Howard had a letter that someone wrote about Artie and his behavior on the show. The writer said that he went to a rehab center and wondered how Artie went through one and still drinks and gambles. The writer told Howard that Artie's life will surely end tragically if he continues to do what he's doing.
Howard asked Artie if he's going to stay in this weight loss contest or not. Artie says he's still in. Gary then asked him what he ate yesterday. Artie told them that there was a Dunkin' Donuts right next to the doctors office so he had to go there. He had a big lunch and dinner too. Howard told him to just give up on the contest. He asked for just one more week to see what happens.
Stuttering John came in and got Artie upset when he brought up how Artie once said he'd never drink during the work week. But then he goes out and drinks at the Yankees game. Artie told John he was messing with his livelihood and he might have to leave the show if he wants to start getting honest. Artie said his job on the show isn't to snitch on other people so it sounded like he had something on John. John said he doesn't know what that could be though.
Jessica Hahn called in to defend Artie for some reason. She said they were all ganging up on Artie when they should be ganging up on Howard about his drinking too.
Artie said that when his mother hears about this stuff it upsets her. He's just trying to protect her from that stuff because he put her through so much in the past.
Howard interrupted them and said he had a meeting about the upcoming fight. He said everything is still up in the air but they're working on getting things set. Howard said right now it looks like they're going to be holding the fight on May 17th. It will be a Pay-Per-View event but they don't have a venue picked out yet. Howard has talked about it being in either Las Vegas or Atlantic City but that could change.
John and Cabbie continued to badmouth each other for about 35 minutes. John was yelling at Cabbie at the top of his lungs. Cabbie fought back but seemed to be a little calmer than John. John claims that after Cabbie fought Angry Black he got a call from him and he said they should also fight. John claims that Cabbie said he loves him and they should just do the fight for money. Howard and Robin both say that they think the hatred between the two of them is real though. John also keeps bringing up this story about how Cabbie shot a porn movie in Howard's studio without permission. He says the movie is coming out soon and when Howard sees it he'll never be allowed on the show again. Cabbie just blows the story off and won't comment on it.
John said he would be willing to fight Cabbie with no gloves and no head gear but Cabbie doesn't want that. He thinks that in the boxing ring they should box. Cabbie said he's willing to go with 8 oz. gloves and no head gear. John seems to be okay with that plan. Howard had to take a break after 35 minutes of this stuff. After the break Donald Trump called in and said he's got to get Tom to work out the deal with his Taj Mahal Atlantic City casino so they can hold the fight down there. Trump really wants that fight held there but Tom wants some ridiculous amount of money from Trump to hold the fight there. Tom said he'll call Donald today and see what he can do. Howard said they're going to have to charge people for tickets but they will give away some free tickets to listeners.
Howard is going to set up some celebrity under card fights for this event too. Howard keeps bringing up that how he had a celebrity fight on before FOX ever did it. He had Geraldo Rivera and Frank Stallone fight back in the late 80's or early 90's and it was big. He said he now wants to become the ''Don King of Celebrity Boxing'' by putting these things together. Howard said FOX pre-taped their celebrity boxing event so it's not ''real'' but his will be live and real. Trump said he's got a boxing ring at the Taj Mahal that seats 5000 people so he's ready to go.
Howard spent a little more time talking to Trump about other stuff before ending the call. Trump asked Howard not to ''let him down'' with this fight. Howard told Trump he'd never do that to him but it's not up to him. It's all up to Tom Chiusano.
Howard said he's still trying to think of a name for the John vs. Cabbie fight. He's gotten some suggestions like ''The Stutterer vs. The Smuggler'' or ''The Flunky vs. The Junkie'' or ''The Lackey vs. The Crackie'' or ''The Stutterer vs. The Butt Plumber.'' He said the name of the Pay-Per-View event will probably just be something like ''Friday Night Fights with Howard Stern'' or something like that but the main event with John and Cabbie will have one of those goofy names.
The next intern, Kevin, gave Gary a CD with a song from his band on it. When he came in this morning he told Howard that the song was done without him in the band but he's part of the band now.
Finally they brought in Lauren the smart, hot, 19 year old intern. All of the guys say that Lauren wears really sexy clothes to work and it's distracting to some of the guys. Ronnie the Limo Driver is really hot for her but Lauren says she thinks that he's always mad at her. Ronnie came in and said that he sits in the hallway and she'll come up to him wearing a belly shirt with her belly button right in his face. He tries not to talk too much to her because he thinks there would be trouble if he did. Ronnie also said that she sometimes wears really low cut, loose jeans that allow you to see right in when she bends over. He said he's seen down the front on at least one occasion. He said he could see her red thong that day. Gary said you can tell what color thong she's wearing every day because her jeans are so low cut. He said anytime she bends over to do something everyone can see the back of her thong. Ronnie even knew what color she was wearing this morning... pink.
Howard said he never sees any of this stuff going on so he asked Lauren to wear her shortest belly shirt and jeans tomorrow.
Howard asked Lauren what she got on her SATs. She said she got a 1450, 720 math and 730 verbal. Artie sounded stunned when he heard that score. Lauren also told Howard that Steve is one of her favorite co-workers. Gary said that unfortunately Steve is the ''F-Word...Friend'' to Lauren. Howard asked her if she'd go into the woods with him like the cheerleader did. She just laughed it off though.
Lauren told Howard that she went to a deli the other day and they gave her a free sandwich because she was pretty. Gary said that happened to Anne Marie the office manager when they went to get ice cream from Mr. Softee. Gary said the guy gave her free ice cream for about a month just because she was hot. Gary said women think that it's because they're being nice and smart but it's just because they're hot.
Stuttering John has cut off all of his hair in preparation for his upcoming fight. Howard and Robin said that he actually looks pretty good without his greasy, long hair.
Artie called in to talk to Howard about being sick. He barely had a voice to talk though. Howard told him he can't go out eating and drinking every night and then go work out like a maniac when he hasn't done that in a while. Artie told Howard that his trainer worked him pretty hard yesterday. Howard told him he's out of the weight loss challenge because of this. Howard said Artie gained 2 pounds in the contest so he's got to give up on this because it's now effecting his work.
Artie told Howard that he left a message for Gary on his beeper but Gary says he never got the message. Howard said he has had a lot of problems getting hold of Gary with that beeper in the past also. Gary said he's heard other complaints from people about not being able to get in touch with him. Howard told him to tell the people at the company that it doesn't work and get a new one. Howard said he also has trouble beeping Ronnie the Limo Driver and he doesn't answer his pages. Ronnie came in and argued with Howard about whether or not he turns his beeper off on the weekends. It eventually came out that he might leave the beeper home when he goes out driving on the weekends.
Ronnie ended up leaving and then coming back into the studio. He and Howard argued with each other about whether or not Howard calls Ronnie. Howard usually has his assistant Laura make the call when he needs a limo.
Stuttering John was goofing on Ronnie the Limo Driver the whole time this was going on. John said that he went to the NASCAR races with Ronnie and he claims he wears his Dale Earnhart outfit. Ronnie said he wore a Dale Earnhart sweatshirt and that was it. Ronnie warned John not to go there with the goofing but he did it anyway. John talked about how the sweatshirt had sponsor logos all over it which got Robin laughing at Ronnie. John and Ronnie went back and forth goofing on each other for a couple of minutes. John laughed it all off but Ronnie got really angry. Howard said that's the problem with Ronnie, he gets really defensive and angry if anyone says anything to him. Howard said he complained about the phone in his limo not working but he was afraid to tell Ronnie about it. He told Mike the limo driver about it and he had to tell Ronnie. Howard said Mike cringes when he has to tell Ronnie about problems like that though because he knows how Ronnie is going to react.
Ronnie ended up threatening to give up his limo business because Howard wasn't happy with him. Howard doesn't want Ronnie to give up his business. He tried to give Ronnie some advice on how to handle people instead of yelling at them. Ronnie was still a bit defensive during this conversation but he did let Howard give him the advice. Howard said Ronnie's the angriest guy in the world.
Howard said he first met Tobey on the Tonight Show years ago. At the time he didn't know much about Tobey and he never imagined that he'd become Spider-Man. Tobey came in and Howard asked him if he's going to embrace this part better than Michael Keaton did with Batman. Tobey is signed to do at least 3 Spider-Man movies and he says he's not afraid of being type-cast so he will embrace the part. He told Howard that they're going to start shooting the next Spider-Man in sometime early in 2003. He said they spent quite a while working on the first one so it takes quite a while to complete the movies.
Howard read that Tobey made $4 million for the first one and will make a reported $26 million for the next 2. Tobey said he couldn't talk about that stuff so there was no confirmation from him.
Howard said Tobey was pretty muscular for the movie so he asked him what he had to do to get that built up. Tobey said he worked out for 5 months before the movie.
Howard went on to say that Tobey did a great move to get chicks after appearing in ''Cider House Rules'' and ''Wonder Boys.'' Howard said Tobey went back to acting class after being in two big movies and it was probably just to get some ''poon.'' Tobey just laughed when Howard brought that up. Tobey said there were some attractive women in the classes but he didn't say if he got laid or not.
Howard also asked Tobey about falling for Kirsten Dunst while working with her on ''Spider-Man.'' Tobey wouldn't say anything about banging her, he just said that they were ''friends'' while they worked together. Howard was asking him how long it took to get her and if he ever did her while he was in his costume. Tobey wouldn't say though.
Howard said Tobey must be exhausted from banging Hollywood starlets. Tobey just laughed.
Howard went on to talk to Tobey more about the movie and eventually asked him about his autograph signing. Howard read that Tobey is the worst for getting autographs from. Tobey told Howard that he doesn't like to sign autographs for these people who are trying to make money off his signature. He said if a little kid or a real fan comes up to him he'll sign for them.
Howard took a few phone calls for Tobey. One of the callers was Howard's buddy Ralph. Ralph said he's seen ''Spider-Man'' twice already and it was even better the second time. He did have a couple of problems with the movie that he talked about though. He said he didn't like the way they put Macy Gray in the movie and the Dr. Pepper product placement was so much that it was actually funny. He also felt that Willem Defoe was a little over the top in his part.
Howard took a call from a guy who had some Spider-Man trivia questions. He asked a bunch of them but Howard and Tobey didn't know most of the answers. They each knew a couple of them but it was pretty hard core fan stuff.
Howard kept trying to get Tobey to talk about banging Kirsten Dunst but he wouldn't come around. Howard said he thinks that Tobey got her before principal photography even started on the movie.
Howard wrapped up the interview and told Tobey not to get too big to come back on the show like some other people have done. Director James Cameron was one example Robin brought up. He was on the show before the release of ''Titanic'' and they haven't seen him since.
Howard was telling Robin some of his problems and how he's unable to get close to people. Robin just laughed that off and said that he should just be able to change that. Her theory is that if he wants to change he can do it. Howard said he couldn't believe that they've worked together for 20 years and she doesn't know him that well.
Howard told Robin that you can't just do something with your emotions just because you want to. Robin said Howard was just telling Artie that he can lose weight ''if he wants to'' so he should be able to change his emotions. Howard said they're two different things.
Chaunce Hayden (Steppin' Out Magazine) called in and said there have been studies about Male Menopause lately and maybe that's what Howard's problem is. Howard ended up goofing on Chaunce's bad tattoos and then mentioned bad hair plugs. Chaunce was off the phone within seconds after he brought that up.
An angry listener called in and complained about how Howard was bitching about his problems. He called Howard some names but Howard fired back at him telling him that he's sitting at home listening to him for 4 and a half hours a day. He told him to get a life of his own if he doesn't want to hear about his problems.
Robin said that she's concerned about Howard and just wants to know what she can do for him. Howard said there's nothing she can do. He's working things out in therapy. More phone callers bitched at Howard about his crying and therapy. Howard let some people vent on him and ended up hanging up on most of them.
Dominic Barbara called in to get in on the conversation. Howard ended up telling Dominic that he doesn't like him and what he's about. He said he went on Dominic's honeymoon vacation and saw what he's about. Howard said he doesn't want to hang around with Dominic anymore. He said Dominic is always telling everyone about what he does with him and it really bothers him. He said there's nothing private with Dominic. Howard said he enjoys hanging out with people like Stuttering John and Ralph. He said Dominic goes around telling people that he's his lawyer... and he's not. Dominic denied doing that but Howard has heard things from people about him doing it.
Howard's buddy Ralph called in and talked about how strange Dominic is for a minute. Stuttering John then asked him if he's going to fight Gary at the upcoming fight. Ralph says he's not sure yet. Gary said he's not really out to fight Ralph but he will do it if Ralph is up to it. Howard had to end the conversation because it was getting late in the show. He told Robin that he'd planned on playing some Gary Garver celebrity interviews but this conversation killed too much time.
Howard finally moved on to the interview and spoke to The Rock about hanging out with Arnold Schwarzenegger on the set of this movie ''The Scorpion King.'' The Rock said that he knows Arnold and hangs out with him sometimes. Paul Newman also showed up one time and hung out for a little while. The Rock said Arnold isn't really a ''real'' friend. He just knows him enough to have dinner with him on the set.
Howard spoke to The Rock about how Vince McMahon owns his name and how great that guy is as a businessman. Howard said that Vince is given Executive Producer credits in this movie that The Rock is in. Howard asked The Rock what he's going to do if this movie hits big and he could get out of wrestling. The Rock isn't sure about what he would do but he wouldn't be able to keep ''The Rock'' as his name since Vince owns it. Artie made a crack about him actually being ''The Bitch'' because Vince owns him. Howard was making some suggestions about what to call himself if he leaves the WWF. Howard said that Hulk Hogan called himself Hollywood Hogan so The Rock could call himself ''Hollywood Rock'' or ''Holly-Rock.'' They also said he could call himself ''The Cock formerly known as The Rock'' or something like that.
Howard spent a little time talking to The Rock about how he beat up a few people in his life. The Rock said he got arrested four times for fighting. He told Howard that one guy he beat up found out he had a brain tumor because of the fight. The Rock said he pounded the guy's head into a wall so he had to have some x-rays taken of his head. The doctors then found that he had a brain tumor. So he may have actually saved his life.
As Howard was wrapping up the interview Robin said she was taking back what she said about The Rock being a bad interview. Howard then took a few phone calls for The Rock. KC also came in and said that The Rock had liposuction on his breasts to remove a little fat. The Rock said he did that because there were some small pockets of fat that didn't look good on him. He said there are very small scars from the surgery.
Howard told Wesley that he loved the first ''Blade'' movie and he's looking forward to seeing this new one. Wesley said the movie is getting great feedback from the people who have seen it so far.
Howard asked Wesley if he's been snubbed by the Oscar people because he's black. Howard said he is the ''blackest actor out there'' but Wesley laughed at that comment. They all spent a few minutes talking about other black actors and actresses like Halle Berry and Denzel Washington. Howard said he doesn't even believe that Halle is black. Howard tried to ask Wesley about his relationship with Halle but he didn't want to talk about his personal life. Howard tried many times to get Wesley to talk about personal stuff but it just didn't happen.
Howard asked Wesley about some news stories he's read about him but Wesley denied all of them too. He said that people read about someone named ''Wesley Snipes'' and assume that it's him. There was one story about Andy Dick getting beaten up by Wesley but Wesley denied that. Andy actually brought that story up on Howard's show one time so Stuttering John came in and told Howard that. Wesley said he wouldn't know who Andy Dick was if he walked in the room.
Howard tried to find out what kind of money Wesley made on this sequel. Of course he wasn't talking about that either. Howard kept trying to get stuff out of Wesley but it just wasn't working. Wesley wasn't being a prick about it but he wasn't exactly cooperating with Howard. Howard spent about 25 minutes with him before wrapping up the interview.
Gary said all he ate last night was 8 shrimp. He said he even ran 3 miles on the treadmill this morning so he'd be thinner for the weigh in.
After letting Courtney say her side of the story Howard and Robin said they still don't understand any of it. Howard ended up asking Courtney what she was wearing before wrapping up the phone call. Howard also asked her how long it's been since she last had anal sex. She said it was about a month and a half ago. Howard ended the call and said he'd call Courtney after the show to talk to her.
After hanging up Howard said he had no idea what she was talking about while she was on the phone. He said he loves her music but he doesn't understand what she's saying when he talks to her.
Howard doesn't believe that anyone can talk telepathically to anyone or anything so he let Donna know that first thing. She insists that everyone has the power to do it though. Howard eventually asked her a bunch of questions about what kind of living things she has spoken to because she claims that she can talk to any living thing. Howard asked her if she can talk to plants, mice, lobsters, amoeba and other living things. She said she doesn't usually do that but she can if she wants to. She even claims that she has spoken to mosquitos that have landed on her and asked them to leave... and they left. She said she's done the same for mice that were in her home. She said she asks them to leave or she'll put out traps for them.
Howard took a phone call from a guy who wanted some advice for his two small dogs that hump each other all the time. When the guy got on the phone he called Donna a lunatic so she refused to answer any of his questions.
Howard ended up demanding an apology from Donna because she was upset with him and all he was trying to do was ask her questions about what living things she's spoken to. She thought that Howard was just making fun of what she does but he says he was just curious about what she's said to mice and lobsters. She never apologized though. Howard ended the call and said that he doesn't believe she can talk to animals and John Edwards can't talk to dead people. You can check out Donna's web site at AnimalChatRoom.com
Croy put the word out to Mike Piazza and Robert De Niro that she'd like to meet them. Howard and Gary told her it won't happen with De Niro because she's white.
Howard sent Croy off to the bathroom to change into another bikini. While she was in there he took some phone calls. Croy came back out and showed her second bikini. Howard said it looked similar to the first but KC said the back was cut different. Croy told Howard that she doesn't want to be a round card girl. She wants to be a powder puff girl for the Jessica Hahn fight. Howard doesn't think they need a powder puff girl though.
Howard asked Croy if she has ever had a relationship with another woman. Croy told Howard that she has had lesbian sex in her life but it was against her nature. One time it happened while she was in jail for some reason. She then went off on a tangent talking about nonsense that no one understood. She talked about having a summit (or summitual as she called it) with boxing on the side and some other nonsense about a blue fly. No one understood it.
Croy changed into another bikini. Howard said he liked this one. It was gold and she was wearing a garter with it. Howard told her she passed the audition. Croy then asked for $200 to do her appearance. Gary started to say no to her but Howard said she's been on the show a long time so they could probably hook her up with the cash.
Croy started rambling again about her big ''plans'' for the U.S. That she wants President Bush to look at. She mentioned George Lucas and Steven Speilberg while she was talking about this stuff but none of it made one bit of sense. Howard wrapped up the interview after telling her they'd see her at this fight.
After she left Benjy and Artie figured out that she was actually smarter than they thought. During a phony phone call from a guy claiming to be Mike Piazza he mentioned a ''Louisville Slugger'' and Croy mumbled something about the only Louisville she knows are Johnny Depp, Muhammad Ali and someone else. They figured out that those people are from Louisville, Kentucky. They figured that perhaps she's idiot savant or something. Howard had her come back in and gave her a few more cities to name celebrities from. She was able to name a couple but she wasn't quite as amazing as they thought she'd be.
Howard was wearing one of P. Diddy's SeanJohn shirts this morning. He said he likes the SeanJohn clothing line and wears it quite often. Robin didn't like the shirt he had on. She said it was ''just a shirt'' with an ''ugly design on it'' that was nothing special. Howard didn't know what she was expecting. She was expecting something other than a plain old shirt with an ugly design on it. P. Diddy sounded a little upset with Robin for dissing the shirt so much.
Howard eventually got off the shirt subject and talked to P. Diddy about his life and the people he hangs out with. Howard said he has his posse from the 'hood and then he has friends like Jerry Seinfeld that he hangs out with. Howard wondered how he became friendly with Jerry. P. Diddy said that he's not really friends with Jerry, he'll just talk to him if he runs into him while he's out.
Howard brought up Jennifer Lopez and was going to show Sean the pictures he saw in the tabloids where they show her big, giant ass in a thong. Howard asked him if it's painful to see his ex with a new guy. Sean didn't seem upset over it. Howard said her ass is as big as a truck and asked if she should be designing clothes because she doesn't know how to dress herself. Sean said that she's got her own style and it works for her. He also told Howard you have to be into asses if you want to be into Jennifer's ass.
P. Diddy told Howard that he's now going to be known as ''H. Diddy''. Howard said that he likes that and then asked when the name changing ceremony will be held for ''P. Diddy''. That whole thing will eventually happen but he didn't have a date set. Howard thought he was going to give up on that whole nutty idea but it's not out of the question yet.
P. Diddy asked Howard about his marriage break up and how he's handling that. Howard said it's over and he's trying to move on.
Robin brought up Sean's mother and how she's always around when Sean is in court or out in public. She said that any woman who wants to get to P. Diddy is going to have to go through his mother.
Howard asked Sean about how much he's worth and what he does with his money. Sean said that he's got a nice house out in the Hamptons that's ''only'' 8-9000 square feet. He's got a bunch of places in different parts of the country where he can stay. He said he likes to keep it moving.
Howard asked Sean about the women he's dated and what that's like. Sean was pretty quiet about all of that stuff though. Howard was calling all of the women his ''bitches'' but Sean said you might get your penis cut off if you call a Sister a ''bitch'' to her face. Sean did share the story about how he met Jennifer Lopez and eventually dated her. He had her do one of his music videos after being friends with her for quite a while. It took a long time for him to get her in bed. Howard kept asking about Jennifer but Sean just wanted to move on. He asked Howard if there was any way they could do that but Howard wouldn't let it happen. He wanted to know everything about the relationship. Sean said that Jennifer was really just a ''good, sweet girl'' and they didn't have a bad break up.
Howard did move on and let some phone callers talk to P. Diddy. One guy asked him if when he's in the studio and he gets it right if his trainer gives him a banana. P. Diddy told the guy to come down to the studio and say that. He said he'd shove that banana up the guys ass if he did show up.
Yesterday this black woman, who ''sounded white'' to Howard, called in and said she wanted to come down and meet P. Diddy. Howard let her come down with her friend today and she was a black woman. Howard said she didn't look like she was from ''the 'hood'' though. She was pretty cute according to him and Gary told Howard she has 4 kids and she's only 28 years old. Howard let her friend talk to P. Diddy for a few seconds and she tried to hook up with him. That won't be happening though.
Howard got rid of the girls and played a clip of ''Bad Boy for Life'' from the new album. Robin tried to get into a discussion about how P. Diddy seems to settle his problems with fighting but Sean said he's taken his anger management classes and that stuff is behind him now. He's enjoying his life and getting away from that stuff.
Howard took a few more phone calls and one woman ended up yelling at P. Diddy about some nonsense about him not being a business man so he told her to calm down and stop yelling so early in the morning. He then pointed out that those anger management classes were paying off because he didn't yell back at the woman.
High Pitch Erik called in and mentioned he'd be making an appearance out in the Hamptons and tried to hook up with P. Diddy. Of course that would never happen but at least Eric tried his best. Howard's buddy Ralph also called in and said that P. Diddy parties are the best. Robin brought him to one and it was great. He just called in to talk about how cool it was. Howard wrapped up the interview shortly after that. P. Diddy thanked everyone out there who has supported him over the years as Howard wrapped it up.
One of the guy's said that they know someone who is in prison and that's where this is all coming from. They said that their father is in jail for embezzlement. The twin that punched the glass, Eric, said that he got into an altercation with a police officer one time. He was driving a stolen car at the time. He's also the one who was suffering from Manic Depression at the time. He said he's gotten better since then though... but he did punch that picture in the green room.
Eric said he got two months for the ''altercation'' with the cop. He thinks that was too much time for the crime. Howard said he doesn't think it was too much because it was a violent crime in his opinion. The Twins said that they're in a political action group that want to change the laws concerning the three strikes law. They gave Howard some examples of people who have gotten life in prison for non-violent crimes. They said that someone could have committed a felony 20 years ago and then commit another crime today and get life in prison. Gary told the guys that he's 41 years old and he has no felony crimes on his record. He said that people should just obey the law.
Howard let a few phone callers yell at the Twins. Most of the callers didn't want to hear about what these guys were yelling about. One caller was on their side and tried to talk to Howard about what they were doing.
Artie said that he has one strike against him in California so he doesn't even speed when he's there. He said the three strikes law scares him so much that he tries not to break any laws. Howard told the Twins that he believes in the law and doesn't think that it should matter if it was a violent crime or not. The Twins kept yelling about the ''non-violent'' thing over and over again during the interview. It didn't seem to matter to Howard or Gary though.
The Jesus Twins wrote a song for this cause they're defending. They told Howard they were told that Howard was going to play the whole song on the air. Howard said he wasn't going to play the whole thing though. Howard started to play the song and stopped it about 30 seconds in. He asked if he really had to play the whole thing. The guys just told him to finish it. Howard said he liked everything but the lyrics. Howard said there should be a three strikes law in the music industry. Three bad songs and you're out.
Gary wanted Howard to stop playing the song because it was so bad. The Twins said that there are people in prison who have to hear it though.
Mob informant Henry Hill called in (drunk) to talk about this thing but Howard ended up hanging up on him before he could say much. Crazy Cabbie also called in and called the guys idiots. Howard also hung up on him and played little bits of their song again. Stuttering John was laughing at the song and he said the singing was just horrible.
Howard wrapped up the interview and gave them a couple of plugs for their web sites. You can find out more about The Jesus Twins at TheJesusTwins.com and more info on their cause can be found at Amend3Strikes.org
Howard said they planned on pranking Henry today but they chickened out. They were going to have Gary tell Henry he's got a neighbor who cursed him out and egged his house so he wants him whacked. Gary was afraid that Henry would give him a name and a way to contact the guy so he backed out of it.
Howard had the guys bring Henry in. He apparently had a Heinekin in his hand when he walked in. Howard said he's turning into Hank the Dwarf because he can't even get through an interview without a drink.
Henry said he was sober for 10 months before he ''slipped'' and started drinking again. Howard asked him why he slipped and the explanation he gave was that he's an alcoholic, simple as that.
Henry showed Howard a picture of his son-in-law who's black. He laughed with his disturbing laugh when he showed the picture to Howard. Howard thought that was pretty funny because he's this ex-mob guy.
Artie Lange said a few of his Italian lines to Henry and they both got a laugh out of that. Artie said it was the best time he's had on the show so far.
Howard asked Henry about the Robert Blake case and what happened there. Henry said Blake screwed up and she could have just made her disappear. He said he could have just chopped her up and dumped her in a lake somewhere.
Henry kept cursing so Howard had to keep hitting the delay button on him. He was going to take a break but he just kept talking to him. Henry told Howard that he came to New York to dig up a shoe box that has some money in it. He claimed that the box contains about $2 million from the Lufthanza heist that he was part of.
Howard took a call from this guy Paulie who claims to be in the mob. Paulie called Henry a stool pigeon and some other names but Henry just laughed it all off. Paulie said that one of these days someone is going to get him. Henry doesn't seem to care thought because he just kept laughing.
Howard took a break to try and sober up Henry. Henry wanted to play Fred in a game of ''Win Fred's Money'' when they came back.
Howard spent a few minutes talking to Henry about his drinking and how he thinks he does it to drown out the memories of killing people. Henry ended up telling Howard about a few of the guys he whacked in his day. He said his first job was when he was 16 years old. He said it was a shot to the back of the guy's head that did him in. The next couple of guys were ice picks to the back of the head. Henry continued to curse through the whole interview so Howard kept having to hit the delay button and warn him not to do it anymore. The warnings were pointless because he continued to curse no matter what he was told.
Howard took a few more calls for Henry and no one had anything nice to say about him. Everyone was badmouthing him.
Howard wrapped up the interview after playing a quick game of Win Fred's Money with Henry. Howard asked Henry the 7 questions and Henry didn't know one answer. Fred came in and answered 3 of the 7 correct. (Unfortunately I was unable to get the questions in here today) Henry told Howard that he needed questions that he could answer. He said he knew some baseball history but Howard told him that they can't just give him questions that he wants. After the game Howard let Henry go.
After taking a break Howard came back and said that he was dizzy from Henry's appearance. He spent a few minutes talking about Spider-Man and Superman movies.
Robin said that there was something strange going on with Robert Schimmel yesterday. He was only on the show for a short time and after the show Robin said it looked like he was upset that Howard was running off to his meeting. Howard said he loves Schimmel and he wasn't blowing him off or anything. He said once the show is over he runs home.
KC came in and said he was down on the street getting Henry a cab and someone wanted to take a picture with him. KC said Henry just wanted to go and he smacked the guy in the face.
