VETERAN TV CREW JOINS IN DEMAND NETWORKS TO PRODUCE HOWARD STERN ON DEMAND

Long-Time Stern Crew Members Executive Producer Doug Z. Goodstein, Director Scott DePace And Supervising Producer Mike Gange To Helm New SVOD Program

NEW YORK September 26, 2005 – iN DEMAND Networks has signed a talented and veteran crew to bring Howard Stern’s new television venture to life. The production team for Howard Stern On Demand, which launches this November, will be led by Executive Producer Doug Z. Goodstein, Director Scott DePace, who is currently working as a full-time consultant until Stern begins his SIRIUS Satellite Radio program, and Supervising producer Mike Gange. The three senior members of the production group, announced today by iN DEMAND VP of Business Development Jason Patton, bring more than three decades of combined experience working with Howard Stern on television.

“We are very fortunate to have been able to bring all three of these men on board to produce Howard Stern On Demand,” said Patton. “This is a group that Howard trusts, and they know better than anyone what Howard wants and the best way to turn his radio program into fun, entertaining television. Their experience and knowledge will be crucial as we pour through thousands of hours of library footage while ramping up production on Howard’s new SIRIUS Satellite Radio program.”

Goodstein was most recently Supervising Producer for E! Entertainment Television’s The Howard Stern Show and was with the program for its entire 11-year run. During his tenure with the groundbreaking program he produced numerous remote shoots, from locations such as Las Vegas, Atlantic City and Los Angeles, and was responsible for all production aspects of in-studio segments and field production. In addition, Goodstein has worked as a freelance producer for ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live and owns his own multimedia entertainment and production company, Zymurgy Productions LLC.

As Director of The Howard Stern Show for all 11 years of the program’s run, Scott DePace was critical in developing the first-of-its-kind series and turning Stern’s radio program into a compelling daily TV show. During his time with The Howard Stern Show DePace directed and technical managed more than 10 remote show specials, including two boxing events, and directed more than 11,000 hours of live show material. Prior to working at E!, DePace spent four years in sports TV production.

The most seasoned Stern veteran on the crew, Gange began working on Howard’s radio show as a college intern and was hired full-time as a line producer in 1992. In 1994, he joined the E! crew as a production assistant on The Howard Stern Show and rose through the ranks to the level of Supervising Producer. Gange was nominated for a CableACE Award in 1996 for his work on The Howard Stern Show.
