We heard a clip from the TV show Seinfeld where Jerry was talking about writing a sitcom with George about nothing. Jon Hein gave some history about the show and how the show wasn't an instant hit for NBC. That led into a clip where Howard was talking to Jerry Seinfeld about his TV show getting picked up by NBC. Jerry explained that they were starting off with 4 specials and they'd take it from there.
Next up Jon talked about how the cast were on their way to being huge stars. Then we heard a clip of an interview with Jason Alexander talking about being based on a real guy. Howard thought it was Mike Costanza but Jason said it was actually based on Larry David. Mike Costanza wrote a book about it and he claims that the character was based on him.
Next up we heard a clip from Seinfeld where Jerry and Elaine were talking about faking it during sex. That led into a clip where Howard said Carol Leifer is the person Elaine was based on. Carol didn't go along with that. She said that she and Jerry did date and remain friends but that's where it ends.
Next we heard a clip from Seinfeld where Jerry was talking to Kramer about Junior Mints. That led to a clip from an interview Howard did with Michael Richards about who his character was based on. Howard said he had the real Kramer in there. Michael said he met him a few times too.
Jon Hein said there is no love lost between Howard and Jay Leno but in the 90s it was rumored that Jerry was the one feuding with Jay. That led to a clip where Howard was talking to Jerry about that feud. Jerry and Howard spent a few minutes going over what was going on. Howard explained how they do show business related topics on the show when they hang out. Howard said it's highly publicized when they do hang out. Howard said Jerry was going to do a show about being back stage at the Tonight Show. Jerry said it was a good excuse to go out there to find Kramer. That led into a Seinfeld clip from that episode. Then we heard more of Howard talking about how this led to Jay telling Jerry it was fine to do the show. Jerry said Howard is off. He said Jay wasn't sure if he could do it and Jay wasn't able to do it so that was the end of it.
Howard said Jay is in a whole different stratosphere now. He asked Jerry when he was last at Jay's house. Jerry said they hung out the other day. He said they really don't have a problem. He said they dealt with the whole thing. He said he wanted Jay to do the show and Jay wasn't able to do it. He said he thought it would be fun.
Jon Hein said that things eventually got personal with Howard and the staff of Seinfeld. That led into a clip where Howard was talking to Jerry about this girl they did an interview with who said she slept with Jerry. Howard ran down a list of some of the women Jerry has been with. He mentioned Tawny Kitaen and Jerry said they just went out a couple of times.
Next up we heard Howard talking to Jason Alexander about going to Scores. Jason told Howard that he went based on Howard's suggestion to go there. Jason said he had people staring at him there. He said the cigarette girl was gorgeous but he didn't do much of anything there. He said they left and he hasn't been back yet. He said a story ran in the paper about how he's been hanging out there and spending thousands. He said he thought that was a classy place but that's it for him.
Next up we heard a clip from Seinfeld where Elaine was talking about her diaphragm. That led into a clip where Howard was talking to Julia Louis-Dreyfus about her marriage and how that's going. Julia said she's not going to answer questions about that. Howard asked why people can't talk about that stuff. Julia said she'll talk about it but not in front of millions of people. Howard asked if her marriage is still exciting for her. She said it is. Howard was trying to figure out how many times a week they're having sex. She wasn't talking.
They played another Stern Show clip where Howard was talking to Michael Richards about the women he's dated. Michael wasn't talking either.
We heard another clip from Seinfeld and then another interview with Jerry where they were talking about the ratings for Seinfeld and how well they were doing. Howard was talking about what a jerk Tim Allen seemed to be on the Emmys. Howard said he wishes he was banging the women Jerry was banging. Howard said he's trying to help the guy out by getting people to watch his show. Howard said he hopes the value of his house sinks. He asked Jerry how he pays for the house and if it was cash. Jerry said he carries that cash in his wallet. Howard wondered how much he was making doing that show. Howard figured he was in the $50,000 a week range or so. Jerry said he didn't want to talk about that stuff. Jerry said he was working before the show too. Howard said he's not making that much at Mr. Rips. Howard asked Jerry about the new house he has and what that's like. Jerry said he's not in it yet. Howard asked Jerry when he's moving into the house. Jerry said it's a couple of months away. He said he has brought girls over to see it.
Next up we heard Howard interviewing Michael Richards about getting more money on Seinfeld while Jerry is getting a ton of money. Howard said he would become an alcoholic if he wasn't making anything on a hit show like that. Michael said it wasn't like that. Howard asked if he smokes weed. Michael said he doesn't. Howard said he bets that he's a really serious guy off camera. He said that he's so crazy that you don't expect him to be an intellectual like that. Howard asked how they got together and figured out how much they wanted. Michael said they were there in their dressing rooms and they just said they'd ask for a million. He said they waited for NBC to get back to them for 4 and a half months.
Next up we heard Jon Hein talking about the series finale and how that ending was kept under lock and key. That led into an interview with Jason Alexander where Howard was talking about the countdown to the last episode and how brilliant it is to promote it the way they are. Howard said they say that Jerry is the only one who has seen the actual script. Jason said he's been swept up in the insanity for 9 years so it's nothing new to him. Howard and Jason talked about the episode and how they're sworn to secrecy about the whole thing. Howard asked if they only let them look at the script at work. Jason said that they only got the pages they were working with that day. He said they had to sign things that said they wouldn't talk about any of it. Jason did mention that his wife was in the last episode.
We heard a clip from the final episode of Seinfeld and that led into Howard's interview with Julia Louis-Dreyfus where he was asking her about the kind of money she was making in the final season of the show. Julia said they all did very well in that final season. Robin asked what they make now and asked if they have a good residual deal. Julia said no. She said they don't participate in that at all. She said all of the money went to Jerry and Larry. She didn't want to comment on that when Howard asked if she was pissed. Julia said you do get residuals but they're not getting the kind of deals that Jerry and Larry get. Julia said she lives near Larry and she has been on his show a couple of times. She said that was fun. Gary asked why she works because he thought she had money from her family. Julia said that she works for the money. Gary asked if her family is part of the Dreyfus Fund family. She said she's not. Gary said that's what their research says. Julia said that's just not true. Julia said they do have a company but it's not the Dreyfus Fund that they think it is.
Jon Hein introduced a clip where Howard talked to Jerry Seinfeld after not talking to him for years. Jerry said you go on Howard when you're on the way up and on the way down. Howard asked if he gets asked to do things all the time now. He said he feels he's almost retired now. Jerry said he doesn't want to do things. He said he's done with working. He said he still does stand-up though. He said that's all he wants to do. Howard said that his dad talks about Seinfeld all the time. Jerry said that's why he's on the phone. He said his friend Spike Ferestein told him that he had to call in again.
Some of this is from my rundown of this August 30, 2010 interview... Howard said his father knows the show like the bible. He said it's almost biblical to him. Howard asked Jerry about the deal he had on Seinfeld because he read he makes a ridiculous amount of money from syndication. Howard asked if that's true. Jerry said he's not sure exactly but he's fine with money at this point. He said he buys old sports cars with that money. He said he lives in a nice house and he just lives like Howard does.
Howard asked if he invests at all. Jerry said he doesn't invest in stocks. He said he has it in bonds or something. He said he's pretty safe with his money. Howard asked what he bought yesterday. Jerry said that you can easily ruin your fun if you buy too much stuff. He said you can get bored.
Howard said he and Jerry had a discussion once and it was about marriage. They were at the gym and Jerry wasn't married yet. Howard said he was with Beth and Jerry said to him that he doesn't understand marriage. He said Jerry couldn't comprehend why anyone would get married and then a month later he got married. Jerry said it was a very rapid maturation process. He said he got back to New York and did everything he wanted to do and he figured he was bored because his life wasn't evolving. He said he met this girl, Jessica, who is now his wife. He said they had dinner with her. Howard said that they never reciprocated and had them over to Jerry's house.
Jerry said that it's a slow maturation process when you're a comedian. He said when he was 40 he felt 26 in his head. He said it all came about very quickly. Howard said Jerry took himself out of the game. Jerry said this is the greatest thing and he's enjoying it. Robin said that he's an authority on being married and being a father.
Jerry said he can speak with authority about being single and being married. Howard asked if he does a lot of babysitting. Jerry said he has an office he goes to and he hangs out with Colin Quinn a lot. He said that his one man show is still running on 45 Bleecker. He said he loves to help out guys like that who are great and weren't able to climb their way through the system. Howard told him to help out Greg Fitzsimmons.
Howard asked Jerry what he does to stay busy. Jerry said he still writes stand-up material. Howard asked how he memorizes that stuff. Jerry said that this is like speaking to his uncle on a weekend. He couldn't believe that Howard was asking him about that.
Howard asked what Jerry was up to now. Jerry said he was at home in his gym. He said he lifts weights and stuff like that. He gave up riding his bicycle. He said he doesn't run either. Howard said he still runs. Howard asked jerry what else he will do today. Jerry laughed and said he has the same kind of questions for Paul McCartney when he met him. He said he wants to know what people do.
Howard said everyone wants to know what Jerry is doing. Jerry said that it's the same stuff he's always done. He said after the show was done he had to do regular stuff. He said he had to just go back to doing what he originally did. That's why he moved back to New York and worked on the new act and all of that. He said the family thing was new territory for him but that's working out fine.
Howard asked about going to the office and what he does up there. Jerry said that everyone bothers him up there and that's what it's all about. Howard asked if the sex life is still good. He said it is. Howard said it does change though. Jerry sarcastically said it all stays the same forever.
Jerry said that he's got some other things in the works right now. He said he's staying busy. Robin asked how he drives all of his cars. Jerry said it's like Robin with her shoes. He said you just look at them and ask yourself what you feel like driving. Jerry said he enjoys the car thing and a lot of people like that. He said he has more than he needs. Howard said he shouldn't be ashamed. Jerry said Howard has just as much money as him. Howard said Jerry has way more than he does based on what he's reading. Howard said Jerry doesn't even have to show up to a job. Jerry said the stuff you read is always inflated.
Howard asked Jerry who he has out to his house. He said that he and Matthew Broderick go out for coffee out there in the Hamptons. Howard said he gets weirded out by Jerry when he's talking to him. He said that he's afraid that he's going to see him doing something. Jerry said he always enjoyed doing the show years ago when he was on.

Howard said Mario's mom must have pushed him into show business. Mario said he read well at an early age and he was at some theater play that he was doing and a talent agent approached his mom telling her that she should give it a try. He said he started doing local commercials and then got stuff in L.A. Mario said he did a show called Kids Incorporated and he was on that with Fergie and some other kids. Howard said he didn't know she was a child star.
Howard asked Mario when he first got laid. He said he was 13. He said that he had just turned 13 at the time and he was thinking about how young his nephews are.
Fred played some of the computer generated voices he was playing earlier in the show. He even played one in Spanish so Mario didn't get what she was saying.
Howard asked Mario about Fergie and if she was hot at 9. He said she wasn't at 9 but by 13 or 14 she was. He said that he has a 6 year old nephew and he's liking girls already.
Howard asked if he has banged any fat chicks. Mario said that he didn't discriminate. Gary wondered what his definition of fat is. Howard said he can't imagine why he would bang a fat chick. Howard said that Mario told him that fat to him is someone like Courteney Cox. Mario laughed and said that's not true.
Howard said that Mario has a kid and he's not married yet. Howard asked if that was an accident. Mario said that his girl went to get a check up and she had cysts on her ovaries and she wasn't supposed to be able to have kids. Mario said that he just figured they'd leave it in God's hands and see what happens. He said she had surgery and he wasn't supposed to touch her for 3 weeks. Then she got pregnant shortly after that 3 weeks.
Howard said that Mario must have been making out with Fergie on that show. He asked if she was talented back then. Mario said that he could tell back then. He had no idea she was a meth head though. Howard brought that up.
Next up we heard a clip from Saved by the Bell and that led into an interview Howard did with Tiffani-Amber Thiessen. They talked about how she got her break getting that show.
Next up we heard a clip from Saved by the Bell with Dustin Diamond's ''Screech'' character talking to the principal. That led into an interview clip where Howard was talking to Dustin Diamond about how much money he was making on the show and how he was getting less than the other stars of the show.
After that we heard another Saved by the Bell clip and that led into more of the interview Howard did with Tiffani Thiessen. They were talking about working on a sitcom and what that's like. Howard took a call from a guy who said he was a huge fan of her's in the Saved by the Bell days. He asked if Mr. Belding ever hit on her. She said he never did.
We heard another clip from Saved by the Bell and then more of the Dustin Diamond interview. Howard was asking Dustin about getting chicks from the show and how that worked out for him.
We heard another clip from Saved by the Bell and then more with Mario Lopez where he talked about his career and how he's been doing okay all along.
Next up we heard Jon Hein talking about Elizabeth Berkley and how she did a movie where she appeared nude. Then we heard a clip from Saved by the Bell with Elizabeth freaking out. That led into an interview clip where Howard talked to Elizabeth Berkley. They talked about being on Letterman together so we heard a clip from that show.
They got back to the Elizabeth Berkley interview and Howard talked to her about the movie ''Showgirls'' and how they blamed her for the movie not being that great but Howard said he thought she was fine and the director was to blame. Howard said it was a brilliant move to do the movie. Elizabeth said she would like to do a movie with Howard. Howard said he'd like to do that and have her convert him to a straight man from a gay pirate. Howard asked what she thinks about that. She said they'll have to talk to the studio about that.
We heard another Saved by the Bell clip and that led into more of the interview with Dustin Diamond where they talked about Elizabeth Berkley.
Jon Hein said that Dustin wrote a book years later and he printed some stuff that his co-stars called lies. That led into a clip where Howard talked to Dustin Diamond on the phone. Here's some of my rundown of that call from October 5, 2009:
Howard said that was some tape there. He said that Dustin was also on Celebrity Fit Club and annoyed the crap out of people on that show. He said that he made that Marine guy crack on that show. Howard played some audio of that as well.
Howard got Dustin on the line and said that he has written this book ''Behind the Bell'' and it seems to him that he's bad mouthing them all and maybe it's sour grapes. Dustin said that's not it at all. He said that he had to work with these people every day back then. He said that he was going for the extras back then and he did fine.
Howard said that Dustin claims that Mario Lopez was banging Tiffani Thiessen and Mark-Paul Gosselaar was getting her and Elizabeth Berkley too. Dustin said that he was younger than they were. He was 11 while they were 14 and 15. He said that was a pretty huge gap. He said that they did their jobs and after that they didn't want to bring the younger, goofy kid along with them.
Dustin said that he was going to do a reunion show with them but they don't want anything to do with him now. He said that they were going to do a ''Where are they Now'' thing and he didn't want to do that.
Howard asked Dustin about the book where he calls Tiffani Thiessen a slut. Dustin said that he saw a lot going on in the 10 years he worked with those people. He said that there were a lot of horrible things going on.
Robin asked what it was that made him call her a whore. Dustin said that it's just his opinion. Dustin said he just wrote as honest as he could and that's what came out. Dustin said that he was 12 at the time and he's 32 now so he just goes back and tries to write it as he saw it back then.
Howard asked how many guys Tiffani Thiessen was fucking back then. Dustin said that he'd see her with guys when they went out on trips and stuff. He said there were guys climbing in and out of her room all the time when they'd go on the road. Dustin said that when you see someone bring 2 or 3 people to their room at the same time, it's not exactly hard to know what's going on. He said he was in the room next to her too so he'd turn up the TV so he didn't hear it.
Next up we heard more of Howard's interview with Tiffani Thiessen where they talked about Dustin's claims that she was a slut. Here's some of that interview from my rundown from July 30, 2012:
Howard said there was dirt on Saved by the Bell and Dustin Diamond blasts her and the other people on the show. Tiffani said that she never runs into him at all. She said he lives in Wyoming or somewhere like that. Howard asked if she gets offended when she hears what he says. She said that she doesn't pay attention to it. Howard said he claims that she banged everyone on the show but him. Tiffani said she had a boyfriend at the time so she wasn't doing that. Howard asked why he would do that to her. Tiffani said that if you ignore it it'll just go away and no one is listening to him. Howard said he was listening to him when he was in there. Howard said he was painting her out to be a slut. Tiffani said it doesn't bother her at all. She said he had a very hard childhood and he didn't have a great relationship with his father and his mother passed away when he was young. She said that Dustin stayed with her and her family a few times so it's really sad that he's doing that. She said that she does feel sorry for him.
After that we heard more of the Dustin Diamond interview from 2009. Here's more of my rundown from that day:
Dustin calls Mark-Paul Gosselaar a douche in the book too. Dustin said that he grew up and mellowed out but back then he was kind of hard core and he was going for the attention all the time. He said he was the popular kid on the set too.
Howard read some stuff that Dustin wrote about Lark Voorhies. Dustin said that something had to have gone on at home with her. He said that she came in to do some commentary for a DVD set they put out and she wasn't talking and she'd flinch if a male voice said anything. He felt like she was like a beaten dog from what he could tell.
Dustin also wrote about how the producers of the show were afraid that Tiffani Thiessen was going to get fat like her mother so they ended up watching the food the whole cast was eating to make sure no one got fat. Dustin said he had to go out and get his own breakfast before the shoots so he could get the food he needed.
Howard read about Mario Lopez and what Dustin wrote about him. Dustin said Mario was like the Casanova of the show but he would stop talking to girls after he was done with them. Dustin said that they'd have some hot chicks come on the show and Mario would.
After that we heard another Saved by the Bell clip and then more from the Tiffani Thiessen interview where she talked about Dustin claiming she was fat on the show. She said she was at her thinnest on the show.
Next up they played more of the Dustin Diamond interview...
Howard read about Mario Lopez and what Dustin wrote about him. Dustin said Mario was like the Casanova of the show but he would stop talking to girls after he was done with them. Dustin said that they'd have some hot chicks come on the show and Mario would.
Howard asked Dustin why he gave a picture of his huge dong to Elizabeth Berkley. Dustin said it was supposed to be a joke but it went wrong. He said that they were joking with Elizabeth and the size of their cocks and they ended up sending her that picture.
Howard said that Dustin's co-stars aren't going to like the accusations he made in his book. Dustin claims that Mario had to have his breasts fixed after working out as a child. Dustin said he saw it first hand and it was very strange.
After that we heard another Saved by the Bell clip and then more of the Mario Lopez interview. Here's more of my rundown from that day:
Howard went over the girls that Mario has been with. He was with Tiffani Thiessen. Howard asked what happened to her. Mario said they had their babies a month apart and she's on some show on the USA Network. He said he can't remember the name of it. Howard said no one can.
Howard asked about the other girls on the show. Mario said he's not sure where he's getting his information but he didn't bang all of them. Howard said that Dustin ''Screech'' Diamond told them that he was a man whore. Mario said he was always cool with that kid and he's not sure why he turned on him. He said he was the only one who was cool with him too. He said that he was a nice kid and he feels bad for him now.
After that we heard another Saved by the Bell clip and then more of the interview with Dustin Diamond. Here's more of my rundown from that interview:
Howard read some of the accusations from the book like Dustin saying that Elizabeth Berkley hooked up with the guys on the show even though they were calling her sloppy seconds. Dustin once pissed in an extra's purse because she said some stuff about him. She started to blow him off so Dustin got mad at her when she started talking down to him out loud. Dustin said that he pissed in her purse.
Howard said that Dustin also calls Neil Patrick Harris an asshole. He worked with him on a movie one time and didn't like him. Dustin said that he worked with a bunch of people on that movie and at that time there were people like Neil Patrick Harris who walk this ''I'm a rock star'' attitude. He said that he had a starring role on a show and that led to problems. Dustin said he saw a lot of that going on when he was growing up in that world.
Ralph called in and said that it sounds like Dustin is an angry guy and he's just mad that no one is paying attention to him. Ralph said it sounds like he's just jealous. Dustin said that's not the case. He said he's doing okay and you can't just take 2 sentences from the book and make it sound like that's who he is.
Howard took another call from a guy who said that Dustin is a complete asshole of a human being. He said he used to go around asking for free drinks and free pussy. The guy said he heard stories about him. Dustin said that this guy doesn't even know him. The caller said that he has met him and he does know him.
Howard took another call from a guy who said that he likes the interview. Howard said there are fans and haters out there. Gary came in and said that there's a whole web site dedicated to saying that he never sent out the t-shirts he was selling. Dustin said that they got a lot of stuff returned because of the wrong addresses.
Howard took some more calls and let some more people go off on Dustin. Dustin said he had enough interest in his stories that he was able to write a book about his life. Howard gave him some more plugs and thanked him for coming on. He let him go a short time later.
After that we heard more of the Tiffani Thiessen interview where Howard said he figured she'd sue him over that whole thing.
Then we heard Jon Hein talking about the failure of the show when they did The College Years. That led into more of the Mario Lopez interview. Here's more of my rundown from that day:
Howard asked Mario if he's ever gotten into fights in bars and stuff. He said that he did and he got sued 3 times. Howard asked if they were guys starting in with him. Mario said the last time was down in Daytona during bike week. He said that the bartender served him after they did last call and a guy gave him a hard time and they started shoving him around. He said he busted the guy's eyelid and he got a knock on his hotel room door and it was the cops. He said that he learned all about the laws when it comes to a fight in Florida. He said that he dropped the guy with the first punch. He hit him right in the eye and knocked him down. He wasn't out but he was knocked down.
Mario said that he left the bar and the guy and his buddies followed him to the hotel. He said he was trying to get away from the guy but the elevator wouldn't open so he had to drop the guy again. He said he punched him one more time and knocked the guy down again. He said he had to settle out of court for that.
Howard asked what he was getting paid to do that Saved by the Bell show. He said he was getting $3,500. He said that they were a Saturday morning show so it wasn't a big paying show. Mario said the show went into syndication but they didn't get money out of that. Howard said that's what Dustin Diamond told them.
Howard said it must have been tough getting off of that show and then going out to do an adult kind of job. Mario said he wasn't in it to just act. He said that he wanted to be able to go to college so he was out to make a few bucks. He said the fight thing cost him like $60,000. He said that the guy was the one who started in with him too. Mario said he's all about walking away from it now. He said that people are cool most of the time but once in a while he gets people like that.
Next up we heard another Saved by the Bell clip and then more of the Dustin Diamond interview in 2006 where he talked about getting into a fight one time. Here's some of my rundown from March 24, 2000:
After the game Howard spent more time talking to Dustin. He had some notes on him that said he knew karate. Dustin told Howard that he learned it from his father at an early age. He actually got to use it one time to defend himself. He'd taken a fan of his to Disneyland for her birthday. He was about 14 at the time. Some guy was taunting him on the Pirates of the Caribbean ride and waited for him at the end of the ride. Dustin said he threw the guy against the wall and ended up going to Mickey Mouse Jail to wait for the cops to show up.
Howard also heard that Dustin has a hard time getting laid even though he's fairly famous. Dustin said that's true but he has had some conquests that he's proud of. He said he first had sex at 15 and he got a lot of the extras on the set of ''Saved by the Bell''. He tried getting some of his co-stars but it never happened for him. He did get a Russian model at one tome though so he did pretty well there.
After that they played more of the interview from 2000 when Dustin talked about his parents losing his money. Here's my rundown from that segment:
Dustin's money situation came up once again and this time it led to a really long discussion. Dustin told Howard how he doesn't have all of the money he made from ''Saved by the Bell'' because his parents seem to have spent most of it. He said his mother is dead now but his father is still living with him and Dustin is supporting him. He said that he got about 25% of the money because of the Jackie Coogan law which guarantees him a certain amount of money from acting as a child. The other 75% is gone though. Dustin told Howard that he wants to kick his dad out of his home. Howard volunteered to do it for him so Dustin gave him the number. Gary got the guy on the phone and Howard went on to talk to the guy for at least a half hour. Howard discussed the situation with Dustin's father Mark and basically found out nothing. Dustin wonders where all of that money went but Dad didn't really have an answer. Mark said that he gave up his career as a teacher to shuttle Dustin around to his acting job so the money Dustin was making was supporting the family. Howard kept asking the guy why he would give up a career to do that but he didn't have a good answer. He seemed to be using that as the excuse for spending the money. They went over the same stuff over and over again but nothing was settled. Dustin still wonders where his money is and Dad doesn't have an answer. Howard eventually told Mark that Dustin wants him to move out. Mark says that he's trying to get back into his field of work but it's hard. He's got health problems and it's tough to get started again. Dustin said he doesn't really want to throw his dad out on the street but he does want him to move out. He's not paying rent and Dustin is sick of it. Mark told Howard that he felt that he was being attacked from the beginning of the call and he never got his chance to talk. They gave him plenty of chances though.
Next up we heard a clip from In Living Color and then some of an interview Howard did with Jaime Foxx in 2007. Here's some of my write up from that day:
Howard asked where this kid came from but Jamie didn't want to get into all of that. He said he wasn't looking to talk about the mother. Howard spent a minute talking to him about that and then asked him about getting the job on In Living Color. Jamie said that he had auditioned for the show back when he was doing stand-up comedy. They narrowed it down from like 100 guys down to 50, 25 and then down to about 10. He said that he thought that he was being rejected and figured he wasn't going to get the job. He said in the final audition he killed and got the job. Howard said that must have been one hell of a night when he got that. Jamie said that changed his life after that.
After that we heard another In Living Color clip and then some of an interview Howard did with David Alan Grier in October 2008. Here's some of my rundown from that day:
Howard said that David Alan Grier is there. The guys brought him after that. David came in and said that some of the guys that used to work with Artie at MAD TV are working with him now and told him to say hello.
David said that he and Robin used to work out at the same health club years ago but she ignored him. He said that she was laughing with her trainer and ignoring him. He did an impression of Robin laughing that was pretty good. David was goofing on Robin as not liking the black man. Robin said she didn't remember him being at the gym with her but she was busy working out. Robin said that she liked David until he said that today.
Howard asked Robin if she was bringing the new boyfriend to Jason's wedding. She said she's not. Howard said he's actually going to Jason's wedding. Artie said that he was going to blow it off but now he might have to go.
Howard asked David if he started out as a comedian. David said he was actually an actor first. He was a serious actor at first.
Howard asked David about In Living Color and how he got into that. David said he didn't have a bunch of characters at the time but he did some impressions. Howard asked him who he does. David said that he does Maya Angelou. Howard said he knows that people don't like to be put on the spot but he wanted him to do the impression. David said that no one had ever done that impression so he couldn't really fail doing it.
David did the impression and had Howard, Artie and Robin laughing at it. David said it was very pompous and didn't make a lot of sense. He said that she had a smile and he wasn't sure if it was a pained smile or what.
David also did his Jeremiah Wright impression that had the guys cracking up. Howard asked if he made good money doing In Living Color. David said he didn't. Howard said that he's got this new show on Comedy Central and he's getting great reviews.
After that we heard another In Living Color clip and that led into more of Howard's Jim Carrey interview. Howard was talking to Jim about the fire guy character and how there are some people who aren't to happy about that.
Next up we heard another In Living Color clip and then a quick clip from an interview Howard did with Tommy Davidson. Then they played more of the Jim Carrey interview where Jim talked about one of the guys from In Living Color leaving the show. Howard said he heard about how they shoot like 27 sketches at once and they don't know how they're going to piece them together. Jim said they do about 25 and they do about 3 days of shooting the week after they do the writing. Howard had a hard time getting things out of Jim without him going off on some other weird story.
Next up we heard another In Living Color clip and then more of the Jamie Foxx interview where he talked about the end of In Living Color for him.
After that they played an interview Howard did with Jim Carrey when Howie Mandel was there too. Here's my rundown of that interview from a The History of Howard Stern from 2009:
They played the audio of Howard talking to Howie Mandel and having Jim Carrey come on with him. Howard explained how Jim got the job on In Living Color as ''the white guy'' on the show. Howard said he does the white character in every sketch. Howard said that show is still doing well even after the Wayans started to leave. Howard said it's great that Jim stuck with it and the show is still doing well. Jim said that all of the Wayans left he show but there are still black people on the show. Howard said Jim went up a notch when they all left. Howard said it should be called ''In Leaving Color'' since everyone has left. Howard asked Howie and Jim to do some goofy voices for him. Howie wouldn't do it but Jim did one quickly. Howie eventually did his Helium Man voice for him. Howard threw them out of there after that.
After that we heard Jon Hein talking about the other Wayans brothers who were on the show. That led into an interview Howard did with Damon Wayans. Howard talked to Damon about his parents being Jehovah's witnesses and about what Damon said about him being on the Magic Johnson show.
They played another In Living Color clip after that. Then they played more of an interview Howard did with Damon where he talked about the big family he grew up in. Howard said he found it hard to believe that he used to mug people. Damon said he did and it was mostly white guys. He said he was about 14 years old. Howard asked if it disturbs him that he would do that. Damon said he feels that what comes around goes around so it might happen to him some day. Damon said he used to walk around the subway station and find guys to rob. He said he had a bunch of other brothers around him doing that.
Howard said Damon got thrown out of 3 different high schools. Damon said he was trying to work on his career and his timing in class. Howard said he heard he was on welfare. Damon said that's a lie.
Next up they played another In Living Color clip and then some of Howard's interview with Shawn and Marlon Wayans from 2000. Here's some of my rundown from that day:
Comedian's Shawn and Marlon Wayans came in this morning to promote their new movie ''Scary Movie'' which comes out July 7. The guys wrote the movie with a couple of other guys and their big brother Keenan directed it. The guys told Howard that their brother helped get them started in the business and he continues to work with them. Howard said something about them being rich and famous but the guys said that they're not rich. He also said that they're pretty good looking guys so they must have gotten laid before they became famous. They said they were getting laid at 16 or so but not that much. One of the guys said that Keenan had to teach them about sex because their father was a Jehovah's witness. Their father told them that when girls came on to them that they were to push them away and play a game of cards instead.
There were a total of 10 kids in the Wayans family and they grew up in the projects. They said their father only made about $17,000 a year and managed to support those 10 kids on that money. They couldn't afford such luxuries as toilet paper sometimes so they said they had to use newspaper or paper bags from the grocery store to wipe with. Ouch! They said they'd wet it down to make it a little less irritating.
Howard read that their parents eventually had to sleep in separate beds so they would stop having kids. The guys said that their father actually sold condoms for a living but he didn't use them himself. They think that a lot of the brothers and sisters were mistakes and that they didn't really want to have 10 kids.
Next up we heard another In Living Color clip and then some of Howard's interview with Damon Wayans. Howard talked to him about his parents and about his club foot for a short time.

Howard said that David auditioned for the role of George Costanza on Seinfeld. David said it was one of the worst auditions he ever had. Howard said that David thought that the show wasn't going to work at all. David said that he went in and did the audition and Jerry was horrible at the time. David said that Jerry was so bad that it made him bad. He said that he never thought it was going to work. Artie said that Jerry was so bad that he can be seen mouthing words waiting for his line to come up.
Next up we heard a clip from In Living Color and then more of the David Alan Grier interview. In that clip David told Howard about auditioning with Tom Cruise one time. He talked about how he blew it that day. David told Howard the producer asked what the fuck he was doing.
After that we heard another In Living Color clip and more of the David Alan Grier interview from 2008. Here's what they played:
David said that he moved back to New York when he was on In Living Color. He said that he wasn't going to do the show but Kim Wayans convinced him to do it. David said that he tried out for Cheers back in the day but he really wanted to do a serious show.
They played another In Living Color clip and then some of Howard's interview with Jim Carrey. Here's my rundown from that 2003 interview:
Howard asked Jim about some of the women he went out with when he was younger. Howard said he went out with Linda Ronstadt. Jim said that was when he was only 21 years old. He was working as a comedian at the time and she was a cutie back then. He said they went out for about 6 months. That was before he was famous too.
Howard mentioned some of the other women Jim has had like Lauren Holley, Renee Zellweger, January Jones, a Russian ballerina... Jim wondered where the list came from because it wasn't quite right. Howard moved on to ask him who his Hollywood friends are. Jim said he hangs out with Nicolas Cage. Howard said Cage is a strange guy. He asked Jim how often they get together. Jim said every couple of months they might get together. He said he also hangs out with Noah Emmerich who he met when he did ''The Truman Show'' movie.
After that we heard another In Living Color clip and then more of the Jamie Foxx interview. In that clip Howard talked to Jamie about dating white chicks and touching himself during the interview.
Next up we heard Jon Hein talking about Jim Carrey sky rocketing in stardom after In Living Color. That led into an interview with one of the cast about Jim's stardom.
Next up we heard a clip of Howard's interview with Shawn and Marlon Wayans talking about Jim Carrey. He was talking to them about Keenan not inviting Jim to his wedding. They said that Keenan and Jim are still on speaking terms so they didn't know where that story was coming from. Howard said he got it out of the Enquirer.
After that they played more of Jamie Foxx's interview where he talked about how great Jim was in Ace Ventura. He told Howard he knew that he was going to be huge after that.
After that we heard another quick clip of David Alan Grier talking about Jim in Ace Ventura. Here's my rundown from that 2008 interview:
Howard said that David thought that Jim Carrey's movie ''Ace Ventura'' was going to flop. David said that he was sat right next to Jim during that movie premiere and he had to laugh the whole film to make him feel better but inside he was thinking that he had lost his mind.
David said that Jim used to do a character called Colon Man where he would pull out his 40 feet of colon and lasso people. He thought that was great.
David said he didn't think that America was ready for Jim at the time and he and Chris Rock thought that no one was going to see Ace Ventura.
David said that Jim's thing was crazy because he went from not being able to get booked on Letterman on a Wednesday to getting flown out the following Monday after the movie came out.
David also talked about Jamie Foxx and how he grew his career a little more slowly than Jim did. He said that he's very jealous of that and thinks that he should be making the 20 million that he's making.
Next up we heard more with Jim Carrey. Here's more of my rundown from that 2003 interview:
Howard took a call from a guy who asked Jim about ''Liar Liar'' and if he improvised the scenes where he was going off on the other lawyers. Jim said he did come up with some new stuff. He said they do have a script but he throws in new stuff as well. Jim said some of the best stuff comes when he makes stuff like that up. Howard mentioned the talking through the ass thing he did in ''Ace Ventura.'' Jim said that actually came from ''In Living Color'' because he was mad at Keenan Ivory Wayans one day and ended up doing that.
More phone calls came through and Howard asked Jim some other stuff about things like the crazy speeches he gives when he wins an award. He said he makes most of that stuff up as he goes along. He said he was a stand-up comedian so that's what he loves doing. One caller asked Jim if he'd ever host an award show. Jim said he thinks he wouldn't like doing it. He said he's been asked to do the Academy Awards but he's not sure he'd like it.
Next up we heard Jon talking about how Jennifer Lopez was on In Living Color. That led into some quick interview clips with people like Jamie Foxx, David Alan Grier and others talking about working with her on the show.
Jon Hein said that they dug up some Jennifer Lopez stories from Rosie Perez and Robert Schimmel as well. Here's what I wrote in 1999 about the Rosie Perez interview:
Howard took some phone calls during the conversation also. One guy brought up the fact that Rosie worked with Jennifer Lopez on ''In Living Color'' a few years back. Rosie didn't want to bad mouth Jennifer but she did say that she didn't understand the format of the show back then. Rosie said that Lopez would get upset when she'd be cut from a dance segment but it wasn't Rosie's fault. She had to take orders from her boss, Keenan Ivory Wayans, but Jennifer thought it was Rosie doing the cut. Rosie also told Howard about how her dress fell off at a club one time. She was in her sister's dress, a little big on her, with spaghetti straps. She wasn't wearing a bra and when she made a move the dress fell down to her knees and exposed her breasts.
After that we heard a 2003 interview segment with Robert Schimmel. Here's what I wrote back then:
Howard said that Bob used to work on ''In Living Color'' when that show was on the air. Howard said Jennifer Lopez was a dancer on the show at the same time so they knew each other. Howard told Bob to talk about some story he had about Jennifer. Bob said he ran into Jennifer at a restaurant and said hi to her but Jennifer said she didn't remember anyone from the show. Howard said Bob probably had his girlfriend with him and told her he was friends with Jennifer and went over to introduce her. Then Jennifer blew him off and said she didn't remember him. Howard said Bob has a unique look and it would be hard to forget him. Bob said he told Jennifer she should go for a checkup if that's the case. Bob said Jennifer told him she didn't remember anyone from the show so he asked her if she remembered Keenan, Damon or Jim Carrey. She was walking out at the time and didn't answer him. Bob said he didn't want to run after her to find out what her answer was though.
After that we heard a Melrose Place clip and then some of Howard's interview with Heather Locklear. Howard talked to her about a great dress he saw her in. Howard told her to be careful wearing those dresses in public because he's seen Sharon Stone get out of a limo and she showed some hair. Howard said that he's seen women not wear panties and the tampon string hangs out.
After that they played more of the Courtney Thorne-Smith interview. In that clip Howard asked if she wears a thong and why she doesn't dress sexy on the show. Howard said they keep her prim and proper even though she has a great body. She thanked him for that. Courtney also talked about her new house and how she's living alone.
We heard another Melrose Place clip and then more of the Heather Locklear interview segment. Howard talked about how Heather got the ratings up when she joined the show. Howard asked if she hit them up for more money after that. Heather said she did ask for a little bit more. Howard talked to Heather about Aaron Spelling and if she thanks him for what he did for her. Heather said she thinks it's understood. Howard was trying to figure out what she was getting paid to do the show. She wasn't saying exactly but she said she's very happy. Howard guessed it was $150,000 but she hinted it was more than that.
After that they played more of the Courtney Thorne-Smith interview. Howard talked to her about how cheap Aaron Spelling is. Howard said he was talking to Jason Priestly and he found out that he doesn't get any of the merchandising from the dolls they sell. Howard said his name is ''Spelling'' and not ''Spending.'' Howard said that he's making a lot of money off of them.
They played another Melrose Place clip and more of the Heather Locklear interview. Howard told Heather about some of the people they could get rid of on the show.
After that they played a clip of Howard's interview with Lisa Rinna. here's some of that 2008 interview as I wrote it up back then:
Howard asked Lisa if she was a prom queen or anything like that. She said that she wasn't that popular but she was a cheerleader. She was living out in Oregon at the time. Howard asked her if she was a bad girl back then. She said that she was.
Lisa said that she got right out of Oregon and moved out to L.A. after going to college for a few minutes. She said that she lost her virginity at the age of 16. She said that it was Todd Nelson who took her virginity. She said that they did it on the floor of the bathroom of her house. She said that it took him a long time to get her to that point. Howard asked her if it was what she imagined. She said it wasn't because it hurt.
Fred threw in the old lady porn clip that makes Artie laugh while they were talking about the virginity thing. She said that it got to be more fun as time went along. She said that she had another guy come along when she was 18.
Howard asked Lisa if she ever blew a guy for a part out there in L.A. She said she never did that. She did date some other actor before she met and married Harry Hamlin. She said that this guy Peter Barton was one guy she dated.
Howard told Lisa she should try sleeping with a woman sometime. She said that she's really not attracted to women in that way. Howard told her to try and get Angelina Jolie, those two with the giant lips would be amazing.
After that Jon Hein introduced another segment of a Heather Locklear interview. In that clip Howard was talking to Heather about the outfits he likes to see her in. Howard talked to her about the love scenes he did in his movie. He told her that he was using his tongue in the kissing scenes. Robin didn't remember seeing any of that. Howard said she wasn't there to see it. Howard asked Heather what she does if she feels something in the guy's pants during a scene. Heather said she just keeps going. Howard said he would tell the whole crew that he was aroused. He said that Mary never felt anything because he's so small. Howard said he was up to like take 80 and he was still aroused.
Next up we heard Jon talking about how Traci Lords was hired on Melrose Place. That led into Howard's interview with Heather where he talked to her about how he doesn't like Traci on the show. Howard also talked to Heather about how her character has cancer on the show. She said that was for like a minute. Howard said he's never missed an episode of the show. He said that's pretty sad. Howard said the red head on the show is hot. Howard talked about some of the other cast that he doesn't like. Howard said there are some that they should get rid of.
They played another Melrose Place clip and then Howard's interview with Traci from October 11, 2000. Here's some of what I wrote back then:
Ex-underage-porn-star Traci Lords came in this morning to promote the new TV show she's working on. She'll be in the new season of ''First Wave'' on the Sci-Fi channel. When she came in Howard said she's sporting a new hair color.. red. She first thanked Howard for letting her do a voice for his upcoming cartoon ''Doomsday''. Howard was about to say something about the cartoon but he never got to it. Howard quickly mentioned that he thinks Traci doesn't like him. He brought up an article where she was asked ''Who would you rather sleep with, Rush Limbaugh or Howard Stern?'' She answered ''I'd rather die than sleep with either of them.'' She said she doesn't dislike him that much.
After that we heard another Melrose Place clip and more of the Courtney Thorne-Smith interview. Howard talked about how much he likes the show and wished her luck with it. Howard told her that his TV looks like he threw custard at it after he watches the show.
Next up they played more of the Heather Locklear interview. Howard talked about how great last night's episode of Melrose Place was. Howard said he likes the simple stories. He said he likes the romance stuff. Howard said that's what us women want in our shows.
Howard took a call from a 13 year old kid who sounded like a girl. The kid said he has hair on his penis but no girls have seen it yet. Howard said not too many girls have seen the hair on his body either. Howard told him not to worry about it.
Howard asked if the kid watches Melrose Place. He said he stopped because they got rid of all of the good actors and actresses. Heather thanked him for that. Howard asked what he would do to her if he could get her. The kid said he'd do something nasty to her. Howard said he's only 13 and he doesn't know what nasty really is.
Next up Jon Hein said that Eric the Actor worked with Daphne Zuniga once. That led to a clip of Howard talking about Eric working with Daphne Zuniga on American Dreams. Here's some of what I wrote back in 2005:
Howard said he had an update for everyone. A few weeks ago he did something very nice for Eric the Midget and got him on the show ''American Dreams.'' Howard played a clip of Eric acting with actress Daphne Zuniga on the show which will air in March. Howard and Artie made fun of his voice for a few seconds and then Howard played the second take for the same scene. The guys said that Eric wasn't putting much energy into the scene though. Howard said after Eric got the gig and did his thing, he called them and left a voice mail message making demands for his upcoming interview. He demanded that Howard take the interview seriously and not do any ''toilet humor.'' He didn't want any questions about going home to pleasure himself after thinking about the hot chicks he got to work with. Eric said he wanted Howard to take the call more seriously than any call he's taken in the past. Howard played the voice mail and called Eric ''Mr. Hollywood'' as he introduced him. He immediately asked him if he pleasured himself to any of the hot chicks he worked with. Eric said that he's not going to answer that question. Howard figures he's in love with Daphne Zuniga. Howard told Eric that he got him that job and he should be thanking him for that instead of making demands. Eric said he did thank Howard several times when he did interviews with the E! guys. Eric said that he didn't want his co-stars to hear about him pleasuring himself and that's why he didn't want Howard asking him that stuff.
Daphne Zuniga was on another line so Howard told her that he thinks Eric is in love with her. He and Artie did their impressions of Eric and goofed on them. Daphne told Howard that she respects a guy like Eric who will defend her like he's doing. Eric sounded a little bit embarrassed when that came up. Eric told Howard that he thought about everyone on the set because they were all nice to him. Howard asked Eric if he thought about Daphne when he got home. He said he didn't and he didn't look up pictures of her on the internet. Howard wanted to know who Eric thinks is cuter, Kelly Clarkson or Daphne. Eric refused to answer with Daphne on the phone. Daphne said that they only did one scene together but Eric did a good job and he seemed like a sweet guy. Howard wondered if Eric could have a career in acting. Daphne said that if he took some acting lessons and learned some techniques, he might have a chance.
Howard read that Daphne hasn't had a boyfriend for about a year now. He asked her about that and found out that she falls in love very easily and had to stay out of that stuff for a while. Once she did her own intervention on herself, she concentrated on her career and things started to take off for her. Howard also read that she has had some lesbianism in her life. Daphne said that there were some other things that she wanted to talk about before getting into that. She told Howard that she's toxic with Mercury and she wanted to talk about that first. She said it's from eating fish so that's one of the reasons she cut herself off from guys for a while. She said she had a blood test done after she had a loss of memory and some other symptoms of mercury poisoning. She said that a lot of fish, especially tuna, have a lot of mercury in them. She said you can clean yourself up. She said you can find out more about that at NRDC.org. Daphne was going on and on about that so Howard cut her off and asked her what she was wearing. She said she had a t-shirt and sweats with no panties or bra on.
Howard got back to the discussion about Daphne's sex life. She said that she has been with guys in the past year, she just doesn't have a boyfriend. Howard asked Eric if he was turned on by these stories. Eric said that he wasn't going to answer those questions. Daphne told Howard that she hasn't had sex this year yet but her hiatus is over and she's open to finding a new guy. Howard said he could set her up with some real monsters from his audience. He asked her about her lesbian experiences and she said she had a couple and liked them. There was a guy friend who had her with another woman at one time. Daphne asked Howard where his hands were while she was telling the story. Howard asked Eric where his hands were too. Eric said that his hands were on the phone. Howard continued his lesbian story questioning. Daphne said she agreed to do the other chick when her guy friend asked her to do it. She said it was probably before she worked on ''Melrose Place.'' Daphne said that the guy in the relationship was the one who picked out the other woman. Howard wanted to know who she was but Daphne wouldn't say. She said the other woman was a model but didn't say if she was a famous model. Howard looked at the list of guys she's dated trying to figure out who she was with at the time. Daphne wouldn't say who she's slept with. Howard wondered if she's ''gone black.'' She said no to that and kept asking for more plugs for the NRDC.org web site.

He said he thinks he can do it. Howard asked if he thinks he can defecate it out. Steve said he has never heard of it going any other way before this. He said he didn't come there to waste Howard's time. Steve swallowed the 5 fish and then tried to puke them up. Steve was gagging and then the fish came up. Howard and the guys were all cracking up at what was going on in there. Steve was heaving over and over. He only vomited up 3 of the 5 fish. Howard said if he stops now the rest will die inside of him. Howard said he thinks he's prove he's intense.
Next up we heard Jon Hein talking about how Wee Man and Steve-O have had their feelings hurt. That led into the Wee Man interview where Howard asked him about Steve-O not having a contract and how he has to use their name to make money on his own tour. Wee Man said that he uses all of their names but they're not even in the show. He said the cast has grown apart.
After that we heard Howard talking to Steve-O about that Wee Man interview. Steve said he heard about that. He said it's no big deal though. He said he wasn't going to bad mouth him at all.
Next up they played another Jackass clip where one of the guys was dancing in a public place and was told he couldn't do that there.
After that they played more of an interview with Johnny Knoxville from 2010. Here's my rundown of that segment:
Howard said there's something funny about men being naked. He said that they do a lot of that kind of stuff in the movie. Howard said that he gets complaints about Richard and Sal being naked but they always end up being the most watched shows. Johnny said that man ass is funny. Howard said he saw the cover of Rolling Stone and they were all naked together there. Howard said that looked very gay to him. Johnny said that they were all very uncomfortable doing that. Howard asked if any of the guys are small. Johnny said that Ryan Dunn isn't very large. Howard asked who has the biggest one. Johnny said Pontious has a big one. He said the head is huge and the top of the shaft is big but then it gets smaller as you go down.
Howard asked if any of the guys have sucked each other off. Johnny said that he should ask Steve-O about that. Howard wanted to hear it from Johnny. Johnny said that Steve is coming in this week so he should talk to him about it. Howard asked what happened. Johnny said that the guys were drunk on the bus one night and Steve-O put his mouth around Pontious' cock and that was it. Howard asked if he came in his mouth. Johnny said it was just his mouth around it and it was just to make the people around them uncomfortable. It worked too.
Next up we heard a clip where Howard was talking to a caller about the Jackass guys. The caller thought that they were kind of gay. Howard said he doesn't think it's gay. Robin said all of the dick play is gay. Bam Margera was in and he asked if they'd rather see them clothed or naked running into a wall. Howard said he'd rather see it naked. Howard said he thinks that naked is funnier. He said it's just funnier. Howard said if the Three Stooges were naked they would have been billionaires.
Next up they played a clip of Howard talking to Johnny about the naked stuff. Johnny told Howard about some of the stuff they did for the movie and how Steve-O had to turn down the bit because his father said he would disown him if he did it. He said Ryan Dunn had to come in and do it for him. Johnny told Howard that the bit was with a toy car and it involves insertion and extraction. He said he didn't want to spoil the bit though.
After that we heard the Jackass clip where Ryan Dunn did the toy car thing. He ended up putting the car up his ass with a condom around it. They went to get an x-ray done and the doctor said he's never seen anything like that.
Next up they played a clip of Bam Margera talking about an anal bead kite bit he did for one of their segments.
After that we heard a clip of Bam Margera's friend Brandon Novak offering to lick Richard Christy's taint. Here's my rundown of that segment from 2008:
Howard asked Missy if she's happy doing this stuff. She said she loves it and it's never boring. Gary came in and said that Novak is willing to do just about anything for money. He said that if they offered him $100 he might lick Richard's taint. Novak said he'd do it and he didn't even know who he was. Artie started laughing his ass off when he thought Novak said the N-word about Richard. It turns out he said ''minger'' which they had to explain to the guys.
Richard came in and said that he didn't know what he was going to get out of this taint licking. Howard said he'd give both of them $250 courtesy of ManGroomer.com. Novak said that he would even take a stroke or two for that money. Richard said he wasn't going to let him blow him. Novak was ready to do it and kept telling Richard to drop his pants.
Bam told Novak not to hold back when he goes in there. He told him he should be naked too. Bam said he'd throw in another 30 bucks. Missy gave him another 5. Novak said he was going right in there for his asshole. He went right in and everyone was going nuts in the studio when they saw it. Bam and Missy were laughing.
Artie said that it looked like a naked heroin addict raping Richard. They showed the replay on Howard TV and had Novak laughing at himself.
Next up they played a clip of Steve-O in the studio and doing something with his penis. Howard said he just pulled his pants off. Howard asked if he has ever done this before. Steve said he hadn't with that kind of tape. He was taping up his whole package with tape they had there. Howard said he's going to rip the tape off. Howard asked what the hell he's doing. Steve said this is unwrapping the wiener mummy. He ripped the tape off as Howard and the guys were cringing.
After that they played another Steve-O segment where he lit himself on fire in a fireball and did a back flip in the studio. He wanted them to kill the lights but Howard refused. Howard said he didn't want him doing this at all. He sprayed himself with hair spray and Howard said he hates this shit. Steve said he hadn't tried this before. Howard asked him not to do it. He told him to stop but Steve did it anyway. His hair caught on fire and Howard told him he's a maniac. Robin was cracking up. Steve wanted to do it again. Howard stopped him. They could smell the burnt flesh in the studio.
Next up we heard Jon Hein talking about how Steve was sober that morning. After that they played a clip of Howard talking to Johnny Knoxville about Steve being sober.
After that they played a Jackass clip where Johnny did a rocket skates thing. That led into another interview segment where Howard talked to Johnny about being rejected from the show by Tom Chiusano when he wanted to come in and do a tazer thing in the studio. Howard said he could have had all of those nickels that MTV threw at them. Howard asked Johnny why he turned down an appearance on Saturday Night Live. Johnny said he did Jackass instead of the SNL thing. He said he would have had to have broken up the Jackass crew to do SNL. Johnny also told Howard why he quit the show instead of watering down the show like MTV wanted them to do.

They played another Friends clip and then an interview clip where Howard was talking to David Schwimmer about how he got the job on Friends. He had auditioned for some other shows and got picked for Friends. Howard asked if he banged any of the chicks on the show. David said that they had sex all the time. He was joking of course. Howard said he would bang half the cast. He said he would have even screwed that monkey that was in the first season. Howard said that Jennifer is hot and he met her long before she was on Friends when she was a Nutrisystem girl.
After that Jon Hein mentioned the Nutrisystem story and how Jennifer was on the show as one of those girls and she was on the show 5 years before she was on ''Friends.'' That led into the interview clip where Jennifer Aniston came in as the Nutrisystem girl. In the clip Howard asked if she was a set up. Jennifer told Howard that she lost 15-17 pounds. She was only 20 years old. Howard said he'd hop on her in a second. He said he could teach her some things. Howard found out she's an actress but she's also a waitress. Howard said she would be good as the female lead in his movie. Howard said that could work. Howard told her to give him her number. Howard asked if she has an agent. Jennifer said she's with APA.
Howard said Gary looks like he wants to get in on this. He said this girl is hot. Howard said she looks like Alison Doody. He said she doesn't really look like her but he just likes saying her name. Howard said this girl has great muscle tone. Howard asked if this was doing anything for the rest of the guys. Jackie said he was staring at her. Gary said he imagines Howard's daughter growing up to look like her. Howard said he's a sicko. Howard told him to stay out of his house. Howard asked if she has acted anywhere. She said she has been in public theater. She told Howard what she did. Howard told her she really does look great.
Robin asked how long it took to lose the weight. Jennifer said it was about 6-8 weeks. Howard said her breasts are very full. Jennifer said she lost them completely. Howard said they must be B-cups. She said she's down to 110 pounds. Howard said she looks fabulous. Jennifer said the whole family was on Nutrisystem. She said that her dad lives in L.A. She said her dad is on Days of our Lives. She said he plays Victor Kirakis. Howard didn't know who that was. Robin did. Howard asked when she lost her virginity. Jennifer didn't say. Howard said she's very lovely and she knew how to dress. He said she looks great. Howard asked if she would pose for Playboy. She said no. Howard said he has a chipmunk in his undies. Howard had to wrap up with her a short time later.
After that we heard Jon Hein talking about how Howard came out as a Friends fan in the third season. That led to a couple of the writers from the show calling in to thank him for coming out and saying that he's a fan. They played the clip of Howard talking to writers Greg, Michael and Adam. Here's my rundown of that call from 1997:
Three guys who write for the TV show ''Friends'' called in to thank Howard for admitting that he watches the show. Howard recently admitted to loving the show and actually taping it each week so he doesn't miss it. Today he actually admitted to liking the show from the start. In the past he hasn't admitted to liking the show. He said that he was embarrassed about liking the show so he wouldn't admit it. The writers were still at work out in California when they called in. They work long hours and said that they listen to Howard when they get off work at 3 in the morning.
After that we heard Jon Hein talking about the cast becoming famous overnight and how a lot of their stories ended up in the tabloids. That led into an interview with David Schwimmer that Howard did. They were talking about how much the cast was being paid and how they did a renegotiation thing.
Next up they played a clip of Howard talking to Courteney Cox on the phone about what she gets paid to do the show. She said they all get paid the same to do the show. She said things wouldn't be the same if they got paid different amounts.
They played another Friends clip where Lisa Kudrow was singing ''Smelly Cat.'' That led to an interview clip where Howard talked to Lisa Kudrow about the other cast and who they have dated. Lisa said he's reading too many of the tabloid stories. Howard talked to her about her new movie and how her cast isn't there for her. Howard sang a song to the tune of the Friends theme song about them not being there for her. Lisa said that some of them are going to try and be there for her.
Next up we heard another clip from Friends where Matthew Perry's character talked about how a tailor had cupped him while measuring him. That led into another David Schwimmer interview clip. Howard talked to him about working with the two Matt's and how Matthew Perry ended up going to rehab. Howard said to him everything would be about getting laid. David said that's why he got into it. He said there were no girls at batting practice but they were at acting class. He said that's why he did it. Howard said that would be a great thing to do on the show. He said they could have an intervention on Friends. They talked about how Perry was addicted to pain pills and the article that came out about it.
Next up we heard Jon Hein talking about some of the personal questions Howard asked of Courteney Cox and David Schwimmer. That led to an interview clip where Howard asked David about Jennifer's nipples being erect all the time. They said that they will tell her when they're too obvious.
They played another clip from Friends and then a clip where a caller (That was me!) asked David Schwimmer if he ever gets a boner while kissing Jennifer Aniston. David said he doesn't get one. Howard said he doesn't know how he doesn't. Howard said Betty Thomas had to ask him to calm down when he did the bathtub scene. Howard said he had his groin in that woman's naked buttocks. David said he doesn't know how he would have been able to do that scene without getting aroused. Howard said it was wild.
Next up we heard another clip from Friends with Matt LeBlanc and Courteney Cox doing a scene together. That led to another interview clip where Howard talked to Lisa Kudrow. Howard asked her if she had ever seen Courteney Cox naked. Lisa said she has. She said they're girls so it's no big deal. Howard said he's not saying she's gay. Lisa also talked about how great Jennifer's body is. Howard said he had her on the show as a Nutrisystem girl once. Lisa said that Jennifer likes Howard. She said she liked his movie.
They played another Friends clip that led into another interview clip where Howard talked to David Schwimmer about which girl he would have picked to bang on the show. David picked Jennifer. They spent a little more time talking before wrapping up.

The three judges from FOX's ''American Idol'' came in to promote the show. Simon Cowell, Randy Jackson and Paula Abdul all showed up. Howard heard earlier that Paula wasn't going to show up but she did. Howard said Paula was all decked out and looked good. She was wearing a see through shirt that looked pretty good according to the guys. Howard talked to Randy first. He talked about some of the stuff he did on the last season of the show. He brought up the two things that Randy always says during the show. He always says ''You're doing your thing man'' and also repeats the contestants names three times.
Howard also asked Paula if she's going to get a little meaner this season. She said there's no reason to do that though. Howard then moved on to Simon who he thought got a little intimidated last season. Simon explained to Howard that he had to remain silent at the end of the season for some reason. He said that it won't happen again though.
Howard got back to Paula and asked her if the rumors about her not wanting another woman on the show were true. They ended up getting rid of the fourth judge that they hired. Paula told Howard that Simon got rid of her because the woman just didn't like doing it. Simon said the chemistry didn't work out well for them either. Howard figures it's the greatest gig in the world though. They sit there and judge other people's music. Howard tried to find out what kind of money they're all making on the show but they weren't talking much. Simon shot ''Hollywood Squares'' when Gary was out there this weekend so they spent a couple of minutes talking about that. Gary said Simon really wasn't playing the game and said whatever he felt like saying. He said he was very ''real'' on the show. Howard got back to the money thing but Randy wasn't talking about how much he gets. Paula said she doesn't mind if Simon makes more money than she does on the show either. Paula said that it's Simon's show and she's just a visitor.
After that segment they played an interview clip where Howard talked to Ryan Seacrest. Here's what I wrote in 2002:
Ryan Seacrest, the host of ''American Idol'', came in to talk to Howard. Howard started off goofing on Ryan's ''gay hair'' as soon as he came in. He talked about the tips and highlights in his hair and how gay it looks. Ryan said he also gets his feet manicured. He said women like that about him though. Howard thought that Ryan might be gay because of all of this stuff but he says he's not. He said there's nothing about the male penis that he's attracted to. Howard said women don't care about a guy getting his feet manicured and he doesn't need to do that. Howard told him to just get a nail clipper and clip his own nails. Ryan said he also has his eyebrows waxed. He said there are a lot of women at those places and that's a good reason to go.
After that we heard another clip where Ryan told Howard how he got the job on Idol. He said he never thought the show would be a success like it turned out to be. Howard took a call from a guy who said he auditioned once and Ryan came on to him. Another caller said she loves him and thinks he's great. Howard asked if he was getting a million dollars to do the show. Ryan said he has not signed that deal.
After that we heard another Idol clip and then an interview with Brian Dunkleman. Here's my rundown from 2002:
Comedian Brian Dunkleman, former co-host of ''American Idol'', came in to talk to Howard about how he left the show. It was reported in the news that Dunkleman was dropped but he claims that he left on his own. Howard brought him in and found out his girlfriend was with him so he had the guys bring her in too. Howard spent a few minutes talking to Brian about why he thinks he wasn't fired from the show. The show is saying he wasn't brought back so that's being fired in Howard's book. Brian told Howard that FOX was happy with his performance on the show but the producers wanted him to be something he wasn't so he left. He told Howard how they wanted him to act and he says he just didn't want to do it.
Howard continued talking to him about the show and what he thinks Brian should have done. Howard told him he should have stuck with the show for at least another year. Brian said that he's already going to be known as ''the American Idol guy'' and if he'd done another year, he would never be able to shake that. He wants to be an actor, not the host of ''American Idol.''
Next up they played a clip from American Idol and then more of the interview with Simon, Randy and Paula where they talked about Brian Dunkleman. That was a quick clip and they played more of the Dunkleman interview after that. In that clip Brian was telling Howard how they scripted the show more than he wanted and he tried to make it funny. He said he begged them to hire a writer but for 6 weeks they didn't have one. Brian said he has actual excerpts from the script. He read that to Howard in a British accent. Brian said that's why he didn't want to go back to the show. He said Ryan wants to do that for a living and he doesn't. He said he's fine not being on that show.
Next up we heard Jon Hein talking about how there was a fourth judge on the show named Angie Martinez. That led into the interview with Randy, Simon and Paula where they discussed Angie. Here's some of my rundown from that 2003 interview:
Next up we heard a clip of Howard talking to Ryan about who is going to replace Brian on the show. Ryan said he'll be alone. He also talked to Ryan about Angie.
Jon Hein talked about how Kara DioGuardi eventually joined the show and that led into an interview Howard did with her. Here's some of my rundown from that 2011 interview:
Howard asked Kara if American Idol was bad because she took such a beating on the show. He said he was even calling her names. Kara said it was like she broke up the Beatles. Kara said she never got to voice who she was and they never told people who she was. She said she sat on the couch in the back of the studio and got coffee for artists when she was behind the scenes.
Howard said they could have orchestrated her in a better way for the show. He said she's actually written hit songs that have been on the top of the charts. She said it's like 40-50 songs and she's sold like 150 million songs. Howard said they didn't introduce her right on that show.
Kara said it was hard reading the blogs and watching the show. She said that even she was annoyed with herself on the show when she'd watch it. She said she was nervous and trying to fit in on the show because they had a chemistry already. Howard asked if she just didn't want to hurt anyone's feelings. Kara said she was always negative and she would tee Simon up. Howard
Howard asked if Kara dislikes Simon. She said she really doesn't dislike him. She said she respects him and she thinks that he helped her out on the show.
After that we heard another American Idol clip where Paula Abdul thought she had heard two songs from a contestant but he only performed one. That led into a clip of Howard talking to Kara about Paula. Here's my rundown from that day:
Howard said Kara is going to be on a new TV show. Kara said that should be good. Howard asked what's wrong with Paula Abdul. Kara didn't have anything bad to say about her. She said she gets why she was upset that they brought in a fourth judge on the show. Kara said she just saw her a few weeks ago and they were fine. Howard asked if Simon knew that she was going to be on the show. She said that Simon did but Paula and Randy didn't.
Howard asked if she believes that Paula has never taken any drugs. Kara said that she doesn't know what she's been on other than pain pills for her back. Howard said that Kara got high on pot brownies at Paula's house and Paula claims she didn't know that they were in there or who brought them. Kara said she believes that. She said no one knew what they were and they were in the freezer.
Howard asked Kara what the weirdest thing is she's done sexually. She didn't really answer but Howard guessed it was anal. Fred played some fart sounds and grossed her out. Fred played a bunch of different clips and Kara said it was like music to her ears.
Next up we heard Howard talking to Ryan Seacrest about Paula Abdul. Howard thought she had some work done to make herself look better. Ryan said he doesn't know anything about that. He said she looks great though.
They played another American Idol clip where Ryan announced the winner in 2002. That was Kelly Clarkson. That led into more of the interview with Simon, Randy and Paula. They spent a minute talking about the winner.
They played more of the interview with Ryan Seacrest where they talked about Kelly Clarkson winning. Then we heard Jon Hein talking about how the judges were turned over and over and eventually Steven Tyler was made a judge. That led to an interview clip with Steven from 2011. Here's some of my rundown from that day:
Howard came back and said they have a surprise guest coming in and Gary says it's a good one. Howard said he likes to be prepared. Steven Tyler then walked in. Robin said he didn't have to be a surprise. They love him. Howard asked who was with him. It was Erin Brady, Steven's girlfriend. Howard said Steven looks good. He said he looks handsome and in shape.
Howard said he has a million questions for him. He said he wished he had been able to prepare. Howard said he had to masturbate last night even though he's married now. Howard said Steven has had sex with everyone so it must be nerve racking for Erin. Erin said it was the first time but now she's okay. Howard asked if she gets nervous that he could leave her at any minute. She said that she has some stuff on tape so she thinks she's okay. Howard asked if they tape their sex. Steven said they absolutely do not. Howard asked if she gets anal from Steven. She said she does. Howard asked Steven if he would like to propose to her right now. Steven thought for a few seconds and said if he keeps pushing this he'll find him. He told Howard he'd marry him. Howard asked if she has a shot at marrying him. Steven said she does... everyone does. Erin said that he's a true romantic. She said that she put him in rehab and this is how he acts.
Steven said he never thought he'd be on American Idol but he thought about it and it's a different world today so it's something new for him. He said he did his time and saw about 40 people out of 700 that were great. He said that there are some people that sing their ass off. He said he's looking for that original person in the group.
After that we heard more of the Kara DioGuardi interview. Here's more of my rundown from that day:
Howard asked Kara if she likes the new American Idol. She said she likes Steven Tyler. She said that she told the producers to call him. Howard said that Steven told him that it was him that got him on there. Kara said she knew Steven from writing a song with him. She said she got a call from a friend who had Steven in the car once and he came over to meet her. She said Steven is so open and smart and nice. She said he played Dream On in her living room. She said that he's an icon and she saved the pizza he ate in her living room.
Howard asked if she likes J-Lo. She said she has a hit now and she's relevant. She said that it was a great experience for her when she was on.
They played more of the Steven Tyler interview so here's more of my rundown:
Howard asked why they're saying that Steven is the Paula Abdul of the show. Steven said maybe it's because of the rehab thing. Howard asked if he's sleeping with any of the contestants. Steven isn't. Howard asked him more about how he got on the show. Steven said that one thing led to another and he got the chance to be on the show. He said the door was open and they let him in. Howard asked if Kara had a lot to do with that. Steven said that's how it all happened. He said they offered him a deal and he said ''fuck that.''
Howard asked Steven if he's making more than J-Lo. Steven said he has no idea what her deal is. Howard said that she's making $12 million a year. Steven said he's making more. Howard said he should be. Steven said that's going to be all over the press. Howard asked if it's $18 million. Steven said he can't say. Howard said he has to be making more than J-Lo or things aren't right in this world.
Howard said that the show must be making him sick. Steven said that he wanted to quit after the second show. He said that he heard a girl who could sing during that show though and that's what turned him. He said he wants someone who can sing and that's what he's looking for. He said that when he'd hear someone like that it would cheer him up.
Howard said that they never talk to the contestants about the way they look because it does matter. Steven said that you can't tell someone that they're fat. Howard said they have to. Steven said they can't be too cruel. He said that there are 15 year olds that have been watching the show since they were 5 and they're full of themselves. He said their families have been telling them that they're great but they're not quite ready. He said it's heart breaking to tell them that they're not good enough.
Next up we heard Jon Hein introducing another segment where Howard asked Randy, Paula and Simon if they were interested in any of the contestants. Here's more of my rundown from that day:
Howard spent a little time talking to Randy about his marriage and how he's no getting laid off this show.
Robin said she saw Simon on MTV's ''Cribs'' and figured that he had to put the woman he had with him on the show to get her to stay with him. Simon told Robin that was true.
Howard asked Simon about the Kelly Clarkson record contract controversy. She apparently had a record contract while she was on the show so Howard wondered if she would have been kicked off the show if they knew about that. Simon said they knew she was working with this guy who signed her so it wouldn't have gotten her kicked off the show. Howard figured she was a fraud because of that but Simon didn't think that was right.
Gary came in and told Howard that the judges had to be out of there pretty soon and they had some people waiting to be judged. Howard spent a couple more minutes talking to them about the show. He also asked Paula if it's true she's back recording because of the attention she's gotten from the show. She said she's not sure what she's doing right now but she'll see what happens. She said she's having fun writing songs for other people at this point. Howard also brought up the fact that Paula used to date John Stamos years ago. She said that John was a great guy and she really liked him. Howard then pulled out the notes on Paula and said that she dated his competition Mark and Brian. She said that they were funny together.
Howard brought in Tim next. He also belted out a song for the judges. He sang ''Hero'' from the Spider-Man soundtrack. He's 30 years old so the judges told him that he's too old to be an ''American Idol.'' Simon said he was alright. Paula said he didn't have any projection. Randy said he was alright also. Howard then broke the news to them that his real name is Josey and he's the lead singer of the band Saliva who actually performed the song. Howard said that shows how little the judges actually know. Josey said they sold 8 million copies of that single. Josey said he's also gotten a few awards for the song. Howard thanked Josey for coming in to do that. He also gave him a plug for his album ''Back Into Your System'' which is out now.
Howard said they had a few things that they could do. He said they could bring in more people to be judged or they could meet Simon's girlfriend. Howard decided to meet Simon's girlfriend. She came in and spent a couple of minutes talking to him about that. Simon told Howard that he's never going to get married when he was asked if he's going to marry this girl. Howard then found out he was out of time with them. He had to wrap things up but first let Fred perform a song about Simon that he wrote. Fred then sang ''Simon is a fag'' to the tune of ''Three Blind Mice.'' Fred isn't a fan of his obviously. Howard then wrapped up the interview and took a break.
Next up we heard Jon Hein talking about William Hung who went on to sell half a million singles. That led into an interview with William Hung that Howard did in 2004. Here's some of my rundown from that day:
Howard came back and played some of William Hung's music since he was there for his interview. Howard said he'd be coming in with his mother. They played some songs from his ''Inspiration '' CD which sold 380,000 copies. Gary told Howard that his mother would not be in, she doesn't want to be on camera. William came in a few seconds later to promote his new album ''Hung for the Holidays.'' Howard said he's much bigger in person than he is on TV.
Howard talked to William about how people seem to think that he's retarded and wondered why that is. He also wondered if his singing is supposed to be a joke or not. William said it's something he takes seriously and he does the best he can when he's performing. William said that the chances of becoming a Kelly Clarkson are not good. He said he went down to perform for American Idol because he'd won a talent contest at UC Berkeley. He believes that he's a legitimate singer and he puts a lot of effort into his singing. William told Howard how he grew up for a short time in Hong Kong before his family moved to the United States.
Howard asked William about a deal he could have had in Las Vegas where he would only have to sing two songs on stage and he'd be making $10,000. William said that was true but the rumors about him getting death threats were not true. William is trying to maintain a healthy image and he didn't want to perform at certain night clubs out there in Vegas. Howard wondered what kind of deal William has with his mother because there have been kids who get ripped off by their parents in the past. William says that all of that stuff is personal and confidential. He said he trusts his mother and it's a family business. He said there are not many agents out there that he'd trust.
Howard gave William a couple of plugs for his new album ''Hung for the Holidays'' and for the William Hung bobble head that's also out today. Artie told William that ''Hung for the Holidays'' is the name of a porn movie. Howard told him that it is a play on a sexual term. William doesn't believe that's the case though. They also pointed out that the song ''She Bangs'' is also about sex so they are surprised that he would sing about something like that. William will also be signing copies of his new CD at the FYE on 6th Ave. This afternoon.
Next up we heard Jon Hein talking about how Frenchie Davis was kicked off the show and she came in to talk about why she felt she was kicked off. Here's some of my rundown from that day:
This woman Frenchie Davis was booted off of ''American Idol'' before she got a chance to perform because she had appeared on a porn site topless before doing the site. She came in and told Howard that she wasn't nude, she was in lingerie. She said it wasn't for ''barely legal'' as Robin thought either. She said people may have been able to see some nipple through the clothes she was wearing but just barely. She said no one on the site was under the age of 18 and they didn't promote it that way on the web site either. Frenchie told Howard that she'd made it into the top 30 on ''American Idol'' before she got booted off. She said they knew about it in the beginning but didn't boot her off right away. She said she didn't know why they changed their minds that late in the game either. Howard asked her if she had any theories about why they did what they did. She said she has some theories and one of them is the fact that she's a little over weight and they may not have wanted someone like that to advance in the show. They let one woman who was arrested for shoplifting advance, but not someone who appeared in lingerie on a web site. Howard said maybe if she was a thin, little hot chick, they may have let her advance. Howard said Frenchie doesn't seem that upset over the whole thing though. Frenchie said she really doesn't mind. She also claims that she was offered a recording contract after being kicked off the show and she turned it down.
Next up we heard Jon Hein talking about how another contestant was caught posing nude 5 years later and that contestant wasn't kicked off the show. They played more of that Frenchie Davis interview after that. Here's more of my rundown:
Howard said he believes that Frenchie was robbed. She could have had the chance to become the next Kelly Clarkson who is making a lot of money now because of her win on last season's ''American Idol.''
A listener called in and said that there was a fat black chick who made it to the finals so their theory wasn't really right. Howard said if that woman had anything in her past maybe they would have used that to kick her off the show as well. Howard said it was the fact that they were able to find something in Frenchie's past that allowed them to get rid of her before she advanced.
Next up we heard Jon Hein talking about Sanjaya Malakar and how Howard backed him and tried to keep him on the show as long as possible. Here's some of my rundown from 2009:
Howard moved on to Sanjaya Malakar who was on American Idol two seasons ago. Howard said that he was a contestant on the show and they worked hard to try and keep him on the show. Sanjaya said that they did more than their fair share of helping to keep him on. He was in the final 7. Sanjaya said that there are 10 that go on tour.
Howard said that when Sanjaya was on American Idol people were goofing on him because he couldn't really sing. He did pass the audition though. He had something there and he had some ability to sing. Howard said that somewhere along the line the judges turned on him. He said he must have been in great pain after that.
Sanjaya said that it was a little painful and he was just trying to do his craft and he got beat down for it. Howard said that he had a good attitude about it all. He said that he would have punched Simon if he got treated the way he did.
Howard said that he read that they give people counselors when they get booted off the show. Howard said that some kids might hurt themselves and that's why they do that. Howard asked Sanjaya if he wondered what he was going to do when he got kicked off. Sanjaya said that he was fine with it and it didn't bother him.
Howard asked if they pay him well. Sanjaya said that he gets paid for each show he does. He said that he never really had a job before this so his whole money thing is kind of warped. He said that he was able to go to New Zealand and buy his sister a car and stuff. He said that then he realized that he needed to find another job to keep making money. Sanjaya said that he banked some of his money.
Howard asked Sanjaya if he was advised not to spend it all and maybe have a parent come to him. Sanjaya said that he did but he didn't listen to them. He said he turned 18 at the end of the tour. Howard asked if his mother went to jail for putting him on American Idol. He said that wasn't what it was. He said that she was growing marijuana for medical use and that got blown out of proportion. He said that it's a grey area there.
Next up we heard a clip of Benjy interrupting a live news report to say ''Vote Sanjaya!'' a few times. That led into more of the Sanjaya interview. Here's more of my rundown:
Howard said that he assumed that Sanjaya was gay. Sanjaya said that a lot of people think that. Howard said that he still think that he is. He claims in his book that he's straight though. Robin said that she thought he was gay until he walked in there today. Howard said he didn't get that off of him today either but he doesn't have very good gaydar.
Howard asked Sanjaya to fuck Robin right then to prove he's not gay. Sanjaya said that he could do it but he has a girlfriend so he can't. Howard asked when Sanjaya banged his first broad. He said he was 16. Howard said he must be able to get chicks easily. Sanjaya said that he probably could but he's been in this relationship for a year now.
Howard asked if the chick is hot. Sanjaya said that she is and he has banged this senior in high school. Howard asked if he's ever kissed a guy or taken it in the ass. Sanjaya said that he gets hit on all the time. Howard said he didn't get a gay vibe off of him, not that there's anything wrong with that, but he wasn't getting that today.
Howard asked Sanjaya about the wacky process of going on American Idol and how he has to admit that it's kind of crazy. Sanjaya said that he was in choir in school and was telling a story about how he got into the audition and Artie cut him off and asked him about being in choir. He asked ''You were in choir and you're not gay?'' Sanjaya said that the girls in choir are hot.
After that we heard Jon Hein talking about Corey Clark and what went on with him during the interview with Howard. Here's some of my rundown from that interview:
After the break Howard brought in Corey Clark who claims that he had an affair with Paula Abdul after he appeared on American Idol. Howard asked him how the sex was with her. Corey said it was great. He said it may not have been the best he's ever had but it was great. He also said that she looks better than some chicks half her age. Corey said he'd recommend having sex with Paula if anyone gets the chance. Howard told Core he thinks this whole thing just shows how desperate Paula is. He said having sex with a contestant on a show she works on is the last thing she should be doing. Howard talked about how Paula slipped her number to him after he sang to her during an audition. He pointed out that Paula recently had a hit and run charge against her as well. He figures she's just looney.
Robin said there are teachers out there having sex with students as well and there are a lot of crazy people out there. Corey talked about how Paula's friend was the person who handed him her number. Howard said that Corey was busted for passing bad checks but Corey said he just bounced a couple of checks and paid them off so he never really got in trouble for that. He was kicked off the show because of that and another charge while there are people who are still on the show who have been convicted of crimes that are much more serious than what Corey has done. Corey talked about how the American Idol producers kind of rushed them into signing contracts after saying that they were going to pay for the lawyers who were going to look over the contracts for them. He said that was a conflict of interest and that didn't help matters. Howard asked Corey when he started getting laid. Corey said he's been getting hit on since the age of 5 but he started getting laid around 14. He said that he had babysitters who came on to him and he did mess around with them. Corey said his babysitter asked him if he'd ever seen a naked chick. He said no and told her he didn't want to see a naked chick but she showed him anyway.
Howard moved on to talk about the first time Corey hooked up with Paula. Corey said she sent him a limo and had him come over to her house in Van Nuys. Corey said she was wearing jeans and a shirt just like someone would be wearing after a regular day. Corey said she looks pretty good for her age and he doesn't think she's had any plastic surgery. Corey said she talked to him about the problems she was having with the show at the time. Corey said she was advising him on what to do and not to do on the show and he didn't get to have sex for about a month. Corey said he used a condom with her a couple of times but he also did her bare back. Howard said it would be pretty funny if he knocked her up doing that. Corey said he just did the ''follow through'' method. Howard told Corey that John Stamos got Paula. Corey went on to tell Howard about how Paula and he got into her jacuzzi tub at one time and watched some TV together the night they finally did it. Howard wondered if there was any cellulite on that ass of hers. Corey told Howard there isn't any and she looks really good. He said her boobs seem to be real and look good. He said they're not ''perky'' but they look nice. Howard asked him if she makes noise in bed. Corey said she's pretty quiet so Howard said that he needs a woman to make noise in bed for him. Fred played some Taylor Rain clips where she's moaning ''Oh Yeah!'' over and over again. Corey said he did try the third input with Paula but not the first time. Paula isn't into that though so she told him to back off.
Gary came in and asked Corey about how Paula is trimmed down below. He figured that she had a landing strip and Corey confirmed that. He was also saying that he read in the paper that the FBI can confirm the phone calls that Paula was making to him because of the Patriot Act. They apparently had her name flagged accidentally and had tracked the calls she made to him. Howard asked Corey about the seduction and how Paula followed through on that. Corey said she tested the water by giving him a little kiss while they were in the car one time. Two nights later they were in bed together. He said that he had her about two times that first night they were together. He said he wore a rubber on that first night. Gary asked him if there was any dirt that he could share with them. Corey said that Paula did tell him stuff but nothing that he could confirm. Gary also asked Corey if Paula drinks his ''protein shakes.'' Corey said that she does do that and she enjoyed his ''protein shake.'' Fred played some gagging porn clips after hearing that. Howard said that they have to send this kid out to do some more celebrities so he get give them some dirt on them.
Gary said that they had a bunch of questions for Corey from back in the office. He asked Corey if he ever saw Paula taking any drugs or pills or anything. Corey said that she was on some pain pills and he did smoke some weed with her. He said she was also drinking some cocktails. Corey said that he doesn't do any drugs other than the weed so they didn't do anything else together. Howard started to wrap up the interview and talked about how Paula is going to blow her job on American Idol because of this stuff. He compared this whole thing to Pat O'Brien's voice mail messages. He said there are certain things you don't do when you're a celebrity and what Paula did is one of them. Artie asked Corey if he thought that he could get Robin in bed within a week or so. Corey said she might take a month because she seems kind of sophisticated.
Howard gave Corey a couple of plugs for his book and for his CD that will be out on June 21st. He also played one of Corey's songs which was about his relationship with Paula. Ralph Cirella called in after that and said that this guy Corey is a dick because he's going out talking about all of this stuff. Howard said that this kid was kicked off the show and is being painted as a criminal while they keep others on the show who really are felons while Corey didn't commit any felonies. Corey is also saying that he was let go from the show because of his relationship with Paula and now they're trying to make him look bad. Corey said that he's been forced to come out with all of this stuff because he believes that the people from American Idol are trying to take away his livelihood. Ralph doesn't believe that they even care about this kid anymore but Corey says that they still compare him to other contestants who are real criminals even though he was never convicted of a crime. Howard asked Corey about Paula's feet. Corey said she's got some nice feet and the most he did with them was massage them. He didn't decorate them or anything like that. Howard asked him if he ate any food off of her or did blow off her ass. Corey said he didn't do anything like that. Howard wrapped up the interview after playing a little more of Corey's song about Paula.
In the clip Howard said it's weird to see how the guy who does the voice of Homer Simpson looks for real. Howard said Jackie drew a picture of Homer so he can hold it in front of him while doing the interview. Dan told Howard he does other voices on the show and demonstrated a few. He said he does Krusty the Clown and Grandpa Simpson among others. Howard and Robin were doing their own cartoon voices and saying they should start their own.
After that we heard a clip from The Simpsons. That led into another interview where Howard talked to Julie Kavner. In that clip Howard talked to her about the Marge Simpson voice she does that he thought sounds just like her voice. Howard also talked to her about Tracy Ullman and how she's demanding money from the show even though she had nothing to do with it. Julie said she has no idea what's going on with that.
Howard asked Julie how they record the show. She said they do it like an old radio show was done. She said they animate it after they record the show. Howard mentioned how she has to work with Harry Shearer on the show.
After that we heard a Simpsons clip where Harry was doing his Principal Skinner voice. That led into an interview clip where Howard talked to Harry Shearer about doing voices on The Simpsons. Harry told Howard that he plays Homer's boss on the show. Howard asked to hear what that sounds like. Harry said it's like doing a party trick. Howard did some voices for Harry. Howard said someone offered to do some cartoons of the show for him. He said it would be one minute long animations. Harry told Howard to get them animated in Korea and they don't cost that much. Howard asked Harry who else he does. He did his Principal Skinner voice. Howard asked if he does his voice. Harry said Michael McKean does. Howard said he might have to have him on the show again then.
After that we heard Jon Hein introducing a segment where Sam Simon visited the show for the first time with Drew Carey. Here's some of my rundown from that 1998 interview:
Drew had a couple of people with him today. Kate Walsh, who played his girlfriend on the show for a while, and Sam Simon. Sam is one of the producers behind The Simpsons cartoon. Howard had both of them come in to the studio also. Sam Simon has tons of money from The Simpsons so he said he only works about 3 days a month! He also works on The Drew Carey Show maybe one day a week according to Drew. Sam is only 43 years old and he's pretty much set for life. Howard asked what Sam does on an average day. Sam said that he wakes up, listens to Howard all morning then walks his dogs. That's it! What a life! Howard spent some time talking to Drew about who he likes to date. He seems to like strippers and porn stars. Howard took a few phone calls from women who said they're in love with Drew. They all wanted to meet him but that ain't gonna happen. Drew also talked about how he got his start as a comedian. He was writing jokes for a friend of his who was on the radio. He was trying some of his jokes out at amateur night in some clubs. He got his big break when he was on The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson. Carson let Drew sit on the couch, which was a big deal at the time, and the next day Drew said he was officially in show business. He had agents coming after him the night after that Tonight Show appearance. Now he has one of the highest rated shows on ABC.
Next up we heard Jon Hein talking about how the Simpsons cast held out for more money until they got what they felt they deserve. That led into more of the Dan Castellaneta interview. Howard talked to Dan about his renegotiations and how FOX threatened to replace them with other actors. Howard said Fred does a good Homer. Fred did the impression and Howard said that Dan does do it a little better. Fred had a heavy New York accent in his impression. Howard asked Dan about his wife since she was there with him. Howard ended up talking to her about Dan doing the Homer voice at home. She said he does it once in a while.
Next up we heard another clip from The Simpsons where Homer was talking to Mr. Burns about a loan to buy a pony. That led into a another Harry Shearer interview from 2010. Here's some of my rundown from that day:
Howard said he was very happy to have Harry Shearer in there today. He said that Harry has always done a lot of stuff and he is known as a malcontent. Harry said he's known as the turd in the punch bowl in the business. Howard said Harry does six voices on The Simpsons. Harry said it's actually 16. He said it's at least that many. Howard said that Harry does an amazing amount of voices and they're very unique. Howard said that he doesn't watch The Simpsons. Harry said he doesn't watch it either.
Howard said he read that Harry gets like $400,000 an episode. Harry said he has enough money to buy out Mr. Skin. Howard said that Harry has been bad mouthing the writing on the Simpsons lately and he's not satisfied.
Harry said that the actual fact of what went on there is that they had a really rancorous negotiation at the time. He said that he came in to do the voices for The Simpsons and Matt Groening kept bugging him to do it. He said that FOX wasn't much of anything back then so he didn't know what it was going to be like. He wasn't getting all that much to do it back then when they started in 1989. He had a 7 year contract in the beginning.
Howard said that Harry must have said that he wanted to participate in all of the money they were making with the show. Harry said that Paul Reiser was getting like a million per episode in the last year of his show.
Harry told Howard some of the voices that he does on the show. He does a ton of voices on the show and rattled off a bunch of them and did the voices as he was telling Howard who they are.
Harry said he was in the elevator at the hotel he's staying in and they had cartoons playing in there. He said that Tom and Jerry don't talk and the cartoons are great. He said that they don't need voices in cartons.
Howard said that Harry wanted to get some money for doing what he did and none of the other people doing voices wanted to get behind him. Harry said that's why he's known as the turd in the punch bowl.
Harry said he can't discuss a lot of this stuff. He said he can't talk about what he makes per episode. Howard said that he's saying that he's making $400,000. Harry said that they signed a deal and then they found out that they had added something else in the contract that they didn't know about. Harry said he got upset and he was going to take the Steven Seagal approach and make them pay him in gold bars.
Harry said that he did an interview with a fan site and he was sick and angry at the time. He said that he told the guy that it makes him sad about the fourth season of the show. That article ended up in the New York Post. He said that he ended up having to write an apology letter to everyone on the show after that. He said that they don't all hang out at all. He said that they do get together and record together but they don't hang out after the sessions or anything.
Next up we heard another Simpsons clip and then Jon Hein talking about how George Takei was on The Simpsons. That led into a clip where Howard played a clip of Hank Azaria talking about why George isn't on the show anymore. Here's my rundown from that day:
Howard said that yesterday they talked about an article where Hank Azaria said that George was kicked off The Simpsons because he creeped the people out over there. Howard got the audio where Hank was talking about that at a press conference. He played some of that where Hank was asked about George and he went into his Takei impression and then talked about how George had creeped out a lot of the staff. He said that a young man there handed George his rewrites and ended up calling the guy ''his angel.''
Artie said that was a cheap shot and Howard agreed. Howard said that George should demand an apology. George said he's going to do that, he's going to go see him at his show there in the city and ask for an apology.
Fred asked if George ever dealt with Hank. George said he didn't so Fred said that was a really unfair story to tell. He called Hank an asshole for telling a story about someone he's never even met. Artie said that could keep him from getting work when there's a story out there like that. Howard said that Hank should come on the show and explain himself and tell them if he made that story up or not.
After that we heard another Simpsons clip and that led into Howard talking to Sam Simon about why George wasn't on the show anymore. Here's my rundown from that 2007 phone call:
Sam Simon Explains Why George Takei Never Returned To The Simpsons. 12/13/07. 6:30am
Howard had Sam Simon on the phone. Sam and the guys talked about the Michael Vick conviction and the time he's getting in jail for what he did. They spent a little time on that but Sam had called in to talk about Hank Azaria and the comments he made about George Takei recently. Howard reminded everyone about that and how they talked about it on the show last week when George was in.
Sam said that the story wasn't true and George wasn't thrown off the show because he was creepy. He said that they used to watch the old Star Trek series and they'd get those people on whenever they could. They got George to do the show and put him up in a hotel. They brought him to the table reading and they had this young man who was a personal assistant and he was a very handsome young man. He said he was model like and George may have flirted with this Joe guy and Joe was uncomfortable with it. He said that Joe brought it to their attention.
Sam said that you usually just sent an actor a new script the next day but he decided to make Joe go to George's hotel room to give George the script. He did this like 5 times. He's not sure what happened in the room but Joe came back and said that he wasn't going back there again. Joe refused to do it again.
Howard asked Sam if he's going to get money from the Simpsons movie. Sam said that he will eventually, he didn't even have to do any work on the show. Sam said that he hasn't seen the show since the 4th season but he still gets checks.
Howard said they wanted to get Hank Azaria on the phone to talk about this. It turns out that Hank was accosted by the Howard 100 News team outside of a movie premiere. Howard said he has no control over them these days and he's not sure what they're up to now. Sam thinks that they might be pushing it a little far these days. He said that Steve Langford is a strange guy too.
Sam said that George Takei did ask Joe to get him some hot tea and honey the day they were doing a reading and George told Joe that he was his little angel. He said that's not why they never asked him back though. He said that they were struggling a little bit in the beginning and they couldn't afford to bring him back to do every line they wanted him to. Hank did an impression that was close to his voice so they had him do it instead.
Howard let Sam go after that. Gary came in and said that he had a similar experience with George when he went to his hotel room. He was afraid that he was going to get hit on too but nothing happened. Now he wonders what he did wrong. Howard ended up goofing on Gary for thinking that a gay man would be attracted to him. Everyone piled on top of him and goofed on him about him thinking that every gay man wants him.
Gary said that gay guys usually do hit on him so there is something weird going on there. Howard asked Gary who his secret Santa is. Gary said that it's some guy from Howard TV and he's not even sure how to pronounce his last name. He said he's only seen the guy twice.
Hank Azaria's Apology To George Takei. 12/13/07. 6:45am
Gary told Howard that he had some audio of Steve Langford interviewing Hank Azaria at some event. Howard played the clip where Steve goes up to Hank and asks him about the George Takei thing. Hank sounded surprised by the questioning and said that he loves George Takei and he doesn't think he's creepy. He said that he shouldn't have said that about him. Hank apologized to George for what he said. Steve didn't go away after that though.
Fred said that it didn't sound sincere to him, it sounded more like he just wanted Steve to get out of his face. Steve stayed on Hank and told him about what Sam told them about the whole thing. Hank said that they did kid around about that stuff for many years after that.
Hank said that George is a really sweet guy and he shouldn't have said that. Steve told him that the Stern Fans are defending him like that. Hank said that he's a big fan of Howard's too and he gave his apology to him and to George while doing an impression of George.
Howard said that he didn't have to hear the whole 5 minutes of interview. He said that Hank apologized and that was enough for him.
Today's TV Cast Special was over around 10:50am.

In the clip Henry told Howard about getting the job and how he had his contract renegotiated in the fourth year and how he's getting residual checks for about 23 cents now.
Next up we heard a quick clip from Happy Days and then a clip of Howard talking to Anson Williams. In the clip he was talking about how he got the chance to sing on the show.
Jon Hein introduce a clip from 1984 when Howard got to talk to Ron Howard and Erin Moran. In that clip Howard was talking to Ron about how smart he was to use Happy Days to go out and become a director and star in films. Howard said he thinks that some stars stay in the shows too long and they don't get out when they should. Howard said Ron went out and became a director and he appreciates that. Howard said he wants to be a director too. Howard said Ron did the Happy Days thing and worked with Henry Winkler. Howard said he thinks Ron beat him out to be the big star. Howard said the other guys aren't doing anything now.
Next up we heard another interview here Howard talked to Erin Moran. In that clip Howard talked to her about the show ending and how she'll be able to do a lot of other things now that it's ending. Howard asked her what Henry Winkler is going to do. Erin said he has his own production company so he'll have stuff to do. She said they're all friends. Robin said Erin grew into a beautiful woman. Howard said he liked watching her body form in front of his eyes. He said that was super.
Next up we heard Jon Hein introducing a segment where Erin Moran called the show to talk about why she wasn't going to do the first reunion show for Happy Days. In that clip Howard asked Erin why she wasn't doing the reunion show. She told Howard it was like the Fonzie show again and they don't need her for that. She said that the show is on every weekday there and they don't need more of that. She said they should do a show and not watch clips. She said that people have been watching the clips for years. Erin said that they were talking about how great it was doing the show but it's enough already. Howard asked about Anson Williams and Henry Winkler. Erin said that Henry hated Anson. She said he used to tell them that all the time. Howard said that would have been a good reunion show if they had told the truth like that. Howard asked why he didn't like him. Erin said he just rubbed him the wrong way. Erin said that Anson got her the part on the show. She said that she had done a film with Anson and that helped her get the part.
Howard asked Erin about Donny Most. She said she thinks he was manic depressive. She said that he would thrown tantrums during the shoots. She said that he was trying to get away from being that character he was. She said he anted to be dramatic and sing. She said he couldn't accept that. Howard said he wanted to be a leading man. Erin said that's what it was. Howard said she should have been on the reunion show telling these stories. Erin said maybe she should have.
Howard said he heard that Penny Marshall and Cindy Williams hated each other. Erin said they did. Howard said Penny used to count the number of lines she had. Erin said it was more Cindy than Penny. She said she was very neurotic. Erin told Howard how she didn't really talk to Cindy.
Howard said he's tired of people painting a rosy picture of how things are on the set. He said he likes hearing this stuff. He said this is reality. Howard said that Scott Baio strikes him as a little bit of a jerk. Erin said he won't stick to the rules and he took it too far with the girls and her. She said that they were a couple on and off. She said that he wouldn't let anyone know. It was a big secret on the set. Erin said she was his first. Howard asked if she was in love. Erin said he wanted to marry her. They were only 15 at the time. Howard said they were an early start.
Next up we heard a Happy Days clip with Scott Baio and Erin doing a scene. That led into an interview with Scott Baio that Howard did in 2007. Here's some of my rundown from that day:
Scott said that he learned early that he shouldn't shit where he eats. He said it got very awkward being with Erin when they were working together. He said that the relationship dissolved into nothingness and hatred. He said that making out with her was really tough after they broke up. He hated her by that point and she hated him so it was hard to work together.
Gary said he got a call from Scott years ago after Erin Moran was on the show and yelled at him for letting her say something about him having a small penis. Howard gave Scott a plug for his TV show after that and Artie said that he really can't wait for the next episode which is very weird with him and reality shows.
Howard asked Scott what he's worth. Scott didn't say exactly what he's worth but he is a millionaire. He said he didn't stop working from the age of 14 or so. He's directed shows and things like that over the years as well.
Next up we heard Howard interviewing Erin Moran. Howard was talking about her breasts and asking if she went go the beach in a thong. She said no. Howard asked how she looks and if she walks around the house horny all the time. She said that she does. Howard asked what they do around the house. They talked about Scott Baio and when she lost her virginity. She said she lost it at 14. Howard said he thought she was a virgin. She said she wished she was before she got married. Erin said that she lost her virginity to someone who was 2 years older than her. She said that the guy didn't know that she was a virgin at the time. She said he told her that he wouldn't have been so rough on her if he knew that.
Next up we heard another clip of Scott Baio talking about how he's not quick in the bed like Erin claims he is. They spent a minute on that.
After that we heard a clip of Howard talking about Erin Moran and how she wasn't all that hot. Gary said she had a huge rack by 15 and you stopped looking at her face. Howard said it's not like Erin would go out with Scott. Anson Williams said she did go out with him. Here's more of my 2005 interview rundown:
The guys also talked about Scott Baio and how many hot chicks he need up being with after getting so famous after ''Happy Days.'' Erin Moran's name came up during that discussion and the guys had to remind Howard that Scott Baio dated her. Anson told Howard that Scott is still his hero because the guy is still getting the hot chicks and still looks good. Howard wondered if he would bring his hot chick girlfriends to the set when they were filming. Anson said Scott did bring Heather Locklear with him to the set.
Anson talked about how their fame came to them just about over night. He said they were fighting to get dates before the show but then the show went on the air and they had no problem getting chicks. Anson said he got all kinds of chicks after that and he did whatever he could to get them. Howard asked Anson about Erin Moran and how she's doing after going crazy a few years ago.
Next up we heard a Happy Days clip where Henry Winkler and Ron Howard did a scene. That led into a clip of Howard talking to Henry in a 2002 interview. Here's what I wrote back then:
Howard read in his notes that Henry was once invited to one of Cher's parties back when he played Fonzie and she asked him why he didn't talk like that character. Henry said that story was true and told Howard that she was disappointed in him because of that. Howard got right into it with Henry about how he never really seemed to get laid when he was younger. He got married at the height of his fame and he's still married to that woman. Henry said family life satisfies him and it keeps him grounded. Howard asked him if he dated when he was the Fonze. He said he did date some women before he met the woman he married. Henry told Howard he did went to the Playboy mansion one time but it turned out to be a funny situation. He said he ate some food off one of the playmate's plate and she yelled at him. He said he got up and left after that.
Next up we heard another Anson Williams clip. Here's my rundown from that 2007 interview: Howard went on to ask Anson about the best night he ever had as far as chicks. Anson thought about it for a short time and told Howard that he dated the daughter of President Ford. He said it was kind of surreal to date her because he grew up a lower middle class kid. Then all of a sudden he's dating the President's daughter. He got to go to the White House and they had the Secret Service following them around when he went out with her. He only dated her for about 3 weeks.
After that we heard another Happy Days clip and then more of a Ron Howard interview where Ron talked about how great his marriage is. He said he's been with his wife since High School and he never got to bang any of the chicks from Happy Days.
Next up we heard a Happy Days clip and that led into more of the Henry Winkler interview. Here's more of my rundown from the 2002 interview:
Artie asked Fonzie, I mean Henry if anything ever happened with the chicks who played Pinkie and Leather Tuscadero on the show. Henry said he never did anything with them and Pinkie has gone crazy. He said that she just recently shot her neighbor's car with a shotgun. They spent a short time on that and then moved on to some other stuff.
Howard asked Henry about some of the other people he worked with on Happy Days and he didn't have a bad word to say about any of them.
Next they played more of the Anson Williams interview where he talked about Pinkie Tuscadero. Here's my rundown from 2005:
The guys spent a little more time talking about some of the other chicks that were on the show. The woman who played Pinkie Tuscadero was mentioned by Howard. Anson said that she was only on a couple of episodes but she was great. He said that she really was hot. Gary told Howard that she went nuts as well and was on her way to prison a couple of years ago. Howard said the most successful person seems to be Scott Baio because he gets so many chicks. The least successful was Pinkie Tuscadero.
Next up they played another Happy Days clip and then more of the 2002 interview with Henry Winkler. Here's more of my rundown from that day:
A listener called in and asked Henry who got laid more, Scott Baio or him. Of course it's Scott Baio who got more chicks. Howard and Henry ended up talking about Baio and the chicks he used to bang. Howard told Henry that he seems to be really with it and normal. They spent a little time talking about that and then Henry asked Howard if he'd ever do Hollywood Squares. Howard said he won't do it because he's too big for it. He told Henry he did the show many years ago and hated the experience. Howard said they edited out all of the cool stuff he did and it pissed him off.
After that we heard Jon Hein introducing a clip of Erin Moran talking about her days on Happy Days. In the clip Erin was talking about how people don't want her around. Howard asked if she ever got it on with henry Winkler. Erin said he wanted her and he would put his hands all over her and Marion. She said that he would grab her and kiss Marion on the neck all the time. Howard said maybe it was all a joke. Erin said she was just 14 at the time and he kissed her too. She said that's all he did though. She said Ron Howard was the best. She said he just wants things to be better. Erin said Henry came to her at 14 and said that she was the most complex person he had ever met in his life. She said he was married at the time too. She said that it was like a game that he played. She said he really does like her but he couldn't have her. Howard said he thinks he gets what she's saying.
Howard said that these are just things that Erin is saying and the other people may see things in a different way. Howard said he appreciates that she's telling things the way she sees them.
Next up we heard more of the Anson Williams interview. Here's more of my rundown:
Anson said that he went on to direct a lot of shows and then created a bunch of beauty products that a lot of stars use. The company is now a multi-million dollar company. The whole cast did pretty well while other show casts didn't have that much luck. Garry Marshall may have had the magic touch back then and he helped guide the cast and kept them straight while they were working on the show. A phone caller told Anson that he used to rub one out to Potsie and Ralph Malph when he watched the show. He said he's not gay and has a wife and a kid. Howard seemed to think that was pretty weird.
We heard another quick clip of Henry Winkler talking to Howard. Then another Happy Days clip which led into more of the Ron Howard interview from 2009. Here's some of my rundown:
Howard asked if he ever feels that the guys from Happy Days are jealous of him. Ron said he stays in touch with those guys all the time. Artie said that Scott Baio told Clint Howard in his reality show that he was trying to get into his brother's films for years. Artie said poor Clint didn't know what to say to that.
Next up we heard Jon Hein talking about the Jump the Shark moment on Happy Days and how it inspired him to create his web site JumpTheShark.com. That led into a clip where Howard talked to Henry about that moment. Here's some of my rundown from that segment:
Howard brought up the JumptheShark.com web site and how it's all based on the episode of Happy Days when Fonzie jumped over some sharks. Howard asked him what he thought about it and Henry said that any publicity is good publicity.
After that we heard the clip from Happy Days where Fonzie jumped the shark. That led into more of the Ron Howard talked about Fonzie and how he was like a super hero with his powers.
Next up they played another Happy Days clip and then more of the Anson Williams interview where they talked about the Fonzie character. Here's more of my rundown:
They talked about how Henry Winkler came off so cool as Fonzie but in real life, he's so soft and almost comes off as being gay. Anson said that he's really not fruity and he's not gay.
After that we heard another Happy Days clip where Fonzie was freaking out about something. That led into another Henry Winkler interview clip. Here's what I wrote back then:
Howard took a few phone calls for Henry. Jeff the Drunk called in but didn't have much to say so Howard hung up and moved on. A woman called in and said that the highlight of her week was always talking about Happy Days the day after it aired when she went to school. Howard figured Henry hated the Fonze character but he did a little bit of him for the woman on the phone. She was thrilled to hear it. Some of the stuff the woman was saying was kind of disturbing to Howard.
Next up we heard Jon Hein talking about Tom Bosley's death and how Ron Howard talked about that during an interview in 2011. Here's my rundown:
Howard said they didn't mention Tom Bosley died. Howard said he was the dad on Happy Days. Ron said they had a fantastic memorial for him. He said it was small and it was family and some of his friends. He said that everyone had a lot of love for him and it was funny so it was great.
Howard asked Ron if he got nervous speaking at the memorial. Ron said he gets nervous all the time he has to speak in public. Howard asked how many minutes he did. Ron said he has no idea. He said it was all about Tom. Howard asked if Henry Winkler was there. Ron said he was over in Europe working so he wasn't able to make it.
Howard asked Ron if people like Marion Ross and Donny Most were there at the memorial. Ron said they were. He said that Tom's daughters made some very emotional speeches but he doesn't think anyone was crying. He said that they did have some laughs. Howard asked if Erin Moran was there. Ron said she wasn't able to make it. Howard asked if Scott Baio was there. Ron said he was. Howard asked if Scott was in his lap asking for work. Ron said he wasn't doing that at all. He said everyone was cool with him. Howard said Ron is the most successful one. He's the chosen one. Howard asked if Marion jumped in the casket. He heard that she was in love with him. Ron said this was turning into a mockery. Howard said he agrees and it's time to end it.

After that we heard Jon Hein talking about how long Growing Pains ran and how Alan returned to the show after that run ended. That led into an interview clip with Alan Thicke. In that clip Howard talked to Alan about how hot his wife is and how she has a new boyfriend. Howard talked to him about that and then about playing golf with OJ. Alan said he saw the charming OJ. He never saw that other side. Howard said he bets that he was charming even when he chopped his wife's head off.
Howard asked Alan about being stuck in his house with his ex-wife and her boyfriend. Alan said he thought he was coming in for a few laughs today. He said he didn't know they were going to talk about his hemorrhoids from 1993. Howard asked Alan about the show Growing Pains taking off and how Joanna Kearns hadn't had anything big before that. Howard said Alan had things happening and he was single so things must have been good. He asked if the ex-wife wanted a piece of that. Alan said he doesn't think she had any regret dumping him. He said they have kids together so they had to see each other. Alan said he felt that he never wanted her to lack success or income or anything. He said he didn't want her doing better than him though. Howard asked what she's doing now. Alan said she works doing charity work. Howard got a laugh out of that. Howard said Alan was a good guy to her.
Robin brought up Kirk Cameron and Tracy Gold. Howard asked if Alan knew that she was throwing up on the show. Alan said he did not. Alan said they did fat jokes about her growing up on the show and maybe the shouldn't have done that. He said she was young at the time. Howard said he thought she looked great as an anorexic.
Howard asked Alan about when it became party time and how he did that. Alan said he did but not with Joanna. He said she was gorgeous and they were both coming from a similar place. He said that they did have chemistry on the show. He said they didn't go on a date but they did rehears a little longer than they had to. He said they made the decision not to get involved and preserve that chemistry. He said he didn't even feel her up.
Next up we heard Jon Hein talking about how bad things got with Tracy's anorexia and how her co-star, Jeremy Miller, called in to talk about that. That led into a clip where Howard talked to Jeremy. In the clip Howard was talking about Tracy Gold and how Jeremy Miller was going to call in to talk about her anorexia. Howard and Robin spent a minute talking about him. Howard said he said no to the guy a bunch of times but Gary talked him into having him on. Howard said he's not even sure who he is. Howard said he thought he was kind of effeminate. Gary said that's the kid from ''Who's the Boss.'' Howard told Gary he has to let him reject some people from the show. Gary said he has rejected a lot. Howard wondered if the kid would ever get another show. Gary said no and said that any shows that ended in the 80s never had kids who got jobs. Howard said he loves when Gary explains show business to him.
Howard took the call from Jeremy. Howard asked if he's a big fan of his. Jeremy said he is. He said he's 15 now and will turn 16 soon. Howard asked Jeremy about working with Alan Thicke and if he likes him. Jeremy said he's a great guy. He said Alan gets a lot of women. Howard asked if he got Joan London. Jeremy said he got just about everyone but not Joan. Howard said his wife, Gloria Loring, threw him out of the house. Howard said they had her on the show talking about her new boyfriend.
Howard asked Jeremy if he's set for life. Jeremy said he still wants to work. Howard said it's going to be hard. Jeremy said he knows that it can be tough. He said he's back in high school now. Howard said he's like the king of the hill there, right. Jeremy said he's not really but he can get cheerleaders.
Howard asked Jeremy about Tracy Gold. He said he thinks she looks better. Jeremy laughed. Howard said he thought she was kind of chubby. Jeremy said she was for a while. Howard said she was kind of fat but now she looks too thin. Jeremy said he once saw her with her top off. He said that Tracy is very absent minded and she walked out of her dressing room without a shirt on. He said she looks like a skeleton now. Howard said he likes them thin. Howard asked if he has seen Alan Thicke's chest. Jeremy said he has. He said that he saw Joanna Kearns' chest too. He said that Kirk drilled a hole into the girl's dressing room so they could see. He said that once Chelsea came on the show he blocked that hole up. Howard said he'd like to see Joanna's breasts. Howard said this kid got to play all of these things out.
Howard said that they eventually kicked Tracy off the show. Jeremy said her first about with anorexia was at the age of 9. He said they had to kick her off the show to get better because they didn't think she could do it while she was there. Howard asked if she smelled like barf. Jeremy said he never smelled it. Howard asked if he wanted to get it on with her. Jeremy said he did. He said she was very cute. Howard and Jeremy talked about Kirk Cameron and how he went born again.
Next up we heard Jon talking about how Kirk got kicked off the show eventually. That led into an interview clip with Alan Thicke where they talked about Kirk. Here's some of what I wrote back in 2002:
Alan told Howard that he's still dating the Bolivian model that he was dating the last time he spoke to him. He said they're still having fun together. Howard also asked Alan if he ever hears from his former co-star Kirk Cameron. Alan said they do stay in touch and he's a ''fine young man'' even though Howard thinks he's just a Jesus freak.
After that we heard a Growing Pains show clip. That led into more of the Jeremy Miller interview where Howard talked to him about Kirk getting Julie McCullough kicked off the show. They spent a minute on that and Howard said he thinks Jesus must have drilled a hole in Kirk's head. Howard said he thinks that Kirk will end up divorced in 3 years. Jeremy said that could be an interesting bet. Howard said he met her on the set of the TV show.
Next up we heard Jon Hein talking about Julie McCullough coming on the show to talk about why she was kicked off the show. He said Howard and Robin weren't even able to get the name of the show right. Here's some of that 2005 interview:
Howard said that Julie was on ''Growing Pains'' back in the mid 1980's when she appeared in Playboy. She was fired from the show after that.
Howard asked Julie about working on that show. Julie got hired to be Kirk Cameron's girlfriend on the show. Kirk ended up turning into a Jesus freak and he refused to do scenes where he kissed girls and stuff and he wanted people to be fired if they cursed on the set. Howard said that was fine but when Kirk found out that Julie had posed in Playboy he freaked out. Julie said that he knew that ahead of time but it must have gotten to him eventually. She said that Kirk ended up calling the producers ''pornographers'' at some point because of it. The day she was written off the show, Kirk signed on to do two more years. Julie said they signed her off abruptly but brought her back to try and fix their mistake. She came back for a quick cameo but that was it. Julie said that the girl who replaced her ended up being Kirk's real life wife.
After that we heard Jon Hein talking about the Growing Pains reunion show and how Howard and Robin still couldn't remember the name of the show. Here's some of my rundown from that 2000 interview:
Actor Alan Thicke came in to promote the ''Growing Pains Reunion'' show which airs this Sunday night on ABC. He was also in to play a game where he'd have to answer questions to win a listener oral sex from Bridget the Midget. Howard spoke to Alan for a few minutes about his failed marriages and his current hot-model girlfriend. Howard also said that Alan looks pretty good for his age and asked if he's had any work done. Alan claims he hasn't had any plastic surgery but his teeth are not original equipment.
Howard spent a few more minutes with Alan talking about the ''Growing Pains'' reunion show. Howard heard that some of the kids who were on the show grew up looking kind of strange so it might be worth watching just to see that. Alan said he doesn't think anyone looked funny on the show unless they were acting funny. He didn't bad mouth anyone who was on the show with him. Howard went through each of the kids who were on the show and they weren't sure which one was going to be the odd looking one. Robin said that Tracey Gold looks fine and Howard said he's seen Kirk Cameron and he's still a good looking guy. They spent a couple of minutes talking about how Kirk became a born again Christian at one point in his life. He even tried to have a Playboy Playmate written out of the show when he was on it.
Alan said that the reunion show is for the fans of the show so if there are some freaky looking kids on the show it doesn't really matter.
Next up we heard another Growing Pains clip and more of the Jeremy Miller interview. In the clip Jeremy talked about how he has a nice little nest egg. He said it's nice to have that just in case he doesn't get a lot of work. Howard said that he should tell people he doesn't want to work anymore and they'll come after him to do more work. Howard thanked Jeremy for calling in and asked if his parents pushed him into this acting thing. He said they really didn't. He said he wanted to do it. Howard asked Jeremy if he stays in touch with the guys from the show. He said they do keep in touch. Howard said he just remembered seeing him crying on TV. Jeremy said he was a wreck when the show was ending. Howard said he saw that and he was crying about how he felt that everyone on the show is like family to him. Howard let him go a short time later.
Next up we heard Jon Hein talking about how there were a lot of famous people who starred on the show early in their careers. He said Alan Thick was quite the ladies man and he had a lot of women. That led into the interview segment with Alan where Howard asked him about the women he has been with.
In the clip Howard asked Alan if he's in a monogamous relationship. Alan said he was a good husband and he is a serial monogamist. He said he made his two wives very happy by divorcing them. Howard asked about the woman he's with now. they spent some time talking about that and about some of the women who were on the show with him. He talked about some of the people he dated while he was working on Growing Pains. Howard said he dated Kristy Swanson. Howard asked if he was in love with her. Alan said he had some fun with her. He said they're fond of him before they get a lawyer.
Gary told Howard that Tracy Austin was there and told them that Alan tried to get her. Alan said he liked Tracy and he thinks that someone told her that she had to have some good stories in her book so she may have made some of that up. He said it may have been a misunderstanding.
Howard asked if Terri Hatcher is great in bed. Alan said she was so beautiful and he hasn't seen her much since then. He said he saw her in the commissary a while back and they did talk for a second. He said it was kind of disappointing though. They spent a few more minutes talking before wrapping up.
In the clip Howard had Anthony come over to say hello during a remote broadcast. Anthony talked about working on ER and how they got a bonus.
Next up we heard a clip from ER and that led to an interview clip with George Clooney. Here's some of what I wrote in 1998:
Howard asked George about his marriage and how long that lasted. George said it was only 3 years. Howard said he can't imagine what it must be like to be his penis. He went out with Kelly Preston for a while. George said he's got a new girlfriend now and she's French. He joked that she's turning 16 next year. He also talked about having a black girlfriend. Howard said he reminds him of a honey bee because he dips into every flower.
Howard asked George about working on E.R. and how he gets through all of the medical terms he has to use. George said he memorizes the lines but he has to write some of the medical stuff down on the bodies that he's around. He said that stuff is hard to learn.
Howard took some more phone calls and had a few more callers asking questions. One guy asked if George got to bang the chicks on ''The Facts of Life'' show. He jokingly said he was working his way through all of the girls on the show.
Howard asked George about E.R. and if he's going to stick around there. He said that he may leave. He was saying that he gets about $35,000 per episode and Howard thought that was kind of low. Robin said that they have a huge cast though so they have a lot of people to pay.
Next up we heard Jon talking about how George walked away from the show and was followed by Julianna Margulies. That led to a clip of Howard talking to Julianna in 2000. Here's some of my rundown from that interview:
Actress Julianna Margulies called in from Prague this morning. She's off shooting a movie. Howard wanted to talk to her because she turned down $27 million for 2 more years on NBC's ''E.R.'' He thinks she's crazy and should have stuck with it until the bitter end. She told Howard that she loved doing the show but another two years would have made her miserable. She was on the show for 6 years and it was enough for her. Howard always says that an actor should stick with a show until the end of it no matter how much they hate it. He told Julianna that he had two words for her.. ''McClain Stevenson and Suzanne Somers'' two actors who left shows and were barely heard from again. Julianna and Howard argued back and forth about it for 25 minutes but there's no changing either of their minds.
Howard also spoke to her about her fiance Ron Elder who he works out with at his gym. Julianna said that Ron didn't tell her what to do about the job. He told her that she could do a lot with that money but she had to make the final decision. Howard said that if he went to his father and asked him if he should stay, his father would beat him. Her father told her to ''follow her heart''. Howard told everyone that he thinks that men and women have a different perspective on making money. He thinks that the men think that they have more of a responsibility to support a family while the women just want to do what they want to do without worrying about the money. He said something about getting facials and stuff like that. That didn't sit too well with Julianna. She was a little offended by that.
Howard also heard that Julianna turned down a million bucks to do a movie one time. She didn't want to tell Howard the name of the movie but he eventually guessed that it was ''Anaconda''. He said that maybe that was a good idea to turn it down.. He thought that she'd made a mistake but after hearing that it was that movie, it was a good idea.
Next up we heard another George Clooney interview segment. In that clip Howard talked about the kind of money he's getting to do movies now. They also talked about how George wrote a letter complaining to the radio station they were on in Los Angeles after he heard the Cancer Man bit that they did.
Next up we heard Jon Hein talking about the next segment where Howard talked to John Stamos about working on ER and then Eric the Actor called in. Here's my rundown from that day:
Howard said John is doing really good on E.R. but he turned down a spin-off. John said they never really came up with any ideas for it so they just dropped it. John said that they're ending ''E.R.'' this season and he's already done shooting. He said he'd keep doing it if they wanted to keep it on the air. He figured they wanted to end it on a high note.
Eric the Midget called in and John said he wanted to talk to him. John said he was excited when he came into the studio. He also said that it sounded kind of sad with the guys beating up on him. Howard said they weren't beating up on him. John thought it was more sad in there. Howard said that they all wanted to hang themselves during that interview.
John said that Eric was going to write him into his Charlie's Angels thing. Eric said he hasn't been working on that. Eric asked about the E.R. thing and asked if he could appear on the show if he could. John said they do have a few more to shoot. Howard said that Eric could play an aborted fetus or something like that. John asked Eric what he would like to play on there. Howard had some suggestions like being a parasitic twin or something like that.
Eric said that he would like to play a patient in the E.R. Artie told him that was a no and said goodbye to him. Artie said Eric is mean to them so they don't have any reason to be nice to him.
John said that he's had a thing with little people in his life. He said that he finds them around him all the time and he's not sure why. He said that Rebecca was like Kryptonite to them and they would stay away from him. Now that she's not around he attracts little people. Robin said that's right because they had a little person come up to them out on the street one day. Howard said that the Olsen twins are pretty small.
John said that he got a midget porn from someone and it had Bridget the Midget in it. He said that he did watch that porn where she played twins in it.
John said he'd ask about getting Eric on an episode. Eric thanked him for that. Artie said that he and Benjy would like to be on the show too but they're not asking.
John asked if they're going to make that Real Doll of Eric. Howard said they are planning on doing that. Eric isn't okay with that. Artie said that it should be okay if John fucks it. Eric said he doesn't want any guys doing that. John said he might make the doll up like a woman. Artie said they're going to put a penis and a vagina on the doll.
Howard did his impression of Eric as the doll and goofed on him a little bit about that. John told Eric he promises he won't fuck him. Eric thanked him for that. Howard had to wrap up with them after that. Howard gave John some plugs and then ended the interview and went to break.

In the clip Howard said he had a mystery guest in but Bill was already talking in his own voice so it was very recognizable. Howard took a call from someone who thought it was Alan Thicke. Bill insisted he wasn't Alan but the caller said he was. Another caller said it was Joey Bishop. Howard took some more calls and let some more people guess. A woman finally guessed it was Bill.
After that we heard a quick clip of Jon talking about Bill's smoking cigars and how that was a big part of his life and of his show. That led into more of the interview clip with Bill. In the clip Howard was saying that a cigar is kind of a symbol of a man's manhood. He said that it's this long thing you roll around in your hands and then you lick the tip or nibble on it. Howard said it's a long object in your mouth and you're blowing out the smoke and stinking up the room. He said it turns off women too. He said it's like being with a guy and throwing all the women out. Bill said that it is a stinky chauvinistic thing.
Robin asked Bill how things are with his wife. They've been married 19 years. Bill said he doesn't really think about it. He said he just comes home and talks and they have 5 children so they don't have time for much. He said he and his wife are afraid of the kids after 19 years. He said you never turn your back on them.
After that Jon Hein talked about a discussion Howard and Dee Snider had about The Cosby Show. In that clip Howard and Dee talked about a Stevie Wonder appearance on the show where Stevie let the Cosby family sit in and watch while he recorded. Howard said that would never happen. Howard said white people like that show because it's the most non-threatening black family ever. He said white people want every black family to be like that. Robin said that not every black family in America is threatening. Howard said all white people will move out of a neighborhood as soon as a black family moves in. Dee said that the kids on the show are very close to being white but the parents are very dark. Robin asked how Lisa Bonet got all of that hair. Howard said this is white people's families and it's the white man's view of how a black family should act. Howard said even Bill Cosby's father is white on that show.
Next up we heard Jon talking about some of the cast who have sat in on the show over the years. That led to an interview clip with Lenny Kravitz where they talked about Lisa Bonet.
In the clip Howard was talking to Lenny about his wife Lisa Bonet and she ended up calling in. Howard said he thinks that she hates him. She said she could go either way.
Next up we heard a clip from The Cosby Show and that led into a clip where Howard was trying to get Tempestt Bledsoe's attention at a remote broadcast. She came over and Howard asked if Bill smells like a used cigar. He asked if Bill listens to his show. Tempestt said she's not sure about that. Howard asked Tempestt about working on the show and told her she should give Bill an exploding cigar. She got a laugh out of that.
After that we heard a Cosby Show clip that led into an interview clip with Malcolm Jamal-Warner. Here's my rundown of that 1998 interview:
Actor Malcolm Jamal Warner, who played Theo on the Cosby show back in the mid 80's, called in to promote some AIDS charity thing he's involved with. He'll be playing pool with a bunch of other celebrities at Hollywood Billiards on Tuesday, June 23. If you donate $250 you get to play with the celebrities. So Howard didn't waste any time getting into the questions. The first thing he asked Malcolm was if he sleeps with white women. Malcolm said that he has slept with about 3 in his life. Howard also found out that Malcolm lost his virginity at age 16. Malcolm seemed to enjoy the interview because he laughed at just about every question Howard asked.
After that we heard more of the Tempestt Bledsoe interview. Howard was telling her that he thinks they're running out of material. Tempestt said that everyone has their opinion. Howard said he didn't like the fairy tales episode they did. Tempestt said that was for the kids. Howard said they have to say to Cosby that the scripts have been suffering lately. Tempestt said some people think they should stop but it's Bill's outlet for him to say what he wants to say. Howard said Bill should accept awards instead of pretending he doesn't want them. Howard told Tempestt to take all of this back to Bill and tell him this stuff. She said she would do that.
Next up we heard more of the Malcolm Jamal-Warner interview segment. Howard asked why the kids didn't look black. He said he was adjusting his TV for years. Howard asked what happened to Lisa Bonet. Malcolm said she has a community center out there in L.A. Howard asked if he ever had any fantasies about her. Malcolm said he did but he never tried to get her. He said they didn't get on like that. He said he didn't hate her though.

Howard said he thinks that Tempestt is going to be a good looking woman. He said she's gotten more attractive every season.
Next up we heard Jon giving more of a history lesson about the Cosby Show and why they brought in Raven Simone to the show. That led into a clip of Howard talking to Lisa Bonet on the phone about that situation. Howard said that Cosby should treat Lisa like an actress instead of like his own kids. Lisa said that he cares for them and he wants them to be straight.
We heard another clip of Jon Hein talking about Bill Cosby's son being killed on the side of the road. That led to a clip of Robin reading about that in the news. Howard said he'd bet that the ratings went up on the show after that happened. Robin said she didn't know the show was still on. She read the news story about the kid getting shot and killed. Robin read the details about how this kid was killed. Howard said that he was Cosby's kid and he was a good looking kid. Howard said he was in a Mercedes too. Howard and the guys talked about how they're covering the story in the news and making it seem more personal because it was like someone they knew.
After that we heard another Cosby Show clip which led into more of the Malcolm Jamal-Warner interview segment. Howard asked about Bill's son and things like that. Howard spent some time talking to Malcolm about Bill Cosby also. Malcolm didn't have anything bad to say about him. ''He hates me..'' Howard said a few times while talking about Cosby. He doesn't like Howard's type of humor.
Howard also asked Malcolm about the Bill Cosby booty call incident. Howard asked Malcolm about what he's up to now and asked if he's a wealthy man. Malcolm said he's not Bill Cosby wealthy. Howard asked if he has to work now. Malcolm said he has to work if he wants to be like Bill Cosby. Howard asked if he's a millionaire. Malcolm laughed. Howard asked if he hangs around white guys or black guys. Malcolm said they're mostly black guys and they're not in the business. Malcolm told Howard that Bill once told him that he would meet a million beautiful women in his life and he has to remember that he can't have them all. Howard and Robin said he knows that because he tried.
Next up we heard Jon Hein talking about the show that Lisa Bonet joined called ''A Different Life'' but she only lasted one season. That led into the interview with Lenny Kravitz and Lisa Bonet. Jon Hein mentioned Kadeem Hardison who was on A Different World with Lisa Bonet and how he sat in on the show once. that led to a clip of Howard talking to Kadeem while Gilbert Gottfried was in. Howard talked about why they dumped Phoebe Snow's song from the show. Kadeem said he wasn't sure why they did that. He said he thought it was good. Howard asked if he's happy that Lisa is off the show now. He said that he's not. Howard talked about how Kadeem is being paid by Cosby and he thinks that the show wouldn't do well without him. Howard said he would take that to the bank. Gilbert mentioned he did one episode of the show and he claimed he got paid $50,000 to do it.
Next up we heard Jon say that Gilbert did do the show but he didn't get paid 50,000 to do it. That led into a clip from The Cosby Show featuring that Gilbert Gottfried part. After that they played an interview with Howard talking to Gilbert about that appearance. Howard said he heard that Robert Culp is pissed that Cosby won't read his scripts. Howard said that he was on I Spy with Cosby. Howard said he doesn't owe him for the rest of his life just because he helped get Cosby the part on that show.
Jon Hein mentioned that Chris Rock worked for the Cosby show. That led to the clip where Howard talked to Chris Rock. Here's my rundown from that 2010 interview:
Howard said he read that Chris Rock was offered a chance to be on the Cosby Show and he turned it down. Chris said he used to sneak into the show to watch them tape. He said the comedian that warmed them up was sick one day and he had snuck into the building. He said he was in there and someone had seen him at a comedy club and he asked him to do the warm up. He said it was a big break for him. Chris said he did his act for the audience but he wasn't smart enough to take out the controversy. He said he thought Fat Albert was racist so he did that material... for the Cosby Show audience. He said he was physically thrown out of the building. That was back in like 1986 or so. He said he was so Rupert Pupkin back then too. He said it was a true story though.
In the clip Howard had David come in. He talked about his time on Knight Rider and how he is on Baywatch now. Howard said he sees David doing that Knight Rider thing again somewhere down the road. Robin asked about Baywatch being dropped from the network. David said that he was asked to do more Knight Rider shows over in Europe and they found out he was doing Baywatch and they put a deal together to air it over there. He said they were able to do 22 episodes for $860,000 per episode. He said they were able to bring that to syndication and it worked out. Howard told David he loves Baywatch and he loved the episode where he performed surgery. Howard had Tom Chiusano come in to meet David. They're big fans of David's. He said his favorite episode was where he was swimming through the sand. Howard asked if they even bother to read the scripts or just shoot the show without reading them. David said some of the stuff doesn't make sense but they shoot it anyway.
Next up we heard Jon Hein talking about how Howard had Nicole Eggert on the show. That led into the interview with Nicole.
In the clip Howard was talking about how much he loved the episode where Nicole had a dream about someone and was writhing around on her lounge chair. Robin asked if she's against doing TV. Nicole said she doesn't want her career to end with Baywatch. She said that she's been in TV for 16 years. Nicole told Howard she had never even seen the show before she agreed to do the part. She said she had no idea what it was going to be like. She told Howard how disgusting it was to work on the show in the water they were working in. She said they had a dead body wash up one morning and she had to go swimming in it.

She said no one takes her home after doing the show and the fans can be kind of scary.

Howard asked if Hasselhoff was a good guy to work with. He said he's kind of a fuck up too. Jeremy said that he was dying for some man to love him and David was like 30 and an international star. He said he wasn't that close back then but they are close now. Howard said he read that he knocked him down on the beach and Jeremy told him to suck his dick. Jeremy said he was hyper and bugging David so David shoved him away from the truck he was messing around with. Jeremy said that he screamed at him to suck his dick at the top of his lungs. He said David still laughs about it to this day.

He said they were doing slow motion runs for hours so there was some stuff on there. He said he could smell vagina. Howard read that he would walk into her trailer unannounced so he could catch her changing. Jeremy said he did that too.

Woody said that his friend told him to go in on this audition that he had tried out for and it was for that part on Cheers. Howard said he'd never tell anyone to go audition for the same part he was going in for.
Woody said he had never even seen Cheers before the audition. He said he watched a few episodes and decided that he should go into it. He said that they asked him to do that.
Howard said his theory is that if Cheers had gone on another season that Kirstie Alley would get fatter than George. He said she's getting up there. He said she's huge. Howard said she's getting to be like Delta Burke. Robin said she knows she was trying to get pregnant and maybe something happened there. George said he knows she lost some weight recently. Howard asked if his wife asks for an allowance. Kelsey said she has access to the money. He said he's on less of an allowance than he is. Howard said he could ask for that money if he wanted to though. Kelsey said he could but he wouldn't. Howard talked about Kelsey's ex-wife and how he had to hand money over to her too. Howard said that must have been a nightmare since they weren't even married a year. Kelsey said it was 9 months.

Howard said he wants to know what Jay told him. Woody said he can't remember.
Jon Hein said that Jay was eventually brought over to Sirius and Howard made up with him. That led into a clip from an interview Howard did with Jay. Here's some of my rundown from that 2010 interview:
Howard said Jay once got on the air at 99X and he told people that he was going to be going to Hollywood to be on Mork and Mindy and he remembers hearing that and thinking Jay was the greatest. Jay said that Robin Williams hated his guts and that was a problem. Jay said that he must seem like he's out to grab someone's job. He said that's not what he's like though. Jay said his wife asks why they never get invited to anyone's house. Jay said he used to get calls about Rhea Perlman and how he could kiss her. He would joke about it and she would have heard it. Jay said he was just joking around and figured that people were just like him.
Jay said that Danny DeVito and Rhea lived down the street from them. He said that he was invited to Rhea's 40th birthday party so they went to the party. He said that Stevie Wonder lived right behind them so he'd crack jokes about him bumping into the window as they walked up. Jay said that the party was full of short people and then Rhea shows up. He said that she looked around the room with a smile on her face and then she saw him and it all went away.
Jay said that he got hit in the face in a fight scene for the TV show and his fiancee showed up and Rhea Perlman's head came around the corner and she looked disgusted that he was still alive. Jay said they had a reunion show once for Cheers and he was there and asked why he was killed off of the show and they all pointed to Rhea like she was the one who got him killed off. Jay said Howard's honesty got him his career. Jay's honesty only got him in trouble.
Next up we heard Jon Hein talking about Shelly Long and how Howard brought her up with George Wendt. That led into another interview clip where Howard was talking to George Wendt. Howard talked to George about Shelly Long and how rare it is to have a hit show like Cheers. He said that if you're smart you stick with it and collect as much money as you can as long as you can. George said that's what his plan was. Howard said that these people leave their shows and go on to do nothing. He said that guy who played Radar on MASH is one of those guys. Howard said you never hear from that guy anymore. Howard said Shelly Long abandoned the show and she probably thought the show wouldn't succeed without her. The show actually got more popular when she left.

George backed Ted up and said that he did a lot of episodes and did them all a favor. Howard said they could have had another 4 seasons. He said Ted could have done movies while still working on the show. Howard said he has a lot to be guilty about. Robin asked if George is set for life. Howard said of course he's not. George said he thinks it was the right time to end Cheers. He said that it was a tough choice and Ted should be credited with that. Howard asked what's up with that hair piece he wears. George said he just has a bald spot in the back. He said he's not a cue ball or anything. Howard said they could have put Fred Gwynn in that part and it would have been just as good.
Next up they played a clip where Robin read about the final episode of Cheers and what's supposed to happen on the show. Robin said the last 7 minutes were taped in secrecy so no one knows what that's going to be. Howard said he'll be watching his Heather Hunter video instead of the Cheers finale. Robin had some audio of Ted Danson talking about the final episode. Howard played that along with some fart sounds that Fred threw in. Howard said that he's just as bad as Shelly Long. Howard played the Cheers theme song to say goodbye to the show. Howard said they can all go hang out at a bar like a big, fat mailman. Howard played the song and goofed on that. Howard said they have the world's ugliest bar maids at that bar. Howard said he'd go in there asking if that was one of the Wizard of Oz's flying monkeys. Howard said at the end of Cheers they could have Rhea Perlman flying off like one of those monkeys. Howard said Ted Danson is going to wonder what to do in 2 years. He said he's going to be in bed with Whoopi Goldberg instead.
Next up they played more of Jon Hein's interview with John Ratzenberger. Jon asked about why the show was so good. John said that the writers were book lovers and they knew how to write the classics. Paul Feig said you have to challenge the writers and ask what they would do. John said that you have to write what you know. Jon took a call from a guy who said he loved Cheers and he loved when Cliff went on Jeopardy and it was a great episode. Jon said that was a great episode and you knew where it was going but you didn't care. John said he loves Jeopardy and he still watches it.
We heard the Cheers clip that the caller was talking about in that Ratzenberger interview. That led into an interview with Woody Harrelson. Howard was asking Woody about memorizing his lines in Cheers and how hard that was for him. Woody said it wasn't that bad. He said if it's terminology that you're not familiar with then it can be hard. He said he started early doing that stuff so he built up that muscle early on.
They played more of Jon Hein's interview with John Ratzenberger. John talked about how he'd love to do a reunion show every year with the cast.

Howard gave Bob some plugs for an appearance he's making. Howard asked if the fans are nuts. Bob said they're great and they grew up watching the show. Howard said he knows Bob is doing the TV show and he hopes he'll be able to do the sketch. Howard said he'll be playing Ginger himself. Howard told Bob that Maryann will be on the show too. He said Skipper is dead and they can't bury him. Howard said they're starving so Gilligan is banging Ginger in the bushes. Howard said he's giving Ginger the hot beef injection. Howard said the island is barren because they've eaten everything there. Howard said the only thing left is a box of tampons so they decide to smoke them. Bob said he may have to wait for more of the surprise for the script. Howard said he'll let him be Gilligan and he'll do all of the crazy lines himself. Howard told him that Gary is going to play a monkey on the island. Bob said that maybe he shouldn't have told him about the script.
After that Jon Hein talked about how that sketch turned into a Howard Stern Show classic. He said it was Gagagain's Island and they had Fred as the Professor and a bunch of the other staff in the sketch. They played the audio of that sketch from Howard's WWOR (Channel 9) show. In the sketch Howard played Ginger to Bob Denver's ''Gagagain.'' They ended up smoking tampons since they didn't have any cigarettes. The Skipper had died and was laying there dead. They talked about how they couldn't bury him. Maryann showed up and then Gary the Monkey showed up. They asked him to share his boogers with them. Gary said he ran out a week ago. He said he will be making more later though. Then Thurston Bowel and his wife showed up. Professor, played by Fred, told them what he had planned to get off the island. Howard said they heard from her mother warning them about what they can talk to her about. Howard said they had Glen Scarpelli in there and he was making it sound like he had dated her.
Howard asked Jill about the other cast members and what she thinks about them. She didn't have anything bad to say about anyone. She liked everyone that Howard brought up.
They played another Love Boat clip and then more of the Gavin MacLeod interview. Howard asked Gavin about divorcing his wife and being at the height of his fame when he was on the show. Howard said he was born again. Gavin said that's correct. Howard asked if Jesus came to his house. Gavin said he went to Jesus' house. He said he saw the change in her life and he wanted that in his life. That's how they ended up getting back together. Howard asked if he had any regrets. Gavin said he's just glad she took him back.
After that we heard a clip of a Bernie Koppell interview. Here's some of my rundown from 2002:
Howard asked Bernie about how much he's banging his wife. Bernie said he's still doing it quite a bit... Two times a week! Bernie said he's slowing down now that he's getting older. Howard asked him if he's ever banged a black chick. He said ''Oh yes!'' and told Howard when he was working on ''The Love Boat'' he could get many women. He said back then he was making $39,500 a week. Howard had to wrap up the call after 10 minutes or so. Bernie got in a few more plugs for the Festiva Resorts. He tried to wrap it up but Bernie wanted to read some quotes from a Grant Tinker book. He read the quote from the book in which Tinker talks about how upset he was when he found out Howard was working at WNBC while he was running the company. Howard spent a few minutes talking about that and what a big mistake it was to fire him.

He said he was hit by 8 machine gun bullets himself. Howard said he almost died but he had a cigarette case in his pocket that saved his life. James said that Howard was making it sound even better than the real story.
Howard talked to James Doohan about some of the women he dated. James told Howard about some of the women and Howard kept asking ''You got her?'' and James said he didn't ''get'' them, he dated them. Robin asked if James knew that Nichelle was dating Gene Roddenberry. James said they were not aware of that. He said they kept that a secret.
They played another quick Star Trek clip and then a clip where Robin was reading a news story about DeForest Kelley dying. Robin read some history about DeForest's career. He said he thinks they were trying to kill the character off to end the old guard and move on with the new.
After that Jon Hein talked about how most of the crew from the original series had a problem with Shatner. He said it started with George Takei. That led into a clip from a 1994 interview Howard did with George. Here's some of my rundown from a replay:
Howard had George Takei on a satellite feed so he could talk to him as if he were in the studio. He told George that he had George's long lost brother (Billy West) in the studio. Billy was doing his impression of George and making comments that George would never say. Howard asked Billy to stop it with the jokes because he would never make it through the interview.
Howard asked George about the way he enunciates his words and why that is. He said he never did it in Star Trek. George said that's because he was acting. He was Sulu in those shows so he was doing that character. Billy West continued to do his impression so George asked him to behave.
Howard told George that he's happy that he took on William Shatner in his book (To the Stars: The Autobiography of George Takei, Star Trek's Mr. Sulu). George said that he thinks that Shatner is a great actor and he did some great things on Star Trek. He said that you have to look at the whole man and not just that one part of his life.
Howard asked George if Shatner had sex with Uhura. George said they just kissed on the TV show. Howard talked about what he had read in his book and how Shatner was a pain in the ass on the set of the TV show. George said that Shatner has a wit and a smile that fools people. He said Shatner treated everyone the same on the set so it wasn't just him.
After that we heard another Star Trek clip and then some audio of Howard talking to William Shatner about what George Takei said about him. Bill said he thinks it's just to sell books and he can't understand it.
They played another quick Star Trek clip and then more of the George Takei interview. Here's more of my rundown from that 1994 interview:
George was talking about what a phony Shatner was when Howard asked him if he'd pull off his wig. George said that's a very expensive wig he wears. He talked about the many versions of the wig he had. Robin said that in the early TV shows Shatner had hardly any hair. Then he got curly hair in the TJ Hooker TV show and he has even more in the Star Trek movies.
They played another quick Star Trek clip and then more of the William Shatner interview. Shatner was talking about how he had seen George about a year ago. He said that he barely knew George working with him all those years. He said he's a lovely man and that's all he can tell him. Bill said he thinks that maybe he's making up those stories to sell books. Howard asked if he would really do that. Bill said he doesn't know. Howard asked Bill if he thinks he's the star of the show. He said Takei thinks that he kept him down by taking his lines. Robin said it wasn't even lines. She said that Takei said they wanted to make him a captain and he was upset that Shatner mumbled his lines so they couldn't use the scene. Bill talked about how great he thinks George and Nichelle are but they keep writing negative things about him. Howard said that she only says negative things about two people. Howard said the other one is him. He said she doesn't like him and he doesn't even know her.
They played another Star Trek clip and then more of the Shatner interview. Shatner said he thought that Nichelle was fine with him because he saw her a year ago and they both said they love each other and they were fine. He said they were line dancing at the time. Bill told Howard he loves these people and he's not sure why they're doing this.
Next up they played another Star Trek clip and then a William Shatner interview. They had some edited clips of George Takei saying things about Shatner. Howard asked Shatner about DeForest Kelley's dog dying and how he laughed when he saw it happen. He saw it run into a sprinkler head and die. Shatner said anyone would have laughed at that. They played more of the edited together Takei clips and had Shatner laughing his ass off.
They played another Star Trek clip and then more some of Howard's interview with James Doohan. Howard told him about what Takei had said about Shatner. James said he thinks the whole cast disliked Shatner. Howard said Shatner thinks that they all got along great. Robin said he always says that he just saw them and they got along just fine. James said that's all BS. He said they didn't get along. Howard said he read that James called him an ass and said that he can't act. Howard got a laugh out of that. Howard said he heard that they want to make a 7th Star Trek movie called ''Star Trek VII: The Search For Someone Who Actually Likes William Shatner.'' Howard spent a little more time talking to James about working on Star Trek and if things got so bad they stopped talking. James said he tried not to talk to him. He didn't want to talk more about him either. He said his wife doesn't like him to do that.
They played another Star Trek clip and then more of Howard's interview with William Shatner. Howard told him that even James Doohan had nothing nice to say about him. Shatner said he talked to him and asked what upset him and he didn't even remember what it was. Robin said he said that there are two William Shatners. Bill said there must be a guy in a coat pretending to be him. Howard said he likes Bill and he comes on the air and has fun with them. Howard said the guy is a player. He said he must have an evil twin or he gets on the rag and can't get along with anyone.
They played another quick Star Trek clip and then more of the James Doohan interview. Howard talked to him about his young wife and if he has to take Viagra. He said he doesn't have to but he does have a supply. Howard said it's like a security blanket. Howard talked to him more about Shatner and some of the things he said about him in his book. Howard had a few quotes from the book.
Next up they played another quick Star Trek clip and more William Shatner where he's defending himself against what the other cast members said about him.
After that quick clip we heard another Star Trek clip and more George Takei talking about Shatner and something he did on the set of the TV show. Here's my rundown from that 2010 discussion:
Howard kept telling Robin that George was on Star Trek so she should listen to what he has to say. Robin thought that he was an Admiral on the show but George said he was only a captain. They kept him there. It was Bill Shatner who became Admiral. That led to George telling some more stories about Bill and the wacky stuff he used to do on the set. He said that one time Bill and Leonard had a stand off where they refused to work until they got what they wanted. George said that they had suits going back and forth between the two of them. They were working things out between them and it took hours.
George said that it turns out that Bill had in his contract that he had approval of what photographer was on the set. He said that guy didn't have anything to do with Bill but Bill didn't want him there.
Howard said he can't imagine that. He said that they had this new series going and Bill had approval in his contract in the first season. Howard said you can't blame Leonard for that though. He probably didn't have any idea what was going on. George said that he didn't and Leonard stuck his ground with that too.
Next up they played a clip of Howard talking to William Shatner about Leonard Nimoy. Shatner said that everything is fine between them.
They played another quick Star Trek clip and that led into more of the interview with Walter Koenig. Koenig said he thinks that Shatner is preoccupied with himself and he's got tunnel vision about himself. He said that Shatner did have a lot of the responsibility for the success of the show. Koenig told Howard that he talked to Bill for his book but he never put any of that stuff in the book.
Next up they played another William Shatner interview clip where Howard talked about the cast disliking him. Howard said that Sulu has a voodoo doll of Shatner. Bill said he feels those pricks once in a while too. Howard said Bill lives his life to the fullest and doesn't worry about that stuff.

After that we heard a Star Trek clip and more of Howard talking to Shatner about the conventions. Here's my rundown from that 1998 interview:
Howard had a guy on the phone (D'Armond Spears) who learned the Klingon language from Star Trek. He wanted to know if Shatner hates people like that. Mr. Shatner wouldn't say that he hates the Trekkers of course. Howard had the guy say a few things in the fictitious language but it just sounded like he had some phlegm that he was clearing from his throat.
Next up they played an interview segment where George Takei talked about doing the conventions and how he and Bill Shatner are civil to each other there. He said that Leonard Nimoy is a good guy but there's a sadness about him. He said they talk politics and things like that. He said Nimoy is a very liberal democrat. George told Howard how Spock and Kirk are introduced as a couple and then the rest of them appear. Howard said that doesn't sound very fair. Robin asked George if he knows the answers to questions the crowd asks. George said he will consult with people on those. Howard asked what the toughest questions are. George said they get very technical and he doesn't know the answers to those.
They played a clip of William Shatner on Saturday Night Live goofing on the people who show up at the conventions. That led into a clip of Howard talking to Walter Koenig about the conventions and what he can make doing those. He said he can make 4 figures doing those. Howard said Jackie gets more than he does. Howard said he should be getting more. Jackie asked if he wants to open for him. Koenig asked Howard to write a letter for him.
Next up they played some audio of some Star Trek fans at a convention talking about how many they've been to. That led into a clip of Howard talking to William Shatner about the conventions and the book he wrote about it. Here's some of my rundown from the 1999 interview:
Howard spent some time talking about this new book. The book isn't negative toward the Star Trek fans. Shatner said that it's just the opposite. Shatner said that he went to some conventions in disguise and found out that the fans do the conventions to be part of a big fraternity of 'Trek fans.
They played more of the Walter Koenig interview where Howard asked him if he has to work anymore. Walter said if he wanted to retire on a pension in a couple years he could do that. Howard said he wonders about that and if actors can live after doing a show like that. Walter said he has enough to live modestly for the rest of his life.
Next up we heard a clip from 2002 when Howard played a trivia game with Shatner and a fan of Star Trek. Here's what I wrote back then:
Howard moved on to the game and asked John the first question. He alternated between John and William. Here are some of those questions and the correct answers:
Next up we heard Jon Hein talking about the JJ Abrams reboot of Star Trek. That led into a clip of Howard talking to William Shatner about that new movie. Shatner said he would have liked to have been in that movie. He said Leonard was in it but maybe they had some story problems and they had to bring him in. We heard a clip of that new Star Trek movie after that clip.
Next up they played a clip of Howard talking to George Takei and making up some lyrics for the Star Trek theme song. Howard said George must be happy that Shatner isn't in the new Star Trek movie. George said he is just bursting.
They played a clip from the new Star Trek movie where Leonard Nimoy appeared as old Spock. That led into more of the Shatner interview where Howard talked to him about Nimoy being in that movie. Here's some of what I wrote back in 2008:
Howard asked Bill about Leonard Nimoy having a major role in the new Star Trek movie. Bill said it doesn't bother him at all. He said that Leonard won't tell him what he does in the movie because it's some big secret. He said that he went to dinner with him just the other day and he won't tell him a thing about it.
Howard asked Bill about going to dinner with Leonard and how awkward it is when he's not part of Star Trek with him. Bill said it's not that awkward because he's not the same person he was back when he was doing the Star Trek thing. He's an old fellow now. He said that he's not thin like Leonard is.
Howard said that Bill does appear to be a little heftier than he has been in the past. Bill said he's been fighting the aging thing. He said he looks in the mirror and wonders who that is. Howard said he was known for his beauty back when he was younger. He said that you have to be a good looking leading man to make it in this business. Howard said he was gorgeous and he was some hunk. Bill said he looks back and said he fell in love with that man.
Bill said that he looks in that mirror and sees the wrinkles and says that there aren't that many. Fred played some sad piano music as he was talking about that. Howard asked if he's had any surgery done. Bill claims he hasn't.
Howard asked Bill if he can still get it up. Bill said that's the engine of his youthful appearance. He said he has no problem doing that. Howard told Robin to play with that boner he has.
After that we heard Jon Hein talking about how it's been 45 years since the show was on. He said that Howard tried to broker a deal to get Shatner and George Takei together on Shatner's TV show. Here's some of that rundown from 2010:
Howard said he has George on the phone now and he wants to save the good stuff for ''Raw Nerve.'' Howard picked up on George and told him he had Bill there with him. Bill said that a guy over 70 can't be up at 4:30 in the morning and make sense. George said he's actually in New York now. He said he lives there sometimes. He said that they live in both places. George said they just got back from London over the weekend. He was playing the Emperor of China in a play over there.
Howard asked George about his anger for Bill. George said that they invited Bill to their wedding and Bill went on a rant saying he wasn't invited. George said that he is more than happy to speak to Bill but not on his own show. He said that he doesn't want Bill to have control over the whole thing unless Howard is there.
Howard said that both of them are dear friends of his. He said that he loves both George and Bill. George said he's not sure why Bill goes off on these wild tangents and rips him apart. Howard said he knows that George is passionate about this and he wants to know if he would speak to George in a serious way on his show and put it behind him. Bill said that he can't put it behind him because he'd be afraid of that. Bill said he will be himself and he will give up control of the show to do this interview.
Next up they played a clip from when George was on the show and William Shatner called in to talk about how he wasn't invited to George's wedding. Here's some of my rundown from 2011:
George asked Bill if he ran into him last night. Bill said he did not but George said that he did out in Las Vegas. George said they were like ships in the night and they just said hello. Bill said he was out filming a documentary out there for five days and he thinks that it will be another wonderful film. He said he was paying attention to nobody. He said he really doesn't remember running into George and that's the real Bill saying that. Howard said he loves this feud that they have. Bill said he doesn't have a feud. He said that George is the one who has a feud with him.
George said that Bill was the one who said hello to him at the convention. He said he had a bunch of people around him from the convention and Bill was the one who said hello.
Howard asked Bill if he gets $75 from fans for an autograph. Bill said that's a cheap thing that people do and he doesn't do that. Robin said that was in an ad they were reading. Bill said he can't control those ads. Bill said he doesn't do that.
George said that the charges for autographs are from the convention runners. He said that they get the money and they pay them to show up. Howard said that Bill must have a lot of money and he must not have to work.
After that we heard a Full House clip where they did that telethon thing. That led into an interview with John Stamos. Here's some of my rundown of the 1991 interview that they aired during a ''I Was a Howard Stern Virgin'' special this year:
In the clip from 1991 Howard was talking about John Stamos coming in and how good looking the guy is. Howard said John is wearing glasses that make him a little ugly. He said Judd Nelson did that the other day too. Howard said he has to get his kids on the phone to talk to John. He said they love him on Full House. John said they're big fans of his out in Los Angeles. Howard said he heard he wanted to punch him the first time he heard the show. John said he did say he wanted to smack him but not punch him. John said he heard Howard with Steve Rossi and the kid with the Cadillac and that's what made him want to smack him.
Howard said he has his daughter on the phone. He said she doesn't like being on the air though. He picked up and told Emily that it was daddy. John started talking to her and she got all shy. He asked how old she is. She was 8. Emily said she watches the show every Tuesday. Howard said they like the girls on the show and they like Uncle Jesse too. John asked Emily if she's proud of her dad. She said she is. Howard said Emily is supposed to interview her. John said he signed a picture for her. Howard told her he has a picture for her that John autographed.
Emily asked if this is really Jesse. Robin and Howard said it was. Robin told her to believe her. Emily said she'll believe Robin. Emily asked why they changed Full House from Friday to Tuesday. Emily said she was upset that they changed the time. She said they liked having sleep overs and watching. John said the ratings went up when they moved to Tuesday. John said they were number 8 in the ratings this week. Howard said John is like daddy. He's hungry for success and he will step on anyone to get a bigger audience.
John said the show is on in syndication every week so they can watch it then. Howard asked Emily to ask about his attitude. Emily said she didn't know what he wanted her to ask. Howard told her to ask about his attitude on and off the air. Emily said she would do that.
Howard asked Emily if Debra wanted to talk to Jesse. Emily called her over. Debra got on the phone and Howard told her who it was. She didn't seem to care. Howard said he'll see her when he gets home. Howard said they choke on the air. He let her go.
After that Jon Hein said that the writers of Full House tried to slip in Howard Stern mentions whenever they could. That led into a clip of Howard talking to John about appearing on the show. Here's what I wrote:
Howard said John has accomplished a few things. He went through his acting roles and then said he wants to play some bits for him. He said he knows he wanted to hear the Jeffrey Dahmer bit. John wanted to hear a couple of bits. He asked Howard to say hi to the people on the set of Full House. Howard said hi to them real quick.
Howard asked if he could come on Full House and play a child molester. He said it could be one of those serious episodes. Howard said he watches the show with his kids so he knows what the show is like. Howard said he could play the creepy mail man that DJ talks about with her Uncle Jesse. Howard said she could say that the mail man asked him to ''lick his stamp.'' Howard said Jesse could confront him and then he beats Jesse's ass. John said he loves it. Howard said then Jesse takes the mail man's stamp and wraps it around his head.
After that we heard another interview clip where Howard talked to John Stamos and found out that Saget once dressed up like Howard and they did a whole bit about him. He said they were worried about it being too racy so it never aired but he would like to show it to Howard some day.
They played another clip of Stamos talking about the guys who run the show and how much they love Howard. He said he's not sure how long he'll stick with the show. Howard said he should stay with it as long as he can. Howard said Alan Alda knew what to do and stayed with it until the end. John said he's happy there so he's not talking about leaving. John said that they will be doing a radio show bit on the show.
After that we heard a Full House clip where they mentioned Howard Stern a couple of times. Then we heard another interview clip where Howard talked about how Full House wanted to have a press photo to use on the show as John's inspiration. John said he figured Howard would be fine with it but he was wrong. John asked Howard why he said no. Howard said his kids were upset about it. John said he knows Howard would let them put one up on 90210. Howard said he wouldn't allow it on any show that he likes. Howard told John that he's a great guy and he likes him. He said he's been open and honest on the show but he doesn't let them use his picture on these shows because the writers have to write comments about the picture and they might say things about him that he doesn't have approval over. He said he doesn't want to have any ill feelings toward anyone. Howard said he doesn't need to be on these shows. John said they don't want him. Howard said he controls his image very carefully. He said he's hot as a pistol. John said he knows that. He said he's supported Howard there.
Next up we heard Jon Hein talking about how Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen were on the show and Howard had his daughters in to meet them. That led into the clip where Howard was talking to his kids and had the Olsen twins come in. Howard said his kids were flipping out. Howard talked to the kids about what it's like being on the show and if they're making a lot of money. They didn't know how much it was but they figured it was a lot. Howard told them to keep an eye on their money because they'll get ripped off if they don't. Howard and Robin talked about how many kid stars have gotten ripped off. Howard asked his daughter to ask the girls a question. Emily asked if they have different personalities on the show. They said they do. Howard asked if they get angry when they screw up their lines. The girls said they don't. They said that Bob and Dave get yelled at. Howard asked them what the highest number is they can think of. They thought about it but Howard threw out some numbers for them. He said they might be worth $20 million by the end of this. Howard said they won't even have to work.
After that Jon said that the show didn't jump the shark until they brought in some new cute kids. He said they all stuck it out as long as they could though. That led into a clip of Howard talking to John Stamos about the new kids on the show. He said it's still his kid's favorite show. Howard talked to John about the chicks he gets and things like that.
They played another Full House clip and then a clip of Robin reading a news story about John Stamos talking about Full House being canceled. Howard said this is very upsetting. Robin said she knows his kids like the show.
Jon Hein said that the show was canceled but lived on in syndication. He said that kept the checks and the chicks coming to John Stamos. That led into a clip of Howard talking to Stamos about getting residuals from the show. John said he does. Howard said his kids still watch the show. He said they've seen every episode like 25 times. Howard said he saw one where Bob Saget's sister comes to visit and Dave Coulier's character wants to date her. Howard asked John if he dated Laurie Laughlin. John said he did but he didn't bang her like Howard says.
They played another Full House clip and then another clip of Howard talking to Bob Saget about how the Olsen twins are doing. They talked about how well they were doing after the show ended and how their videos are selling. Howard said he can put them on for his 7 year old and she's set.
After that they played another Full House clip and then Howard interviewing Bob Saget and asking him about how it's like being the Beatles to little kids. He talked about dating a girl named Michelle who was much younger than he is.
Jon Hein talked about how one of the kids from Full house ended up having a drug problem. That led into a clip of Howard talking to Stamos in 2006 about that. Here's my rundown from 2006:
Howard started to wrap up and gave John a plug for his new E.R. gig. Gary asked John if he's still involved with the people from Full House. He said he does still spend time with people from the show and one of the girls was in and out of rehab. John said that she was on Crystal Meth which is really horrible. She's clean now though. He said that she's hot now too and looks great. Howard figures he'll eventually end up banging one of the Olsen twins some day. Howard figures that John would bang a 19 year old. John said that there are some very young girls out there who don't care about older guys because they haven't learned to hate men yet.
They played another Full House clip and then a clip of Howard talking to Bob Saget about that same kid, Jodie Sweetin, with the drug problem. Bob said he wasn't part of that. Bob said she is doing better now.
Jon Hein mentioned that Dave Coulier was rumored to be the person who inspired Alanis Morissette's song ''You Oughta Know.'' That led to a clip of Howard talking to Alanis about that. Here's my rundown from 2004:
Howard asked Alanis about the song she wrote that had been rumored to have been about Dave Coulier who she did date for a while. Alanis said that she hasn't said who it was about. She said that she may reveal who it was about some day but she wasn't saying it was Dave. Howard said he never gets that worked up about someone and doesn't write songs about it. Alanis said he talks about it on the air though so that's his outlet.
Howard asked Alanis about her love life as well. She's dating someone now by the name of Ryan Reynolds. She and Howard went over that for a short time and then Howard asked her about how her parents put her in show business at an early age. She said that she believes that parents who put her kids in show business like that are abusing their kids. Howard asked her about how long she's been in psycho therapy. She said it's been many years so Howard figured it was because of her parents making her perform like a monkey.

Next we heard a clip from 90210 and then more of Howard interviewing Luke Perry. Luke told Howard about the high school he went to and how he got into acting after that. Howard said he read he went on over 200 auditions before he got cast in a soap opera. Howard asked if he doubted that he'd be successful. Luke said a lot of people still think he was stupid for getting into acting. Luke said there are times when you're doing audition after audition and it was a huge deal. Howard said he got on the show ''Loving'' and then he was out of work. Luke said he was out of work for 15 months so he moved to L.A. and got 90210.
They played another 90210 clip and then a clip of Howard talking to Jason Priestly. In that clip Howard talked to Jason about how he got the job on 90210. He said Tori helped because she thought he was cute and told her dad that. Howard said he likes Tori. Howard said she's a little dolled up but he likes that. Howard said Jason owes her for helping get him on the show.
Next up we heard another 90210 clip with Tori Spelling in it. That led into a clip of Howard interviewing Tori Spelling. In that clip Howard was asking if her father is worth over $100 million. Tori didn't know. Howard said they hope that he lives a long time but when he does go Tori is the only heir. Tori said she has a brother. Howard said she should kill him. Howard said there's actually enough money to go around. Howard said Tori isn't in a bathing suit on the show. She said she's in one all the time. Howard said he hasn't seen that. Howard didn't think she kissed on the show either.
After that we heard more of Howard interviewing Luke Perry about the number of women he's getting. Luke was 21 so Howard said he wishes he was good looking like he is. Howard said he heard that the girl who plays his sister is 30 years old. Luke said she's not. He said that's just the rumor. Howard said he heard that Aaron Spelling put his daughter in the show. Luke said he's a great guy. He said Tori is great too. Howard said she must be hot for him. Luke said if she has a pulse then yeah. Howard said Aaron Spelling's elevator is bigger than his whole house.
They played another 90210 clip and then a clip of Howard talking to Tori about how he'd be walking around keeping her father's nuts warm in a spoon if he was his father. Howard found out that Tori heard that her father is big in the pants. She said he's had a good sex life from what she's heard.
Next up they played more of Howard talking to Jason Priestly about Tori's boobs. Howard said her boobs are growing faster than cancer. Jason said Tori loves Howard. Howard said he loves her too and he'd love to go out with her. Howard said he figures she's very loving in bed. He said he doesn't want to marry her. He said she should go after ugly guys like him. He said he's very sensitive. Howard said he's very feminine. He said he practically has a vagina. Howard said you could marry Tori and live in that huge house and her father wouldn't even know you were in there.
They played another 90210 clip where Howard's name was mentioned on the school P.A. system. That led into another interview clip with Tori Spelling. Howard talked about how he loves 90210 and loves watching the girls on the show. Howard said he loved the episodes they ran over the summer too. Howard mentioned Shannen Doherty and the things they were doing in the show over the summer. He said they went off to Paris and the guys at home cheated on them. He said he loved that. He said he had to keep Windex by his TV because he sits there masturbating to the girls. He said he's 37 years old and masturbates to that show.
They played another Luke Perry interview clip where Howard asked him about Shannen Doherty. He told Luke how much he liked the summer episodes and how he heard Ronnie jerks off to the shows. Howard said he likes the girls on the show. Howard asked why they say Luke doesn't like Shannen Doherty in the tabloids. Luke said he's not sure where they dig that shit up.
We heard another 90210 clip with Shannen Doherty and Tori Spelling in it. That led into an interview clip where Howard was talking to Tori Spelling about her day at work. She said she drives herself but Howard didn't believe that. Howard said she must have a limo. She said she doesn't. Howard asked who she hangs out with. Tori said she hangs with everyone. Howard asked if they ever see each other naked. She said that some of them have seen her naked but not completely. Howard said he figured that. Howard asked how they see her naked. She said she'll just take her clothes off. She said they're like family. Howard took a call from a guy who brought up jerking off to the show. Howard said he would never do such a thing himself.
They played another clip from 90210 where Luke Perry and Shannen Doherty were doing a scene. That led into a clip of Howard talking to Luke about Jennie Garth. Luke said he never dated her. He said that Brian and Tiffani dated but there hasn't been a lot of dating on the show. Howard asked if he got jealous when Jason would make out with Jenni. Luke said he was fine with that. Howard asked what he does with on camera boners. Luke said the same thing you do with them off camera. Howard asked if he would get a boner while doing a scene with the girls. Luke said it does happen. He said it's common knowledge. He said he did a scene recently where he couldn't get up and walk across the room like he was supposed to. Howard said that's what happened to him when he shot Private Parts. Howard said he put his hands over his crotch and pushed it down.
Jon Hein talked about how Howard was more than willing to give the cast feedback face to face. He said he had some notes for Jason Priestly who was a producer on the show. That led into a clip where Howard asked Jason why they let Tori dye her hair dark. Jason said she can make her own decisions. Howard said he thinks she should go back to blonde. Jason said he will tell her. Howard asked if the ratings go up when they wear belly shirts. Jason said they do. Howard said Ian Ziering is going bald too. Jason said that he's getting married on July 4th. Howard said he liked the finale this season. Jason said they may all join a free sex cult. Howard said Jennie Garth seems to take herself too seriously. He said she should just get naked for the audience. He said she should let the guys talk too.
They played another interview clip where Howard talked to Tori about the show and how he's watching every episode. Howard said it's his favorite show. He said he swears it is. Tori asked about Baywatch. Howard said he doesn't like that show. He said he does watch Melrose Place though. Gary said Tori was telling him that they had a meeting after Jason was in there and they started wearing more skimpy outfits. Howard said Tori has been wearing tops where everything but the nipple is showing. Howard said it's great. Howard said he loves her outfits. He said that's why he watches the show.
Jon Hein talked about how Shannen Doherty left the show after a few seasons. That led to Jason Priestly and Christine Elise coming in and talking about that. Howard talked to Jason about Shannen Doherty leaving the show and how he thinks it's a bad move. Howard said he's pretty sure Jason hates Shannen but he keeps up that front. Howard said he's a phony like everyone else. Jason said he is. Howard asked Christine what got her thrown off the show. Christine didn't say. Howard said he can see it written all over her face. He said she's seen a lot. Christine said rumor has it that she wasn't showing up for work. Jason said that the firing occurred after they went on Christmas vacation. He said right before that Shannen's attendance record wasn't too good. He said she was showing up late and holding up production. Howard asked what else she has to do. Howard said all she has to do is show up for work. He said she has nothing else going on. He said money doesn't grow on trees except in Aaron Spelling's yard.
Jon Hein mentioned that Shannen Doherty came on the show to promote her Playboy layout about 10 years later. Here's some of my rundown from that 2003 interview:
Howard said that he hasn't seen her since the 90210 days. She and Howard talked about her leaving the show and why that happened. She said it was a mutual agreement that it would be best to go. Shannen said that she doesn't have a problem with Tori Spelling like Howard thought. She said that everything that Mr. Spelling has done to her has helped her career in one way or another. She told Howard that she didn't make as much money as some people thought they did. Howard read that she made $17,500 an episode. She wouldn't say exactly what she made on the show but it was more than that. She eventually moved on to another Aaron Spelling show called ''Charmed'' so he must not have had a problem with her.
Howard and Shannen talked about the David Letterman show from last night. Shannen thought Howard did a great job turning around the interview and how he interviewed Dave instead of it being the other way around.
Howard read that Shannen once said that she would take back doing ''Charmed'' if she could take back one thing in her life. She said she doesn't hate any of the girls from the show but there were some tough times working on the show. She said she thinks they were treated as equals on the show and Rose McGowan is doing a good job keeping it going as it is. Howard found out that she has enough money where she doesn't have to work. He calls it ''F-You money.'' Howard wondered why she did Playboy because a lot of people do it to jump start their careers. Shannen told Howard she was on vacation in St. Barts with her boyfriend. It was her last two days and everyone there was topless but her. She decided to take her top off since everyone else was topless. She felt awkward but did it anyway. Someone snapped some pictures and they ended up on the internet. She wondered why she wasn't profiting from making showing her boobs so that's why she did the Playboy thing. She said she's making plenty of money from that but said she can't talk about exactly how much it was.
After that we heard Howard talking to Tori Spelling about Shannen leaving the show. She said she never had a problem with her.
Next up we heard a 90210 clip and then more of the Shannen Doherty interview. Here's more of my rundown from 2003:
Howard read that Shannen once said that she would take back doing ''Charmed'' if she could take back one thing in her life. She said she doesn't hate any of the girls from the show but there were some tough times working on the show. She said she thinks they were treated as equals on the show and Rose McGowan is doing a good job keeping it going as it is. Howard found out that she has enough money where she doesn't have to work. He calls it ''F-You money.''
After that we heard another 90210 clip and then more with Jason Priestly. Howard asked if it was hard to fire her. Jason said he doesn't think it'll be that bad now that she's gone. He said he thinks they'll do another 5 years. Howard said they should do another 20 years. Howard said you ride it out as long as you can. He said that's the ticket to doing anything you want in your life. Robin said that Henry Winkler did that with Fonzie. She said that he can go out and see if lightning strikes twice and not worry about it if it doesn't.
We heard another clip of Howard talking to Tori Spelling. Howard said he finds her so sexy. He said she hardly eats. He said he went out to eat with her about 5 years ago. He said he was with Tori and Shannen Doherty. Howard asked if Tori still hangs with her. Tori said no. Howard said he heard she's in trouble again. He said it was so dumb of her to leave the show. Tori agreed. Howard said she was acting like a jerk off on the show.
We heard another 90210 clip and then more of the Shannen Doherty interview. Here's more of my rundown:
Howard wondered why she did Playboy because a lot of people do it to jump start their careers.
Jon Hein brought up how Tiffani-Amber Thiessen replaced Shannen on the show and that didn't go over very well with some of the cast. They played some of her interview with Howard after that. She talked about how tough it was there at the show. She said the guys treated her fine but the girls were a different story.
We heard another 90210 clip and then more of a Tori Spelling interview. Howard asked about Tiffani and a few other things.
Next up they played more of the Tiffany Thiessen interview. Here's some of my rundown from earlier this year:
Howard asked Tiffani about getting on 90210 and then the girls got on and treated her like an asshole. She said they are honest about it now and she can say that is true. Tiffani said that the other girls would make her change if she had something nice on. She said that she wouldn't cry over it when they did that to her though.
we heard another 90210 clip where Tiffani's character was introduced. That led into another Jason Priestly interview clip. Howard talked to Jason about Tiffani. Jason said he likes her.
They played another 90210 clip after that. Then we heard more of the Tori Spelling interview. Howard asked if she ever smokes pot with the cast. She didn't answer. She said that she didn't want to say anything. Tori said she doesn't do drugs though. Howard asked if she hangs with the cast. She said she does but not with some. Howard said that he likes that chick with the skunk hair. Robin said Howard didn't like that Tiffani girl when she first started. Howard said he likes her now. He said he wants to do her doggy style. Howard told Tori to tell her that. Tori said she would appreciate that.
We heard another 90210 clip and then more of Howard's interview with Tiffani. Here's more of my rundown from that day:
Howard asked if it's true that she stopped talking to Tori after she married this guy Dean. She said that she did. She said that they were friends with her first husband and they were very close to him. She said it was very hard. Howard asked if she sided with the husband. Tiffani said that she thought that the whole situation was handled wrong. Howard asked how it was handled wrong. Tiffani said that's her business. Tiffani said they weren't talking that much anyway. Tiffani said that all of her friends now aren't in the business. She said actresses are hard to be friends with.
Howard asked if Tiffani thinks that Tori was jealous of her looks. Tiffani said she doesn't think it was that. She said they have moved beyond all of that now and Tori is great now and she's happy for her.
Howard asked Tiffani about getting on 90210 and then the girls got on and treated her like an asshole. She said they are honest about it now and she can say that is true. Tiffani said that the other girls would make her change if she had something nice on. She said that she wouldn't cry over it when they did that to her though.
Jon Hein said one cast member they haven't talked about much is Jennie Garth. He said she played a major part in the show and she was very popular on screen. Off screen it was another story. That led into Howard's interview with Tori Spelling where he talked about Jenni. Tori brought up Hillary Swank who was on the show. Howard said she has big teeth. Tori said that's mean.
They played another 90210 clip and then more of Howard's interview with Shannen. Here's more of my rundown from that interview:
Shannen said that she loved some of the people on ''Beverly Hills 90210.'' She said that she loved Jason Priestly, Luke Perry, Tori Spelling and Brian Austin Green. She said that she and Jennie Garth were on and off.
We heard another 90210 clip and then Howard talking to Tiffani about Jennie Garth. Here's more of my rundown from that 2012 interview:
Howard said there must be pressure when you're on the set and you have people treating you like that. Tiffani said that Jennie eventually came to her and apologized. She said that she became really close to her and was there when she gave birth to her first child. She said that she filmed the birth for her husband who wasn't there. Howard asked what happened to the relationship. Tiffani said that she was the one who was hurt and that's all she'll say about it. She said it was so long ago that she didn't even want to get into it. She said it was water under the bridge now. She said that she has seen Jennie a few times since then and she's just moved on since then. Howard asked what she could have done that upset her so much. Tiffani said it's kind of silly in the sense that it happened but there were reasons why it happened and it shed light on the friendship they had and that they didn't need it anymore. Howard asked if she blocked her from a job. She said it wasn't that. She wasn't going to tell Howard what happened. Howard tried guessing but he wasn't getting it.
Tiffani said it's really not about what happened. It was more about shedding light on what their relationship was and how they were in different places. Howard said he wants to know what it was. She said there are so many other things they could talk about. She said it's really water under the bridge for her and she has a lot of thanks for her. She said that Jennie introduced her to her husband. Howard said that's wild. Robin said some people do outgrow each other. Robin figured it out and Tiffani said that she had it right. Howard said he has no idea what Robin just said.
Jon Hein said the next cast shake up was when Luke left the show. That led to a clip where Howard was telling Luke to stick with the show as long as he can. Luke said he'd like to do that since he doesn't have many movie offers coming in.
They played a clip form 90210 when Luke's character left the show. That led into a clip of Howard talking to Luke about how he told him it was a bad idea to leave the show. Howard said he thinks there was big money to be made there. Howard said he should have waited to do movies after the show was done. Howard asked Luke if he's still married and if he's cheated on her. Luke said he is married and he has not cheated. Howard asked if he still has some money. Luke said he saved some money. Howard asked if the show is still doing well. Luke said it's doing fine but they're making a lot of money and not paying the cast what they're wroth. Luke told Howard that they were doing the same stories over and over so he had to leave the show. Howard said he loves that kind of stuff. He said he could have stuck with it a little longer. Luke said they had him doing crazy stuff on the show. Howard said they did have some bad story lines on the show.
Next up we heard Howard talking to Tiffani about Luke Perry leaving the show. Here's more of my rundown from that interview:
Howard said Luke Perry left 90210 and that was a huge mistake. Howard asked if Tiffani laughed at him about that. She said that you live and learn. Howard asked if she ever made love to him. She said that he was married so she would never do that. She said she's never been with a married man. Howard said Dustin Diamond told him that she was with everyone. Howard said he figured she'd sue him over that. Howard said he would do that. Tiffani said he has no money so what would she make?
The played another clip of Howard talking to Jason Priestly about being a producer on 90210. Jason said that it's a lot of rewriting scripts and things like that. Howard said he gets to do cool stuff and he makes some good money. Howard said that's the way to do it. Howard said Luke left the show and that seems like a bad idea to him.
Jon Hein said that Luke Perry did return to the show for the last 2 seasons as a special guest star. That led to a clip of Howard talking to Luke about returning to the show. Here's some of my rundown from the 1998 phone call:
Actor Luke Perry called in to discuss his return to ''Beverly Hills 90210'' on FOX. Luke left the show a few years ago to pursue a movie career but Howard just read that Luke has signed on to return to his old TV show. Luke said that he's been asked to come back for the past couple of years but he was busy with his new child and some other work. Now he's agreed to come back because he doesn't have an excuse not to return. Howard told Luke when he left the show that he shouldn't do it. He said that every actor should milk their jobs for every cent while they can because they may never have another hit. Howard says that he's not sure if he's glad about Luke's character returning to his favorite show. He thinks that Luke's character Dillon should just be dating women and messing up relationships on the show. Luke said he's not sure exactly what will happen with the character. When 90210 is done Luke has a deal to develop another show for Fox so he's set for a while.
After that we heard another 90210 clip where Luke's character returned. After that they played more of Howard's interview with Luke Perry. Luke was getting ready to leave and told the guys it was great. Robin said goodbye and Howard told him he has a nice ass. Howard told Robin to kiss him on the mouth. She did that and Howard told him to grab her ass. Luke said he's going to take her. Robin said she did kiss him on the mouth and laughed. Howard asked if she tongued him. Robin said there was no tongue. She said he's a good kisser. Robin said she has had bad ones. Howard said she's out of control.

Jon Hein said that the character Rubin Kincaid was played by Dave Madden and he got to talk to Howard as Out of the Closet Stern one time. That led into the interview clip where Howard talked to Dave. In the clip Howard was his gay character Out of the Closet Stern and he was asking Dave about The Partridge Family and if he thinks there's a jinx on the show. Howard said Danny Bonaduce was arrested for drugs. Dave said he believes he was. Howard said Susan Dey was a bulimic. Howard asked if Dave ever heard her throwing up. Dave said he taught her. Howard said they heard that she was vomiting between takes. Dave said he doesn't think that's true. He said he never saw her eat. Howard asked if he was concerned for her. Dave said everyone around him was healthier than he was so he didn't worry.
Howard also brought up how Shirley Jones' husband burned himself. He asked if he was around for that. Dave said he was not. Howard asked about the residuals and if he was still getting them. Dave said that they stopped in 1977. He said it's been 10 years since he got any. Dave told Howard about how the good money didn't come until much later. He said in 1970 Shirley Jones was only making $5,000 a week. Howard asked if he ever saw Shirley Jones naked in her dressing room. Dave said of course he didn't. He said Susan may have seen her naked but he never did. Howard wrapped up with Dave a short time later.
Jon Hein brought up David Cassidy and how big he was in the 70s. He said Howard met him about 20 years after the Partridge Family. That led into an interview clip where Howard talked to David. In the clip Howard talked to David about working on The Partridge Family 15 years before.
Next up they played a clip from The Partridge Family where Danny and David were doing a scene about Danny eating David's pickle. That led into more of the interview with Howard and Danny Bonaduce. Howard took a call from a woman who asked about the people he worked with and who he got along with. Danny said he got along with some people on the show. He said he liked Shirley's first husband but not the guy she's with now. He said Jack was a great guy. He said no one gets along with Marty (Ingels). He said no one loves that guy.
Jon Hein said before Shirley was married to Marty Ingels she was married to Jack Cassidy who was David Cassidy's dad. She was David's step-father. That led into a clip of Howard talking to Shirley and Marty and asking about Jack. In the clip Shirley and Marty were talking about Shirley's first husband Jack. Shirley said that Jack and Marty aren't all that different. She said Jack was a comic. Shirley and Marty talked about a story that came out that said that Marty had a heart attack and she was tied up to the bed so she wasn't able to call the ambulance. Shirley said that the story wasn't true. Howard said Danny Bonaduce probably started that rumor.
After that we heard a clip from The Partridge Family and then more of the Danny Bonaduce interview. Howard asked if he had ever seen Shirley topless. Danny said he hadn't. Howard asked if he ever hangs out with those dudes. Danny said they didn't even hang out back then.
Next up they played a clip of Howard talking to David Cassidy about Shirley Jones. Howard asked David about Marty Ingels and if they talk now. David said they do now but back then they didn't. He said they have mended a lot of those broken fences. David said that Marty moved right in after the whole thing with his dad and Shirley went down. He said that kids are all about their parents. He said he wanted them to stay together and that's why he was upset about the Marty thing. Howard said Marty and Shirley were in there and David was part of their book. Howard said it was kind of cool interviewing his step-mom. David said his poor mother. He said people thought Shirley was his mom. He said he loves and misses his mom. He said she remarried but she's not with that person anymore. David said his parents got divorced when he was just 3. Howard said he's probably better off. Howard said his parents do nothing but nag him. David said he's fine with Shirley and Marty now. He said they have a happy family thing going on now.
Jon Hein said that Danny Bonaduce dropped a bombshell during one interview. That led to the clip where Howard was talking to Danny and Danny told him that David had a lot of girls on the set of the show. Danny said he was just getting into girls at that time. He was 13 at the time. Howard said he must have had a Mr. Microphone in his pants. Danny said he lost his virginity at 12. Howard said he can believe that. He said the woman was 25 years old. Danny said that she told all of her friends too. Howard asked if he ever saw Shirley with her top off. Danny said he didn't but he did spy on Susan Dey and saw her. Howard asked if she had any hair on her body. Danny said she had hair on her chest. Howard said that's pretty cool he saw her naked.
Next up they played a clip from The Partridge Family and then a clip of Howard talking to David Cassidy about his solo singing career. Howard said he's making his comeback. David said that he was away so he guesses he can call it a comeback. Howard asked if he scored with Susan Dey. David said he has to read it in the book. He's not writing one but that's where he'll have to read it.

In the clip Howard talked to Michael Gross about the show. Michael said that he didn't get into the business to do a character for 10 years. Howard said he would have stuck with it as long as he could. Howard said he would milk it until it dies. Michael said that he's not in a bad position right now. He asked how much money you really need anyway. Howard said he had to think about that for a while. Howard asked if he made 10 million doing the show. Michael said he never talks about that. He jokingly said he made 30. Howard said he probably invested it and he must be worth a lot. Michael said that he has enough that he can go and do theater now.
After that we heard a Family Ties clip and then an interview with Justine Bateman. Howard got to talk to Justine a little bit at a remote broadcast they were doing. Howard told her that they're from New York and she should be impressed. Justine said that she can tell from the fancy microphones. They asked Justine about this guy she dated and broke up with. She was going out with a guy by the name of Bob Anderson. Howard asked Justine if she finds him attractive. She said that she was kind of blinded by the camera flashes she just went through so she can't tell.
After that we heard a quick Family Ties clip and then an interview with Tina Yothers. Howard asked Tina about working on the show and what that's been like for her. They talked to her about leaving the show and if her mom was responsible for getting her into the business. Tina said she wanted to dance but the teachers didn't let her into the classes. She said her mom got her an agent and they got the movie ''Shoot the Moon'' and took it from there. Howard asked if the mom lost all of her money like the Cowsills mom did. Tina said she's emancipated and she has her money. She said most of it is in a trust fund until she turns 18. She said they get salaries and an allowance.
Next up we heard Jon Hein talking about how Michael J. Fox was at the 1987 Emmy Awards and won so Howard got a very quick interview with him there. In the clip Howard said Gary was trying to get Michael. Howard could hear Michael talking and said he must be really annoyed. He said he's doing the nice guy shtick. People were asking Michael questions and then Gary's turn came. Gary asked if he could come by and talk to Howard for a few seconds. Michael came over and said he thought Howard was on TV. Howard said that deal fell through. Michael wasn't able to stick around long. He had to go off to do another interview. Howard said he fought to come over and talk to them. His people were telling him not to.
After that we heard another Family Ties clip and then more of the interview with Michael Gross. Howard said he figures that working with Meredith Baxter must have been tough. Michael said that the writers were the ones who were tired after all of that work. He didn't have anything bad to say about Meredith.
Next up they played another Family Ties clip and then more of the Tina Yothers interview. Howard figured that she has amassed $2.5 million. Robin asked if that's it. She said that sounds low to her. Howard said maybe he's a little low. Robin figured she was making $25,000 an episode. Tina said it's 30. Howard asked her mom what her husband does. She said he's producing Tina's band. Howard said he's relaxing then. Howard asked how it feels to be the bread winner. Howard said if her mom walked in dressed in furs then he would have called the cops. Howard said he would be forced to adopt her if she did that. Howard asked Tina about how many episodes they do a year. She said they had done 170 total. Howard tried to figure out how much she made. Howard did his math but came up with 34 billion. Howard said that she'll be making more on residuals so the money will keep coming in.
Jon Hein said that Tina returned to the show in 2000 to take on Howard and his band The Losers. Here's some of my rundown from 2000:
Howard put out a challenge a few weeks ago saying that he and his band ''The Losers'' could beat any of the celebrity bands out there. He mentioned Keanu Reeves, Russel Crowe, Tina Yothers and a few other celebrities who have bands. Tina Yothers' band Jaded took the challenge and showed up this morning for the battle. Before bringing in Tina and her band Howard told Scott that he wanted him to cover his head. He suggested a paper bag or something like that. The OJ mask was suggested also but they went with a paper grocery bag. They cut out a mouth slot and his shoulders so it fit over his head.
Howard brought in Tina and spent a couple of minutes talking to her. Tina was on ''Family Ties'' when she was a young girl. Howard asked her why she wasn't ever asked to be on Michael J. Fox's show ''Spin City'' like her TV father was recently. She basically told Howard that she's out of acting now and hasn't really kept in touch with Fox. She said they got along fine when they worked together but they didn't stay in touch. She said the only one she really sees is the kid who played ''Skippy'' on the show. She said ''He never goes away..'' Tina told Howard that after ''Family Ties'' she got stuck with some has-been type work and decided that wasn't for her. She then got in to music and now she says she's very serious about the music.
After that we heard Jon Hein talking about how Tina lost that battle and they haven't heard from her since. He introduced a segment where Howard played some audio of Stuttering John interviewing Justine Bateman. In the clip Howard played Stuttering John's interview with Justine at an event. He was asking her about Earth Day and how she celebrates that. John asked her a few other questions about Tina Yothers and things like that. John asked her if she thinks that Meredith Baxter Birney should have a longer name. Justine said it should be shorter now that she's left her husband. John asked if Scott Valentine had ever slipped her the tongue. She said these questions are very odd. Justine said she wasn't going to answer anymore. John said they were going to air and this was for Earth Day. Justine said she's not sure how the relate to Earth Day. John asked a question about Arthur Miller humping Marilyn Monroe that was over the line for Justine. She told him he's fucked up.
Next up we heard Howard playing audio of John trying to interview Michael J. Fox. In that one John asked Michael if he was a member of the Lollipop Guild. Michael said he was in Under the Rainbow. He didn't get a chance to ask more than that. Michael ran off but he said he does love Howard.
Robin asked where all of the other Brady kids are. Barry gave them some details about some of the cast and what they're doing now. He told them that Peter, Christopher Knight, is still acting and he's into body building. Bobby is now in Utah and going to college. He said he's studying film making now.
After that we heard a Brady Bunch clip and then another interview clip where Howard did his Out of the Closet Stern character and talked to Maureen McCormick. He called her Maureen McGovern at first. Howard and the guys sang the theme song from the show to Maureen. They asked her about what Barry said about dating her. She said that they did date and she didn't really have time to date anyone else. She said he was the only guy who was around. She said that the other girls dated the boys on the cast too. She said it never got that hot and heavy but it was nice.
We heard another Brady Bunch clip and then an interview Howard did with Eve Plumb. He was doing his Out of the Closet Stern character again. Howard talked to her about the other cast members they had spoken to before. Eve said that they were young back then. Howard said there was no need for apologies. Eve said she had a crush on Peter. Howard and Fred said they did too. Howard said Jackie likes the cleaning woman. Howard and Robin asked some questions about the show and why they gave her glasses on the show. She said she was actually wearing them at the time and she still does. Howard said he thought she was gorgeous and he didn't get why they gave them to her on the show. Howard said he has to wear them too and it makes him look like Weird Al Yankovic. Robin asked if she has the long, blond hair. She said she does. Howard asked if she's married. Eve said she was married but she's not anymore. Howard asked if she has any kids. She said she doesn't but she has a dog. The guys asked how she managed that. Fred asked if Robert Reed ever put the moves on her. She said he didn't. Howard asked Eve if she made good money on the show. She said they didn't make as much as you'd think. She said that they didn't get residuals from the show. Howard said that's a disgrace.
After that they played another Brady Bunch clip and then Howard's interview with Susan Olsen. Howard asked if she dated the kid who played Bobby on the show. She said that they did and they got fake married on the set of the show. She said they were only 8 years old at the time.
Jon Hein said that by their second and third appearances on the show the cast were dishing more dirt. That led to another interview Howard did with Barry Williams. Howard talked to Barry about Maureen McCormick and how cute she was. Howard said she blossomed very nicely. Barry said he noticed. Howard said Barry tried to bang the mother on the show too. Howard said some people don't think she's that sexy but she can be. Howard said he used to get a boner watching her. Barry said that he just knew that he was excited around her. He said that he was trying to be a grown up around her. He said he wasn't trying to boff her or anything. Howard said he must have figured she was horny and he could get somewhere. Barry said she did give him attention. He said he needed about 3 or 4 more years but by that time they were canceled.
Howard asked Barry about when he got interested in Maureen. Barry said they were doing the show and she was the only one around.
After that we heard another Brady Bunch clip and then a clip of Howard talking to Maureen in a 2008 interview. Here's some of my rundown from that interview:
Howard asked Maureen if she thinks that Bobby Brady went out with Florence Henderson. She said that she read that they just kissed. Howard said that maybe he's trying to protect her. Maureen said she really doesn't know.
Howard asked what's up with Florence Henderson. Maureen said she's actually a lot of fun and a great lady. She said that she has seen her breasts and they were perfect. The perfect hand size. Maureen said that she was very comfortable with her body.
They played another Brady Bunch clip and then more of Howard talking to Barry Williams. Here's some of what I wrote about a 2008 interview:
Howard also asked him if he got laid much when he was growing up as Greg Brady. He said he had his fair share of women. He sort of dated co-star Maureen McCormick but they didn't have sex. He said they did everything but that though. Barry only made about $1000 an episode back then but he said his parents invested the money for him and he has a nice nest egg growing for him.
They played another Brady Bunch clip and then played some of Howard talking to Maureen in 2001. Here's what I wrote back then:
Howard also asked her about Barry Williams who played her brother on the show. Barry claims that he was getting in Maureen's pants back then but Maureen says she doesn't recall that happening. Howard asked her ''did he check your oil with his finger?'' and she says she doesn't remember that ever happening. She said she's seen him since he started telling these stories but he hasn't ''checked her oil'' any of those times.
Jon Hein said 7 years later Maureen gave up even more details to Howard. That led into a clip of the interview from 2008. Here's some of my rundown from that interview:
Howard said that he read about how Maureen wanted Greg Brady (Barry Williams) to take her virginity. Maureen said she's very glad they didn't do it. Howard said he's a good guy but maybe it is best. Maureen said that they got very close and they came close to doing it back then. She said that they were swimming in a pool at the time and she thinks that he made out with her and stuff but it was really all a blur to her.
Howard asked Maureen if Barry fingered her. She said that he may have. Howard asked her if she sat on his face. Maureen said that she didn't do that. She said that he may have fingered her but that was it. She said he didn't lick her.
Howard asked Maureen about the make out session and what happened there. She said that she thinks her shirt was on because she remembers his parents walking in on them. Howard asked Maureen about the finger inside of her and if her pants were pulled down. Maureen said that her pants were probably up. She said that she didn't give him a hand job or anything like that.
Howard said that Maureen was way out of Barry's league back then. Howard said that Eve Plumb was in his league. Howard asked Maureen if she dislikes Eve. Maureen said that they don't have a relationship now. She said that back when they were doing the show they were best friends. They used to undress in front of each other and stuff like that. Howard asked Maureen if she was attracted to her.
After that we heard another Brady Bunch clip and then an interview with Susan Olsen. In the clip Howard was asking how they got along on the show. Susan said that she loved them all. Susan talked about the cast and some details of their lives.
We heard another quick Brady Bunch clip and then more of the Maureen McCormick interview where she talked about having her first period on the set of the show. Here's more of my rundown from that day:
Howard asked Maureen about the first time she got her period and found out that she was ready to shoot a show one day when it hit her. She said that she looked down and had red on her pants. Howard asked her who taught her how to use a tampon. She said she thinks that her friend Karen taught her. She said that it was a friend and not an older woman.
Robin asked Maureen if she had older guys coming on to her back then. She said that she did when she was like 17 years old.
Next up they played a quick clip from The Brady Bunch and then a clip of Howard talking to Barry Williams about Robert Reed. Howard said he heard he hated doing the show. Barry said Robert did the show because he thought it would never sell and they had offered him a lot of money. He said he tried to get off the show about 5 times in the first year. He said he did 2 or 3 more series after that. Barry went over some of the shows he did after The Brady Bunch.
Jon Hein said that interview took place on the same day that Robert Reed died. That was in 1992. That led into a clip where Howard was talking to Susan Olsen about Robert Reed and how it came out that he was gay. Susan said he was fantastic. She said he was a great guy.
After that we heard another Brady Bunch clip and then more of Howard's interview with Barry Williams. They talked about Robert Reed in that interview too. Barry said that Robert took the whole cast on vacation with him. Howard figured it was just the boys but Barry said that it wasn't like that. He said Robert treated them like they were his kids. They never went camping alone or anything like that.
They played a Brady Bunch clip where the guys went camping. Then we heard more of Howard's interview with Maureen McCormick on the phone. He asked her about Robert Reed and she said he was the nicest person in the world. Howard asked if he was banging Sam the Butcher. Gary said the kids loved him because he took them all on a cruise and brought their parents with them. Here's my rundown from 2001:
She and Howard spent a few minutes talking about ''The Brady Bunch'' and the guy who played the father Robert Reed. Howard wondered if she ever saw Reed kissing a guy on the set. Maureen had nothing bad to say about the guy because he treated them all so well.
They played another quick clip from The Brady Bunch and then more of Howard's 2008 interview with Maureen where they quickly talked about Robert Reed.
After that we heard a Brady Bunch clip and then Howard's interview with Christopher Knight from 2005. Here's some of my rundown from that interview:
After the break Howard had Christopher Knight and Adrianne Curry from ''My Fair Brady'' come in. He talked about how cute Adrianne is as she was coming in. She has a hot little body and she likes to be naked according to Chris. Howard asked Adrianne about a thing she did on their reality show where she was running around chasing after other chicks. Adrianne said that she didn't date any men before she met Chris so Howard's questions about her liking women were answered by that. Chris told Howard that he had a whole other career before all of this reality stuff came about. Howard said it seems like the other Brady people are kind of desperate to do stuff but Chris doesn't believe that's the case. Chris told Howard that Barry Williams family has a lot of money and he's pretty comfortable. He's not sure why he does all of the stuff he does other than maybe he wants more attention. Chris said that he's owned four different companies over the years in the technology field and 3 of his four companies have done very well. Chris said he didn't get a college degree but he still did pretty well for himself. Howard said that Chris got married a couple of times over the years and the marriages only lasted 4 years at a time. He did ''The Surreal Life'' because he really wanted to get away from the business he was in and he was glad he did it. He said that he wanted to get back into show business and that was the way he did it. Howard read that Chris also dated Cindy Margolis who used to do his show. Chris said she was a good girl and didn't want to talk about what went on there. Cindy was about 18 at the time and Chris said he was a bit older than she was. She wouldn't put out so he figured it was time to get out of the relationship. Adrianne was surprised that he got out of it because of that.
After that we heard Howard talking to Barry Williams about dating Maureen and about what kind of money they were making on the show. Barry said they did pretty well on the show. Howard said that Robert Reed wasn't very good at singing. Barry said that he didn't even move his lips when they were lip syncing.
They played another Brady Bunch clip and then more of Howard's interview with Maureen McCormick. Here's more of my rundown:
Howard asked Maureen if she's a millionaire. She said that she's doing well but she didn't make that much money from the Brady Bunch. She said that her parents invested her money in real estate and stuff and she's doing okay with that. She has some rental properties and stuff that she makes money with.
We heard another Brady Bunch clip and then a little more of an interview Howard did with Barry Williams on the phone.
Jon Hein talked about the reunion shows they did after the Brady Bunch ended. He said that they didn't all come back for the reunion shows though. That led into another clip where Howard was talking to Eve Plumb about the reunion shows. Howard was asking Eve about how she thinks he looks. She said he has a kind of 70s look. Howard said he wasn't sure how Eve was going to turn out. He said he thought that Maureen was going to be a knock out. He said they put the glasses on Eve and that kind of ruined it. Eve said that she was trying to find the essence of Jan back then. Howard said that he thought Susan was going to be a mess but she turned out alright too. Howard said the reunion show did very well in the ratings. Howard said the critics hated it but screw them.
After that they played a clip from one of the reunion shows. Then we heard Howard talking to Susan Olsen about why she didn't return to the reunion show. Howard was in his Out of the Closet Stern character as he did that interview. Susan told Howard that she was on a honeymoon and they didn't want to pay her enough to make it worth screwing that up to do the show. She said they didn't even want to negotiate with her. She said it was a mess. She said they will be doing more specials and she'll be a part of those. Howard said if you're going to have a reunion show they should have all of the real cast. Susan said that they didn't have enough money for her and they just replaced her instead of coming up with the money. She said it worked out right though.
We heard another Brady Bunch clip and then Howard talking to Chris Knight about the reunion shows. Here's my rundown from that interview:
That led to Howard talking about how Susan Olsen was one of the people who wouldn't do the reunion shows years ago. Chris said that she kind of got screwed years ago because they gave most of their budget to Maureen McCormick and didn't have much left over for Susan so she backed out of doing the reunion show.
Jon Hein talked about the kids and some of the stories that made the news about them. After that we heard another clip where Howard was talking to Eve Plumb on the phone about the things she got into as a kid. She said that she did end up doing some drugs. Howard asked what she was into. She said she did a little experimenting. She said she didn't get caught up too bad in anything. Howard asked if she ever smoked weed in Jackie's back yard. She just laughed. Eve said she never got into the really bad stuff. Howard said she's not into it like Out of the Closet Stern and Blackswell are.
They played another Brady Bunch clip and then more of Howard's phone interview with Barry Williams. Barry was talking about how his residuals ran out and he was still famous from the show but he wasn't making money from it. He said the producers and people like that were still cashing in. Barry said he thought when the show came along that it would be a great gig and he'd be on TV. He said he had a nice platform to spring from when he grew up. Then the show fell apart and he can't get arrested in show business. Barry said he got into theater and things took off there. He said he did some regional theater and people would ask him about the Brady Bunch. He said he didn't want to hear it. Howard asked if he started drinking because of that. Barry said what he did was a rebellion thing but it was about 10 years late. He said in about 1989 he got a break on Broadway and did a play at the Helen Hayes theater. He said he had his picture out on Broadway. He said People magazine called and they did a whole article about The Brady Bunch. He said he can't get away from it. Howard said he needs to play a mass murderer in a mini-series or something.
Next up we heard a Brady Bunch clip and then more of Howard's phone interview with Maureen. Here's more of my rundown from that day:
Maureen was thrilled that she was on the show with Howard today. Howard took some phone calls for her before he wrapped up the segment. One guy said he still masturbates to Maureen's character Marcia when he watches ''The Brady Bunch'' reruns. Gary said he remembers seeing a movie where Maureen almost flashes 1/3 of a breast and it's a great moment. I think the movie he mentioned was ''The Idol Maker''. Another caller said he's seen Maureen in a pornographic picture on the web but she kind of said it's not her. (Howard later looked at the picture and said it could be her.) Another caller said that someone who sounds as happy and care free as Maureen must have some deep dark secret she's hiding. Howard then started asking her about lesbianism and whether or not she uses a vibrator. She said she's thought about the lesbian stuff but she doesn't use a vibrator. She's been married for 16 years, no one believed her. Howard also asked her if she likes anal sex. She said it was too early to talk about that stuff for her.
Next up we heard another quick Brady Bunch clip and then more of Howard's interview with Susan Olsen. Susan talked about the tabloid articles that have come out about her drinking and how she got in trouble when she drove slightly drunk once. Howard said she learned her lesson after that. Susan said that she did the class she had to do and she got recognized that night. She said she got a call from the Enquirer a week later and they had her paperwork. She said that she got a call from Barry Williams who said that he got a call from the Enquirer too. She said she didn't think they had a story but what they were doing was trying to say that they can't hang out because they drink too much and get into trouble together. Susan said they came out with the story and tried to make it seem like the show ruined her life. Susan said that she's getting back into the business now after doing graphic design for years. Howard asked if she ever did acid. She said she did try it but she doesn't do anything now. She said she doesn't even smoke pot. She said she did when she was younger. She said she did start out with pot so maybe they're right when they say that's where it all starts.
Next up we heard a quick Brady Bunch clip and then more of Howard talking to Barry Williams about how much he got laid from the show. Barry said that he didn't have as many as Howard thinks. He said that he did have two at once though. Howard said that he had to keep wrestling them apart. He said he had to watch a lot. Barry said he was out doing a personal appearance and the girls wouldn't leave him alone so he invited them back to his hotel room. He said he was in his 20s at the time. Howard asked if they were doing lesbian stuff. Barry laughed.
They played another Brady Bunch clip and then more of the Maureen McCormick interview. Here's more of my rundown from that day:
Howard said that Maureen was way out of Barry's league back then. Howard said that Eve Plumb was in his league. Howard asked Maureen if she dislikes Eve. Maureen said that they don't have a relationship now. She said that back when they were doing the show they were best friends. They used to undress in front of each other and stuff like that. Howard asked Maureen if she was attracted to her.
Maureen said that she and Eve were really good friends back then but then they did a reunion show and she didn't show up. Then Maureen said that they did some other reunion shows and the scripts were really horrible. Howard said that all of the Brady shows had bad scripts. He asked how bad it could have been. Maureen said that she didn't do the show and she was so glad that she wasn't part of it.
Maureen said that she was trying to be Eve's friend over the years but Eve kept pulling away over the years. Then they did a show together where they were being interviewed and she said something about having a crush on the guys and even the girls on the show. Then she joked that she had kissed Eve and Eve freaked out. Maureen said that she just did it in fun and let Eve know about it. She hasn't spoken to her since. Howard asked what the big deal is. Maureen said she doesn't know.
Howard asked Maureen if Eve looked good naked. She said that she looked ''okay.'' Howard asked if she's married. Maureen said that Eve is on her second marriage now.
After that we heard Jon Hein talking about that Maureen interview and how she had one bombshell after another. She talked about being a coke addict. That led to a clip where Maureen talked about that with Howard. Here's more of my rundown:
Maureen said that the coke really numbed her out from her pain. She said that she was a pretty easy lay back in the day if the guys had coke. Maureen said that her parents handled her money so that was a big help for her not blowing it all.
Maureen said that her accountant knew what she was doing and he would give her the checks for the coke she was buying. Maureen said that her first ''real'' boyfriend was the one who got her into coke first. She said that they went over to this house one day and there was a white mountain of cocaine on the table. She didn't know what to do or how to do it. She tried it once and nothing happened. It didn't hit her until the third time. She said she felt like she could do anything and that she was perfect. She chased that high for six years.
Howard said he read that she was videotaped by one guy back then and she was only 19 or 20 at the time. Howard said that he's amazed that the tape hasn't surfaced yet. She said that she's surprised too.
Howard asked Maureen about being pushed into acting. She said she wasn't pushed. Maureen said that her father was into acting and he used to love when she'd sing and dance in front of him. She said that he was very encouraging. Howard asked if she bothered with school work. She said she didn't bother and didn't even graduate from high school. Howard said she's pretty articulate for someone who didn't graduate.
Howard asked Maureen about the coke and how she was doing guys just to get the coke. She said that she did about four guys to do that. She said that she would flirt with guys and would do that just to get the coke.
Artie said that he's had chicks come on to him just because he had blow on him. Artie said that Maureen is like the sexiest chick they've ever had on the show. Maureen sounded like she really appreciated that comment. Artie told her that he has coke too.
Howard asked Maureen about going out with Michael Jackson. He didn't put any moves on her. Maureen said that he gave her a kiss on the cheek. She said that she was actually attracted to black men. Howard said that it would be great if they did a reunion where she would be banging black guys and stuff. Howard said that they could have a big family intervention. Maureen told Howard he could play Greg. Artie said that he could play Alice.
Howard asked Maureen if she ever had sex with a black man. She said that she never did. Howard asked her if she was doing deviant sex acts and stuff. She said that she doesn't think she's ever had an orgy. Maureen said that she might have gone into different bedrooms and stuff like that.
Howard said that he would have done nasty shit to Maureen back then. He asked her about doing anal. Maureen just said ''oh my god.'' Howard said he'd love to shoot an episode of that. Maureen said she didn't like it.
Howard asked Maureen about going out with Steve Martin. Maureen said that she was so coked out of her mind that nothing really happened on that date. She said that Chevy Chase actually introduced her to him. She said that her mind was so preoccupied that she wasn't laughing at his jokes and not even hearing what he was saying. She said that she remembers being really spacey with him.
Howard asked Maureen about going to the Playboy mansion back when she was younger to hang out there. She was naming some of the people she used to see there and Artie figured that Wilt Chamberlain was there. She said he was and she went to his house one time. She mentioned some other guys like Steven Spielberg, Warren Beatty and some others.
Howard asked Maureen if it was at the Playboy mansion that the coke party happened. She said that was somewhere else.
Howard asked Maureen about going to this guy who was trying to get her off the drugs. It was the guy who helped out the Beach Boys. She said that was the worst time of her life. She said that he was just trying to take her money and had her on 24 hour therapy.
Maureen said that she ended up moving in with Sherwood Schwarz's son to get away from the other therapist. She would do coke and play solitaire to kill time. Maureen said that she was locked up in her apartment and heard knocking on her door and phone calls coming in. She didn't answer any of them. Then her agent ended up breaking into her house and stripped off her clothes and dragged her to the set of the show she was supposed to be shooting.
Today's TV Cast Special was over around 10:30am.
