign a release. Gary said they had a monkey up there that didn't have to sign one. Ronnie said he was just covering his ass.
Steve Brandano said that he heard Ronnie asking in the hall so he wasn't joking. Ronnie said he just said that he was covering his ass.
Jon took a call from a guy who asked if they're going to keep this show going without Howard. He said he likes the guys doing the Wrap Up Show. Gary said he doesn't know. He said they talk about working together but he's not sure if it would sound like they were doing Howard's show without Howard. The caller said that they could do it. Gary said that maybe it if was just him and Jon and maybe Teddy on the board.
Benjy said that David Arquette had a good idea to just guess what Howard is doing. They could guess what Howard is doing and Howard could call in once in a while. They could guess what he's doing and speculate on what he's up to.
Jon said he'd love to keep doing a show with Gary. He said part of him doesn't want to find out if they could do it without Howard. Jon asked JD if he would want to be part of it. JD said ''sure... as long as I'm getting paid.''
Jon took another call from a guy who said that Howard is supportive up to a point as long as it's about Howard. He said that he keeps these people under his own control. Gary asked the caller if he thinks that Howard was supportive of Robin's book and Artie's book. The caller said he was but that was different. He thinks that it all has to do with Howard thinking of himself.
Ronnie said that Howard doesn't want his image fucked with so he gets that. He said that Howard got pissed about him selling those ''Let's Fuck Some Whores'' t-shirts with Bubba and Howard got upset with him about that. They were selling tons of t-shirts though.
Gary talked about how nice it's been to be listed as a radio personality without Howard's name attached when he goes on shows like Jimmy Fallon.
Benjy said that one of the toes had a toe growing out of it. Gary said he didn't see that but he felt they looked like they were beaten and then healed in an odd way. Ronnie said it was just weird.
Jon said that the dog found nothing. Gary said he was relieved. He said if there was something in the clothes then it would have been bedlam. Jon said that they checked all over and the dog didn't find anything. Everyone was relieved about that. They spent a couple more minutes on that and then went to break.
Gary said he's known guys who have gone from show to show to show and you just stay with it until it's done. Gary said if he had done that when he started out it might be easy but he hasn't had to experience that. Gary said he told his family that he may have to go off to work and work all week and maybe fly to the West Coast or whatever. He said he's going to have to do whatever he has to do.
Jon brought up the Wolfie interviews with the World of Warcraft people. He also brought up Scott DePace talking about playing Call of Duty and how different that is. He asked JD if he thinks it's geekier to do that or play World of Warcraft. JD said that they can both be geeky. He said that World of Warcraft seems more Second Life like and you can spend endless amount of time playing the game. He said it might be geekier than playing Call of Duty based on time alone. Jon said he knows a lot of people who put in a lot of time on Call of Duty. Gary said that they make you feel cooler playing games like Halo over something like World of Warcraft even though it's all geeky.
Shuli said that Call of Duty is about 100 times cooler than World of Warcraft. He said it gets geekier when you put on a headset. He said it's a lot of fun playing though. Gary said his kids have fun playing and he'd like to know what it's like for a 35 year old guy like Jason and Shuli to play when they don't have kids. Shuli said that he's seen Jason playing Guitar Hero and he's really geeky looking playing that. He said that he puts on sunglasses and points to the imaginary crowd like he's really playing.
Jon said that he plays Guitar Hero but he's not pretending to be a musician. Gary asked about the new Rock Band that can teach you how to play a real guitar. Jon said that's like going to McDonald's to get a salad. If you really want to learn you go take lessons.
Steve Brandano said that he and Jon got together and played real instruments together. He said they didn't play all that great but they did play.
Jason came in and said that Jon has like 20 guitars hanging in his basement to play Guitar Hero with. He said he has a bunch of games too. Jon said he has 4 guitars and one drum set and a keyboard. He said that they're just out on a shelf.
Jason apologized for hitting Jon over that since he wasn't the one making fun of him. It was actually Shuli who was goofing on him about the fake guitar thing. Gary said he had no idea how into that stuff these guys all were.
Jon asked about Scott DePace being so into this Call of Duty game. The guys think that he just thinks it's cool. Jason said that Scott doesn't do any strategy either. Shuli said he turned on the xBox and saw that Scott was on early morning and he was in ''Combat Training'' which is just so you can get better at playing.
Scott called in and said that the combat training was for his son. He said he's teaching him how to play. Shuli said that Jerry O'Connell and his brother are really intense when they play. He said that they will freak out if you start going to take a flag in Capture the Flag. He also said that Yucko has actually pissed in a bottle so he doesn't have to leave the game to do it. Scott said he's never done that.
Scott asked about Jerry O'Connell losing a game and quitting in the middle of it. Shuli said that they were down 20 points and they backed out of the game. Shuli said that's a pussy move. He said you should take your beating like a man.
Scott said that a geek is more apt to play chess or dungeons and dragons or World of Warcraft. He said that they're more likely to do that then play Call of Duty. Scott said he's not a dork. JD told him to shut up and that he is a dork.
Shuli said that he and Scott have spent time in the halls talking about the weapons they've unlocked. He said he plays an hour or hour and a half a day playing. Gary said he's probably playing 2 and a half hours.
Shuli said you play this game and work your way up to about level 50. Once you get there you can reset and start over at prestige level. Scott is at prestige 48.
Jason said that you can make yourself go up high really easy if you know what you're doing. That doesn't really mean anything.
Jon asked if Howard thinks this is all frivolous and stupid. Gary said of course he does. Jason said he agrees but it's still fun. Gary said that his son will ask if he can go on and buy new maps. He has no idea what that is. Jason explained it to him and said that they have these different places to play in and they put them out every few months. He said that you can get bored with the old maps so it just keeps you going.
Scott said that all entertainment is frivolous so it's no different than watching TV or movies. Gary said that Howard could make the argument that he watches it because he's doing research for the show. Scott said that's bull.
Jon said that there are a lot of young kids who play these games. That's not so true around there. Shuli said that Yucko got upset when his character died in the end of the game. They had to wrap up and end the show a short time later.
Howard started the show talking about how they were down to just 5 shows after today. He said there's still no announcement of any kind on the horizon. Howard said there's a lot of conversation about whether or not he's going to stay there or go to another company. He said yesterday he threw a tirade about the CFO of the company for saying he might have to take a pay cut. Howard said he did some investigation and found out he said nothing of the kind. Howard said he read the transcript and they extrapolated a couple of things and they made some assumptions.
Howard said it turns out that David Frear said that in many cases they don't have to pay people much to get them to renew. He said that Frear just said that Howard has been a good partner and he hopes he stays. That's all he said. Howard said the Hollywood Reporter went ahead and put that big headline about needing to take a pay cut. Howard said they attributed to Frear that he night need to step back and take a pay cut and that's not what he said.
Howard said the CFO is in the clear now. He said he thought the Hollywood Reporter was a credible source. Howard said he was misled so he doesn't really owe anyone an apology but he'll give him one anyway. Howard said he doesn't know this guy Frear but he does send him a Christmas card. Robin said she doesn't send out Christmas cards anymore. She said she just got too busy. Howard said everyone knows that she's out saving the world so they excuse her for that.
Howard said that he could do the math and figure out how long that was. He did some math and figured it was 30 years. George had said that already as soon as he said 1980. Howard said he's not very good with math.
Robin said she just saw ''Private Parts'' again and she saw the part where her entrance was coming up. Howard said the internet says that they were introduced in 1981 so he's not sure what the truth is. He said it's somewhere around that time.
Howard said he saw Robin when she had her full chest before her operation. Howard said she reduced them after that. Howard said it was a sad day when she did that.
Howard did some more math trying to figure out when he met Fred. He said it must have been 1979. Fred said that was correct. Howard did some more math to figure out how many years that was. George blurted out 31. He told Howard how to do the math quickly. Howard said he forgot he could just add one year to the earlier 30 years.
Howard said he was doing morning radio and Fred was the overnight guy when he met him. He said he didn't meet him before he did his first shift. Fred said when he was talking to Howard about going to Washington DC he told him that Robin had really big breasts. He said he walked into the room and they were really big. Howard said Fred is lying. Fred said he was just joking. Howard said that wasn't funny.
Howard said Fred was in a bad situation when he started at WCCC. He was working for some station up in Boston that he didn't like. Fred talked about that for a short time. They talked about how awful the radio business can be. They talked about format changes and people getting fired.
Howard said he got out of Hartford in tears. He said he got so annoyed that he was on in Hartford that he prayed to God to get him out of there. He said he was working his balls off and not making any money. He said he knew it was bad being there. He said he ended up getting put in Detroit. Howard said he was supposed to go to Columbus, Ohio but that didn't work. He said they had a great station there and they asked him to do it. He said he didn't think it was a step up but they told him it was.
Howard said he got word that they got this team back on that station so he was out. Howard said he saw the WWWW in Detroit job and he took that. He said he sent a tape to that place and the General Manager, Wally Clark, called him immediately. He said they flew in and told him to meet them for dinner. Howard said they sat there and did that move where they told him what they were going to pay him. He said Wally slid it across the table and he almost fell off his chair. He said they told him he'd be paid $28,000 so he was going nuts over that. He said he figured he'd never have to work again. Howard said they should have paid him triple that for combat pay in Detroit.
George asked when he got Don as his agent. Howard said that was a long time. Howard said he went home and told his wife he got a job in Detroit and she knew he had to go. Howard said he packed his bags and gave his notice in Hartford.
Howard said he was told that the station there in Detroit was a turkey and that wasn't a good move. He said that the guy boiled it down and said it was a huge mistake. He said he called his dad and told him what he got and he thought he should have gotten more money. He said that he heard that the Doc of Rock was making 30 there so he was the big deal. Howard said he called Wally up and asked if he could get more since his dad thought he should. Howard said he asked Wally for 30 and Wally said ''Okay.'' Howard said the guy knew he had a good deal getting a morning man for 30 grand. Howard said he went down and it was a real nightmare.
Howard said he was there at WWWW and Wally said he was getting out of there. He said he asked Wally if he could give him a raise to 50 grand and he did. Howard said that Wally was out of there after that. He said he couldn't even afford a car in Detroit. Fred said you need a tank in Detroit.
Howard said he ended up buying an X-car and it was the biggest piece of shit ever. He said that his brother-in-law ended up taking the car from him. He said that he was going to junk it but he took it and used it for years.
Howard said Detroit fell apart after Wally left. He said they had one program director after another. Howard said they brought in a bunch of guys. One guy was doubled over with kidney stones all the time. He said he wonders what happened to all of these guys. He said they were all a bunch of characters. All of the DJs were high all the time.
Howard said he showed up in Detroit and one guy showed up with no teeth. Howard said the guy didn't give a fuck either. He said the guy told him that it was his 29th station in 7 years. He said the guy was happy about it too. He said he was moving his way up to Detroit. Howard said everyone knew everything about radio but not him. Howard said he was a piker.
Howard said there was one guy who was addicted to cough syrup. Howard said he would goof on people he didn't even know about. He said that he'd do that with the mayor. Howard said he hated it and he was way in over his head.
George asked Howard if Coleman Young had created the people mover when he was there in Detroit. Howard said he had no idea. He didn't know anything about the guy.

Howard asked if he slept soundly last night. George said he did. He said he still slept in his outfit so he wouldn't get bit but he slept more soundly.
Robin said she went home and started itching but it was just her mind. George said he felt things on his body too but it was more mental than anything else. George said that they had to stay out until after 2 o'clock. He said they stayed out later than that and then went home. He said it actually smelled quite nice in the apartment when they got home.
Howard said he went out with Beth last night and he had to bang her when they got home. Howard said she had a dress on that was really hot. He said he had to bang her after that. Howard said it was a nice night. Howard said he was sitting there with Beth at Danielle and he told her about George's feet. George laughed and said that's really romantic. Howard said he and Beth talked about how that's not from his sneakers. Howard said George has a problem and it's not from his sneakers. Robin said it didn't come from his shoes.
Howard said he got a note from this guy who said that this is called ''Halux Valgus'' and it's caused by weak ligaments sin the feet. He has flat feet. George said he had surgery and they told him his feet were fine. Then it slowly happened. He said that his right foot is much worse than the left. Howard said they both look the same. He said his feet are both a mess.
Howard said Beth was talking about what a great guy George is. She wanted to get him and Brad a gift for the holidays. Howard said they'll never do it but they did talk about it. Howard said they were thinking about getting together with George and Bred. George said he'd like that.
Howard got a picture of this Halux Valgus thing and it was just like George's feet. George said that looked grotesque. Howard said that it looks exactly like his feet. George said his left foot is not like that. Howard said they're identical. Howard said he may have Halux Valgus.
Howard read about this Halux Valgus thing and told George that they can do surgery to fix it. George said he has been told that it would take 6 months out of his life so he doesn't do it. George said he'd do it if it wasn't 6 months. Howard said if he's okay with the look of it then don't do it. George said he's fine with it.
Howard said someone said in the email that he should be doing George's documentary. He read that email and the guy told him that this isn't like the Greg Fitzsimmons thing and he should rethink it. Howard said he doesn't do any documentaries. He said he wouldn't even be in one about Fred. He said he might do one about Robin but Robin would never ask him. Howard said that's why he likes Robin because she never bothers him with that shit.
Howard told George to contact his agent about the documentary. He said that he's more comfortable with him saying no to George. Howard said he needs him to do that so they can discuss it so Don can say no.
Howard said he was talking about how much he likes Brad and George last night. That was that.
Howard said he sent out the invite through email and yesterday was the cut off date. Howard said that he still hasn't heard from people about it. Howard said there are a lot of nudniks who haven't RSVPd yet. Robin said she's guilty of that. Howard said that's so rude. He said that he needs to know so he knows how many people will be there.
Howard said the party is intimate but they said that they can bring their girlfriend, boyfriend or a spouse. Howard said he doesn't want to be there with a bunch of shitheads that want to stare at them. Howard said now there are people asking if they can bring friends. He said Al Rosenberg asked if he can bring someone from the Friar's club. Howard said he doesn't want that unless Al is boning the dude. Howard said someone else asked if they could bring someone from Sirius. Howard said he'd prefer that it's a boyfriend or girlfriend.
Howard said that Jay Thomas abused the party last year by bringing a bunch of people. He said that he must think that he's above all of that. Howard said they have a good time at those parties though.
Howard asked Benjy who he's bringing this year. Benjy said he put this girl's name down. He said that he's dating her. Howard said that's fine. Benjy said he has been dating her but hasn't talked to her about the party yet. Howard said that's fine with him. He said some people just grab people and ask if they can bring them to the party.
Howard said they all know each other there so it's not a stranger party. Howard said it kind of is a stranger party because he doesn't know everyone there. Robin said that there was someone there who was moonlighting at the US Open this year and he came over to her and said he works on the show every day but she didn't know his name.
Howard said when they were at the Friar's roast the other day one of the guys there said hi to him and told him that he's on the tapes team and he was Ben Bardo. Howard said he told Ben he knew it was him but he really didn't recognize him in the usher uniform he was in. Howard said that's his move to just say ''Of course I know who you are...'' Howard said he told Beth he had no idea.
Howard said that Mel Karmazin has been great to him. He said he's known Mel a really long time and he stepped in during a low point in his life and helped him out. Howard said the guy has been great to him. Robin said that he stepped in 25 years ago. Howard said he came around after they were fired from NBC. Howard said he was thinking about moving to Los Angeles at the time. Howard said Mel knew that they'd be successful with him. Mel knew that he could sell the show where NBC failed. Howard said that Mel understood him and how he had to pay for talent.
Howard said Jay Thomas was on the station when Mel hired them. He said Jay didn't work out in the morning so he left. Howard said that led to a great association between him and Mel. Howard said that Mel stuck by him through the FCC stuff and all of that. Mel said he didn't think he did anything wrong and they were going to fight that thing. Howard said every other executive would have bailed on him. He said he knows that to be true. He said Mel doesn't stand for that. He said Mel did it because he was getting ratings but also because he's a fighter. Howard said he hopes that they can work things out and he'd like to come in tomorrow and say that they have a deal. Robin said that would be nice. She said she would be sad if she didn't come in and see everyone who works there anymore.
Howard said they have 6 shows left and he's not playing games or anything. Howard said that there are articles about how he's keeping it down to the wire but that's not why he's doing this. He said he's anxious to be able to tell his guys what they're doing but he has no answers. Howard said they'll see what happens. He said it should be an interesting next few days.
Robin said she knows that there are some concerned people there. Howard said he's still trying to figure out what he's doing. Robin said people ask her what's going on and she has no idea. Howard said he had many meetings yesterday and he still has no idea what's going on. He said he knows more but not everything. He said he hopes to have something to announce before the end of the 6 shows. He said he'll line everyone up and ask them what they think he's going to say.
Howard said it could go one of 3 ways. He said that one option is that he'll never work again. He said that it could just be too much bullshit for him to deal with. the second option is that they're leaving and going to a new opportunity. He said that would be a subtle plug for people to come with them. The third option is that they're staying there and he'll give a state of the radio address like Bubba does. Howard said he'll sit down and tell everyone what the future of radio is and what their future there is.
Howard said he wants to be clear that he loves this company and he wishes them success in the future. Howard said he wants to be very clear on that. They have some problems there. He said he has one huge one but that aside... Robin asked if he wants to get that off his chest. Howard said he doesn't know if that will ever be resolved. He said that he can put that aside though. He said he does appreciate this company and especially Mel. He said Scott Greenstein is one of the reasons too. He said he likes Scott too. Howard said it would be sad to say goodbye.
Howard said he's not sure how they're going to pack up everything if they do leave. Howard said he's going to leave his furniture there thanks to George. Howard said that he has told Gary to get things tidied up just in case they have to bolt out of there.
Howard took a call from Mariann from Brooklyn who said she has knots in her stomach. She said that's their second home there. She said that she has hope that he'll stay. She said she has gotten over 1000 letters for her ''What Howard Means to Me'' thing. Howard hung up on her in the middle of her sentence.
Bobo called in and asked if he can have his chair for his shrine. Howard said if he leaves there he will give it to Bobo for his museum. Howard said that's the creepiest museum he's ever seen. Howard said that poor chair will be raped. Howard said they had to go to break but he had George do a quick announce. George was giving everyone a big ''Wahhhh'' about them whining about how they might lose their jobs. Howard went to break after that.
Howard came back and talked about the Beatles song with Fred. They were talking about how it was basically gibberish. Howard said that song is beautiful. Howard said that John Lennon died on this day and it was a great loss. He said he was a beautiful man. He said he was only human and made some mistakes with his family but he was the greatest.
Robin read some details about this cop who hassled Lennon. That led to Howard talking about this guy who went after Lenny Bruce and how that was the guy's whole claim to fame. Howard said he thinks the guy eventually admitted how stupid it was to go after Lenny. Howard said he'd like to make a movie about a guy like that. He said he'd love to do that if he had the time.
Howard had Lisa G come in with her news preview. Lisa said they have a story about George's feet and they said that it looks like he has hammer toe and bunions that could be fixed with surgery. She said that they have a few options that they could do for him to fix his foot. One option is to amputate his second toe.
George said he doesn't want to amputate. The Howard TV guys showed his feet again and Howard said his feet are really fucked up. George said his feet were normal at one time and he knows it can be fixed. Howard said he doesn't appear to clip his nails either. George said that it's kind of tough and he gets lazy. Howard said he could look at those things all day long. He said that second toe is really whacked out. Howard said that second toe isn't doing anything.
Howard asked if that picture is up on his web site. Lisa said it was. George asked them to please not put that out there. He said he doesn't think there are that many people out there with that problem. Lisa was surprised that he didn't have pain when he walks. George said he has those orthotics shoes that accommodate him.
Howard asked George if it can get worse. Robin said that it can get worse. George said that it could happen to the other toes. Howard said that would be cool. George was telling Richard how to pose for him. He said that Richard is his type. Howard asked if he wanted to place him in position for something. George said he's looking perfect... ''yes indeed.'' Howard said that Richard was doing something so disgusting. He said he had to end it. Richard spread his asshole for George. George liked it too. George was just laughing hysterically. He said that they'll have to have dinner together. Howard told Richard to put his clothes on and get out of there.
George said that shows discipline and dedication. Howard said that's what Brad needs. George told Richard to talk to Brad for him.
Robin said that Richard is in good shape. She didn't like the show though. Richard said he lost about 65 pounds. Howard said he was a big fatso and he's thin now. Howard asked what he did to lose it. Richard said he still drinks beer and it's good carbs. He said that he lifts weights, runs and keeps drinking beer.
Howard let Richard go after that and then Ralph called in and said that he'd like to wrestle with George. Howard asked if he would do it naked. Ralph said he wouldn't do it naked. Then he thought about it and said that he'd be afraid of hurting George. George said they just do it to enjoy each other and he's not sure if Brad would be okay with it if he wrestled Ralph. Richard said he would wrestle him right now. George said he got in trouble for just touching another man. Howard said this would just be wrestling though.
Ralph said that if Howard signs on to come back then he'll wrestle George. Then he said he would do it if they were both in Star Trek outfits. Richard said they could get some oil and a little kid's pool in there to oil wrestle. George said he'd have to think about all of that. He said he doesn't know what Ralph looks like. Howard said he's pretty sure he could jerk him off.
Robin got back to her news but Howard took a call from Dominic Barbara. Dominic said that he has been practicing law for 40 years and he showed a lot of guts going after the CFO yesterday. Howard said that he was wrong for doing that because the Hollywood Reporter reported on it wrong. He said that the CFO didn't say what they claimed he said. Howard said he was misled. Dominic said he's still impressed. He said that if they don't get Howard back there then this entire idea will never work. Howard asked Dominic if he would wrestle George. Dominic said he would do it in a bikini.
Robin read some news about Mark Wahlberg's new movie ''The Fighter'' and had some audio of him talking about that.
Robin had a story about the movie ''The Tempest'' and had some audio of Helen Miren talking about her character in the movie. Howard didn't last long with that.
Robin had some news about Roger Clemens and how he's due in court for some testimony he gave to Congress. They wrapped up and ended the show around 10:50am.
Jon said that she wasn't getting stumped when Howard would ask her about who she was with. Gary said that she doesn't seem to care about any of it but then she said that she was bipolar at the end of the interview so it made sense to him.
Jon asked Gary if he thinks she should be in the rock and roll hall of fame. Gary said he's not sure she should but maybe she should be recognized in some way.
Jon wondered if you're one of those guys, do you take pride in it or are you embarrassed by it. Gary said that she doesn't have to tell the whole world so he gets why some people would be upset about her talking about it.
Jon asked if there were any surprising names in that conversation. Neil Diamond, Doc Severenson and Paul Shaffer were kind of surprising. They talked about those guys and some of the other drummers that Connie had talked about.
They talked about Keith Moon screwing her with a banana and how she said it wasn't demeaning to her at all. Jon asked George if he thinks that's possible. George said that she has a whole different standard and he's not sure where her bottom is... bottom level that is.

He said that he was in some dim rooms with some guys and it's very anonymous. He said he wouldn't recognize any of the men he was with. Gary said that George is very recognizable by his voice. George said that's changing now that he's getting older. He said back in those days everyone was anonymous. He told the guys about an experience he had in Indianapolis many years ago. He said that this was in the baths. He said he followed one man into a room and he leaned on the door and said hi and asked if he was relaxing or wanted to have fun. He said the guy's eyes popped open and he realized he wasn't interested. He said that a cold, electric chill went through him. He said that he was afraid to be outed back then too.

Jon said he thought he heard a little regret in George's voice when he talked about the gay porn. George said he doesn't have any hidden porn anymore. Jon asked if he wished that Brad enjoyed it so he could enjoy it. George said that Brad comes from a broken family so it hit him profoundly. He said his older brother was screwed up too but he's now a judge in Washington State. He said that Brad is faithful and he has to keep him happy so Brad has set the rules and he's following them. He said that he has set the rules about touching but not so much the wandering eye.
Gary said he thinks that George does a great service for the gay community. He said that they have the same problems that everyone else has when it comes to a relationship. George said that they're not equal because they don't have pension rights and things like that. He said it's always more expensive for them.
Benjy asked if George ever had to tell Brad that he wasn't faithful to him. George said that he has not had to do that since they got together. He did have to apologize for touching that guy's penis on the show that time though. He said he is tempted often but he doesn't cheat on Brad.
Jon asked George about the wrestling thing that came up at the end of the show. George said he's not going to do it. He has to discuss it with Brad but he doesn't think that he'll be doing it. Gary said that's something that George and Brad do together before sex. Benjy asked if he would get an erection. George laughed and said he might. He said he never imagined he'd have a discussion like this on the air.
George said that he's been trying to be self limiting on the air when it comes to some of the discussions they have. He said that there are blank spots that appear in his mind now so he can't remember some of the things that Howard asks him about. George laughed as he was saying that.
Benjy asked if Brad minds him masturbating on days when he's not watching porn. George almost answered. He said he takes showers. He cut himself off. Benjy asked if brad would be upset if he masturbated on a day they weren't going to have sex. George said he doesn't ask Brad if he even masturbates. He said that he's got sensibilities that are different. George said that he does. Gary said that everyone does. He said Brad may masturbate too. Jon asked George about some of his other experiences before he met Brad and how he would pick these people up. George said that he has that Gaydar and then you kick up a conversation and it goes from there. He had mentioned he was with a celebrity earlier but he wasn't saying who that was. George said he's had Gaydar experiences where he tried to hit on people who weren't gay too.
Jon took a call from a guy who said that this is radio gold. He was laughing like George. The caller asked if Richard and George are going to get a room. He said he can hear Richard batting his eyes now. George said Richard knows Brad so they wouldn't do anything like that. Jon asked Richard if Brad was out of the picture and his fiancee was out of it, would he consent to having sex with George. Richard said he wouldn't do that. He said he loves George but not in that way. George said he feels the same way as he does. Richard was saying that he would never do anything like that in the same room as George. George said that he can tell that Richard is straight. He said that just because he's good looking and takes care of himself doesn't mean he's gay. Jon said that's true but based on some of the things he's done on the show, there might be some tendencies there. George said that Richard will do anything for a laugh. Gary said it's either that or he's just doing that to cover up.
Benjy asked George if looking at Angelina Jolie turns him on sexually. George said that it's intriguing. He said that he has had heterosexual sex many years ago. He said he had one woman who he was very fond of that he had sex with. Benjy asked him if he would do it just based on lust. George said he doesn't have that lust for women. He has it for men.

Jon took a call from a guy who said that this is the gayest conversation he's ever heard. He asked George if he would rather have anal or regular sex. George said he likes straight up sex. The caller said that Richard's question about having a woman dress up like a man was the gayest question he's ever heard. The caller asked if George had ever felched a man. George didn't know what that was. They told George it's when you finish inside a man and then suck it out with a straw. Richard asked if he knows about snowballing. George didn't know that either. Richard filled him in on that and said that it's when you finish in someone's mouth and then get it out by kissing the other person. George said they don't do that either.
Ralph called in and said he wanted to know if Brad ever asks what the fuck he was doing by getting him on the show. George said that he remembers doing the show before they started there at Sirius. He said that he didn't know what kind of interview it was going to be but it turned out to be very interesting.
Jon asked George how the whole announcer job happened. George said that his manager handled all of that. He spoke to Gary but then he told his agent that a guy was going to call him and he wasn't sure if it was really Gary. Gary said he remembers the night before their first day on the air and how he stayed in a hotel. He said George was there in the hotel and they had dropped by to hand him the script. He said he was very nervous about George and what kind of person he might be. He said George couldn't have been nicer.
Benjy said he thinks that it was Richard's suggestion to have George as the announcer. Richard said that's true. He said they had a meeting and they were talking about an announcer for the show and he threw George's name out there. That's what started the ball rolling.
Benjy told George that they had a meeting where they were all naked. He was being serious and George didn't believe it. Benjy said that he was serious. George didn't fall for it.

George told the guys about the play they're trying to put together and how they know they have a tough road ahead of them. He said he thinks that they can be the exception and do well with the musical. The musical is about the Japanese internment camps. Gary said he's not sure that it would be happy like so many plays are. George gave him some examples of some that weren't so happy that are classics.
Benjy told George to ask don about getting Howard into the musical. George laughed. He said they do have a part that Howard could play. Jon asked Gary if he could see Howard on Broadway. Gary said Howard won't even go to watch a show on Broadway.
Jon asked the guys if they have RSVP'd for the holiday party. Everyone said they had. Jon asked if George thinks it's fair that Robin is getting a pass on that. George said it's just good manners to RSVP. He said it's thoughtful to RSVP.
Benjy said that it bothers him when Howard lets Robin off like that. He said if he hadn't RSVP'd then Howard would have been angry at him. Benjy said that some people must just not remember to do it and it's not out of malice. He said that he doesn't like that part of the show where Howard gets mad at him for doing something like that but not at Robin. Benjy said that it's more about the person that did it than the action itself.
Jon asked who is on the watch list for behavior. Gary said Benjy would be on that list. He said he was entertained by him last year. He said this year might be the same. Brian Phelan is another one. Richard said he and Brian have talked about how much fun they're going to have this year. Jon asked about Sal. Gary said he's not sure how he's going to ignore his wife through the whole party this year. Last year it was Karaoke.
Gary said he got like half a dozen voice mails from DJs who want to do the party. Gary said he's also not sure who is on that RSVP list that hasn't responded yet. They had to wrap up and end the show a short time later.
