Howard started the show talking about how they should get right into it. He said he had a long weekend. He said he signed up for America's Got Talent and didn't think it would be that bad. He said he started out on Thursday and went until 9 o'clock at night. He said he did that on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. He said he had to do a photo shoot on Saturday and it was just a very long schedule. He said they keep you working the whole time too. Robin said that's good so he's not sitting around the whole time.
Howard said there's something wrong with Robin's microphone. Howard asked the guys to look into that. Howard said it's breaking up. Fred heard it. Howard said something changed. Robin didn't hear it on her end. She said maybe they shouldn't get into it. Howard tried adjusting her volume but it got worse. He said it only happens when she talks. He said if she doesn't talk then it'll be fine. Howard said they'll get through it though.
Howard said he was off to a good start on Thursday. He said he only hit the X on like 3 acts. He said the acts were exceptionally good. He said they were really good. Howard said he was wondering what's going on. Howard said that they already have a great show. He said they have Madison Square Garden and then L.A. for a week coming up. He said they do one other too. He said they're long weeks though.
Howard said it was weird getting back into it. He said it was like they never left. He said it was nice seeing everyone. They all had a dinner together and they didn't even get the speech from the producers. Howard said they went to El Bucco or something like that. Howard said he brought Beth with him. He said that they said no spouses but then Mel was going to bring her husband but didn't end up doing it. Howard said a bunch of NBC guys and guys from Simon Cowell's company were there. He said they had people from Syco and Fremantle. He said they have a lot of layers of management.
Howard took a call from a guy who asked what he thinks about Brooke Burke and Piers Morgan being let go. Howard said that Brook Burke was a surprise. He said he wasn't so surprised about Piers. Howard said they should put Brook on Piers' show. Howard said that Brooke wasn't that good on Dancing with the Stars. He said she's a good looking girl though. He said that he stopped watching the show last season. He said she didn't appear to do anything wrong. He said he knows Piers was having ratings problems. He said he was down to like 300,000 viewers. Howard said he didn't think Piers was that bad. He said doing an hour long show like that is tough. Howard said he's going to take a break because he wants to fix Robin's microphone. He said he wishes people would stop saying that Piers' job on CNN should be his. Howard said that he has enough going on and he doesn't think CNN is going to make him an offer anyway. He said that he heard Jay Leno may get a job over there but he's not sure that's a great idea because his interviewing skills weren't so great. Howard went to break after that.

Howard took a call from a woman who asked if he took a shot of Beth with Bianca that she saw in an article about Beth. Howard said he did take that shot. He said that Beth is trying to get this project off the ground and this is going to help. He said he hopes that some people out on Long Island will read it and part with a few dollars for this thing.
The caller brought up the birthday show and asked about getting a tour instead. Howard wasn't in the mood to talk about it so Howard put her on hold to talk to Gary. Howard said he thinks this slows the show down. Howard said that he thinks he dropped her and didn't mean to. He asked Gary to call her back. Howard said he can't deal with it. Howard said they used to give tours at NBC and he didn't like that. He said they had these kids from NBC giving torus and they just had people staring at him like he was in a zoo. He said he does it occasionally but then only under protest.
Robin said that woman gave up her tour to try and win tickets so what's the penalty. Howard said if Gary does help her out he has to keep it on the down low. Howard played a song parody about Gary with Richard Simmons ''Gary!'' audio clips in it. Gary said he has that under control.
Gary said he's trying to fix this Robin thing and if he wants to break again they may have to look under his board. Howard said that's not it. He said it has nothing to do with his board. Howard said they'll break in a few minutes and see what's going on.
Howard said Ronnie was talking about his shitting last week. He said that caused a great stir. Howard said that he said he has to shit so much he has to flush while he's shitting. He said that they called a septic tank place with clips of Ronnie talking about his shit. Howard played the call and they had Ronnie talking to the guy about shitting so much he makes the toilet over flow. The guy on the phone gave him some advice. He said he knows what that's all like. He said he's gone 7 or 8 days without shitting because he's constipated from pain killers he takes. He said he feels like he has 25 pounds of shit in him. He also said that he wouldn't like to watch a guy pooping but maybe a girl.
Howard said that's the greatest conversation of all time. Robin said she can't believe that he had something to say back to Ronnie. Howard said he's going to take another break and hopefully work out this microphone problem.

Howard took a call from Jim in Raleigh who asked who Howard thinks CNN should get to replace Piers. Howard said there is no rule that says they have to do an hour long interview show. Howard said if they do an hour long show like that they can get someone who is compelling and asks compelling questions. Jim said it's been that style of show for like 25 years. He said they must expect that on CNN. Howard said no.
Jim also congratulated Robin on her NAACP win. Howard said he forgot about that. Howard said that she's bigger than Oprah now. Howard said she just won the NAACP award for her book (The Vegucation of Robin: How Real Food Saved My Life). Howard asked if she has anything she wants to say. Robin said that a book is usually a solitary undertaking but she was working with others on this masterpiece.
Howard said that Robin beat out a bunch of people in that category. Robin said she had no idea that she would win. She said it wasn't given away on TV though. Howard said it wasn't. He said he thought about this and he said that she is the only winner to have admitted that she shit herself on the street. Howard asked if she will put her award in her bathroom. Robin said she will not use it as a door stop or anything like that. She said she will display it. Howard said she could wear it as a necklace like Flavor Flav. Robin said she has to think about this and maybe she'll make a speech at the start of the news.
Jim asked if Robin thinks that this is an acknowledgement by the black community. Howard asked if Jim has ever been recognized by the white community. Howard let Jim go a short time later.
Howard said that's a big deal for Robin. He said he was going to bring it up eventually but Jim beat him to it. Robin said that Lisa G asked her if she was going to the ceremony but she was never invited. Howard said that's odd.
Howard said he has a towel that Bianca used to lay on and he can't get rid of it. He said he won't even wash it. Howard said he and Beth took a walk yesterday and they went out for lunch. He said they passed by this one area and told Beth he was thinking about Bianca. He said that she used to take a dump on that street a lot. Howard said that there is still snow there and Bianca would climb the snow. He said that she'd go up and pee on it. He said it was a guaranteed pee. Howard said these memories never go away. He said they're always thinking about her. He said he feels for Mark.
Mark said he had another dog and she had a heart attack. He said he feels like putting himself down. He said that decision is so hard. Howard said that he doesn't mind people who put themselves down. He said he feels for the pets. Howard let Mark go after that.
Howard took a call from Gonzo who asked if he saw Scott on the bowling coverage. Howard said Scott has been bowling and the PBA gets some publicity from that. Howard said he saw one of the bowlers put his fingers in Scott's head thinking it was a ball. Howard said Shuli went out to cover Scott's bowling and Scott only got a 117. Howard said Shuli got on the Wrap Up Show and challenged Scott to a match. Howard said that Scott got that excited voice he got when he did the push up challenge. Scott came in and said he had a 245 score too. He said that didn't make it to TV. He said the 117 did.
Howard said Scott wanted to put up 5 grand to bowl against each other. He said Shuli pointed out that neither of them have that money. He said Scott wanted to borrow the money. He said that's the way things go for Scott. Howard said that Scott didn't look like he was having fun at the bowling tournament. Scott said you can't get too excited there. He said he was talking to Mark Roth there and he's a big guy in bowling.
Howard said Scott's Twitter name is @ScottTheBowler. Howard said maybe he should be Scott the Astronaut. Howard said maybe ScottTheWinner or something like that. Howard said he would love to see Shuli beat Scott. Gary said that he thinks Scott is going to borrow a lot of money and lose. Scott said he doesn't have to borrow money. Howard said Scot has this job and bowling and that's his whole life.
Howard asked Scott why he did so poorly. Scott said you have to put it in a specific spot on the lane. He said that the pros were even having problems last week. He said that they change the oil patterns to make it harder for the pros. Howard asked if he wanted to bowl where the pros bowl, would it be harder for him. Scott said it may not be.
Howard said he doesn't believe the oiling of the lane thing. Scott said they do put a pattern down for the professionals. Howard said that they should put down the same pattern for everyone. Howard asked Scott if he has it easy at home and the pros have it harder. Scott said they do. He said that's the way they do things. Howard said it's all bull shit. Scott said it's not.
Scott said Randy Peterson wants to bowl him too. He said he challenged him and he's ready. Howard said they should just bowl a game at different places and see what happens. Scott said they have to do it in the same place. Howard said they do not. He said they're not outside. He said they're inside playing.
Howard asked who is in. He asked if it's Scott, Shuli and Gary. Gary said he's in for $500. Howard said JD wanted in too. Gary said he told JD that he saw him hit a ceiling when he bowled. Scot said that happened to him once when his hand swelled up.
JD came in and said the balls at the venue didn't fit his hand very well so the ball stuck to his hand and went up and hit the ceiling. JD said he still has his own ball though. He said he hasn't bowled in a while. He said he thinks that he might get lucky and beat Scott. Scott said they're 3 game matches. Robin said Scott has choked every time he's on camera. Howard said Scott failed at the push up challenge. He played a clip of Scott yelling at him after he didn't do the push ups.
JD said Jon Hein wants in too. Howard said this is turning out to be quite a tournament. Howard played more of Scott yelling at him about the money at the push up challenge. Howard said Scott didn't do one push up. He said he never even touched the guy's hand. Scott said ''no comment.'' Howard asked if Scot injured himself bowling. Scott said his finger got swollen and he kept bowling and it split the finger open. He said he had a blister and he ended up figuring out how to deal with it and kept going. He said he bowled like shit the whole week and it is what it is.
Howard asked Gary what he had. Gary said he heard that Scott told the guys there that he bowled poorly because he started on lane 79 and he had to walk to 12 so he was exhausted. Scott said the place is huge. He said he had to carry 100 pounds of bowling balls. He said he was sweating by the time he got there. Howard said no one gives a shit anyway. He said no one cares about his bowling. He said he did want to hear about this competition though.
Howard let Scott go. Howard said he has nothing in his life but bowling. Robin said at least it's something. Howard said he thinks he would go bowling every day if he could. Howard said he loves that he went to bowl on 9/11 and the place was closed. Robin said it wasn't closed. She said the league called everyone but Scott. Howard said he gets no respect. Howard said Scott is always complaining that they forget him for things and but his own bowling league forgot him. Howard said that's some life. Howard said David Arquette is there so he has to take a break. They went to break a short time later.
Howard asked David what he's doing today. David said he has a bunch of shows he's going on including Piers Morgan. Howard broke the news to him that he just got canceled. David said maybe he should go on the show and just take a shit on his desk.
Howard said he smells chocolate. David said it's actually vanilla. He had cologne on that smelled like vanilla. David said he thinks that girls like that. Howard said he doused himself. David said that shit has to last so he has enough on to last the day. Howard said he's hungry now. David said girls get hungry and they want to eat your cock.
Howard said David's girlfriend is pregnant now. He asked if he's going to marry her now. David said he's not going to break that news on this show. Howard said that it bothers him that guys don't marry the girl they knock up. David said that Christina's friend got pregnant around the same time and she got married. He said it just worked out that way.
Howard asked if he was ready for a baby. David said he was. He said God works in mysterious ways. Howard said he really doesn't. He said you stick your cock in a woman and cum and you have a baby. David said that everything is beautiful.
Howard said that he can't figure him out. He said that he just got out of a high profile marriage. He said that has to be tough. Howard said that they're almost like show business royalty. He said it must be a big adjustment for them. David said he doesn't get invited to the same places he used to. Howard said that's because he's not with Courteney anymore. Howard said that has to be hard. David said it's really not that hard. He said that people take sides and he's not very good at staying in touch. He said that she was good at that so that's why they're friends with her. David said that he was shocked that Howard and Beth took his place down in Mexico with Jennifer Aniston and Courteney. Howard said that had to be hard for him. David said that it did make it hard when he knew that he was down there and he wasn't. Howard said he was sitting by the pool with Courteney, Jennifer and Justin and David wasn't there. Howard said he was thinking about how he should have been there. David said he would have enhanced the party. Howard said he knows how tough it must be for David. Howard said he was thinking about him and almost dropped him a line but he didn't want to upset him. David said that he wouldn't have upset him. He said they're lovely people.
Howard asked David who turned their back on him that surprised him. David said no one did. Howard said he had that after his divorce. David said that Robin turned her back on him when he kissed her. He said they were at the Shamrock Social Club tattoo parlor. He said that he turned to Robin and she has those pendulous knockers. He said that he could have found a room for them if Robin wanted to do something. Howard said he would love to read a book about David's divorce. David said that his book was better before he got married. He said he was young, naughty and crazy. He said he had girls coming up to him and it was an amazing time.
Howard said he finds it hard to believe he's having a kid. David said that his girlfriend deals with his stupid ass and she's like his partner. He said that she's his partner in life. Howard said he doesn't get why he'd do this when he's free. He said he reads some of the stuff in the tabloids. He said that he goes out at night and parties. He said he's meeting everyone and now he's kind of saddled. He said he didn't want to say that but he has to go home and tell his girl where he was all night. David said that is hard. He said he owns two night clubs and his hours are like 11-2am. He said it's tough. David said he has a lot of fun doing it though.
Howard said Bootsy Bellows was his mother's stripper name. David said it's actually called Bootsy's. David said that his mother stripped and he honored her by naming the show after her. Howard asked why he would do that. David said that if you wanted to have some fun place you could name it something like that. Howard said he'd rather remember his mom's regular name though. David said that the name Bootsy is funny. He said he has pictures of her in the club. Howard said he would never do that. David said he's a crazy fucker so that's why he did it. He said he loves strip clubs and all of that. He said he's not sure what it is. Robin asked if he would let his daughter do this. David said that's another conversation. He said he wouldn't mind if Robin came out and did it now.
Howard gave David a plug for ''The Happy Face Killer'' and kept saying that it was about a clown. David said he wasn't a clown. He said he drew a happy face on the people he killed. David said the guy is still alive and he's in jail. He said he's never getting out of jail either. Howard asked if he went to talk to the guy in prison. David said he didn't. He said he did a bunch of research but he didn't go to see the guy. He said that he found out what the root of his anger and pain was. He said he was abused as a kid. David said a lot of violent people were violated at some point in their lives. He said he was also bullied.
Howard wondered why people who were bullied don't have any empathy for these people. David said that they abuse the power to get their power back. David said when people abuse their kids because they were abused, that's why they were doing it. Howard said he thought that the guy had a mother who danced burlesque and he freaked out. David said maybe that's it.
Howard asked if the guy has tried to contact him about the movie. David said no. He said that would creep him out. Howard asked why so many actors have to go visit the people they're playing. David said he didn't do that and he's not doing an impersonation of the guy. He said he didn't want to honor him in any way. Howard asked if he killed anyone off camera to practice for the role. David said he killed 3 but they were tough. He was just joking.
Howard asked if he likes to play dark characters like that. David said he liked playing a villain. He said it's nice playing parts that people don't see you as. Howard asked when it's on. David said it's on like March 1st. Howard said it's on this Saturday night on Lifetime.
Howard asked David about Courteney buying him a baby Jaccuzzi. David said that story is bull. He said it sounds like a horrible idea. He said that story is completely made up. David said they say worse shit that he could sue them over but he doesn't sue. He said they make up stuff all the time. David said they have made up blatant lies but he can't remember anything specific. He said there was one thing. He said he went out to dinner one night with Christina. He said he dropped her off and then had to go up to Ventura to work. He said he had to film that night and then drive back the next day. They took a picture of him the night before coming out of a strip club. He said they did a report where they said he dropped her off and then went to a strip club. He said that didn't happen. He said they took the picture from the day before and made it seem like it was the night of the dinner. David said they know that the picture was taken at this point and not when they said it was. He said they're making shit up.
Howard said he and Beth went to diner when they were dating. Howard said that they said she was a mystery blonde but she was upset when she read that even though she knew it was her. Howard said that's the kind of stuff that upsets them.
Howard asked David about Courteney being upset about his drinking now that he has a kid on the way. David said that the way they worded that made it sound like she said that he's drinking too much. He said he doesn't think that she's worried. David said he was sober for 2 years and 4 months but he's not now. Howard asked if it was tough to tell Courteney that he had a kid on the way. David said it was. He said that it's complicated because he has a daughter already and she's going to have a half brother or sister. He said he doesn't lose too much sleep over that stuff.
Howard asked if he thinks that Courteney will buy a gift for the kid. David said she probably will. He said she's very nice and loving. He said that it's been years since they left each other and it's still talked about. Howard said it is weird. He said your whole life changes in a way. David said that it does make a big change.
Howard asked what will happen when the baby comes and Coco gets close to the new baby. Howard said this is going to get really complicated. He wondered how it will work. David said it'll work out perfectly. Howard said Courteney is dating Johnny McDaid. David didn't want to talk about that. He said its complicated.
David also told Howard that his father-in-law told his girlfriend to erase Howard's number from his phone so he can't call him when he's drunk. David said he's not going to do that. He said he hates that everyone is worshiping celebrities and talking down on them. He said that he doesn't like that people are being cruel to people. He said that we're teaching people how to bully but telling people not to bully. Howard said he keeps saying this over and over but he's just saying that people should be nicer to each other. Howard said that he's complicating the whole thing. He said they should be nicer but it's not that complicated.
David said that we have to stop treating people like assholes. He said that we try to stop bullying but then adults are showing young people how to be bullies. He said that he gets fired up about this stuff. He said that everyone is equal. Howard said if they were all equal then they wouldn't have a VIP room at Bootsy Bellows. David said he sneaks people in all the time. Howard said he has a door policy though. David said he does but he sneaks people in all the time. Howard said that he is part of the problem. David said he is absolutely part of the problem. He said he's one of the worst. David was yelling at himself.
Howard said that David stopped with Twitter and things like that. Howard said that he's saying that he only wants people to say nice things about him. David said that's not the case. He asked Howard if he's ever watched The First 48. Howard said he has not. David told Howard that they have 48 hours to solve a murder. He said that show is a glimpse into what's really going on in this world. He said that there is a lot of horrible stuff going on out there.
David said he loves Jay Z but he sings about things that are just wrong. He said that they need to get the cool people of the world together. Howard said he has no idea what the fuck he's on today. David said he's just fired up. David said that he has other things that make him nuts. He said most of the major religions of this world not recognizing that god has to be at least half woman. He said that they have to let that sink in. He said we still haven't understood that this thing that's making this world spin has to be at least half woman. Howard said that it has to have a tail too. Howard said that's what he imagines.
David said every creature on this planet came from a woman. He said that we have to see that. Howard said that he's all over the place with this. Howard wondered if God menstruates. David said god has to be at least part woman.
Howard told David to calm down. He asked him about his drinking and if he has it under control. David didn't sound like he did. David said he's an alcoholic. He said he's a mad man when it comes to that stuff. He said that he's trying to deal with his shit but it's hard. Howard said that it has to be tough to be around people who are enjoying that stuff. David said it is. Howard said what he does is have one glass of wine with dinner and that's it. David said that's good. He said that's fantastic. Howard said he enjoys the taste. He said he drinks a lot of club soda too. He said he can't drink anything else.
David said he just got sad thinking about the birthday show. Howard said he wanted to come so bad. Robin asked why he wasn't there. David said Coco had a school play. Howard said he was proud of him for doing that instead of coming to the show. Howard said he was writing back and forth with David about that. David said he wanted to do both. Howard asked how boring the play was. David said she had like 2 lines.
Howard asked David how the critics are responding to the movie. David said they moved the date up so he's not sure they got to see it.
Howard said David is the best. David said Howard is the best. Howard said David loves acting and he loves his daughter and ex-wife. He said he loves his girlfriend and loves everyone. He said if you go to his club you may not get to sit behind the velvet ropes though.
Howard said that he thinks he didn't say anything that upset Courteney. David said he's sure he upset someone.
Howard took a call from a woman who said she's a recovering alcoholic and she has to say that he's more funny when he calls in drunk. Howard said they should give him a shot. Howard said she's a bad influence so he hung up on her.
Mariann from Brooklyn called in and said he has to get rid of the VIP thing at Bootsy Bellows. David said it costs a little more. He said he can't get rid of it.
Howard took a call from King of All Blacks who asked David about being friends with his ex-wife and with his girlfriend that Courteney never loved him. He said she should hate him. David said that's not true. David said he doesn't agree with him on that. Howard said he talked to Courteney for a week about that and she swears that she loves him. David said they are better friends. He said Courteney seems to agree.
King asked if he could have sex with Courteney if he wanted to. Howard answered for him and said that he could. David told him to stop. He said that he wouldn't do that. Howard asked if he has met this guy that Courteney is dating. David said he has. He said the guy is around his kid and he wants someone cool to be around his kid. Howard asked if he ever bad mouths the guy at all. David said no. Howard asked what his favorite Snow Patrol song is because he's in the band. David told him not to do that. He said that he wrote a song for a new movie that Courteney is in.
Howard asked if he ever thinks about the guy's penis being bigger. David said that he never does. Howard said he asked. David said he probably did.
Howard gave David another plug for the movie which is on Saturday at 8 on Lifetime. Howard said it's about a dude who kills people. He asked what could be better than that. David forgot the name of his co-star, Stefanie von Pfetten, and had to look it up in his notes.
Howard took a call from Eric the Actor. Eric said he didn't want to come on during this segment. Howard said he'll hang up then. David said he could get Eric big boobs in his face. He said that he gets mesmerized. He said he could get Eric laid too. Howard asked how. David said he has fun people. Howard asked how he can do that. David said that he knows girls who would do it just for the fun of it. He said he would do that if there was a female Eric the Actor. David realized how creepy that sounded. Howard asked if he would fuck Eric wearing a dress. David said he might play around. Howard hung up on Eric after waiting for him to say something.
Howard took another call from a guy who said he saw David doing an infocommerical for an E-cigarette and it was bizarre. David said they did that on purpose. He said that they're selling some e-cigarettes with it too. Howard let David go and went to break a short time later.
Howard came back and said this was an appropriate song for their next guest. Howard said he was going to let the song play through a little more. Howard said the guy he's introducing is Dr. Agus. Howard said that he was one of Robin's doctors. Robin said he has become a friend. Howard had him on the phone.
Howard said he read Dr. Agus' book (A Short Guide to a Long Life) and he's doing just about everything he suggests. Howard said the only thing he won't do is take baby aspirin. He said he feels like it's bad for him. Howard said Dr. Agus swears by it. Dr. Agus said that it's not him, it's the data. He said that it is 2400 years old. Robin said it used to be the bark of a willow tree though. Dr. Agus said that Aspirin is aspirin. He said that the data says that it cuts back on cancer and heart disease. He said he takes 80 grams of Ecotrin which is a brand he likes. Howard said he will take it then. He said that he doesn't want to end up having a stroke.
Robin wanted Howard to give him a plug for his book. He hadn't mentioned the name yet. Howard said it's called ''A Short Guide to a Long Life.''
Howard said that he seems to be doing everything right but Robin is doing everything wrong. Howard said that she was into the colonics and things like that. Howard said that they could have caused that. Dr. Agus said that they don't have any data saying that it causes cancer. He said in most people it's not a benefit. Howard said that Robin had a Starbucks in there because she was going through that so much. Howard said Robin also did the Ayahuasca thing down in Peru. He said she was shitting and vomiting and that could have screwed with her too. Robin said that did not cause the cancer either. Dr. Agus said that when people do something like that it's not beneficial. He said that he doesn't know about this Ayahuasca thing though. Robin said she wasn't an Ayahuasca fiend or anything. Howard said that this has a tremendous effect on the system.
Howard asked about Robin's juicing thing. Dr. Agus said that he's not a fan of this. He said that it breaks down the food immediately. He said that's not a good thing. Dr. Agus said the key is to eat the real food and not change it. Robin said juice is a real food. Robin said that her message is about malnutrition in a society.
Howard said that Dr. Agus is a pedigree. He asked where he went to high school. Dr. Agus said he went to Akiba in Philly. He went to Princeton for college. He said he interned at Hopkins. Dr. Agus said he was a geek but he always wanted to be a doctor.
Howard said that he's going to give everyone a way to live a long life. Howard said this guy he has to thank for helping Robin. He said that he did this voluntarily and he was so wonderful to her. Howard said that he made him feel good that he was involved. Howard said he wanted to cure her and everyone thought he was nuts. Dr. Agus said that he was very happy to help. He said he was happy when he got the call from both of them. Robin said she did everything he told her to. Howard said he did get her to eat some fish.
Howard said he has a moron there who takes so many vitamins. He said Dr. Agus says that we should knock off the vitamin thing. Dr. Agus said that none of these things have ever worked. Sal came in and said that he's taking 7 or 8. He said he takes garlic, cayenne pepper and other things. Howard said that this reminds him of a snake oil salesman. He said that they have all of these vitamins and potions and no one has any medical data to back it up. Dr. Agus said that you should just eat real food.
Howard asked about the E-cigarettes. Dr. Agus said that it has chemicals in it that carry the nicotine and it's best to just get off all cigarettes. Howard told Dr. Agus about the other issues Sal has with his hair and taking Propecia for that. Sal said he's giving up all of that stuff. Howard told him to get out of there.
Howard got back to Dr. Agus and said that you should get to know your grocer so you know where your food is coming from. He said that you should eat moderate portions. Howard said he dropped 30 pounds doing that. Dr. Agus said it's what you eat and when you eat. He said that eating every day at the same time is the best way to do it.
Howard said he also suggests washing your sheets once a week for better sleep. Dr. Agus said that you should also go to bed every night at the same time. Howard said he suggests getting a flu shot every year. Dr. Agus said the data says that it helps you in the long run.
Howard asked how you get off your butt every day. Dr. Agus said he has a treadmill desk. He said that you have to get up and move. He said you have to walk and you have to move around. Howard said that they have a new rule in the NFL that says you can be penalized for saying the N-word. Howard said there's a 15 yard penalty for saying it. He said he thinks that he's above everyone else. Howard said he doesn't get that. He said he has dignity but he doesn't think he's above everyone else. The caller said that Jon Hein is always asking people to help JD with women but he won't help him himself. Howard said Jon Hein can't be hated. The caller said he can't change his mind about that. Howard said Eric has completely given up on his look. He said he's the size of a beached whale. He said that the shirts get too short and his belly just hang out. Howard said he's amazed that he has lived this long with the weight he's carrying. Howard said he should write a book that's the opposite of Dr. Agus' book.
Robin read a story about Sam Worthington getting arrested for allegedly assaulting a photographer. Robin said that they say that his girlfriend was attacked and Worthington was arrested. Howard said it sounds like it was justified if the photographer kicked his girlfriend.
Robin said that Robocop is good but it's not getting much sway out there. Robin said it's really good. Howard said Ralph told him it was good. Robin said she enjoyed it. Howard said they have made so many bad Robocops that people got turned off. Howard said he heard it was good though. Robin said he was in that TV series ''The Killing'' and the guy is really good. Robin said it's along the same lines of the original but it's different. Robin said that it was interesting and a very good update of a classic film.

Howard took a call from a woman who said that they should take away the subscription of that guy who called in about Jon Hein earlier. She also asked Howard if he would tell Gary if he saw Mary Dell'Abate and some other guy holding hands somewhere. Howard said he'd like to say he would. Howard said the whole thing is that he has a friend whose wife is cheating on him and he is the only one who doesn't know it. Howard said that he doesn't know what their situation is and maybe they swing or something. Howard said he knows them fairly well but not really well. He said he wants to tell the guy but maybe he's out doing the same thing. Howard said it's very complicated.
Howard said he would like to say that he'd tell Gary about his wife doing something but maybe you just don't tell. He ended up dumping out of something someone said. Howard asked the woman not to say anything about what he just said. She said she wouldn't.

Robin said Jason Collins is getting a lot of support in New York. Robin said he's the first openly gay athlete playing in professional sports in New York. Robin said he's playing for the Brooklyn Nets. Howard said he heard that he only got a 10 day contract. Gary said that's typical at this time of the season.
Howard asked Gary if he should tell him if he catches Mary with another guy. Gary said probably. He said that if they end up working things out then Howard would end up being the dick. Something fell in the studio and Howard wondered how it fell over. Howard said it's a weird day. Howard said maybe it was Robin's dead father haunting the studio. Howard did his impression of Robin's daddy looking for her.
Robin read a story about that American soldier who has been held by the Taliban since 2009. Robin said they were releasing some Taliban soldiers to get him released but now talks have broken off. Howard did more of his impression of Robin's dad.
Robin read about a spelling bee that was going on for 60 rounds. Robin said the judges ran out of words. She said the ending of the spelling bee has been postponed for two weeks. Robin said they should just say they're both winners.
Howard said there's a lot of crazy shit going on in the Ukraine. Howard said he's not sure what is going on. Robin said even the President of the country ran off. Howard said the strip clubs are worried here in the states. Robin said it should be good for the strip clubs because the women will be leaving the country. They ended the show a short time later. They were done at 10:15am.

Another caller said he bowls and he's a 202 average. He said there is no way in hell that anyone who doesn't bowl will win in one game. Gary said he's wrong. He said he thinks that 99 percent of the time they'll win but that 1 percent they're going to lose. Scott said there is some luck involved too.
Jon took a call from a guy who said that the guys probably don't like Scott because he can't do anything without all of these conditions. Scott said that they keep changing the conditions. He said he's not the one changing them. The caller said it's about the story and not the outcome that much. He told Scott not to be a dick.
Jason came in and said that he has been bowling with Scott and he was surprisingly bad. He said he thought that he'd be bowling strikes. Scott said he doesn't give a shit on those nights. Jason said he's not sure he even finished number one on that night. Scott said he wasn't trying to bowl good that night. He said he wasn't really paying attention.
Jason said the people at the PBA love Scott. They had him sitting front row at the PBA match that aired on ESPN.
Jon took a call from a guy who said that they should do the one game like they used to do back in the day. Gary said that's right and they used to do that when he was a kid.
Jason said he had no idea that JD had a bowling ball and he has to see it. Gary said he thinks it's probably 20 years old and the ball technology has changed so much. He said he could lose just based on the ball. Scott said that the balls used to be made of rubber but now they're other materials.
Jon took a call from a guy who said that Scott did say last week that it was a 3 game series and they agreed to it. Gary said he's right and he may or may not be in it himself. He said it sounded like fun to just go out and bowl.
Jason said he and Will went out bowling and he started with a 15 pound ball. He said by the end he was down to a 7 pound ball. He said if he could have found a lighter ball that his fingers fit in he would have used one. They went to break a short time later.
Jon moved on to talk about Dr. Agus. He said when he called in Robin was speaking up a lot. Gary said that it's kind of like when they've had guests on with Superfans visiting. He said they did that with Ringo and with William Shatner and those fans do the interview. He said it was almost like that with Robin today.
Gary and Jon talked about the stuff they were talking about with Dr. Agus. Gary said he gave up caffeine and he's glad he did. He said they thought that might be causing his kidney stones.
Jon asked if Sal has been convinced to stop taking vitamins. Gary said no. He said that Sal will do his research on the web instead.
Benjy said he thinks that Sal will keep doing them thinking that they help. Gary said he asked his doctor about the aspirin and vitamins. Gary said that he takes a multi vitamin every day and he'd prefer not to.
Jon took a call from a guy who said he enjoys when Robin is wrong. He said he thinks Dr. Agus put her in her place today. He said Dr. Agus backs his things up with facts when Robin doesn't. Gary asked where he thought he was contradicting Robin. The caller said with the juicing thing and with the fish thing. He said that you don't get protein from vegetables like you do with animals.
Jon said that Dr. Agus knew a lot of facts about studies. Gary said he doesn't travel so much now but he did get a little scared about the X-ray thing at the airport. Benjy said that they say you get as much radiation from just being in the plane up high as you do in a regular x-ray.
Jon mentioned that Robin won that award from the NAACP for her book too. He congratulated her on that and then went to break.

Jon asked Gary if he thinks that David had a stink to him today. Gary said it was a nice smell and not a perfumy smell. Gary said that he liked that Howard said that he was over complicating the whole thing about people being nicer to one another.
Jon said that David was hitting on Robin a lot today too. He wondered if it kills him that he missed the birthday show. Gary said that he felt badly for David and for carol Leifer too. He said that they both wanted to be there but they had other commitments.
Jon said it seems like David and Courteney are still friends and he was happy that Howard took his place on vacation. Jon said it's hard to read between the lines sometimes though. Gary said that he's had friends who have been through things like that and sometimes you have to pick one side.
Jon said that Howard talked about that weird thing where you don't know if you should tell someone if they're being cheated on. Gary said it has to do with your relationship with that person. He said if it's your brother you have to tell them. He said if it's a friend then it's a tough call. Gary said he knew a guy who worked with a woman who would get flowers at work and she used to say that she got them because her husband must be fucking around on her.
Jon asked Benjy where he stands on this. Benjy said it depends on the person and it depends on where the information is coming from. He said that he would tell them if he thought that they wanted to know. Jon asked Benjy if he would want to know. Benjy said he would. Jon said that you want to do the right thing.
Gary said if he doesn't know then he may not want to know. He said it's a tough thing. Gary said ignorance is bliss.
Jon took a call from a guy who asked him if he was upset about what the caller said about hating him. Jon said it sucks. He said it was nice that Howard had his back. He said it happens to everyone though. The caller said that you have to understand the show. Jon said it's fine to hate if you want to hate. Gary said Jon's job is to keep the show moving and not take a side.
Benjy asked if Howard's defence was so great that it overcame the feeling of what that guy said. Jon said he would rather not hear that call at all. He said it was nice to hear that Howard had his back though.
Jon took a call from a guy who wondered if you tell someone if they have a kid in the mix when they cheat. He said that you want the guy to be raised by the right dad so you have to tell if the woman was cheating.
Jon Leiberman came in so Jon asked him what he thinks about all of this. Leiberman said that he would want to know. Jon asked him if he had some news headlines for them. Leiberman did and he ran down a few of the stories they had coming up today on Howard 100 News. Jon wrapped up and ended the show after that. They were done around 11:00am.

Howard started the show talking about this getting older thing and what a drag it is. He said he has a neck problem. He said he can't move his neck after working out. Robin said that's all in his head. Howard said it sure is. He said he can't move either way. Robin said there is something stressing him out that he doesn't want to deal with. Howard said he can't move his head regardless. He said he can move it to the left but not the right. Robin asked if it's the same side all the time. Howard said it is.
Howard said he sees that Jimmy Kimmel and his wife Molly are going to have a baby. Howard said he almost blurted it out yesterday. That's what he hit the button on yesterday. He said the baby should have come months ago because he heard the news months ago. He said that he's kept it a secret for a long time. Howard said he was on vacation and knew it. He said he knew it even before that. He said he hates keeping secrets and he was doing the show and mentioned that he was having a baby and had to hit the dump button. He said he wasn't sure if he was supposed to say anything or not. Robin said she's glad that they got to make an announcement. Howard said they did it on Ellen Degeneres' show. Howard said they should only do it here.
Howard said when Robin Thicke was in there he did kind of hint that he was in an open marriage. Howard said that he had that huge success with his song. Howard cut himself off because the caller's phone was really noisy. It sounded like a bong but it was just trucks in the background. Howard said he thinks he has to go. He kept the caller on the line though.
Howard said he bets that all of the stuff Robin Thicke was doing was getting to his wife. He said it was all coming out and being more public.
The caller asked if he thinks he'll have Howard TV on Xbox. Howard said he thinks that will happen. He said he hopes it will anyway. Howard said that's how people are getting TV these days so he'd like that.
Howard said he's gotten so complicated in his home with his equipment that he has to cross his fingers that it all works when he watches a movie. He said he watched the movie ''Her'' over the weekend and it took a lot to get it working. He said he had no audio when they sat down to watch. Howard said he called the guy who installed it and he had no idea what the problem was. Howard said they had to reset the amplifier or something.
Howard said he had all three of his kids over one day and they all sat down to watch a tape of his mom and dad talking about their lives. Howard said he didn't know if he was going to get the TV to work. He said he felt awful because he has spent a fortune on this stuff. He said he put it on and it worked. He said it was a miracle.
Howard said he has someone check to see if his stuff is working every day. He said it was all working on Friday. He said he has to cross his fingers that it will work. Howard said then he writes an email about how it's not working and he doesn't want to be that guy. He said they'll think he's a dick but maybe he should be a dick about that. Howard said he has no tricks he can learn to keep it working. He said even if he has one he forgets about it when he needs it.
Howard said the bible thumpers are out there all over the place. Howard said this former general was talking about how he thinks that Jesus would have a gun if he were alive today. Howard played some audio of the guy explaining why he thinks Jesus would have a gun. The general said he thinks that he'd have an AR-15 if he came back today. The general was explaining where he thinks the second amendment came from.
Howard said the guy was asking where the second amendment came from and he just says ''founding fathers.'' He said you'd think he had more of a philosophical explanation. Then the general says it came from Jesus. Howard said that this guy is out of his mind. Howard said he thought that was kind of fun.
Howard said Harold Ramis is dead but Pat Robertson is still out there. Howard said he thinks that he's in love with a man. He said that the guy is consumed with gays. He said he was talking about how what gays do isn't very pretty. He said he can imagine that what Pat does in bed isn't so pretty. Howard played a clip of Robertson talking about how people can have a tendency to be attracted to the opposite sex but when you have sex with those people it's not very pretty. Robertson said that no one can produce a child through homosexual sex. Howard said he's saying that like no one knew it. Howard did an impression of the guy for a few seconds and told him to shut up.
Robertson was talking about how god is going to vomit up people like that. Howard said he's never seen that happen so it must never happen. Howard played a clip of Robertson asking for someone to bring him a little boy that they had edited together.
Howard did more of his impression of Robertson talking to the camera and explaining the way sex works. Howard said that the guy is explaining that you can't make a baby with a homosexual couple. Howard was goofing on the general too. Howard said he should open a college for stating of the obvious. He said he could be a professor there. Howard talked about how if you are on the moon you will die. He said there is no air up there. Howard said that's what he'd teach at the college of the obvious. Howard told the story of Icarus and how you'd die if you flew into the sun.
Howard said these guys are whacked out of their skull. He said the people who are in the audience clapping are the really wacky ones. Howard said that they're applauding the guy. Howard did more of his stating of the obvious and talked about what would happen if he held his breath as long as he could. He said that's what you'll learn at the college for stating the obvious.
Howard asked Eric what he called for. Eric said he wanted to talk about the show ''Legit'' and he thought he was going to put him on the air yesterday when he mentioned it. Howard sighed. Eric was also saying that he and Benjy got into it on Twitter over the weekend. Howard said he's losing patience and asked if he has a short statement to say. Eric said that Benjy's statement on discrimination was what he got into an argument about. Benjy said it was a political discussion they were having. He said that he thought that a private business should be able to discriminate and Eric wasn't happy about that. Benjy and Eric got into that over Direct Message. Howard said he doesn't know how they have time for that. He said time is so precious.
Howard said he has to get out of this conversation. Eric asked if he still buys on Amazon. Howard said he does. Eric said he should make his own wish list over there. Howard said he has money and he doesn't need people to buy him stuff. He said he's not in Eric's position asking for handouts. Howard said he makes a living and he spends money on things.
Eric also told Howard that Jimmy Kimmel just did his 2000th show. Howard said he's not sure how many his show has done. He said that he's never kept count. Howard said he never thinks to keep count. He read that Jimmy was doing that so he congratulated him. He said that any time you get past 20 shows on TV you should be congratulated.
Gary said that Howard has done about 7,000. Howard said it has to be more than that. Howard said he's been on since the 70s. He said he's not even sure when they should track that from. He said he needs someone on that. Gary said they'll start at Washington DC and figure it out. Howard said he wants to know. Eric said he was thinking that it's a lot less than that with the number of days he takes off at Sirius. Howard said he does a lot more hours than Jimmy has done. Howard said that's where you count it. Eric said he might get into the Guinness book of World Records. Howard said that he does 4 hours a day. He said they might be looking at 50 gazillion shows he's done. Howard said it's enough already.
Eric mentioned that his birthday is two weeks from today. Howard said that everyone can buy him something on his wishlist. Howard let Eric go after that.
Howard said someone told him to stop shilling for Amazon. Howard said he just discovered the company recently and people have been talking about this for years.
Howard said the amazing thing is that when you look at some of his films you realize how great some of them were. He mentioned Ghostbusters, Caddyshack, Animal House and many others. Howard said Harold Ramis and Bill Murray had a falling out after Groundhog Day and they never did get an explanation on that. Howard said they were great collaborators. He said that it must have been uncomfortable for Bill after Harold died. Howard said that something went down with them and they weren't friends anymore.
Howard said Stripes was a kick ass movie too. Jon Hein came in and told Howard that he had more on the feud. He said Ramis said that Bill Murray was going through a divorce during the filming of Groundhog Day and he basically told him not to act like a child during the filming and after that they stopped being friends. Howard said that he upset the king. Howard said Bill must have his side of the story too. Maybe he was upset that Harold wasn't more sensitive while he was going through tough times.
Howard said that Harold Ramis was a journalist and he went to interview people at Second City. He talked to them and thought that he could do comedy. He said that's when his comedy career began. Jon said that he wrote stuff back to back and it was all great stuff. He ran down the list of things that he wrote and directed and they were legendary. He said that he thinks that he let other people shine instead of taking it himself. He said he never got the credit he deserved.
Howard said he was blown out when he met the great Harold Ramis. Howard said he flew under the radar though. Howard said that they have guys like Judd Apatow that are heralded. He said that the writer/director is more celebrated these days. Howard said that today they have Ben Stiller and people like that who are celebrated. Robin said back in the day the comedy guys didn't get that recognition.
Mariann mentioned an act she saw and how she thought Howard was right with his opinion but Howie was wrong. Howard said he and Howie got into it a couple of times over there. He said most of the time they were agreeing. He said they did argue about a couple of acts though.
Howard said the act that Mariann was talking about was like an Andrews Sisters act and he can see the Mid-Western Americana types voting for them. He said he's looking for talent and what could appeal to an audience. He said he saw this as a potential. He said they weren't polished though. He said he and Howie really got into it over them. He said they were carrying on about it.
Howard said he saw a husband and wife who have a band and they met in the Israeli Army. He said they might be too good for AGT. He said they were really rocking.
Howard said he just got a note saying that his guest is there early. He said that Mayim Bialik is there today. He said she played Blossom on TV. They went to break a short time later.

Howard came back and said that he has Mayim Bialik there. He said that she's in the Big Bang Theory. He said her show Blossom was a big hit too. Fred played the theme song from that show as she was coming in. Howard said that it's good to see her. Mayim said it's an honor to meet him. Howard said it was for him too. Howard said that they have guys there who were superfans of Big Bang Theory and she came in and people were worried she wasn't going to do well. Howard said she made the show better. Mayim said that she plays the female version of one of the characters on the show. She said she had never seen the show before she was on it. She said that she thought it was a game show. She said she didn't know who Jim Parsons was and she didn't know the show at all.
Mayim said she was on Blossom from 14 to 19 and then she took 14 years off. She said she left show business and had two kids. She said she was out of the industry for a long time so she didn't know what was going on with TV.
Howard said Rosie O'Donnell was able to walk away from her TV show. Mayim said that she was a child actor from the age of about 10 or 11. She said that her parents were first generation American. She said that she didn't want to be in the business and she didn't want to do that the rest of her life. She said she was raised by public school teachers. She said she did school plays and she kept thinking she wanted to be an actor. Mayim said she thought she could make people love her by being an actor. She said she was an unusual kid who people said had an old soul. She said that came from the house she grew up in.
Mayim said that her parents wrote a letter on a typewriter to an agent. She picked her up and she was also Johnny Galecki and Neil Patrick Harris' agent. She said she was all nose and chin at the time and she ended up getting into the movie ''Beaches'' with Bette Midler. She said she played the smaller version of her. Mayim said that she got her TV show based on that movie. She said that she never thought that would happen.
Howard asked why Bette Midler didn't want her to sing in the movie. Mayim said that she didn't have a trained voice. She said she did end up doing it though.
Howard asked about how she got Blossom. Mayim said that it was unbelievable to her. She said that it got interesting after that. She said that kids didn't make much back then. She said that they make a lot more now. She said the scale was much different. Howard said she was the star of the show though. He said she must have been making good money. Mayim said it was okay. She said he'd be surprised. She said Ted Danson was making like $100,000 a week at the time. She said that was so far out from what they were making. Mayim said that they have laws for kids that protect their money. Howard said they're the Jackie Coogan laws. Howard said he was almost broke when he got older so they came up with those laws to protect kid actors.
Mayim said that she grew up in a one bedroom house so she ended up supporting the family and they finally had heat and air.
Howard said that Mayim put out a vegan cook book. He said she has an unusual way of parenting too. Howard said that she has the kids sleeping in the bed with her every night. Mayim said that she also got divorced. Howard said having the kids in bed with you all the time doesn't seem right. Mayim said people do it in different ways. She said the fact is that sleeping near your baby is normal for mammals. Howard said that's a good point. Mayim said that her kids are 5 and 8 and they don't fear sleep now. She said as a kid she feared sleep. She said she thinks that this worked for her kids. She said that there are ways to get your kids to sleep. She said this is called attachment parenting.
Howard said that Mayim thought that Alicia Silverstone was out of her mind chewing food and spitting it into her child's mouth. Mayim said that is going a little far.
Mayim said that breast feeding is a normal thing to do too. She said that she would breast feed her child at the age of 2 on the train but not until the age of 4.
Howard said he has many questions for her. He said he likes her thoughts. Howard said that Blossom ends and then she must wonder what she was going to do next. Mayim said there were gigs but Scorsese wasn't knocking down her door. Howard said that it must have changed everyone's perception of her. Mayim said she became the unpopular kid. She said she was the strange kid and she wasn't normal. Mayim said she was in special nerd programs in school. She said she was on TV and she never wanted to talk about it. She said her close group of friends didn't want people to know that they were her friends. She said they were some dark years.
Howard said Mayim got into Harvard and Yale. Mayim said she was accepted and she had to defer. She said that wasn't honored though. She said that they told her that if she couldn't come then she was out. She wasn't able to break her contract with NBC though. She said she went to UCLA instead. Mayim said it was hard. She said that she went to programs to get her into ivy leagues.
Howard asked Mayim if everyone looked at her like she was blossom from TV. She said that it was like she walked from TV right into the quad. She said she knew she wasn't the smartest person there. She said she was at the bottom of her class at UCLA. Howard said she would have really struggled at Harvard then. Mayim said she would have.
Howard asked if she was worried that the guys wanted to bang her because she was Blossom. Mayim said that was a worry. She said that she hoped that guys would get to know her. She said that it's infinitely complicated.
Howard asked if Mayim ever encountered guys who were just trying to put a notch on their belt. Mayim said that there wasn't much of that going on. She said she had two long term relationships and then she met her ex. She said they were married for 10 years and that was pretty much it for her. She said he's a tremendous person. She said they were friends for a year and a half before they dated. Howard asked what went wrong there. Mayim said she didn't want to talk about that. She said that it was nothing like cheating or anything. She said she keeps all of that to herself. She said she writes for a Jewish web site and she didn't want to vomit out her whole personal life. She told Howard about some of the things she does as a Jewish woman. She was talking about going to a Mikva and explained what that's all about.
Howard asked Mayim if she thinks her religion kept her grounded. Mayim said she thinks that helped. She said that her family was a big part of that. Howard asked if her kids watch TV. She said that she doesn't have TV or cable. She said she does other things with the kids. She said their dad lets them watch TV. Mayim said they have watched some movies together but not a lot. Howard asked if they have ever seen Blossom. Mayim said they don't really know who mom is. She said they have never seen that. She said that the kids do know her as the woman from ''Big Bang'' but they don't really know what that is. Howard said it's good to keep them in the dark about that. Howard said that it's difficult to say no to that. Mayim said that she was 12 when she did Beaches. She said that it's interesting to say to them who she was around their age. She said her son knows the Blossom doll but he just thinks it's the Mommy doll.
Howard asked if she's ever been tempted to tell the kids who she is and what she did. She said that she tells the kids how hard it was for her grandparents to get to this country.
Howard asked Mayim about who has the kids and when. She said that she has them on the weekend because she works. She said that their dad has them during the week.
Howard asked what Mayim does with the kids when she wants to go out on a date. Mayim said that no one asks her out. She said that she isn't on JDate or anything. She said she's a weird woman. Howard asked if she has needs. Mayim said she does but she's not saying what she does. She said she won't answer that. Howard asked if she has the kids in bed still. Mayim said no but she's not saying if she does anything. Howard asked if she craves men or has dreams. She said she does. Mayim said that her mother has asked if she's happy and things like that. She said she doesn't want to talk about that with her. Howard said that his mother told him that she was very happy that he settled down with Beth.
Howard asked if she's been in therapy. Mayim said she has been since she was 18 years old. Howard asked what she learned. She said that she has learned that she is the best determiner of what's right for her. She said that she learned her own place in her expectations. She said that she wants to go out into the world and be the person she wants to be. She said it's kind of a crap shoot. She said she's been with this therapist for about 15 years now. She said that it's a human right and she thinks it should be available to everyone to keep society healthy. She said that she's not just talking pills either. Howard said he agrees. He said a lot of people don't get the mental nutrition that they need as kids. Mayim said that some kids can deal with stress and others are more affected.
Howard asked Mayim why she went back to work. Mayim said that she was running out of health insurance. She said that she wanted to be with her kids for their formative years and she needed to get back to work. She said that she could have gone into the Neuroscience field but she didn't think she could do that with the kids. She said that her mother says that she's a doctor but not a real doctor. She said that her mother left her a message after the Golden Globes telling her that she looks like her but gorgeous. Mayim said that's kind of sad.
Mayim said she wanted to be a research professor and she wanted to be with her son too. She said that she wanted to finish her PhD and she did that. She said she started auditioning for things and she never thought she'd end up on TV. Mayim said her manager took her on when she was still pregnant. She said she did a few lines on a couple of shows. She said she auditioned for Big Bang Theory and scored the part. She said that her life is very strange.
Howard asked if it was hard to tell her mother that she was getting divorced. Mayim said that her parents were broken up. She said that she and her ex talk about how it was harder on their parents than it was on them. Mayim said her parents have been together for 50 years.
Howard said Mayim did her thesis on the Prada Willi syndrome. Mayim said that these people are very obese and they can't help but eat.
Mayim said that she suffers from OCD too. Howard said he does too. She said she's always counting. Howard asked about the counting and the consequences she has. Mayim said that she has a sense of right and wrong. She said if she does things a certain way it's right and she can't quite put her finger on why it would be wrong. Howard said he has that same thing and he just doesn't want things to go wrong with him.
Howard said he thinks that she's obsessed with Prada Willi because she's in show business where people have tremendous consumption. He said that it's like the same force as show business. Mayim said that's interesting.
Howard asked about this attachment parenting and if they don't wear diapers. Mayim said babies give signals when they are peeing and pooping and they were able to sign when they need to go. She said they could sign when they had to go before they could even speak. She said that you learn how to do it. Mayim said they were in cloth diapers and they were going to the bathroom by 16 months. She said it's a fascinating way of parenting but it's not for everyone. She said she did write about it in her book.
Howard asked if they peed in the bed a lot. She said they did. She said she had a potty by the side of the bed. She said that she would breast feed and they'd go to the potty after that.
Howard said she sounds like a super involved mother. Howard asked how she has a life of her own. Mayim said in their first years it was very intense. She said people wonder why you're not going out but what's amazing is that this is something that people used to do. She said that you go out and meet like minded people when you're a parent and you make it work in those years. She said that the kids seem pretty well adjusted now.
Robin asked if they're in school. Mayim said they're home schooled. She said that they're home with their dad most of the time so he takes them to all of their classes. She said that they go to the park for classes. She said that she teaches her kids to speak Hebrew and she'll probably teach them science when they get older.
Howard said Mayim really is involve with her kids. Howard said she's also a vegan. Howard asked what she eats for breakfast. Mayim said she has fruit in a smoothie or something like that. She said that she eats salads and veggie burgers and fries and things like that. Mayim said her book, ''Mayim's Vegan Table: More than 100 Great-Tasting and Healthy Recipes from My Family to Yours'', has a lot of this information in it. She said she eats a lot of fun foods. Howard said people shy away from it thinking it's tough to be Vegan. Mayim said she likes the way food tastes and she gets that.
Howard asked if she would let her kids eat a steak. She said she doesn't think that would work with their system as they've been raised. Howard said she seems to be a perfect parent. She said she's far from it. Howard said she seems to be a good mom based on what he's heard.
Howard asked about her giving birth and how she did it without an epidural. She said that she could feel everything going on down there which is a good thing. She said there are too many C-sections happening in this country as it is.
Howard asked if she vaccinated her kids. Mayim said that she didn't do it in their early years but she did do some later on. She said that she doesn't believe that whole autism thing from the vaccines. She said that a lot of people hate her over the vaccination thing. She said she did a lot of research about it though. She said that people hate her for circumcising her kids. Howard said that whole thing is nuts. Mayim said that they've done okay for the past 4000 years or so. Howard said he thinks the vaccination thing is important. Mayim said that she did do the polio vaccination when she brought her kids to Israel.
Robin said the kids may not be able to do things on their own being raised like this. Mayim said that they do plenty on their own. She said that parents don't have the tools and resources to handle kids sometimes. Howard said he wasn't breast fed. Mayim said that if kids are appropriately nurtured they will learn everything in time.
Howard asked why Mayim went after Sarah Silverman for dressing too sexy. Mayim said that there is a breaking point for women and she prefers to keep some things covered. She said she has a limit and she keeps her breasts covered. She said the red carpet doesn't own her breasts. She said that she was in a horrible car accident years ago and she asked them to give her the breasts that she once had. She said that her hand is messed up from that accident too. She said that it doesn't work quite right now. Howard asked if she would prefer that we do away with all cars and have horse and buggy. She said she doesn't want that. She said she has a car.

Robin said Seth Meyers had his debut last night on Late Night. Robin asked how many hosts there have been. Howard said Letterman started it then they had Conan and then Jimmy Fallon and Seth Meyers. He said that's four in total. Robin said Seth started out with a ''thank you note'' to Jimmy Fallon. Robin had some clips from the show that she had Howard play. Howard said he's a nice guy.
Robin read about how people should think about spaying or neutering their pets today. It's world spay day today.
Robin said it's also America Saves Week. Howard asked what the hell that is. Robin said it's a day for consumers to think about how they can save money.

Bobo said they're taking away the DJs and it's losing the radio feel. Howard said he thinks they need the DJs. He said that they need the illusion that they're in control. Howard said that he likes having DJs. Robin said that she thinks it's fun to be listening with someone. Howard said all of the channels he likes on Sirius he doesn't like the DJs. He said he listens to Coffee House a lot and there are no DJs on there. Howard said he loves that. He said he would turn it off if they had DJs. Howard said he'd be annoyed if they did.
Howard said it makes sense to have DJs on some of the channels. He said the station Meg is on is one that makes sense. He said he needs to know something about the obscure songs they're playing. Howard said the metal channel doesn't have a DJ and he likes that. He said that they don't need to be talking over that stuff.
Howard said there's that morning show with that girl Nicole on it. Howard said that she likes not to know stuff. He said it drives him crazy and he asked her if she really doesn't know that stuff. He said she said she really doesn't. Howard said she's doing great over there though. Howard said the two dudes are thrilled. Howard said they have to have her in there and ask her anything. Robin said she should be there now. Howard said they can think of a simple question and she won't know the answer. Robin said she would know the late night hosts. Howard said if they ask her what century they're in she wouldn't know. Robin said he's never heard that segment. Howard said they should do a Sal Vs Nicole segment. Howard said that's what they should do. He said that's a good one. Howard said Sal is a moron. He said they can match their moron up against their moron.
Gary asked if he wants to do it next week or now. Howard said they need to prepare some questions so they'll do it next week. Howard said he doesn't think she even knows what that thing in the sky is called that heats the planet.
Benjy said that she's going to give birth any day now. Gary said she may have had it last week. Howard said if she did he has to send a gift. Howard said that he hears that show on Hits 1 and it's crazy. He said that Sal will go out and get a book but he'll just read the back of the book. He said Sal does try. Robin said they'll ask Sal about something and he'll just say ''Who cares?'' Howard said Nicole's baby might be smarter than her already. Howard said they'll do that contest when she gets back from having her baby. He went to break right after that.
Howard said on HowardStern.com they have an Eric the Actor blog. Howard said he's a frequent guest on Jon Leiberman's Leiberman Live show. Howard said that Jason asked Eric to blog for them and he's started doing that. Howard said Eric is on Leibmerna's show tonight. Howard had him on the phone. Howard said Eric's blog looks like it's 5000 pages because it's tightly typed and very dense. He said if you have the patience to read it you find weird stuff in it. Howard said Eric was talking about God and he's talking about how gays deserve the same rights as everyone else. He said he's very liberal but he won't take an acting role as a gay man. Eric said he doesn't know how to explain it.
Howard read some of Eric's blog where he talks about being gay and how it doesn't hurt anyone. Howard asked why he won't play a gay person. Eric said it's one thing he chooses not to do as an actor. Robin said it doesn't make any sense at all.
Howard said Eric gets into a thing with Benjy on the blog. He said he can't even get through the synopsis that Jason wrote for him. Howard asked what it was that they were fighting about. Eric said he talked about it yesterday.
Benjy told Howard that he thinks private businesses should be able to keep people out of their business if they want. He said Eric and Howard don't agree with that. Howard asked if he thinks it was right for them to keep black people out of their businesses. Benjy said he thinks that it should be a legal right even if it's not the right thing to do. Benjy asked if he's okay with single sex schools. Howard said he is. He said as long as there are options it's fine. He said he gets what Benjy is going for. Benjy said he thinks it's morally wrong but he doesn't think it's the government's business. Howard said if you leave it up to the private sector they'd have chaos.
Eric said he heard someone talking about this last night and they were talking about it being for religious reasons. He said we're supposed to be about separating church and state. Howard asked how long this argument went on between Eric and Benjy. Benjy said it was like 8 or 9 lines. Howard said this blog that Eric wrote was like 7 or 8 pages single spaced. He said it's fucking crazy.
Howard said he has to get to Sam Champion. Eric said he has a lot to debunk about what people think about him. He said tonight is the second season of Legit on FXX. He said they have Dr. Drew on tonight and he will be on in about 9 weeks. Howard said Eric is promoting his appearance 9 weeks from now.
Jason said they left Eric's blog in the format he sent it to them in. He said that he didn't make it easier to read or anything. Howard said the internet ran of out room because of that. Jason said it took him a whole hour to get through what he read.
Jason told Howard that Eric thinks that Scientology is a fake religion. Howard asked why that is fake but the others are real. Eric said it sounds more cult based than anything. Howard said the cult of Jesus is a cult too. Howard said he has to go anyway. He said he has to talk to Sam Champion. Eric asked if he has come up with a way to replace Howard TV yet. Howard said no. Eric said they can do it on the WWE network. Howard said ''Later Eric.'' He let him go and told him to let him worry about Howard TV. Howard said Eric looks like he emptied every thought on paper with that blog. He went to break after that.

Howard came back and said he had Sam Champion there. Howard said he is a very successful man. He said he's done it all in the field of TV. Howard said he's super successful. Howard said he wonders what it must be like growing up good looking. Sam told him to stop it. Howard said Sam doesn't live in New York anymore. He used to see him a lot. Howard said Sam used to work out at the same gym. Sam said he lives in Atlanta now.
Howard asked Sam what it was like being number 2 in the morning on Good Morning America. He asked if it was frustrating. Sam said he's not sure how to explain this but when you do something because you love it you let other people worry about being number 1 or 2. He said that they would do a good, fun show and they'd think it was good. He said when you don't break the number 2 level you realize the other show was just doing it better. He said people liked that show and they stayed with it. He said it's not bad being number 2. Sam said that you have to love doing it either way.
Howard asked what the turning point was. Sam said it happened at the same time as the Ann Curry thing. He said the Today show had issues with the on camera family and America is very sensitive to that. He said that the people in offices don't realize that the audience is very smart. He said they can tell if someone doesn't like another person on the show. He said there was that moment when people felt uncomfortable.
Howard said GMA went more gossipy and that helped too. Sam said he doesn't program the show. He said he thinks it felt conversational to him. He said that Josh and Lara came on with a kind of energy that they hadn't seen in a long time. He said they all wanted to have fun over there. He said they couldn't shut them up over there. He said they would tell them they had to break and the just had the best time doing it. He said the people found them after that.
Howard said it must be liberating to get to number 1. Howard asked if they ever said to them that they knew it was Sam's fault or anyone else's fault. Sam asked him not to put that in someone's mind. Howard said when a company is frustrated they do begin to look at everyone. Howard said Willard Scott was popular and they do look at that stuff. Howard asked if Sam ever got scared. Sam said he likes what he does and he does it because he likes it. He said if they ever said they didn't like him he wouldn't stick around. He said if he wanted to go do weather in Miami he would be happy doing it there. Sam said he would stay as long as it was good.
Howard said sometimes they look at the weather guy and think they can do the job. Howard asked if there's a learning curve. Sam said there is. He said if you're honest about it and try hard it's good. He said he has screwed up and he admits it when he does.
Howard said that he was looking at the Q ratings for Sam and the other people on the show. He said that he's a 25 and a person like Charlie Rose is only a 14. Howard said they couldn't have been happy with him when he said he was leaving the show. Sam said he has a lot of good friendships over there. He said that his friends understood that he was leaving for the Weather Channel for good reason. He said that they wanted him to have a good time.
Howard said NBC is freaking out about being number 2 now. Howard said NBC owns the Weather Channel so they are busting up the ABC show by taking him away. Sam said it never felt that way to him. He said NBC only owns a quarter of the Weather Channel. Howard said that's true but now he'll go on the Today show to do the weather. Sam said he has done that and he loves to go to a storm. Sam said that the Weather Channel show starts airing on March 17th so after that he won't be able to do the Today show or GMA or anything.
Howard said Sam must have gotten a good raise to go over there. Sam said he's not going to talk about that. He laughed as he was saying that. Sam said he's 52 now and the way he looks at life is about how he's going to pay the bills when he's 60.
Sam talked about how he gets to show his personality doing the weather. He said sometimes the news anchors can't do that. He said that's been changing lately though.
Howard asked Sam if he always wanted to be the weather guy. Sam said he wanted to be a foreign correspondent.
Howard said he heard that Sam moved to Atlanta because his husband didn't want to move from Florida. Sam said that's not true. He said his husband loves New York. Howard asked when he met Rubem. Sam said it was 3 and a half years ago. He said things are going great too. He said he was never in love before this. He said he just fell in love with him. He said he thought he was the coolest person. Sam said he feels better if he's in the room. Howard said that he's saying that he somehow had a breakthrough. Howard said Rubem turned that on in him. Sam said he thinks he did change that a little bit. He said he wants to spend time with him.
Howard asked how scared he was coming out of the closet. Howard said he thinks it was the worst kept secret. Sam said he's not sure how it was a secret. He said he was always out. He said he never did an interview about it. Sam said he had a line he would use. He said he never wanted that to over shadow what he does. Sam said that he doesn't talk about sex unless he's about to have it.
Howard asked Sam when he came out if it was something he had to get clearance to do on ABC. Howard said it seems like that's what he'd have to do. Sam said he just mentioned that they were getting married when someone asked about it. He said that it just came out and it wasn't planned. He said he had revealed it in the past so it wasn't news that he was gay. Howard asked if he was scared that he was going to lose his job. Sam said he has been in the past.
Sam said that he is super lucky. He said today in states like Arizona people are afraid to be who they are. He said no one should be afraid to be who they are. Howard said it is ridiculous. Howard said in Uganda they'll imprison you for years if you're gay. Howard said there are still people in this country who believe that too. Sam said he doesn't understand that. He said he's not sure where that comes from. Howard said there are people on this planet who are so miserable that they just have to fuck it up for everyone else.
Sam said he's not sure how to go around this hate thing. He said that he can figure out how to get around a lot of things but not this. He said he's not sure how you get there. Howard said he has daughters and he wouldn't want a gay man marrying his daughter to hide his sexuality. Howard said everyone should be out in the open. Sam said that angry people do bad things and happy people don't. Howard said every family has a gay person in it. Howard said it's interesting that the two people with the highest Q ratings on TV are gay. Howard said it's Sam and Robin Roberts.
Howard asked Sam about the Weather Channel and if he thinks that it's not that popular now. Howard said people get the weather off the internet. Sam said he doesn't think that's the case. He said he doesn't think people tune into their TV in the morning to see how the world is doing. He said they check the weather. Sam said that they want to know what their day is going to be like. Sam said they'll be doing the weather at 7am for the east coast and cover the rest of the country too. Sam said they're going to do all of the weather stories and make sure people are well informed.
Howard asked how he keeps the West coast tuned in. Sam said they're going to switch to different parts of the country. He said they are waking up the people in California with live weather. Sam said they're focusing on their weather first. Howard said he sounds excited about this. Sam said he loves it.
Howard asked if he thinks that Al Roker is upset about this move. Sam said that he knows Al and they've been friends for a long time. He said that they would socialize a lot in the past. Sam said he didn't leave GMA to go do another morning show at a network. Howard said he'd do it for money. Sam asked how much you really need. He said he was making good money at GMA. Sam said that the Weather Channel needs this because they are good people and they should be successful.
Sam said that what Howard and Robin have is something that can't be recreated. He said that they're trying to do something like that with their weather show. Howard said it must be less pressure to be on the Weather Channel. Sam said he doesn't think about things like Howard does. He said he doesn't think about the ratings. Sam said he does what he likes to do and he's silly and selfish enough because he likes to do it.
Robin asked what success would be like on the Weather Channel. Sam said they'd like to double their current viewership. Howard said he's sure he odes know but he just doesn't want to say.
Howard said Sam had skin cancer and he talked about it on the Today Show. Howard said he saw him down in Florida in the sun wearing a thong. Sam said it wasn't a thong. Howard said he was very exposed. Howard said he must have known he was going to be photographed. Sam said he wears a 50 sunscreen. He said he reapplies all the time. That was in Brazil too and he had no idea he was going to be photographed. Sam said that some things you love are just not good for you. He said he is careful about going out in the sun.
Howard asked Sam where he grew up. Sam said he was a military brat. He said his dad was a soldier. He moved them around a lot. He said they were in North Carolina, Rhode Island, Scotland and more. Howard asked if he was an only child. Sam said he has a sister who got all the looks and the brains.
Howard asked Sam if he knew he was gay early on. Sam said that he sensed it. He said his dad may have sensed it too. He said his sister was tougher than he was. He said that he was the kid who got upset about a dead animal in the road not making it to the other side of the road to meet his family.
Sam said he knew he was gay by the age of 17. He said there was pressure back then to date girls. He said he did date girls and he loves women. He said most of his best friends are women. Howard asked if he tried having sex with women. Sam said yes but then cut himself off saying he's not going to do this. Sam refused to answer anymore questions about that.
Howard asked Sam if he came out to his dad. Sam said he did and that caused a rift for years. He said that he lost his dad about four years ago so he's not around. Sam said that his dad told him that he was disappointed in his choice. Sam said that he told him that it wasn't a choice. He said that he told him that he wasn't as smart as he thinks he was if he thinks it's a choice. Sam said that no one would choose to make their life more difficult. Howard said that was very brave to say to his father. Sam said he told him this when he was 28-30 or so. He said that his dad didn't go berserk. He said he was very smart and thoughtful. He said it took him some time to get over it. He said they were pretty close before he came out. He said his dad was a guy's guy and he disappointed him. He said he knew it would and he never wanted to do that. He said when his dad was happy he was fantastic.
Howard said it must have been the hardest day for him. Sam said it was. Howard asked if his mother was supportive. Sam said she was and she knew everything. He said that she just waited for him to talk about it with her. He said she didn't want to bring it up.
Sam said his dad got cancer and he ended up having to leave New York and fly to Texas. He said they had a heart to heart and his dad got experimental treatment. He said they said he wasn't going to live. He said it became a wonderful thing for them. He said they were standing out on the deck looking out at the water and his dad said he was proud of who he became. He said that meant everything to him.
Sam said that he didn't talk to his dad for like 2 years and he knew that he was hurt. He said he eventually came around and he knew he would. Howard said sometimes it takes a tragedy to bring people around like that.
Howard asked Sam what his first job was in television. Sam said he was at Eastern Kentucky University and he wanted to be an architect. He said he was on his way to go to school in the UK. He said his dad had a base in Germany or somewhere. He said he was a colonel. Sam said they left the country and he figured he could do what he wanted to do. He said he ended up going to Eastern and they had a TV studio. He said they did a cable TV show and one of the local guys came down and talked to them. He said at the end of that he told the guy he wanted an internship. He said he worked for that guy and it worked out for him. He said he ran tape and shot tape for the sports department. Howard asked if they wanted him on camera. Sam said they didn't. He said they did let him do the weekend reporting though. He said he drove tape around toe different stations and said he wanted to have an appointment with them.
Howard asked how many stops he did before he got to New York. Sam said he did Kentucky and then Jacksonville, Florida and then to WABC in New York. He said that he was the youngest person WABC had ever hired. He said people had to work their way up in the company. He said he came in at 24-25 years old. He said Storm Field was there at the time and they just wanted something young and different.
Howard asked if the competition ever threatened to out him. Sam said not that he's aware of. Howard said people can be like that. Sam said most people thought he wouldn't do well. Howard said he flew in under the radar. Sam said he never had a plan. He said he just does things he likes doing. Howard said they could have blown him out at any time. Howard said it's really amazing how long he lasted where he was. Sam said the audience loved him and that means a lot to him. Robin said he loved it so much now he's moved to Atlanta. Sam laughed.
Howard asked Sam about his boyfriends and if they were upset that he was living a semi-closeted life. Sam said they were more upset that he worked so much. Howard said that you think they work for 5 minutes but Sam said that they have a long day and work holidays too.
Howard asked if his dad saw action in Vietnam. Sam said he did and he talked about it but not until later on in life. Sam said his dad told him stories about how every day he knew someone wouldn't come back. He said he told him a story about a kid who didn't want to go out there because he didn't think he would live. He said his dad told him that was their job and they had to bring everyone back so he had to go do what he had to do. He said that kid did not come back. He said his dad was haunted by that for a long time. Howard said that's what their job is so that's what his dad had to do.
Sam said his dad was 110 percent Marine and he thought of that war as something they had to do. He said he believed it was right. Howard asked if he ever talked about shooting anyone. Sam said he did not talk about what it was like to kill people. He said they knew that he had done that but he never talked about it. Howard asked why he never asked him. Sam said it wasn't something he wanted to know. He said as a kid he didn't want to think of his dad like that.
Howard said Sam's life seems to be pretty good now. He's starting his new show AMHQ on March 17th on the Weather Channel. Sam said that they'll handle all of the news and weather for you. Howard asked if he feels he's betraying anyone at ABC. Sam said he doesn't but some of his bosses do. He said this is just what he has to do right now. Howard said you have to strike when the iron is hot so he's doing it at the right time. Sam said that bosses change companies all the time and they don't want it to be held against them. He said he doesn't want it to be held against him.
Howard asked how Atlanta is. Sam said it's fantastic. Sam told Howard he lived near Howard in the Upper West Side. He said they used to pass each other every day. He said it because Midtown though. He said things got crazy on the street. Sam said in Atlanta it's like the Upper West Side was 15 years ago. He said Atlanta has hit its stride. Sam said his life in New York was like internet dating. He said he never got to touch it. Howard said he feels the same way. He said he might as well live on the moon.
Howard said Sam must hate some people in the business. Sam said he likes everyone. He was trying to think of someone but no one was coming to mind.
Howard asked if he thinks global warming is real. Sam said he does. He said he has stood out there in the worst storms in the world. He said he hasn't been as busy as he has been in the past 3 years. He said they're having the worst storms than they've had in the past 100 years. He said that people have to be prepared to deal with these storms.
Howard said that Sam is handling his career really well. He said some people just go nuts like Tex Antwon. He said that guy lost it. Howard asked if he has a hero in the business. Sam said Jim Cantore is his hero. Howard said that everyone has a hero. Sam said he would have the best time talking to Jim. Howard said he thinks Al Roker should get fat again. He said he looks like someone stuck a pin in him. Sam said Al is the nicest guy in the world. He said that he can throw out a line that shows his brain is working all the time. He said he's glad Al is healthy.
Howard gave Sam some more plugs for his new show and said he's been around forever. Sam said he's as old as dirt. Howard said it's a dying breed too. He said that the local weather guy is almost non-existent now. Howard said it's almost like that movie Anchor Man. Sam said that you don't have to sit in front of the TV anymore. He said Twitter is where the breaking news is.
Howard said that Sam has to worry about his looks. Sam said he wonders who that old guy is in those pictures of himself. He said that he makes noises when he stands up now. He said that he is becoming that old guy. Howard said he's dripping after he pees now. Sam laughed when he heard that he puts a napkin down there in his pants. Howard said he has to do that. He told Sam not to laugh too hard. He said he'll get there some day. Howard said he has to change his underwear before bed sometimes because it's wet.
Howard asked how old his husband is. Sam said he's 37. Howard said that will keep him young. Howard anted to figure out the age difference but he had trouble with the math. Howard said Sam couldn't be with some old dude. Sam said he didn't decide. He said it was a matter of weeks before he knew he was in love. He said it was ''interest at first sight.''
Howard gave Sam some more plugs for AMHQ and wished him the best of luck with that. They went to break after that.
Howard took a call from a guy who said that was a good interview and he learned a lot about the guy. He said he is the king of all interviews. Howard thanked him for that.
Howard took another call from a guy who asked what's up with the photos of Elisa being naked in a college special issue or something. Howard asked if that's true. The caller said he emailed the photos over to them. He said she has the same image as Elisa. Benjy asked if she looked good. The caller said she looked great. Benjy said he doesn't know if she ever did that. He said he can verify that she looks very good naked. He said he's not sure if she ever appeared in there. Howard said he's getting into a weird discussion he doesn't want to be in.
Howard said Benjy has some hot girlfriend. He said it shocks everyone. Benjy said her brain is even hotter. Robin said they can't see her brain.
Howard said Benjy is the one who is hard to get. He said you'd think he'd marry her in 3 seconds. Robin said maybe he doesn't want to ruin her life. Howard said maybe that is it.
Howard took a call from Wheels who said that if you buy a gun you don't tell your wife or girlfriend about it. Howard said he's talking about the guy from the Knicks. Howard said he had an unlicensed gun and he's not sure why he would have that. Wheels said maybe it was handed down by a grandparent or something. Wheels said you need a gun when you have a woman. He said just listen to Robin this morning. He told her she needs some dick. Howard said maybe Robin does need dick. He said it might help her to relax.
Howard said he has some things to play. He said Richard and Sal took some clips of Nicole Bass complaining about not getting invited to the birthday bash and made some prank calls. Howard said these people stay on the line and fight with them. Howard played the call where a woman stayed on the line with Nicole when she was complaining about not getting invited to the birthday show. The woman wasn't sure who she was calling and stayed on with her asking who she was trying to call. they had Nicole calling the woman a horse tooth jackass and the woman stayed on calling her the same name back.
Howard said it's crazy that people argue with people they don't even know. Robin said maybe they're just trying to be nice. She said that is crazy though.
Howard had a clip from a porn of an old lady screaming during sex. Howard asked if there's anything more sexless than that. Howard said it's just a turn off. Howard said Sal found that. He said he says she's an old bag but that could mean she's 30. Howard said anything over 22 is an old bag.
Howard said Wolfie went out on the street and asked people who they think deserves an Oscar and the people just talk about anything. Howard played the clip and a guy thought that Grown Ups 2 deserved an Oscar. Wolfie asked who deserves the best actor award and the guy said Shaq for his work in Grown Ups 2. Howard said this is what people are really thinking. He said this is the real awards show. Wolfie asked the guy what he thinks about Vin Diesel and the guy said he's amazing.
Howard said that his favorite movie is Riddick. Howard said that's no one's favorite. Howard said he has the movie and he can't bring himself to watch it. Howard said Wolfie had another guy who thought Vin Diesel deserved the Oscar. Howard played that clip too. That guy also picked Paris Hilton as the best actress.
Howard said he thinks he has more Wolfie somewhere. He said he has some crazy stuff. He said they sent him to the Beatles-fest. Howard played some clips from those interviews. Wolfie asked one guy what kind of Beatles stuff he has. He said he has knife and fork sets from weddings and things like that. Howard said that's creepy.
Howard took a call from a guy who asked why his parents weren't at the birthday show. Howard said they're not into leaving the house. He said they won't even come down to Florida to see his house down there. Howard said his parents won't come to AGT either. Howard said his mother says they have their routine and they don't want to change it. Howard said his dad can't hear anything so his mom is the one on the phone. Howard said he rarely gets on the line. Howard said his mom likes to sit and tell him stories about when he was a little boy. He said she did that the other day. Howard did his impression of her and told Robin what she told him about how he drove her crazy as a little boy. Howard said she'd tell him that and then laugh. Howard said his mom told him that he'd ask her to buy Trix cereal. Howard had her telling the story and then his dad asking who was on the phone. Ben can barely hear so she'd have to tell him multiple times.
Howard had his mom asking him about what Robin is up to. Howard had a conversation with his mom about why she sounds angry talking about Robin. He had his mom and dad going back and forth asking questions. He had Ben adjusting his hearing aid and trying to understand what they were talking about.
Robin asked Howard if this goes on all day long in their house. Howard said he doesn't know. He said this is his glimpse into their window. Then he hangs up. Howard kept going with his mom going on and on about him wanting Trix. Howard said he doesn't want to hear about when he was 5. He said he thinks she wants him back as that little boy. He said she gets romantic for the good ol' days. Howard said they weren't good for him.
Howard said he did ask his parents if they wanted to come to the birthday show but it was too much for them to handle. Howard said they came to the city on Monday. He said he will go to their house once in a while. He said he doesn't see them that much. He said he does call to see how they're doing though. Howard said he told them to stop driving but they won't do it. Howard said his dad says he drives fine. Howard said he's a good driver actually. Robin asked when he was in a car with him last. Howard said it was 30 years ago. He said they just do local trips.
Robin asked if they still go to Nathan's every year. Howard had his dad answer Robin saying they do go once a year on their anniversary. Ben has 3 hot dogs at Nathan's in Oceanside. Howard said they don't go to Coney Island. Howard had his parents talking about what they eat there. Ray said she has French fries. She said she doesn't eat much. Ray talked about the yogurt they have every day. Ray said that Ben has his sardines at the race track. Ben said he has sardines or salmon. Robin asked where else they go other than Nathan's or the Yogurt shop. Ben and Ray talked about their breakfast routine and how Ben mixes it up each morning so he doesn't have the same thing in a row. Robin asked if Ben drinks milk. Ben didn't hear her so Ray was repeating the question to him.
Howard played a prank call Sal and Richard made to a coffee shop using clips of his Ben and Ray impressions. Howard said he likes when the woman gets confused. He said he's confused too. He said she's the most patient woman in the world. Howard said his dad is always complaining about the coffee not being hot enough. He did his impression of Ben talking about the hot coffee problem.
Howard asked if he had to take a break or can he get to the news. Fred said they should take a quick break. Howard did a live commercial read and then went to break.

Howard came back and said that's still a good song. He said he still likes it. Howard said everyone gets up and dances at AGT when they play it. He said he even gets up. Howard said Heidi always wants him to dance with her but he doesn't get dancing.
Howard said during the break he went out and just signed his contract with AGT. He said it was some kind of contract extension or something.
Howard asked Robin to do the news. They played her in with a song parody about her asshole.
Howard said he never finished playing the Beatles-Fest thing. He had another clip where a guy was singing for Wolfie. Wolfie asked him to sing Hey Jude but the guy ended up singing Michael Jackson's ''Beat It.'' Howard said that guy is really out of it.
In another clip a woman was talking about how great the Beatles are and she started to sing ''Hey Jude.'' Howard didn't seem to know what to say after that. Howard said he liked ''Beat It'' better than that performance. Howard said this is what he'd imagine Creedmore would sound like if they opened it up. Robin said it sounds like people who don't do well in other places. Robin said that's what most of these conventions are about.
Howard played another clip of a guy talking about how he had a boner the first time he saw the Beatles. Wolfie asked him who he thinks had the biggest wiener. The guy said that it was probably Ringo. Howard said that's some crew over there at the Beatles-Fest. He said that he doesn't think Wolfie is going out of his way to find these people. He just walks around with a microphone.
Howard played another song for Robin. It was to the tune of ''Hurt'' and it was by Matt Evans. Howard said that was a really nice version.
Robin started her news with her thank you speech for her NAACP award. Robin said she's honored and shocked. Howard said if she goes on too long they're going to play her out. Robin went on with her speech and said she's really proud to have been recognized with her fellow nominees. Howard said that's a good move to thank her fellow nominees. Robin thanked the people who helped put the book out. Fred started to play her out. Robin kept going and thanked Don Buchwald and other people. Howard played the music louder and louder and Robin kept going. She could barely be heard over the music. Robin thanked Howard Stern and he shut the music off. Howard said she finally had something interesting there.
Robin got to her first story which was about a guy who killed himself while demonstrating the safety of his guns to his girlfriend. Robin said he thought the guns were clear but the last gun had a bullet in the chamber. Robin said the girlfriend said he had been drinking all day long before that. Robin said you should never point a gun at your head.
Robin read about how they could prevent disease by joining the DNA from 3 parents. Robin said the FDA has been debating if they should allow this to go on to human tests. Howard asked how that would prevent disease. Robin said they say that they could have children that they don't pass on mutations to. Howard said he doesn't like that. Robin asked why not. Howard said he would just get an abortion and start over again. Robin said that's messy. Howard said he doesn't want any other DNA in there.
Robin said Seth Meyers had an average of 3.4 million viewers on Monday night. Robin said that's the highest number in 5 years. Robin said it was even higher than Jimmy Fallon's numbers. Howard said he has Fred Armisen in his band and that's brilliant. Howard said he just sits down and talks to Fred and it's great. Howard said he can just look at Fred and laugh.
Robin read about how Katy Perry's song Dark Horse is drawing backlash from Muslims. Howard said he doesn't know that song. He wanted to do the top 5 songs after hearing that. Howard said number 5 was Beyonce. Number 4 was Christina Aguilera, number 3 was Jason Derulo, number 2 was Pharrell Williams and number 1 was Katy Perry with the song Robin mentioned. Howard said that he has to listen to this song. He said he had never heard it somehow. Howard said it's her 9th chart topper. Howard said according to Bob Lefsetz she has a whole team of people around her creating these songs. Robin said that's what she's heard. Howard said she does know how to turn a song into a hit. Robin said someone on American Idol was trying to sing one of her songs and it just didn't sound good. Howard said he thought Rap was going to go away after the Beastie Boys.
Howard said JD has breaking news that Katy Perry dumped her boyfriend John Mayer. JD came in and said that RadarOnline is reporting that. Howard said John Mayer is the one who does the dumping usually. Howard said he doesn't believe she dumped him. Howard said that guy knows how to get girls. He said he has some list of women. JD said he wishes he had his list. Howard said the guy is good looking and can play the guitar and sing. Howard said he doesn't fall in love and that makes all the girls want him. Robin said he's had a lot of girls. JD told Howard some of the women he's had and Howard said he's a bigger cocksman than John Stamos. Howard said he would like to have just one of them.
Robin read a story about a petition on Change.org that's asking for the removal of a video from YouTube that contains the image of Allah being burned. Howard said he wouldn't mess with that.
Howard had a message from JD who wanted to tell Katy Perry that he was single if she's looking for someone. Howard and the guys goofed on JD as that was playing. Howard cut it off saying it was too embarrassing. He did a live commercial read after that.
Robin read a story about Ben Affleck and Seth Rogen being on Capitol Hill today to testify in two hearings about a couple of things.
Robin read a story about the people of Arizona calling on the governor to veto a bill that could encourage discrimination against gays. Robin had a clip of John McCain asking the governor to veto the bill.
Howard said they figured out that they did approximately 28,000 hours of radio since the Washington DC days. He said Jimmy Kimmel has done 2000 shows now.
Robin read a story about Oscar Pistorius and what's going on with his trial. Robin said he's legless below the knee. Howard asked how he lost his legs. Robin said she's not sure but she thinks he lost them somehow. Robin said he's having his trial televised. Gary said his legs were amputated at 11 years old. Robin said he won't be seen in the trial but the rest of the trial will be televised. Robin had some audio of the judge talking about why he made this decision. Robin said that Oscar is the only witness to the shooting of his girlfriend. Howard said he wants to see him talk his way out of this.
Robin read about a meeting between the President and John Boehner yesterday. Robin said Boehner came out and started attacking the Affordable Health Care bill. Robin had some audio of that. Howard said he'd like to know what they talked about. He said if he were Boehner he'd ask Obama if he's fucking Beyonce.
Robin read a story about the President pushing for people to sign up for health care. Robin had some audio of the President to go along with that and some other topics. Robin had some clips of Michelle Obama talking about a couple of things too. Howard was still doing his Boehner asking Obama questions bit during those stories.
Robin read a story about how obesity rates for pre-schoolers is dropping. Robin said it's dropped about 14 percent over the past decade.
Robin read a story about a 10 year old California boy who died after being bitten by a pet rat. The family is suing Petco. Robin said the boy died 48 hours after coming down with flu-like symptoms. Howard said maybe people shouldn't have pet rats. Robin said a lot of people have them. Howard said a lot of people want exotic pets. He said he doesn't get that. Howard said Richard used to catch rats in the barn and keep them as pets. He said he probably named it Ratty. Robin said he had the best pet names. It was Ratty, Calfie and things like that.
Richard came in and said the rats got fed pretty well once he caught them. He said he would catch them in the wood pile. He said that he caught a mole once and he thinks that he named it Moley. Richard said he squeezed through the bars of the cage and got out. He said that they can squeeze into really small spaces. Howard and Fred were doing their impressions of Richard for a couple of minutes.
Robin read story about a poll that was done asking who people want to see run for president and they named Hillary Clinton, Rand Paul and Jeb Bush. Howard said Chris Christie should run even though he's got some shit going on right now.
Robin read about some police in Maryland who are not behind the legalization of marijuana. Robin had some audio of them talking about that. Robin said it sounds like they're basically saying that they've been fighting this long and they don't want to give up the fight.
Robin read a story about how polio has made an appearance in kids who have been vaccinated. Robin said we don't want that coming back.
Robin read about a Mexican drug lord who was known as El Chapo, will be staying in Mexico for now. He won't be extradited to the United States yet. Robin wrapped up and Howard ended the show around 10:05am.

Benjy said he would love to hear Howard talk about it more when he says he wanted to be a radio guy when he was 5. He wonders if he envisioned it being like it is or would he have been happy as a DJ playing music. Gary said he doesn't think so. He said Howard did his vision and he wouldn't have been happy playing records.
Benjy wondered if he was trying to say things on the radio or was he just playing music. Gary said he was just doing what he was told to do when he was first starting out.
Jon said that Howard was talking about people he started out with like Meg Griffin. She plays music to this day. Gary said that's what she's into. He said he has to give her credit. He said she is the real deal. He said she would quit jobs over stuff. He said that MTV book talked about how she walked away from the MTV job.
Jon said they have a new game with Nicole and Sal too. Gary said her baby isn't due for 2 weeks so they may be able to do that next week.
Jon ran through some other things that Howard talked about and brought up how Howard's parents don't leave their house much. Gary said Howard is sort of like them these days. Jon said they're products of routine and maybe Howard is becoming that. Jon said they have a poll up at HowardStern.com/WrapUpShow asking what vegetable Gary should be trying next. Gary said Jim McClure told him that his girlfriend was putting stuff in his food that he didn't know was in there. He said that worked with some food and he's going to share them with him.
Gary said that Mary will dare him to eat something and he ends up doing it and he makes a face. He said he doesn't like the taste or texture. He said he just doesn't like them. He said when he sees his kids asking for the Brussels sprouts to be passed to them he's jealous. He said they don't taste good to him. Benjy said he thinks he could make him something he'd like. Gary said he would never eat anything he made. He said he's scared of Benjy. Gary said he should just eat the vegetables. Jon said he should just face up to it and do it. Gary asked if Jon's mirror has broken. Jon said he eats vegetables.
Gary said that they put Eric the Actor's manifesto up. He said that Eric has sent him emails like that and they run on just like that. He said he'll go to bed and get up at 4:30 in the morning. He said Eric will call him a couple hours later and get upset that he hasn't given Howard the message.
Gary said when he gets something like that he'll ask someone else to read it and give him a synopsis. He said he gets a headache from reading all of that. Jon said he hopes Eric can improve on them and get his message through quicker.
Jon said that Robin has been on fire lately. Today she was talking about how you should be in control with your emotions. Gary said she was saying that you can control your emotions but she changed what she was saying. Gary said Jason told him to keep her on the line because Belvue was on the way. He said that summed it up perfectly. They were talking about the Robin Thicke story at the time and that's what got them on that love thing.
Gary said he thinks everyone in the world has had their heart broken that first time. He said if you love someone and they break your heart you can't control that. Gary said Robin was making the assumption that you can cut the wire and say you're not in love with them. Jon said you can try to tell yourself that in your mind but it's just denying your feelings.
Gary said he thinks if he dated Robin and they broke up that she would change the locks and phone numbers. He said that she may have that attitude where she just cuts that cord. He said that the worst thing he was known for was breaking up with a girl and going back out with them a year later. He said he would forget why he broke up.
Jason said that Robin has screamed and ranted and raved on the air so they have tape of her being in control of her emotions. Benjy said that Woody Allen said that the heart wants what the heart wants. Jason said that you don't have to act on it though.
Jon took a call from a guy who asked if they see that Robin can't admit when she's wrong. Jon said it's hard for a lot of people to admit when they're wrong. Jason said he hates doing it but he will do it. Gary said he hates doing it when it's with Howard. They spent a little more time on that and then went to break.

Jon said he wanted to get Ronnie's take on what Robin was saying about emotions. Benjy said that Howard said he doesn't think that there are relationships that are open are a real thing. Jon asked Ronnie what he thinks. Ronnie said he doesn't know. He said if a wife is understanding with that stuff it can make the relationship better. He said you're going home to her after getting worked up by the girls at a strip club or something. He said if you're hanging out with your girlfriend it's a stimulant. He said he thinks it's great bringing your girl to the strip club too.
Gary said that Ronnie is the only one who can stump Jon. Jon said he keeps giving short answers lately. He said that he told Ronnie that he has an open invitation there but Ronnie won't come in unless he formally asks him to. He said he likes to hear his opinions but he won't come in. Ronnie said some days he doesn't like getting his balls broke so he won't come in.
Jon said Robin said that you can control your emotions. He asked Ronnie what he thinks. Ronnie said that he has done stupid things with girls like Gary did with that tape. He said he's done things where he wrote letters and poems. Gary said there wasn't even tape when Ronnie was a kid. Ronnie said that's why he doesn't come down there sometimes.
Ronnie said one girlfriend moved away because she had to go where her parents went. He said he hooked up with her later on. He said she was in the Bronx. He said that they were about 16. Ronnie said her father threatened to kill him if he saw her again. He said he got his driver's license and he'd sneak out to see her in the afternoons. He said he'd bang the crap out of her and go home.
Jon asked Ronnie how he would try to get them back. Ronnie said he would send flowers or things like that. He said he'd send flowers to the job so all the girls would see it. Ronnie said it's the way you do it that counts. He said he once had them sent to a secretarial school. Jon asked what he wrote to that girl. Ronnie said he's not going to tell him.
Jon took a call from a guy who asked Gary what he does when he's out and about and sees Howard and Beth out. He asked if he doesn't approach him. Gary asked for a specific answer and he'll try to answer. The caller said Howard and Beth are walking down the street. Gary said he would say hi and just keep going. The caller said that he appreciates the show. Gary said that if you pass him then you're done. He said you don't try to stop him. The caller asked if he can take a picture. Gary said that Howard is just doing his own thing and he may not want to stop to take pictures. Gary said if you want Howard to be comfortable then don't ask him for a photo. He said you just tell him you like the show and keep moving.
Steve Brandano asked if they have ever run into celebrities when they were out. Gary said he ran into John Turturro out once and he ended up freezing and waved to the guy. He said he didn't bother him and just told him he loves his work. Steve said you want to show you're a fan though. Gary said you just don't do that to someone. Jon said he always feels like he's bothering someone. He said you want to thank them or let them know you're a fan but you don't want to bother them.
Jon said he was taking a flight about 10 years ago and he saw a guy behind him who he thought he recognized. It turned out to be Alec Baldwin. He said Alec said something funny and he just kept going. He said that he didn't want to bother the guy after that but it was cool to have that interaction.
Gary said that he was on a flight with Steve Buchemi and he had met him once before. He said he had a short conversation with him that time. He said on the plane they got off about the same time and he wanted to talk to him. He said that he didn't bother him but his friend that was with him so he got to say something to him.
Steve said he saw Lance Reddick from The Wire once and he just gave him a nod. He said he didn't go up to him and talk to him.
Jon said that Ralph is good at going up to people and getting into a conversation with them. Jon said he just can't do it. Jon asked Ronnie what he does when someone comes up to him. Ronnie said he'll take pictures with them. Gary asked if there's ever a time he won't do it. Ronnie said if he's with people then he'll tell the people he'll catch them on the way out. Gary said he's done that. He said that he doesn't want to be caught with a full mouth of food.
Gary said Ross is good at talking to celebrities. He said they were at the Olympics in Atlanta in 1996. He said they saw Spike Lee there at the airport and Ross wanted to go over and talk to him. Gary said he had heard not such great things about him. He said Ross went over anyway. He said he'll never forget it either. He said he never looked at Ross and just put his hand up like he was saying ''Get the fuck away from me.'' He said Ross came back saying ''Fuck him'' and things like that.
Ronnie said he got invited to a birthday party years ago and there were a lot of celebrities there. He said Green Day was playing there and he walked up to this guy in a Beret. He said that he said hi to the guy saying ''Hi Flip Wilson'' but it turned out to be Ben Vereen.
Jon took a call from Bobo who said he thinks Howard likes it when fans recognize him on the street. Ronnie brought up the fact that Bobo showed up to the hospital when Howard's wife was having her baby. Gary said he thinks that when Howard is at AGT he understands that it's a job. Ronnie said he will say hello to the fans during the breaks. He said that they had to stop doing that because it was taking time away from the show taping.
Gary said his hands down out of the studio most uncomfortable celebrity interaction he ever had was at Melissa Rivers' wedding. He said they were the first ones in the room and Kathie Lee Gifford and Frank were the next couple to arrive. He said he wasn't sure if they'd recognize him or not. He said he and Mary hid behind a pillar so they wouldn't see them. They went to break after that.
Jon took a call from a guy who said he's run into celebrities and he tells them that he loves them on Howard and it works out great. He said they love hearing that. He said it's amazing. Gary said he's 100 percent with him. He said it makes them look great. He said that it's a conversation starter too. Gary said that if you heard them on Howard then they have something to talk about.
Ronnie asked why this caller is around celebrities so much. The guy said he works in TV and he's around a lot of celebrities.
Jon took a call from a guy who said he met Gary back in the 90s. He said he got the look from Gary like he didn't want him to bother him. The caller said that he saw him at the River's Edge restaurant. Gary said he remembers going there. He said that he doesn't know if he gave him the death stare. He said he got trashed by a celebrity and he got that because of a look he gave him. Gary said if he said something then that's one thing but if it was just a look you can't judge that. He said that he may not be giving you a look.
Jon asked JD if he's ever had a celebrity interaction like that. JD said that he has not. Jon asked if he has said hi to anyone. JD said he won't go up to anyone. He said if someone follows him on Twitter he may say something over Twitter. He said he doesn't think he's gone up to anyone. Jon asked if he has anyone come up to him. JD said it doesn't happen often. Ronnie said he doesn't handle it very well when it does.
Gary said he ran into Dan Patrick many years ago and Dan was upset that he was giving him the brush off. He said that he didn't recognize him back then.
JD said that someone accused him of giving them the brush off there. He said he doesn't do that. He said he's just awkward. Ronnie said JD hated the Block Party when people would come to meet him. Gary said JD does turn his chair around now to say hi but only because they pointed it out.
Jon asked JD what the best way is to approach him. JD said if you're a hot chick please say hello to him. He said that it's fine to say hi. He said he'll take a picture unless he's in a hurry. Gary said if JD were Arizona, he would only serve hot chicks. JD said he tries to be cordial and a good person.
Gary asked if it makes JD feel good when someone asks to take a picture. Gary said it makes him feel good. JD said it feels good but it's also a chore. Jon asked if he worries about what they're going to do with the picture. JD said he does.
Jon took a call from a guy who said he was in Seattle and Eddie Vedder's wife is the coach of his daughter's T-ball team. He said he brought a buddy to a game and he freaked out when he saw Eddie Vedder on the field. He said he ran out on the field to say hi to him. Gary said that probably isn't good. The caller said he had to walk away from his friend. He said Eddie was really cool about it though. They started to wrap up but JD mentioned that Sal will be on Law & Order SVU tonight. That led to Gary talking about how he's the only one who watches the show there but Benjy wants to do an acting role on the show. Ronnie also said that the show is a combo with Chicago PD tonight too. They all got in their plugs and then ended the show around 10:10am.
